Keladi-Sagu, Si-Ipar: Implementasi Kebijakan Binmas Noken di Kota Jayapura
Get PDFThis article discusses the implementation of the BINMAS Noken policy in Jayapura City, focusing on the factors that support or hinder its effectiveness. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through interviews and observations. The analysis process includes data reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The study found that the implementation of BINMAS Noken in Jayapura City consists of two programs: Si-Ipar, which focuses on “Polisi pi Ajar”(Police teaching the kids), and Keladi-Sagu, which “Kesehatan Lambang Diri Sehat Guna” (promotes self-use of health symbols). The communication aspect involves structured distribution with inter-agency coordination, utilizing social media as a communication medium both internally and with the community. The program also involves the Binmas apparatus and supporting resources. The task force receives incentives to enhance performance and demonstrates consistency and commitment to the program. The bureaucratic structure follows standard operating procedures. Internal supporting factors include high motivation and enthusiasm for work, as well as incentives for task force personnel. Externally, the local government is supportive, collaborating in program preparation and implementation. However, there are internal inhibiting factors such as personnel with double duties and inadequate logistical support, resulting in delays. Externally, community participation is limited due to a lack of motivation and involvement

Get PDFThis research aims to determine the influence of the family environment on interest in continuing studies to higher education in class determine the influence of the family environment and student learning achievement on interest in continuing their studies to higher education in class XII Science students at SMA PGRI Jayapura. This research was conducted at SMA PGRI Jayapura in the even semester of the 2017/2018 academic year. The population in this study was 58 students in class XII Science at SMA PGRI Jayapura. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and documentation. The data analysis method used is multiple regression.The results of this research show a partial test: (1) there is an influence of the family environment on the interest in continuing their studies to higher education in class XII Science students at SMA PGRI Jayapura. (2) there is no influence of learning achievement on interest in continuing studies to higher education in class XII Science students at SMA PGRI Jayapura. Simultaneously: (3) There is an influence of the family environment and learning achievement on the interest in continuing their studies to higher education in class XII Science students at SMA PGRI Jayapura.

Get PDFThis research aims to analyze the implementation of disciplinary policies for the State Civil Service in the Finance Section of the Regional Secretariat of Jayapura Regency; and analyze and describe factors that support and hinder the implementation of disciplinary policies for the State Civil Apparatus in the Finance Section of the Regional Secretariat of Jayapura Regency. The research approach used in this research is a descriptive research approach with a qualitative approach. The results of the research show that the implementation of the State Civil Apparatus discipline policy in the Finance Section of the Regional Secretariat of Jayapura Regency according to the theory of Donald Van Meter and Carl Van Horn, based on the size and objectives of the policy, has become the basis for the State Civil Apparatus to work according to the Main Duties and Functions of each position. owned by employees; Human resources are quite good; The characteristics of the implementing agent are in accordance with applicable regulatory provisions; The attitudes and tendencies (Disposition) of implementers are still not understood in depth; Communication between organizations has been carried out in accordance with existing disciplinary regulations, namely coordination with the Regional Personnel Agency (BKD) of Jayapura Regency; and The external environment which includes the economic, social and political environment of ASN and the environment influences employee discipline. Supporting factors include enforcement of disciplinary rules; ease of policy content and employee environmental conditions, while inhibiting factors consist of employees lacking time discipline and less effective use of facilities

Chakra, Pemenuhan kebutuhan akuades untuk keperluan laboratorium masih menjadi kendala di sebagian daerah di Papua. Telah dilakukan studi mengenai potensi ketersediaan dan uji kualitas air hujan dibandingkan dengan akuades pasaran di Jayapura. Hasil kajian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi mengatasi kesulitan pelaksanaan praktikum di daerah terpencil.
Air hujan dikumpulkan selama tiga bulan menggunakan atap plastik. Potensi ketersediaan ditelaah dari data curah hujan bulanan dan tahunan di Stasiun Dok II, sedangkan parameter kualitas air yang diuji meliputi pH, DHL, TDS dan uji kualitatif kation anion dan warna indicator asam basa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Air hujan di Jayapura memiliki potensi yang baik ditinjau dari sisi jumlah curah hujan tahunan maupun pemerataannya setiap bulan sebagai penyedia air laboratorium. Uji kualitatif menunjukkan air hujan memiliki sifat seperti akuades tetapi menunjukkan adanya zat mudah teroksidasi. Pengukuran pH, TDS, dan DHL menunjukkan bahwa air hujan di Jayapura memiliki kualitas setara akuades grade 3.Studi Potensi Air Hujan Untuk Memenuhi Kebutuhan Akuades Laboratorium di Kota Jayapura. Get PDFSocial Economic Entrepreneurship Training through peer group is an approach for teenagers in the same age. The aim of this training is to provide a knowledge and a skill utilizing social media to promote many things such as various social problems and economic creative activities. Moreover, this training is conducted with dividing the participants into two groups based on level of education and age. For the delivery the substance, uses demonstrative method, discussion, and teaching while for evaluating the training, pre-test and post-test are used. This evaluation is important to make sure that the participants grab all the knowledge and skill from the training: the peer group is having the ability to utilize electronic media, social media, and Canva application to design. The result of this training shows that the teenagers are enthusiastic about the benefit and the sustainability of their business in the near future. Social Economic Entrepreneurship Training is extremely important for all teenagers since social entrepreneurial. This training concludes that there is an increase of knowledge, skills, interest, and motivation of teenagers in their social group about social and economy entrepreneurship. Furthermore, it is necessary to build a collaboration and a commitment between business sector and education sector that seriously concern of developing teenagers’ group in social and economic entrepreneurship.
EDUKASI BAHAYA APLIKASI PINJAMAN ONLINE ILEGAL
Get PDFThis outreach activity with the title "Education on the Dangers of Illegal Online Loan Applications" was carried out as a form of applying science and technology within the PGRI Jayapura High School and the BKKBN Jayapura Youth Information and Counseling Center Association with the target of counseling participants being school children and teenagers. The aim of this activity is to provide an understanding of the dangers of using illegal online loan applications, the actions that need to be taken so that we avoid using illegal online loan applications, and regarding the legal rules regarding the use of illegal online loan applications.
During the activity, the enthusiasm of the participants was visible, especially when providing responses during the question and answer session at the end of the activity.
It is hoped that this activity will provide benefits to prevent the use of illegal online loan applications circulating in the community by irresponsible actors. Apart from that, it is hoped that this activity can also be an effort that is indirectly useful for protecting the people in Jayapura City.

PEMANFAATAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN LEVEL OF INQUIRY BERBASIS VIRTUALL LABORATORY PHET UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KETERAMPILAN PROSES SAINS PESERTA DIDIK
Get PDFThe aim of the community service activity is to provide assistance to teachers in implementing the Phet virtual laboratory-based level of inquiry learning model and improve students\u27 science process skills in using the Phet virtual laboratory- based level of inquiry learning model. The implementation of this activity will also involve the principal and science teacher at YPK Sentani Middle School, as well as students from the Physics Education study program at FKIP Cenderawasih University. The PKM activity schedule is planned for March-August 2023. Based on the results of the LKPD data analysis regarding mastery of the concept of Optical Geometry using the Level of Inquiry Learning Model with Phet Virtual Laboratory based learning media with 17 students getting a score between 81-100 and 28 students getting a score of 61-80, so that mastery of the concept of Optical Geometry using Virtual Laboratory-based learning media can be well understood by students. The results of mastering the concept of Optical Geometry obtained from student worksheets found that 38% of the total number of students had a score of 81-100, and 62% of students had a score of 61-80 with an average score of 82 so it can be concluded that the use of learning media Phet-based Virtual Laboratory can improve learning outcomes.

One of them is increasing concern for the cleanliness of the air inside and outside the place of activity. The location of the GIDI Efata Kotaraja building is located in a densely populated residential area and busy traffic causes the surrounding air to become very hot and dusty. Green plants or trees that can block dust arising from household activities and motorized vehicles are very lacking in the church yard. By looking at the surrounding environmental conditions which do not support clean air circulation, there is great concern that the air circulation in the church room will become unhealthy. Air purifier as air cleaning devices are very unaffordable. Just installing an Air Conditioner (AC) is also not enough to guarantee that the air is free from pollutants. Dust with very small particle sizes, CO2 gas and CO gas and other gases can threaten the health of congregation members. It is for this reason that this service activity has been carried out. An innovative, environmentally friendly and economical solution is needed to create good air by planting the ornamental plants Mother-in-law\u27s Tongue, Paris Lilies and Gading Siri which have been proven to be able to absorb pollutants. The aim of this service activity is to create Green Open Space by providing outreach regarding air pollution, types of pollutants and their impact on health, providing information and knowledge related to innovative research on air cleaning plants, providing assistance in planting air cleaning plants, planting methods and techniques care for the young GIDI group of the Efata Kotaraja Congregation. The method used in this service activity is the 3P method (Counseling, Guidance and Mentoring). The result of this activity is an innovative product in the form of a park as a green open space. The conclusion that the youth have experienced an increase in knowledge and are able to realize the creation of green open space and have a culture of loving the environment.
PENYULUHAN PEMBUATAN MINYAK ATSIRI SEBAGAI PESTISIDA BAGI MADRASAH ALIYAH PERSIAPAN NEGERI KOYA BARAT

This area has a soil texture and is the most efficient planting medium for secondary crops, especially rice and vegetables. The pest that often appears annoying is the whitefly. The aim of carrying out this community service activity is to provide information about the dangers of continuous use of chemical pesticides and the manufacture of pesticides from essential oils which can be used to treat or prevent nuisance pests such as whiteflies. The stages of the service method used are the initial survey, implementation of activities including counseling and demonstrations, as well as evaluation activity. Apart from that, through this service, West Koya MA students gain their knowledge and students can socialize with the surrounding environment, especially families who have agricultural land. The material presented in this activity will be through counseling sessions and demonstrations. The results of the evaluation of the service activities were assessed as very good by the target group by giving a score with the criteria of very good with a frequency value of 17 and good with a frequency value of 7. The target group\u27s satisfaction score is high because the service activities can help increase insight into the target group
PELATIHAN PEMBUATAN SELAI KACANG TANAH DI KAMPUNG GWINJAYA DISTRIK BONGGO KABUPATEN SARMI, PAPUA

The problem is that the low selling value causes the income of peanut farmers to remain low so that peanut commodities have not been able to improve the welfare of the Gwinjaya community, and the lack of information about the diversification of peanut-based preparations in Gwinjaya Village. The specific objectives of this service activity are to introduce processed peanut-based agricultural products that have high selling value to the people of Gwinjaya Village in Bonggo district and train people in Gwinjaya Village on how to make jam from peanuts, as well as how to package it. The service method used in this training consists of three stages, namely lectures, discussions, and practices. The results and achievements of this service activity are that the community can produce nutritious and economically valuable peanut jam products. Based on the results of organoleptic tests on peanut butter products, the taste, aroma, and color criteria are in the mildly liked category, while the texture criteria are in the liked category.
