Gender Representation Through Vocabulary Used By Women On Tiktok’s Caption
This study explores how gender is represented through vocabularyused by women on TikTok’s Caption, with a specific focus on lexiconrelated to femininity. The research is grounded in the sociolinguisticassumption that language reflects and reinforces gender roles insociety. As digital spaces become central to self-representation,women increasingly use specific words to construct their genderedidentities online. The research adopts a qualitative descriptivemethod within a sociolinguistic framework. Data are collected fromTikTok captions that include words such as pregnancy, mommy,maternity, give birth, breastfeeding, makeup, and wife, which aretypically associated with women and their roles. The analysis appliesLakoff’s theory of women’s language, especially gender-specificvocabulary. The findings indicate the vocabulary used is not neutralbut deeply embedded in cultural and biological representations ofwomen. Words like pregnant, mom, pumping, and motherhoodexplicitly mark the speakers as female, while terms such as makeup,eyelash extensions, and style my hair associate women withappearance and beauty work. The presence of these lexical choiceshighlights the social construction of femininity. Thus, the repeated useof words that emphasize traditional female roles, particularly thoserelated to reproduction, caregiving, and appearance, linguisticallyrepresents gender. These lexical patterns confirm the relevance of Lakoff’s framework in analyzing modern gender expression throughlanguage, especially in digital discourse
KONSELING PENCEGAHAN RISIKO STUNTING PADA 1000 HARI PERTAMA KEHIDUPAN BAGI REMAJA
Stunting merupakan kondisi gagal tumbuh pada anak akibat dari kekurangan gizi kronis atau berkepanjangan. Di masyarakat penyuluhan mengenai stunting merupakan upaya penting dalam meningkatkan derajat kesehatan. Namun, masih rendahnya pengetahuan masyarakat menjadi masalah dalam pengurangan angaka stunting yang ada. Diman kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat tentang Stunting melalui penyuluhan interaktif. Metode yang digunakan adalah ceramah, diskusi, dan evaluasi melalui pre-test dan post-test. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dari 23.07 menjadi 76.92 peserta yang memiliki tingkat pengetahuan baik. Kesimpulannya, penyuluhan Stunting terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman masyarakat dan mendorong perubahan kearah yang lebih sehat danangka stunting menurun
Hubungan Ekspresi CDK4 dengan Karakteristik Klinikopatologis Kasus Atypical Lipomatous Tumor/Well-Differentiated Liposarcoma dan Dedifferentiated Liposarcoma
Latar Belakang: Atypical lipomatous tumor/well-differentiated liposarcoma (ALT/WDLPS) meliputi 40-45% kasus tumor ganas jaringan adiposa, sementara Dedifferentiated liposarcoma (DDLPS) merupakan sarkoma pleomorfik terbanyak pada retroperitoneum. Keduanya memiliki kelainan genetik serupa yaitu amplifikasi 12q14-q15, dengan ekspresi berlebih MDM2 (12q15) sebagai pencetus tumorigenesis. Koamplifikasi gen CDK4 (12q14.1) sering ditemukan pada ALT/WDLPS dan DDLPS, namun hubungannya dengan karakteristik klinikopatologis ALT/WDLPS dan DDLPS masih belum diketahui. Penelitian ini bertujuan membuktikan dan menganalisis hubungan ekspresi CDK4 dengan karakteristik klinikopatologis pada ALT/WDLPS dan DDLPS.Metode: Studi observasional analitik dengan desain potong lintang menggunakan sampel histopatologi ALT/WDLPS dan DDLPS di RS Kariadi selama periode Januari 2019-Desember 2023. Data ekspresi imunohistokimia CDK4 dianalisis bersama data karakteristik klinikopatologis pasien yaitu usia, ukuran tumor, lokasi anatomik, subtipe histologi tumor pada ALT/WDLPS, dan grading FNCLCC menggunakan uji Chi-Square dan uji T tidak berpasangan atau Mann-Whitney.Hasil: Didapatkan 36 sampel yaitu 18 kasus ALT/WDLPS dan 18 kasus DDLPS. CDK4 positif pada 12 kasus ALT/WDLPS (7 subtipe adipositik, 4 subtipe sklerotik, dan 1 subtipe inflamatorik) dan 17 kasus DDLPS (p=0,035 dan 0,024, bermakna). Tidak ditemukan hubungan bermakna ekspresi CDK4 dengan usia, ukuran tumor, dan grading FNCLCC pada ALT/WDLPS dan DDLPS, subtipe pada ALT/ WDLPS, serta lokasi pada DDLPS, namun terdapat hubungan bermakna antara ekspresi CDK4 dengan lokasi tumor pada ALT/WDLPS (p=0,019).Kesimpulan: Ekspresi imunohistokimia CDK4 memiliki hubungan bermakna dengan tipe histologi ALT/WDLPS dan DDLPS, serta lokasi tumor pada ALT/WDLPS
DIFFERENCES IN CALCULATION TIME USING THE MANUAL CALCULATION METHOD AND DENTAL CALCULATOR APPLICATION IN THE EARLY CHILDHOOD ORAL HEALTH IMPACT SCALE (ECOHIS) ASSESSMENT
Background: Dental caries in children has quite serious impacts, such as teeth becoming porous, cavities, and even breaking, causing children to experience chewing and digestive problems. Maintaining the dental health of children under five years old still depends on parents, especially on his mother because in general children under five are closer to their mothers. Knowledge is a factor that very important in the formation of a person's actions. The Early Childhood Oral Health Impact Scale (ECOHIS) is a measuring tool used to assess the impact of dental health on the quality of life of early childhood. Manually measuring the ECOHIS index often takes a long time and is prone to errors. To increase efficiency, a digital dental calculator application was developed as a digital technology-based solution for calculating the ECOHIS index.Objective: This study aims to compare the calculation time between the manual calculation method and the digital dental calculator application.Method: This type of research is a quasi experiment with a research design using a posttest only group design. The sampling technique used a convenience sampling technique totaling 70 samples professional student at RSGM Baiturrahmah that met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Data was taken in two stages, namely manual measurements in the first week and digital measurements in the third week.Results: The average time duration for manually measuring the ECOHIS index is 88.11 seconds, while with the digital application it is only 38.31 seconds. Statistical test results show that there are significant differences between digital and manual calculations. Mann Whitney test results showed a significant difference of 0.000 (p<0.05).Conclusion: the use of a digital dental calculator can speed up the measurement of the ECOHIS index
Motivation for the Young Generation to Join KPMK (Klaten Young Farmers Community)
Motivasi adalah suatu kekuatan yang dapat mendorong seseorang untuk melakukan suatu tindakan. Self Determination Theory (SDT) merupakan teori 3.0 dari Daniel Pink yang menyatakan bahwa individu akan menjadi lebih maju jika kebutuhan dasarnya akan otonomi, penguasaan, dan tujuan terpenuhi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) untuk mengetahui motivasi generasi muda bergabung dengan Komunitas Petani Muda Klaten, (2) untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor pembentuk motivasi generasi muda bergabung dengan Komunitas Petani Muda Klaten, (3) untuk mengetahui pengaruh faktor-faktor pembentuk motivasi terhadap motivasi generasi muda bergabung dengan Komunitas Petani Muda Klaten. Komunitas Petani Muda Klaten. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik survei. Lokasi penelitian yang dipilih adalah Kabupaten Klaten dengan pertimbangan bahwa daerah ini memiliki Komunitas Petani Muda. Sampel dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 36 pemuda yang dipilih dengan menggunakan teknik sensus. Metode analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) motivasi generasi muda bergabung dengan Komunitas Petani Muda Klaten tergolong tinggi, 2) faktor-faktor pembentuk motivasi generasi muda antara lain usia, pendidikan, pendapatan, pengalaman bertani, lingkungan pergaulan, dan aksesibilitas media sosial, 3) pengaruh faktor-faktor pembentuk motivasi generasi muda bergabung dengan Komunitas Petani Muda Klaten signifikan
PENGARUH SISTEM MANAJEMEN RISIKO KESEHATAN KESELAMATAN KERJA TERHADAP SIKAP PENCEGAHAN NEEDLE STICK INJURY PADA PERAWAT RSUD UMAR MAS’UD PULAU BAWEAN
Latar Belakang: Needle Stick Injury (NSI) adalah luka yang terjadi akibat tertusuk jarum suntikyang secara tidak disengaja. Menurut World Health Organization (WHO) mengungkapkan setiaptahun sekitar 2,5% tenga kesehatan di seluruh dunia terpapar HIV, dan sekitar 40% mengalamipaparan virus Hepatitis B dan Hepatitis C akibat kontak dengan darah dari jarum suntik bekas.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh SMK3RS dan kejadian needle stick injuryterhadap sikap pencegahan needle stick injury di kalangan tenaga keperawatan. Metode:Penelitian ini menggunakan desain analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional,perhitungan sampel sebanyak 40 perawat RSUD Umar Mas’ud Bawean, analisis datamenggunakan dengan teknik total sampling menggunakan kuisioner SMK3RS. analisis datamenggunakan uji korelasi kontingensi dengan sampel 40 responden. Hasil: analisis univariatmenunjukkan bahwa kejadian NSI (60%), Pengetahuan SMK3 (32,5%), sikap (30%). Hasilanalisis bivariat didapatkan hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan (p-value=0,045)(<0,05), sikap (p-value=0.000) (<0,05). Kesimpulan: hubungan pengetahuan SMK3RS terhadapsikap perawat memiliki pengaruh yang sedang terhadap sikap perawat, sedangkan kejadianneedle stick injury memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dengan sikap perawat di RSUD UmarMas’ud Bawean
Bibliometric Analysis of Vaccine Trends and Novelty to Prevent Human Papillomavirus (HPV) Infection in Pregnant Women
Human papillomavirus (HPV) is the most common viral infection of the genital tract. Human papillomavirus (HPV) is associated with cervical, vulvar, and vaginal cancers in women, penile cancer in men, anal cancer, and oropharyngeal cancer in both. The biomolecular profile of Human Papillomavirus (HPV) has been widely studied in patients treated for HPV-related cervical lesions. Prophylactic vaccination against HPV is recommended as part of the vaccination schedule in many countries. This study aims to determine the trend in the number of publications, visualization of the relationship between the topic of vaccines to prevent human papillomavirus (HPV) infection in pregnant women through bibliometric analysis. The research method used a systematic review with stages following the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) diagram. Data on scientific publications related to vaccines to prevent human papillomavirus (HPV) infection in pregnant women were taken through dimensions.ai from 2010 to 2023. The data were then analyzed using Vosviewer. This study produced the following findings. First, the number of publications and citations on the topic of vaccines to prevent human papillomavirus (HPV) infection in pregnant women has increased exponentially from year to year. Second, there are 135 items, 5 clusters, 5463 links, and 14809 link strengths on the topic of vaccines to prevent human papillomavirus (HPV) infection in pregnant women. Third, the suggested research topics related to vaccines to prevent human papillomavirus (HPV) infection in pregnant women are topics that have low density in the low category, namely high prevalence and vaccine hesitancy. The findings of this study can help relevant researchers to recognize trends and novelties in research on vaccines to prevent human papillomavirus (HPV) infection in pregnant women and recommend directions for future research
KADAR LEMAK, KADAR SERAT DAN KARAKTERISTIK SENSORI BROWNIES PANGGANG DENGAN SUBSTITUSI TEPUNG UBI JALAR KUNING
Brownies merupakan produk olahan berbahan utama tepung terigu, namun kadar serat dalam brownies belum tinggi, sehingga perlu ditambahkan bahan tinggi serat seperti ubi jalar kuning. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui kadar lemak, kadar serat dan karakteristik sensori brownies panggang dengan substitusi tepung ubi jalar kuning. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Expermimental dengan desain penelitian Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) menggunakan 4 perlakuan dan 6 pengulangan. Formulasi brownies perbandingan terigu dan tepung ubi jalar kuning yaitu P0 =100%: 0%, P1 =75% : 25%, P2 = 50%:50% dan P3 = 25%;75%. Pengujian kadar lemak menggunakan metode Soxhlet, kadar serat menggunakan metode Gravimetri dan karakteristik sensori menggunakan uji Friedman yang dilanjut Wilcoxon untuk analisis karakteristik sensori. Analisis statistik yang digunakan adalah uji ANOVA dilanjutkan uji LSD. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan brownies panggang memiliki kadar lemak 24,949 – 29,871%, kadar serat 23,478 – 35,885%. Karakteristik sensori warna berkisar antara 4,042 – 4,667, aroma berkisar antara 4,000 – 4,458, rasa berkisar antara 4,333 – 4,625, tekstur berkisar antara 4,125 – 4,708. Substitusi tepung ubi jalar kuning memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kadar lemak (p=0,00), kadar serat (p=0,00), dan karakteristik sensori warna dan tekstur brownies panggang.
ORDINAL LOGISTIC REGRESSION MODEL FOR HUMAN DEVELOPMENT INDEX DATA IN PAPUA AND WEST PAPUA PROVINCES
The Human Development Index (HDI) is a key indicator used to measure the quality of economic development, particularly the degree of human development. In 2019, the HDI for Papua Province was 60.84, while West Papua Province recorded a value of 64.70. According to the Central Statistics Agency, these figures indicate that Papua and West Papua are the provinces with the lowest HDI in Indonesia. This research aims to identify the factors influencing the HDI in Papua and West Papua Provinces in 2019 using an ordinal logistic regression approach. The study utilizes secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency for both provinces. The results indicate that the model developed is appropriate, with the Open Unemployment Rate (TPT) and average per capita expenditure being significant factors influencing HDI. The model's effectiveness is evidenced by an Akaike Information Criterion (AIC) value of 28.97
ORDINAL XGBOOST FOR MULTICLASS NUTRITIONAL STATUS CLASSIFICATION WITH IMBALANCED DATA
Stunting is a major global health problem that affects children’s physical growth and cognitive development, particularly in developing countries. The classification of toddlers’ nutritional status to detect stunting risk often faces two primary challenges: the ordinal nature of the labels and the imbalance in class distribution, where minority classes such as stunted and tall are much smaller than the majority class (normal). This study aims to develop an Ordinal Extreme Gradient Boosting (Ordinal XGBoost) method using a Binary Decomposition approach to classify toddlers’ nutritional status in imbalanced ordinal data. Secondary data from 100 respondents were analyzed, with 80% allocatedfor training and 20% for testing. The Binary Decomposition approach transforms the three-class ordinal classification problem into two binary subproblems, each trained using XGBoost with weighted logistic loss to address class imbalance. Model performance was evaluated using four key metrics: accuracy, ordinal Mean Absolute Error (MAE), Quadratic Weighted Kappa (QWK), and Macro-F1. Results showed an accuracy of 70%, ordinal MAE of 0.30, QWK of 0.45, and Macro-F1 of 0.53. The MAE and QWK values indicate the model’s ability to preserve class order while reducing large prediction jumps, although performance on minority classes remains limited. These findings suggest that the proposed approach is effective for imbalanced ordinal data and has potential applications in toddler nutritional status monitoring systems
