Komunikasi Profetik dalam Pelayanan Jamaah Haji dan Umrah di Almira Travel: Pendekatan dan Tantangan
Get PDFPT Almira Berkah Abadi, as a provider of Hajj and Umrah travel services, applies prophetic communication grounded in the values of tabligh (clear delivery), amanah (trustworthiness), and fathanah (wisdom). This study aims to analyze the implementation of prophetic communication in Hajj and Umrah services and identify the challenges faced by the company. Using the three-component service quality theory, this study evaluates the quality of outcomes, interactions, and the physical environment of the services provided. The findings reveal that the prophetic communication approach creates a meaningful worship experience for pilgrims, although challenges such as employee multitasking and regulatory changes persist. Strategic solutions, including employee training, technology utilization, and regulatory education, have been implemented to address these challenges

This data collection was carried out by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research show that: 1) the process of guidance for converts to Islam is carried out once a week, where guidance is carried out in stages in carrying out guidance on reading the Al-Qur\u27an using the Iqra method. 2). No full textPenelitian ini mendeskripsikan strategi pembuatan, proses pembuatan, penerapan evaluasi, serta autentik dan identitas etnografi virtual pada akun Instagram @alfatahar_. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi virtual. Teori yang digunakan adalah strategi kreatif dari Karen Freberg, teori berpikir kreatif dari Chris Griffiths & Melina Costi seSrta teori etnografi virtual dari Christine Hine. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dakwah kreatif pada akun ini terdapat dalam aspek, yaitu: pertama, fleksibilitas dan pengembangan konten berbasis keahlian. Kedua, pendekatan personal dan konsistensi visual. Ketiga, evaluasi melalui analisis umpan balik. Keempat, personal branding serta konsistensi gaya. Berdasarkan penemuan ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pendekatan Alfatahar dalam pembuatan konten menekankan fleksibilitas, personalisasi, dan evaluasi yang terstruktur untuk menciptakan identitas digital yang konsisten dan autentik
Consumer Perception and Challenges of Halal Certification in the Food and Beverage Industry in Indonesia
Get PDFHalal certification in the food and beverage industry represents a complex multidimensional ecosystem in Indonesia, encompassing consumer perceptions, regulatory challenges, and strategic economic implications. This comprehensive library research explores the intricate dynamics of halal certification through a systematic analysis of contemporary scientific literature published between 2019-2024. Utilizing content and comparative analysis methods, the study investigates consumer awareness, regulatory frameworks, economic dimensions, and technological transformations in halal certification. Research findings reveal significant consumer awareness, with 87.2% of Muslim consumers considering halal certification a primary product selection criterion. The study identifies structural challenges in regulatory implementation, methodological complexities in verification processes, and the strategic economic potential of halal-certified products. Technological information platforms emerge as crucial mechanisms for enhancing transparency and accountability. The research recommends a holistic, collaborative approach integrating perspectives from religious scholars, food technologists, and management experts to develop a credible, sustainable halal certification ecosystem
Identification of Sexual Dimorphism in Nyctixalus margaritifer Based on Morphometric Analysis at Situ Gunung Sukabumi
Get PDFThe Nyctixalus margaritifer frogs is a native species on Java island, and nature\u27s existence is increasingly threatened. This species has very limited distribution in West Java, and there is no information regarding sexual dimorphism. Therefore, this research aimed to explore the presence of N. margarite in the Situ Gunung area in the Gunung Gede Pangrango National Park (TNGGP) and analyze sexual dimorphism based on morphometrics. The research was conducted in September-December 2023, and data were collected using the Visual Encounter Survey (VES) method. The coordinates of individual N. margaritifer were recorded using GPSMAP, followed by analyzing 23 morphometric characters using the non-parametric Mann-Whitney. The Principal Component Analysis (PCA) was carried out to determine characters that form group structures. The data obtained were tested using the Bartlett homogeneity variance test and declared significant at p-value <0.05. The statistical analysis was performed using R software. The results showed that there were 6 males and 10 females of N. margaritifer in 4.34-hectare home range found at 10-80 cm height from the ground, attached to the leaves or stems of fern Shillaginella sp., taro Homalomena sp., Cyrtandra sp., and Laportea sp. Regarding defensive behavior in the presence of humans, N. margaritifer were observed to stop moving and making sounds, pressed their limbs on the perches, remained still, and appeared dead. The results of the analysis obtained three characters that differentiate sex with significant p-value <0.05, namely snout-vent length (SVL), third toe length (T3), and wrist width (Lt.M). PCA scatter plot showed that the three characters did not contribute maximally as separators. Meanwhile, the K mean cluster analysis produced clustering of SVL, T3, and Lt.M, which was not strong enough to be used as sex-distinguishing characters
Bimbingan Regulasi Emosi untuk Meningkatkan Penerimaan Diri Pasien Hemodialisis
No full textPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi psikologis pasien hemodialisis pada masa awal diagnosis, proses bimbingan regulasi emosi yang diberikan oleh tenaga kesehatan, serta perubahan penerimaan diri pasien setelah mendapatkan bimbingan tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pasien mengalami tekanan emosional seperti kecemasan, ketakutan, dan penolakan. Tenaga kesehatan memberikan bimbingan regulasi emosi secara informal melalui komunikasi empatik dan dukungan psikologis berkelanjutan. Setelah mendapatkan bimbingan, pasien mulai menunjukkan peningkatan dalam penerimaan diri, seperti menerima kondisi dengan lebih terbuka dan menjalani terapi secara kooperatif. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa regulasi emosi memiliki peran penting dalam membantu pasien menjalani proses penerimaan diri secara lebih sehat dan adaptif.

Layanan Hipnokonseling dalam Menangani Self-Harm pada Siswa Korban Broken Home
No full textFenomena self-harm pada remaja, khususnya siswa dengan latar belakang keluarga broken home, menjadi masalah serius yang membutuhkan penanganan khusus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bentuk-bentuk self-harm yang dilakukan siswa kelas VIII SMPN 51 Bandung, mendeskripsikan proses layanan hipnokonseling oleh guru bimbingan konseling, serta mengevaluasi hasil intervensinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku self-harm pada siswa ditandai dengan menyayat kulit, membenturkan tubuh, hingga penyalahgunaan zat. Layanan hipnokonseling terbukti mampu menurunkan intensitas perilaku tersebut, membantu siswa mengendalikan emosi negatif, serta meningkatkan kesadaran diri dan harapan positif terhadap masa depan. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa hipnokonseling efektif digunakan sebagai intervensi psikologis di lingkungan sekolah untuk menangani siswa korban broken home.

Evaluating the Performance and Institutional Challenges of BMT in North Sumatra: A Multi-Perspective
No full textBaitul Maal wat Tamwil (BMT) is a Sharia-based microfinance institution that plays a pivotal role in promoting community economic empowerment, particularly in North Sumatra, a region characterized by its rich economic potential and socio-cultural diversity. Despite its strategic importance, many BMTs in this region face persistent challenges, including low levels of Islamic financial literacy, weak institutional governance, limited access to digital technologies, and inadequate working. This study aims to identify the key factors impeding BMT performance and to formulate context-specific revitalization strategies that are both practical and sustainable. Employing a qualitative research design with a case study approach, data were gathered through in-depth interviews, field observations, and document analysis involving three selected BMTs in North Sumatra. Thematic analysis was utilized to uncover critical patterns within the institutional and operational dynamics of these entities. The findings reveal that poor managerial professionalism, declining public trust, and a lack of innovation in Sharia-compliant financial products tailored to local needs are among the primary barriers to performance. In response, this study proposes four strategic recommendations: (1) enhancing human resource capacity through targeted professional training; (2) digitalizing services to foster greater efficiency and transparency; (3) restructuring organizational frameworks; and (4) improving Islamic financial literacy through comprehensive public education initiatives. This research contributes to the development of a locally grounded revitalization model for BMTs, offering actionable insights for practitioners, regulators, and stakeholders committed to advancing an inclusive, resilient, and adaptive Islamic microfinance ecosystem
Analisis Layanan Bimbingan Karir dalam Persiapan Siswa Madrasah Aliyah Memasuki Perguruan Tinggi : Studi Kasus Kualitatif di MAN 2 Sukabumi
No full textPenelitian ini menganalisis program dan pelaksanaan layanan bimbingan karir dalam mempersiapkan siswa madrasah aliyah memasuki perguruan tinggi di MAN 2 Sukabumi dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Konteks penelitian melibatkan siswa dari latar belakang sosial ekonomi menengah ke bawah dengan orientasi pendidikan keagamaan Islam yang kuat. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam dengan kepala madrasah, koordinator BK, guru BK, dan guru mata pelajaran, serta dokumentasi program bimbingan karir. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan MAN 2 Sukabumi menerapkan program bimbingan karir sistematis meliputi layanan orientasi, informasi, konseling individual dan kelompok, serta penempatan yang dilaksanakan sejak kelas X hingga XII. Pelaksanaan layanan menggunakan metode tes minat bakat, konseling, dan kolaborasi dengan perguruan tinggi serta alumni. Temuan memperkaya teori perkembangan karir Super dalam konteks ekonomi rendah dengan menunjukkan bahwa faktor socioeconomic status mempengaruhi tahap eksplorasi karir siswa secara signifikan. Layanan bimbingan karir menunjukkan peningkatan kesiapan dan kepercayaan diri siswa yang mendapat dukungan penuh orang tua, namun terkendala oleh kondisi ekonomi keluarga dan keterbatasan tenaga BK berkualifikasi. Novelty penelitian terletak pada integrasi teori perkembangan karir dengan konteks madrasah Islam dan kondisi sosial ekonomi, menghasilkan Model Deskriptif Bimbingan Karir Kontekstual Madrasah yang dapat diterapkan di institusi serupa. Penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa layanan bimbingan karir memerlukan penguatan pada aspek digitalisasi informasi, pendampingan khusus untuk siswa dari keluarga ekonomi menengah ke bawah, dan alokasi anggaran BK yang memadai.
