GREEN INNOVATION: A SYSTEMATIC LITERATURE REVIEW USING PRISMA
Get PDFThe purpose of this article is to provide an in-depth understanding of green innovation from a comprehensive overview, analyzing articles and information through a systematic literature review. This study synthesizes and analyzes 113 literature review studies obtained from the Scopus database between 2011 and 2021, which are included in tiers Q1 and Q2. The methodology used for the analysis applied the PRISMA 2020 protocols. The process was carried out to analyze the number of citations, keywords, journals, mapping themes, theories, and research methods. An in-depth analysis of four research themes was conducted and several future research opportunities are suggested and discussed in this article. Four research themes are green supply chain, green management practices, performance, competitive advantage, and sustainability. Several future research agendas related to the theories used in the research, research methodology used, context and location of the research, and other sub-topics related to green innovation
Strategi Pembelajaran Inklusif Untuk Anak Berkebutuhan Khusus Di TK Putra Jaya Salatiga
Get PDFMenurut UUD 1945 Bab XII setiap orang memiliki hak yang sama dalam memperoleh pendidikan. Pendidikan inklusif merupakan suatu sistem pendidikan yang memungkinkan seluruh peserta didik, baik yang memiliki kebutuhan khusus maupun yang memiliki potensi kecerdasan luar biasa, untuk belajar bersama dalam satu lingkungan pendidikan yang sama dengan peserta didik lainnya. Salah satu pembelajaran untuk anak yang dapat membantu anak-anak dengan kebutuhan khusus dapat mengembangkan keterampilan mereka melalui pembelajaran seni rupa, salah satunya adalah kegiatan menggambar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, serta analisis dokumen. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh diketahui bahwa TK Putra Jaya sudah melakukan pendidikan yang inklusif dan terus mengupayakan yang terbaik dengan melibatkan berbagai pihak. Selain melibatkan pihak lain, TK Putra Jaya juga melakukan strategi pembelajaran untuk anak berkebutuhan khusus dengan kategori ADHD secara individu, dengan cara memahami gaya belajar, melakukan pemetaan berupa akomodasi dan modifikasi pembelajaran mampu meningkatkan kemampuan anak.According to the 1945 Constitution, Chapter XII, every individual has the same right to access education. Inclusive education is an educational system that enables all students, including those with special needs and those with exceptional intelligence, to learn together in the same educational environment. One type of learning activity that can help children with special needs develop their skills is art education, particularly drawing. This study uses a qualitative approach, which includes techniques such as observation, interviews, and document analysis. Based on the findings, it was revealed that TK Putra Jaya has already implemented inclusive education and continues to strive for the best by involving various stakeholders. In addition to involving other parties, TK Putra Jaya also applies individualized learning strategies for children with special needs, particularly those with ADHD, by understanding their learning styles and conducting mapping through accommodations and modifications to the learning process, which has proven effective in enhancing the children’s abilities

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan mengetahui bagaimana kecerdasan emosional dan minat belajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Matematika FKIP Universitas Tanjungpura serta untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan minat belajar terhadap IPK mahasiswa Pendidikan Matematika FKIP Universitas Tanjungpura. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif. Di penelitian ini sampelnya adalah mahasiswa semester 4 Pendidikan Matematika FKIP Universitas Tanjungpura. Hasil dari penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa kecerdasan emosional dan minat belajar mempunyai pengaruh pada indeks prestasi kumulatif mahasiswa. Dalam penelitian ini, didapati bahwa kecerdasan emosional dan minat belajar subjek penelitian berada di tingkat menengah. Dari hasil analisis data yang telah dilakukan di penelitian ini, didapati bahwa kecerdasan emosional mempunyai pengaruh yang cukup pada IPK mahasiswa sedangkan minat belajar mempunyai pengaruh yang kecil terhadap IPK mahasiswa

The performance of an entity can be reviewed by their financial statements. Moreover, this financial statement can also be used as the basis of decision making. This research provides the perspective of small and medium enterprises owners from the commercial sector about financial statements. The research method used was qualitative descriptive with resource persons from three successful entrepreneurs in Salatiga. This research finds that financial statements have an important contribution to small and medium enterprises' continuity. Financial statements have a lot of usabilities related to a short-term and long-term plan. Size of company, level of education, and easiness are not the main reason that affects the decision of financial statement-making but have an impact on that. Financial statements made by small and medium enterprises indirectly have applied SAK-EMKM in their making process. EKSPLORASI ETNOMATEMATIKA PADA BATIK SOEDIRMAN DI PURBALINGGA
Get PDFEthnomathematics is the study of mathematics that examines the correlation between mathematics and cultural activities within a particular community. Ethnomathematics refers to an activity in society that is carried out in daily activities as a culture related to mathematics. This culture is found in cultural heritage related to General Soedirman, one of which is Batik Soedirman. Soedirman Batik is a new innovation in batik craftsmanship found in Purbalingga Regency. This research aims to explore the mathematical elements in Soedirman Batik motifs. The researcher employed qualitative research methods with an ethnographic approach. The subjects of this study included the Regional National Crafts Council of Purbalingga, Wastralingga Batik Center, the owner of Tien Batik Center, and batik artisans. Data collection techniques involved interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted using Spradley's model, which includes domain analysis, taxonomic analysis, componential analysis, and thematic analysis. The results of this study indicate the presence of mathematical elements such as repeating patterns, unit conversion, plane figures, lines, congruence, geometric transformations, and trigonometric function graphs in the Soedirman Batik motifs
PELARANGAN PENGGUNAAN GADGET BAGI PESERTA DIDIK MELALUI PENGAMBILAN KEPUTUSAN ETIS GURU DI SMK NEGERI 1 SIGUMPAR
Get PDFThis research aims to explore the implementation of the policy of prohibiting the use of gadgets at SMK Negeri 1 Sigumpar and its impact on the learning process and students' ethical views in the context of Christian education. The increasingly widespread use of gadgets among students has both positive and negative impacts, including dependence on technology and potential disruption in the learning process. Using qualitative methods, data was collected through interviews with teachers, students and parents, as well as observations of the implementation of these policies in schools. The results of the research show that the policy of banning gadgets at SMK Negeri 1 Sigumpar has had a positive impact, such as increasing student concentration, reducing distractions, and increasing social interaction in the classroom. From an ethical perspective, this policy provides important lessons about managing technology in an educational context, taking into account the balance between the use of technology and the need for healthy interpersonal relationships in the school environment. Therefore, although banning gadgets provides benefits in reducing disruption to learning, schools need to consider improving facilities and teaching methods that support education without ignoring technological developments. This policy should be supported by training for teachers and students as well as parental involvement in the process of monitoring the wise use of technology
The effect of flexible working arrangements and digital workplace on employee loyalty with employee satisfaction as mediation
Get PDFAt this time, many companies are starting to carry out their business activities after going through the pandemic. All of these activities aim to achieve the company's main goal in the field of HRM, which is to increase employee satisfaction and loyalty. This study analyzes the relationship between the influence of flexible and digital work environments on employee satisfaction and employee loyalty in IT companies in Jakarta, Indonesia. The respondents of this study were 165 IT employees in Jakarta. This research was analyzed using Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). This research found that flexible working arrangements and digital workplaces positively affect employee satisfaction and loyalty. Employee satisfaction has a positive effect on employee loyalty. Employee satisfaction can mediate the relationship between flexible working arrangements, digital workplaces, and employee loyalty. Researchers can then consider research in other industries or sectors.Pada saat ini banyak perusahaan yang mulai melakukan kegiatan bisnisnya setelah melewati masa pandemi, semua kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mencapai tujuan utama perusahaan di bidang HRM untuk meningkatkan kepuasan dan loyalitas karyawannya. Penelitian ini menganalisa hubungan pengaruh flexible dan lingkungan kerja digital terhadap kepuasan karyawan dan loyalitas karyawan pada perusahaan IT di Jakarta Indonesia. Responden penelitian ini sebanyak 165 karyawan IT di Jakarta, dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa Flexible working arrangement dan digital workplace berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan karyawan dan loyalitas karyawan. Kepuasan karyawan berpengaruh positif terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Kepuasan Karyawan mampu memediasi hubungan Flexible working arrangement dan digital workplace terhadap loyalitas karyawan. Improving the Quality of Education Through Infrastructur in Era 5.0
Get PDFThe research aims to explore improving the quality of education through infrastructure in the 5.0 era. Preparing educational facilities and infrastructure is critical to maintaining them properly and appropriately, especially in this 5.0 era. All school officials must maintain facilities and infrastructure well, including principals, teaching staff, and students. If educational facilities and infrastructure in schools are maintained properly and correctly, of course, the impact will be on the quality of education. This research used a qualitative descriptive method by explaining what underlies the results obtained by compiling the data or information the researcher has collected with the final results in written form. Data collection techniques are done through interviews, observation, and documentation. The research results show that the efforts made by schools are to improve the quality of education through 5.0-era infrastructure. Namely by doing: 1). Planning educational facilities and infrastructure through needs analysis by analyzing the financing that must be covered, adjusting the quality of facilities and infrastructure, 2). Inventory, 3). Settings, 4). Maintenance, 5). Removal through the deletion procedure. 6) Providing training to educators and education staff in using existing facilities so that they are maintained and function as they should.
Analisis Faktor-Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Perubahan Perilaku Sosial pada Anak yang Aktif dalam Situasi Tertentu: Studi Kasus di Acara Ulang Tahun Kelas
Get PDFSocial behavior in children is influenced by various internal and external factors, especially in new or specific situations such as social events. This study aims to analyze the factors influencing changes in social behavior in children who are usually active and cheerful but become reserved in certain circumstances. The research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive approach, utilizing interviews with teachers and parents, as well as observations of children's behavior during a birthday event at a kindergarten in Bandar Lampung. The findings reveal that situational factors, such as a noisy environment, unfamiliar social settings, and a lack of emotional support, contribute to the observed behavioral changes. Children who generally exhibit high levels of interaction and enthusiasm in class showed signs of withdrawal, hesitation, and discomfort during the event. The results also indicate the significant role of emotional regulation and social anxiety in shaping children's responses to new situations. This study underscores the importance of early intervention by teachers and parents in fostering emotional resilience and providing a supportive environment for children in social contexts. These findings offer practical insights for educators and caregivers to better understand and address the dynamic nature of children's social behavior in varied settings.Perilaku sosial pada anak dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor internal dan eksternal, terutama dalam situasi baru atau tertentu seperti acara sosial. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi perubahan perilaku sosial pada anak yang biasanya aktif dan ceria namun menjadi pendiam dalam keadaan tertentu. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif melalui wawancara dengan guru dan orang tua, serta observasi terhadap perilaku anak selama acara ulang tahun di sebuah taman kanak-kanak di Bandar Lampung. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa faktor situasional, seperti lingkungan yang ramai, suasana sosial yang asing, dan kurangnya dukungan emosional, berkontribusi pada perubahan perilaku yang diamati. Anak yang biasanya menunjukkan tingkat interaksi dan antusiasme tinggi di kelas menunjukkan tanda-tanda menarik diri, keraguan, dan ketidaknyamanan selama acara. Hasil penelitian juga mengindikasikan peran penting regulasi emosi dan kecemasan sosial dalam membentuk respons anak terhadap situasi baru. Penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya intervensi dini oleh guru dan orang tua dalam membangun ketahanan emosional dan menyediakan lingkungan yang mendukung bagi anak dalam konteks sosial. Web-based Secure Degree Certificate Legalization System Using Advanced Encryption Standard Algorithm
Get PDFDegree certificate legalization system with encryption security feature using Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) in Semarang University has a purpose to support academic to do online document legalization through a system. The main problem which occurs in academic administration is a long document legalization process that causes an ineffective and inefficient legalization process. To solve the problem, a system that can encrypt a document for better security is required. This system is built with the Advanced Encryption Standard algorithm with a 128-bit sized key to encrypt confidential information inside the document. During the encryption process, this algorithm operates using 4x4 bit array blocks and passing many encryption processes for at least 10 (ten) times. The application is analyzed with object-oriented analysis and modeled with Unified Modeling Language. The result of this research is a system which can secure document with AES algorithm with a 256-bit sized key. The security element in this algorithm will make easier to identify the owner of the document. The secured document is easily accessible through PHP-based web or available QR code. When decrypting the document, the application will activate the camera function and decrypt the information document
