REFORMULASI HUKUM ISLAM DALAM PERSPEKTIF PANCASILA
Misunderstanding between Islamic law based on Islamic faith and Pancasila based on the agreement of the founders of the Indonesian nation, makes Islamic law unfit to appear in the realm of law science, so it is necessary to study analysis of the relationship between Islamic law with Pancasila and study efforts to reform Islamic law in the perspective of Pancasila. His analysis explains that between Pancasila and Islamic law, both of which go together in realizing the ideals and goals of national law. Application of Chemical Mass Balance (CMB) Receptor Method for Identification of the PM10 Pollution Contributions at Pekanbaru City, Riau
Air pollutant that known no administrative boundaries of the territory and have extremely detrimental effects on humans and the ecosystem including flora and fauna. The high of particulate matter contaminant explains the main problem of air quality in Pekanbaru City, Riau. PM10 is one of the air pollutant parameters that is very harmful for humans and the environment. This pollutant can come from many sources such as transportation activity, industry activity, and natural disaster. Many receptor model applications were developed to solve this air pollution problem. One of the that is very popular is the receptor model US-EPA Chemical Mass Balance (CMB). This receptor model application is used to estimate potential PM10 sources and to quantify the contribution of emission sources such as transportation, industry and natural disasters that occurred in Pekanbaru City, Riau. This PM10 data was collected at the Sukajadi monitoring station for the Pekanbaru City BLH air quality monitoring center. The results of the research used the CMB receptor method using the PM10 concentration produces PM10 contribution values including 76.45% of land fires, 15.44% secondary particles, 4.8% of soil dust, electricity generation of 1.56%, as well as industrial and transportation sources were 1.31% and 0.44% respectively
The Social and Environmental Impact of North Coast Jakarta Reclamation in Penjaringan District, 1995-2015
This article focuses on the dynamics of North Beach reclamation in Penjaringan sub-district. Reclamation is an activity that is considered beneficial for improving the use of land resources. This study uses the historical method to explain the policy underpinning the implementation of reclamation and the impact of reclamation on social life in Penjaringan Sub-district. Reclamation development has been planned since Presidential Decree (Keppres) No. 52/1995 on Reclamation of the North Coast of Jakarta was issued by the New Order government. In its implementation, the policy that led to the implementation of reclamation had adverse impacts in both environmental and social aspects. This was caused by overlapping policies that only benefited the developers. In addition, the implementation of reclamation as an implementation of government policy did not pay attention to the social and environmental impacts for the surrounding community
ADOPTION OF INNOVATION IN CORN: ADOPTION DIVERSITY AND ASSOCIATED CHARCTERISTICS OF FARMERS IN GORONTALO, INDONESIA
Gorontalo Province in Indonesia is known for its corn production, yet it falls short of the national productivity average. This shortfall is attributed to the minimal use of technological advancements in corn farming. This study aims to (1) identify the components of innovation in corn farming as recommended in Good Agricultural Practice, (2) explore the diversity in adopting innovations in hybrid corn farming, and (3) examine the relationship between farmer characteristics and the adoption of innovations to enhance corn productivity. Findings indicate that several recommended innovations in corn farming have been widely adopted by farmers, with adoption influenced by demographic factors such as age and farming experience, as well as socio-economic variables including farmer participation in farmer groups and agricultural extension activities. Encouraging active adoption of innovations among farmers is thus crucial for improving corn yields
Risk Mitigation Of Rice Production In Pringsewu District
This research aims to identify sources of risk that cause production risks in rice commodities, analyze the impact and probability of production risks occurring, and analyze production risk management for handling production risks that rice farmers must carry out in Pringsewu Regency. This research was conducted on lowland rice farmers in Pringsewu Regency. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a total sample of 67 people. The analytical tool used to answer the aim of identifying risk sources uses qualitative descriptive analysis. The probability and impact of production risks are analyzed using the Z-score and Value at Risk methods. Meanwhile, risk management is analyzed using a risk management matrix. Analysis results using z-score indicate a risk probability of 3%. The results of the analysis using the Value at Risk method shows a risk impact of IDR 2,726,743 -. Risk management carried out by farmers based on the risk management matrix is insurance. Other mitigation measures that farmers can carry out include creating irrigation channels, pumping programs and using pesticides
Design of Image Elements Of The Kalianget Old Town (Salt Industry) Using A Historicism Architecture Approach (Case Study: Kalianget, Sumenep, Indonesia)
The image of a city is inextricably linked to the identity of certain visual elements that serve to distinguish it from other cities. Kalianget Old Town is home to a multitude of historical edifices that have come to symbolise the city at various points in its history. However, the architectural style of the building differs from its original condition due to previous restoration work, which has the effect of reducing the impression that the Kalianget Old Town Area has historical value for city observers. This research differs from previous studies in that it employs the Historicism Architecture approach to examine the design of buildings within the context of city image. This approach is grounded in the seminal work of Kevin Lynch, who posited that the perception of an urban environment is shaped by the elements that comprise its image. The methodological approach employed is that of descriptive qualitative research, which involved the identification of image elements within Kalianget Old Town. These included the identification of the path, edges, districts, nodes and landmarks. The subsequent step involved the application of Historicism Arcitecture design approach, to reinforce the identity of the city. The design of Historicism Architecture is based on the Dutch Classic Colonial concept, which employs natural colours (grey, brown, white, black and orange) throughout the city image, encompassing the core area of Kalianget Old Town. Additionally, anchor ornaments, boats, carvings and flying horse icons are incorporated into the East Port area, reinforcing the image of this region. These elements are integrated into the cityscape through the use of paths, nodes and edges
Study of Potential Land Subsidence in East Aceh Region Based on Sediment Characterization Using Logging Data
Observations to determine subsidence potential were conducted in East Aceh, based on sediment characterization using logging data. The study encompassed 9 measurement sites representing 9 villages from 9 sub-districts. The data used obtained from the Aceh Energy and Mineral Resources Service (ESDM). This data is processed to obtain the resistivity value of the subsurface sediment layer. The measurement results were then depicted in 1D profile illustrating the cross-section of subsurface lithology for each measurement point. Subsequently, several measurement points were correlated to generate a 2D bottom image representing two regions, referred to as cross-section A-A' and cross-section B-B'. The correlation outcomes revealed that cross-sectional area A-A', spanning approximately ±50 km from east to west through Cot Geulumpang Village, Java Village, Kuala Lawah Village, Bukit Seroja Village, and Rantau Panjang Village, shows a shallow surface layer consisting mostly of sand and sandy clay soil. The sand layer in this area exhibited a medium to fine size with a configuration of round-shaped particles containing quartz and shell minerals, forming a soft sediment layer. The structure and type of sediment in this area indicate the potential for land subsidence
A Better 3D Conformal Approach in Glioblastoma Proximates Intensity Modulated One: A Dosimetric Study
This study aimed to evaluate whether Three-Dimensional Conformal Radiation Therapy (3D-CRT) could achieve results comparable to Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT) in treating grade 4 glioblastoma. Treatment plans for 80 consecutive patients with grade 4 glioblastoma, treated between January 1, 2020, and July 31, 2024, were developed using 3D-CRT and IMRT. 3D-CRT utilized three to five fields with dynamic wedges and the field-in-field technique, while IMRT employed seven fields with homogeneous angles. Target coverage was set to ensure that 97% of the isodose covered 98% of the Planning Target Volume (PTV). Both 3D-CRT and IMRT achieved similar target coverage. However, IMRT showed superior homogeneity (0.053 vs. 0.097) and conformity (1.187 vs. 1.663) compared to 3D-CRT. IMRT also provided better sparing of normal brain tissue and surrounding organs, except for the contralateral eye, though it required longer treatment delivery time due to higher Monitor Units (MUs). IMRT additionally limited low-dose escalation. IMRT outperforms 3D-CRT in homogeneity, conformity, and sparing organs at risk, despite the longer treatment time. 3D-CRT may approximate IMRT when the target volume is not near critical structures but still results in greater low-dose exposure to normal brain tissue for the same target coverage
Relationship between Body Mass Index (BMI) and Disability Level of Low Back Pain (LBP) Patients
LBP (Low Back Pain) is a pain in the back, especially in the lower part, which is one of the main reasons for visiting healthcare facilities. Various risk factors have been identified as causes of LBP and disability in LBP patients, one of which is Body Mass Index (BMI). Although several studies have shown that BMI can worsen low back pain, the direct relationship between BMI and the level of disability experienced by patients remains inconsistent and inconclusive. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between BMI and disability in LBP patients. This type of research was quantitative research with a correlational design. The number of samples in this study was 38 people. The inclusion criteria for the sample in this study were patients with LBP who are still cooperative, fully conscious, and willing to participate as research respondents. The instrument used to measure disability was the Oswestry Disability Index (ODI) or the Oswestry Low Back Pain Disability Questionnaire, while Body Mass Index (BMI) was measured using the results of weight and height measurements. Data analysis was carried out using computerization to compile the frequency distribution and percentage of each variable, as well as using the the Sperman rank test to determine the relationship between variables. The results showed that 55.26% of respondents had ideal body weight and 55.26% of respondents had moderate disabilities. There is no relationship between BMI and disability in LBP patients. This study recommends research related to interventions that can reduce disability in LBP patients
Penentuan Nilai Limit Valuasi Hak Cipta dalam Pelaksanaan Eksekusi Jaminan Fidusia
Hak Cipta sebagai objek jaminan fidusia sangat jarang diminati oleh perbankan di Indonesia karena terhambat pada implementasi valuasi aset. Hingga saat ini belum ada pedoman pasti terkait valuasi nilai ekonomis Hak Cipta. Rumusan masalah pada penelitian ini, yaitu pertama, terkait bagaimana pelaksanaan parate eksekusi terhadap Hak Cipta sebagai objek jaminan fidusia. Kedua, terkait bagaimana penentuan nilai limit valuasi Hak Cipta dalam pelaksanaan eksekusi. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mengkaji penentuan nilai limit valuasi Hak Cipta dalam eksekusi jaminan. Metode penulisan penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan normatif berdasarkan asas dan kaidah ilmu hukum, teori hukum, dan norma-norma hukum dalam peraturan perundang-undangan. Eksekusi Hak Cipta sebagai objek jaminan fidusia dapat dilakukan melalui penjualan dibawah tangan berdasarkan kesepakatan. Akan tetapi cara ini dilakukan dengan syarat eksekusi memenehuhi nilai limit dan dapat mencapai harga tertinggi guna simbiosis mutualisme. Penentuan nilai limit HKI dalam lelang eksekusi dapat dilaksanakan melalui KJPP. Akan tetapi, hingga saat ini belum ada lembaga yang secara khusus berwenang menyelesaikan eksekusi bawah tangan Hak Cipta sebagai objek jaminan fidusia. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan aturan yang secara tegas mengatur terkait lembaga apakah yang secara khusus diberikan kewenangan untuk melaksanakan eksekusi Hak Cipta sebagai objek eksekusi jaminan fidusia melalui mekanisme penjualan bawah tangan
