Upaya Peningkatan Hasil Belajar Biologi Dengan Menerapkan Model Pembelajaran Discovery Learning Terpadu
The purpose of this study was to determine the improvement of learning outcomes of students in class X MIPA 1 in Integrated Islamic High School of Nurhidayah Sukoharjo by applying the Discovery Learning “TERPADU” model in online learning. This research is a classroom action research model of Kemmis and Taggart which consists of four stages in each action, namely planning, implementation and observation, evaluation, and reflection. The research was conducted in two cycles of action. The subjects of this research were students of class X MIPA 1 with a total of 34 students. This research instrument is in the form of tests and non-tests. The results of this study indicate the achievement of student learning outcomes that have increased from pre-action to cycle I to cycle II, namely: (1) the student's average score of 66.68 (pre-action) increased to 82.72 (cycle I) then increased again to 89.11 (cycle II), (2) the percentage of classical completeness of 51.67% (pre-action) increased to 82.33% (cycle I) then increased again to 100% (cycle II), (3) N-gain of 0.31 in the “medium” category (cycle I) increased to 0.58 or stayed in the “medium” category (cycle II). Based on these results, it can be concluded that the application of the Discovery Learning “TERPADU” model can improve Biology learning outcomes. Based on this study, the researcher provides suggestions: (1) this Discovery Learning “TERPADU” model also needs to be tested in other class action research either conducted in online mode or offline mode (in the classroom) and (2) this research needs to be developed by using information technology and computer-based learning media in offline mode learning
The Pengaruh Pola Asuh Demokratis Orang Tua Pada Ketahanan Anak Sekolah Dasar Mengatasi Perundungan Di Denpasar
The background of this quantitative research stems from the increasing cases of bullying experienced by children. The objectives of this study are to address several questions: (1) Does the democratic parenting style influence child’s resilience? (2) Does the democratic parenting style influence bullying behavior? (3) Does a child's resilience play a role in overcoming bullying at school? and (4) Does a child's resilience mediates the influence of democratic parenting styles on bullying? The research population consists of 150 parents with primary school-aged children in Denpasar, Bali. This research was conducted in the third week of January 2023 to September 2023. Data collection instruments include questionnaires distributed to parents in both online Google Forms and physical questionnaire sheets. Data processing and mediation effect testing are analyzed using the SmartPLS version 4.0 software application. The research concludes that a democratic parenting style positively and significantly influences the resilience of elementary school children. This suggests that an increasingly better democratic parenting style can produce children with high self-resilience, enabling them to overcome bullying and other challenges they will face in their lives. However, statistically, the resilience of elementary school children does not mediate the influence of the democratic parenting style variable on the bullying variable
Aktualisasi Program Kampus Mengajar Melalui Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Kaya Literasi dan Numerasi di SD Negeri Dungkek III
This research aims to identify activity programs that can be carried out by Kampus Mengajar 7 in an effort to create an environment and habituation to literacy and numeracy activities at SD Negeri Dungkek III. This is motivated by the lack of average ability of Indonesian students in literacy and numeracy in the last 3 years based on PISA data. The main focus of the Kampus Mengajar program is targeting level 1 and 2 schools based on the results of the National Assessment. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods with data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation and documentation. The results of this research explain the role of students' active contribution in the actualization of the Kampus Mengajar program as teacher partners, socializers of the Ministry of Education and Culture's learning products, technology adaptation, as well as collaborative learning variations in the classroom as well as identifying activity programs that can be implemented to boost students' literacy and numeracy skills
Sistem penilaian kinerja pegawai di kantor Kementerian Agama Provinsi Papua Barat menggunakan metode Self Organizing Map (SOM)
A government agency requires employees who have competence and good performance. Various factors affect performance between the abilities of other individuals and the agency environment, including the office of the Ministry of Religion in West Papua Province. However, the performance assessment process still needs to be better for making assessment decisions and is still subjectively based. Those things affect the employee's assessments. For example, employees cannot complete work according to predetermined targets and must be more careful in carrying out the work. So, to facilitate this assessment, an accurate calculation application is needed. A Self Organizing Map (SOM) is used to sort data in a group with similar data that are close to each other. Using the R (programming language) and R studio as the required application platform, we can calculate values and form them into three clusters: very good, quite good, and poor. Then, from the calculation results, 55 employees, with a percentage of 42%, match cluster with quite good performance, 29 employees, with a percentage of 22%, are in cluster with poor performance, and 48 employees, with a percentage of 36%, are in cluster with very good performance.Suatu instansi pemerintahan memerlukan pegawai yang mempunyai kompetensi dan kinerja baik. Beberapa hal yang dapat berpengaruh pada kinerja pegawai yakni keahlian pribadi dan adaptasi terhadap lingkungan instansi, begitu pula yang terjadi pada kantor Kementerian Agama Provinsi Papua Barat. Permasalahannya adalah proses penilaian kinerja belum dilakukan secara ideal. Pengambilan keputusan penilaian masih bersifat subjektif, sehingga dapat berpengaruh pada penurunan mutu pegawai yang tidak sesuai dengan kinerja di lapangan. Contohnya pekerjaan tidak dapat diselesaikan oleh pegawai sesuai sasaran yang sudah ditetapkan dan pegawai tidak teliti dalam mengerjakan pekerjaan yang diberikan. Untuk mempermudah penilaian tersebut maka diperlukan aplikasi perhitungan yang akurat. Metode Self Organizing Map (SOM) digunakan untuk mengurutkan dan mengelompokkan data sehingga data yang serupa akan berdekatan satu sama lain. Dengan Bahasa R dan R Studio sebagai platform, aplikasi yang dibutuhkan dapat menghasilkan nilai perhitungan dan membentuk tiga cluster yaitu cluster kinerja sangat baik, cukup baik, dan kurang. Dari perhitungan diperoleh sebanyak 55 pegawai dengan persentase 42% masuk pada cluster dengan kinerja cukup baik, 29 pegawai dengan persentase 22% masuk pada cluster dengan kinerja kurang, dan 48 pegawai dengan persentase 36% masuk pada cluster dengan kinerja sangat baik
REGIONAL AUTHORITY IN THE ENVIRONMENTAL SECTOR POST THE IMPLEMENTATION OF LAW NUMBER 6 OF 2023
Artikel ini membahas perubahan kewenangan daerah dalam perlindungan dan pengelolaan lingkungan hidup pasca diberlakukannya UU No. 6 Tahun 2023, dimana kehadiran UU tersebut berdampak mengubah dan menghapus kewenangan daerah berdasarkan UU No. 32 Tahun 2009. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian hukum normatif dengan menggunakan bahan hukum primer dan sekunder, yang disertai dengan studi lapangan. Hasil kajian menunjukan bahwa keberlakunya UU Nomor 6 Tahun 2023 berimplikasi pada pergeseran kewenangan pengurusan sektor lingkungan hidup dari pemerintah daerah kepada pemerintah pusat, yang menyebabkan kewenangan daerah semakin sempit dalam mengelola lingkungan hidup. Pergeseran kewenangan kepada pemerintah pusat menyebabkan UU Nomor 6 Tahun 2023 bersifat sentralistis yang bertentangan dengan semangat desentralisasi.This article discusses changes in regional authority in environmental protection and management after the enactment of Law No. 6 of 2023, where the presence of this law has the impact of changing and eliminating regional authority based on Law No. 32 of 2009. The research method used is normative legal research using primary and secondary legal materials and field studies. The study results show that the enactment of Law Number 6 of 2023 has implications for a shift in authority for managing the environmental sector from regional governments to the central government, which causes regional authority to become narrower in managing the environment. The authority change to the central government causes Law Number 6 of 2023 to be centralized, contrary to the spirit of decentralization
LEGAL PROTECTION FOR SUSPECTS OF CRIMINAL ACTS OF CORRUPTION BY STATE OFFICIALS IN THE LAND FIELD FROM THE PERSPECTIVE OF OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE
Sekretaris Jenderal Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Badan Pertanahan Nasional mengeluarkan surat edaran tertanggal 23 Oktober 2023 yang berisi instruksi kepada Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional di setiap provinsi untuk berkoordinasi dengan kejaksaan atau kepolisian untuk menghentikan tindakan hukum rekan-rekan mereka yang diduga melakukan korupsi, didalamnya ada perintah untuk melakukan tindakan intervensi pada penegakan hukum. Pokok masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah surat edaran yang memberikan perlindungan hukum kepada rekan-rekan mereka yang diduga melakukan korupsi. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode penelitian yuridis-normatif yang hasilnya bahwa surat edaran tersebut memenuhi unsur obstruction of justice dan melemahkan undang-undang antikorupsi. Disarankan Menteri pemilik kewenangan membatalkan surat edaran dan kepada Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional di setiap provinsi mengabaikan surat edaran tersebut dan tetap menjunjung tinggi kewajiban hukumnya.The Secretary General of the Ministry of Agrarian Affairs and Spatial Planning/National Land Agency issued a circular letter dated 23 October 2023. This circular letter contains instructions for the Head of the National Land Agency in each province to coordinate with the prosecutor or police to suspend legal actions against their colleagues suspected of corruption. It inherently orders intervention actions in law enforcement. The main issue in this research is that the circular letter provides legal protection to their colleagues suspected of corruption. The research used the normative juridical research method. The results show that the circular letter fulfils the element of obstruction of justice and weakens the anti-corruption laws. This research suggests that the Minister, who has the authority, should invalidate the circular letter, and the Head of the National Land Agency in each province should ignore the circular letter and continue to uphold their legal obligations
Pengembangan Sumber Belajar Berbasis VistaCreate dengan Pendekatan VCT : Development of Learning Resources using VistaCreate with VCT Approach
Learning resources are very useful in helping students understand learning materials. This research aims to develop learning video resources with the help of the VistaCreate website in History subjects. The research method used is R&D with the Allesi & Trollip model. The data collection techniques through interviews, questionnaires, and product trials, while data analysis techniques through data analysis from expert validation and analysis of learning outcomes. The research subjects were students of class XI IPS 4 SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang totaling 28 people. The results showed that in the implementation of the alpha test obtained a score of 4.92 material experts, 4.5 linguists, and 4.85 media experts, categorized as very valid. Then the beta test obtained a score of 4.75 from the individual trial and 4.61 from the small group test, categorized as very effective. The implementation of research in the field showed the results that the increase in students' abilities reached 61.43% and obtained an N-gain of 0.82 which was categorized as high. In this case, that the learning video resource is valid and effective to be used by students.Sumber belajar sangat berguna dalam membantu peserta didik memahami materi pada pembelajaran. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan untuk mengembangkan sumber belajar video pembelajaran dengan bantuan website VistaCreate. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah R&D dengan model Allesi & Trollip. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik kelas XI IPS 4 SMA Srijaya Negara Palembang berjumlah 28 orang. Untuk pelaksanaan uji alpha memperoleh nilai 4,92 ahli materi, 4,5 ahli bahasa, dan 4,85 ahli media, berkategori sangat valid. Kemudian pada uji beta memperoleh nilai 4,75 dari uji coba perorangan dan 4,61 dari uji kelompok kecil, berkategori sangat efektif. Pelaksanaan penelitian di lapangan menunjukkan hasil bahwa peningkatan kemampuan peserta didik mencapai 61,43% dan memperoleh N-gain 0,82 yang berkategori tinggi. Dalam hal ini, bahwa sumber belajar video pembelajaran valid dan efektif digunakan oleh peserta didik
Pengujian rancang ulang website perpustakaan Universitas Kristen Duta Wacana
The library website is a portal for students to access library services and resources. The library has never conducted an evaluation or assessment of its website. The initial observations show that some content and features on the library website should meet academic library website standards. This study aims to redesign the interface of the UKDW library website to accommodate student needs and meet the standards of the academic library website. The method used in this study is User Centered-Design (UCD), and the research stages included data collection, analysis, prototype design, and testing involving students and librarians. The testing phase applies the usability testing method. Usability testing was conducted twice, i.e., formative testing and summative testing. The result of this study is that the redesigned library website interface has been tested with the value of effectiveness, efficiency, and user satisfaction in the good category.Website perpustakaan universitas berfungsi sebagai portal akses layanan dan sumber informasi bagi mahasiswa agar memenuhi kebutuhan mereka. Permasalahan yang ditemukan adalah perpustakaan UKDW belum pernah melakukan evaluasi dan pengembangan situs websitenya. Selain itu, ditemukan bahwa konten dan fitur website perpustakaan UKDW belum memenuhi standar website perpustakaan akademik. Penelitian dilakukan untuk merancang ulang website perpustakaan UKDW yang dapat mengakomodasi kebutuhan mahasiswa dan sesuai standar website perpustakaan akademik. Penelitian menggunakan metode User Centered-Design (UCD). Adapun proses riset meliputi pengumpulan data, analisis, perancangan, dan pengujian yang dalam prosesnya melibatkan mahasiswa dan pustakawan UKDW. Pengujian menerapkan usability testing yang dilaksanakan dalam dua tahap yaitu tahap formative dan summative, berdasarkan tiga aspek yaitu efektivitas, efisiensi, dan kepuasan pengguna. Hasil akhir penelitian adalah rekomendasi antar muka website perpustakaan UKDW yang telah diuji menunjukkan aspek efektivitas, efisien, dan kepuasan pengguna dalam kategori baik
Analisis faktor keberhasilan implementasi E-Health menggunakan model HOT-fit
The development of information technology has brought significant changes to the public sector in both developed and developing countries. In the healthcare sector, there is E-Health to improve service quality by providing information and registration of health services, including drug prescriptions and disease information that the public can access through electronic devices equipped with the Internet. This study aims to identify the success factors of E-Health as one of the E-Government systems considered successfully implemented in Indonesia through user satisfaction to strengthen the effectiveness of E-Health. This study used a modified HOT-fit (Human, Organization, Technology, and fit) model with six variables and quantitative methods. Four of the nine hypotheses were rejected based on data collected from 120 respondents and statistical analysis using Smart Partial Least Squares 3.2.9. It indicates that information quality and service quality have a significant positive effect on user satisfaction and net benefits through user satisfaction.Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah membawa perubahan yang signifikan pada sektor publik baik di negara maju maupun berkembang. Pada sektor pelayanan kesehatan, terdapat E-Health untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dalam penyediaan informasi, pendaftaran layanan kesehatan, termasuk resep obat, dan informasi penyakit yang dapat diakses oleh masyarakat melalui perangkat elektronik yang dilengkapi internet. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi faktor keberhasilan E-Health sebagai salah satu sistem E-Government yang dianggap berhasil diimplementasikan di Indonesia melalui kepuasan pengguna, untuk memperkuat efektivitas E-Health. Model HOT-fit (Human, Organization, Technology, and fit) yang dimodifikasi dengan enam variabel digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersama dengan metode kuantitatif. Berdasarkan data yang dikumpulkan dari 120 responden dan analisis statistik menggunakan Smart Partial Least Squares 3.2.9, empat dari sembilan hipotesis ditolak. Ini menunjukkan bahwa kualitas informasi dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna serta manfaat bersih melalui kepuasan pengguna
Rancang bangun sistem pemantauan dan penyiraman pintar tanaman cabai pada greenhouse menggunakan Fuzzy Mamdani berbasis Blynk IoT
One of the leading horticultural commodities cultivated by farmers is chili. However, chili farmers often experience problems monitoring soil moisture levels and environmental air temperature. In this case, it can affect the growth of chili plants, which impacts crop failure. Therefore, to overcome these problems, this research develops Mamdani fuzzy logic to build an intelligent system that can automatically monitor and water chili plants. In this research, the impact of the use of sensors and system impact treatment on chili plants will be tested and compared with plants that do not use the system. The results of this study show that the smart monitoring and watering system can function properly and maximize the condition of the plant media compared to those that do not use the system. The system can control soil moisture levels with an average error of 3.73% and air temperature with an average error of 1.03%. The results of the system by comparing plants that do not use the system combined with greenhouses can protect plants from extreme weather such as heat, rain, pests, and lack of wild plant growth so that plants look lush, lush, and grow quickly to minimize farmer crop failure. It is easier for farmers to monitor using the Blynk IoT application.Salah satu komoditi hortikultura unggulan yang dibudayakan petani adalah tanaman cabai. Namun petani cabai sering kali mengalami masalah dalam memantau tingkat kelembaban tanah dan juga suhu udara lingkungan. Dari kasus tersebut maka dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan tanaman cabai yang berdampak pada gagalnya panen. Oleh karena itu untuk dapat mengatasi permasalahan tersebut penelitian ini mengembangkan logika fuzzy Mamdani untuk membangun sistem kecerdasan yang dapat secara otomatis memantau dan menyiram tanaman cabai. Pada penelitian ini, dampak dari penggunaan sensor dan perlakuan dampak sistem pada tanaman cabai akan diuji dan dibandingkan dengan tanaman yang tidak menggunakan sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem pemantauan dan penyiraman pintar dapat berfungsi dengan baik dan memaksimalkan kondisi media tanaman dibandingkan dengan yang tidak menggunakan sistem. Sistem dapat mengendalikan tingkat kelembaban tanah dengan error rata-rata 3,73% dan suhu udara dengan error rata-rata 1,03%. Hasil dari sistem dengan membandingkan tanaman yang tidak menggunakan sistem dikombinasikan dengan greenhouse dapat melindungi tanaman dari cuaca ekstrem seperti panas, hujan, hama, dan kurangnya tumbuh tanaman liar, sehingga tanaman terlihat subur, rimbun, dan tumbuh dengan cepat sehingga meminimalisir petani kegagalan panen. Dan memudahkan petani untuk dapat memantau menggunakan aplikasi Blynk IoT
