    Relationship between peer-to-peer lending model improvement and customer satisfaction for company reputation

    This research examines the importance of company reputation for business growth, sustainability and success, because corporate reputation is an intangible asset for the management of all companies. Facing the challenges posed by the traditional banking system, SMEs are often prevented from obtaining the financing they need to grow and develop. This research aims to analyze the relationship between improving the peer-to-peer (P2P) lending model and customer satisfaction in order to maintain the company's reputation, with a case study at PT Amartha. Through a quantitative analysis approach, this research uses measurements that utilize a Likert scale with the population being users of the Amartha Peer to Peer (P2P) lending platform. This research uses the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) data analysis method processed with SmartPLS. Based on the analysis carried out, the findings in this research show that operational efficiency, service innovation and process speed have a positive effect on the company's reputation. Apart from that, it is hoped that PT Amartha will continue to maintain customer satisfaction by adding new innovations or breakthroughs and improving service performance so that satisfaction levels increase and encourage a good company reputation.Penelitian ini mengkaji pentingnya reputasi perusahaan bagi pertumbuhan, keberlanjutan dan kesuksesan bisnis, karena reputasi perusahaan merupakan aset tidak berwujud bagi manajemen semua perusahaan. Menghadapi tantangan yang ditimbulkan oleh sistem perbankan tradisional, UKM sering kali terhambat dalam memperoleh pembiayaan yang mereka perlukan untuk tumbuh dan berkembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan peningkatan model peer-to-peer (P2P) lending dengan kepuasan nasabah guna menjaga reputasi perusahaan, dengan studi kasus di PT Amartha. Melalui pendekatan analisis kuantitatif, penelitian ini menggunakan pengukuran yang memanfaatkan skala Likert dengan populasinya adalah pengguna platform Amartha Peer to Peer (P2P) lending. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis data Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) yang diolah dengan SmartPLS. Berdasarkan analisis yang dilakukan, temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa efisiensi operasional, inovasi layanan dan kecepatan proses berpengaruh positif terhadap reputasi perusahaan. Selain itu diharapkan PT Amartha terus menjaga kepuasan pelanggan dengan menambahkan inovasi atau terobosan baru serta meningkatkan kinerja pelayanan sehingga tingkat kepuasan meningkat dan mendorong reputasi perusahaan yang baik

    Desain Modul Ajar Berbasis Kearifan Lokal untuk Memperkuat Karakter Pelajar Pancasila

    Mengintegrasikan kearifan lokal dalam pembelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dapat meningkatkan rasa cinta dan bangga terhadap budaya sendiri serta membantu siswa memahami nilai-nilai yang terkandung di dalamnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan siswa dan guru terhadap bahan ajar pada materi menanggapi dan menganalisis bacaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survey pada siswa dan guru Bahasa Indonesia kelas VII di SMP Muhammadiyah Rappang. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa dan guru setuju untuk mengintegrasikan kearifan lokal untuk memahami materi pembelajaran. Kearifan lokal yang dibutuhkan adalah konsep Sipakatau, Sipakalebbi, dan Sipakainge. Jenis bahan ajar yang disukai adalah cetak dan elektronik. Oleh karena itu, disarankan untuk mendesain dan mengembangkan bahan ajar berbasis kearifan lokal untuk penguatan karakter berbasis profil pelajar Pancasila. Dengan demikian, integrasi kearifan lokal dalam bahan ajar materi menanggapi dan menganalisis bacaan merupakan suatu kebutuhan yang penting untuk memperkaya pengalaman belajar siswa serta membangun karakter yang sesuai dengan nilai-nilai budaya dan Pancasila.Integrating local wisdom into Indonesian language learning can enhance students' love and pride in their own culture while helping them understand the values embedded within it. This research employed a qualitative descriptive method aimed at analyzing the needs of students and teachers for teaching materials based on local wisdom in the subject responding to and analyzing texts. Research data were collected through surveys using questionnaires and interviews with seventh-grade students and Indonesian language teachers at SMP Muhammadiyah Rappang. The results showed that both students and teachers agreed on the integration of local wisdom to improve understanding of the learning material. The local wisdom concepts identified as essential are Sipakatau, Sipakalebbi, and Sipakainge. The preferred types of teaching materials include both print and electronic formats. Therefore, it is recommended to design and develop teaching materials based on local wisdom to support character development aligned with the Pancasila Student Profile framework. In conclusion, integrating local wisdom into teaching materials for responding to and analyzing texts is a crucial need to enrich students' learning experiences and foster character development rooted in cultural values and Pancasila principles.

    Pengaruh Kinerja Tata Kelola Terhadap Harga Saham Perusahaan: Peran Mediasi Kinerja Sosial

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran mediasi kinerja sosial perusahaan dalam pengaruh kinerja tata kelola terhadap harga saham perusahaan. Pengukuran kinerja tata kelola dan kinerja sosial perusahaan menggunakan skor tata kelola dan sosial Refinitiv. Variabel kontrol menggunakan ukuran perusahaan dengan nilai Ln total aset dan rasio ROE. Penelitian menggunakan purposive sampling untuk pengambilan sampel. Sampel penelitian menggunakan perusahaan yang terdaftar di indeks berbasis ESG di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) yaitu indeks IDX SRI KEHATI dan IDX ESG Leaders periode 2020-2022 dengan total 86 berdasarkan kriteria pemilihan sampel. Teknik pengujian menggunakan multiple linear regression menggunakan STATA dan pengujian mediasi menggunakan Sobel Test Calculator. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja sosial mampu memediasi pengaruh kinerja tata kelola terhadap harga saham perusahaan dengan ukuran perusahaan dan ROE sebagai kontrol. Kinerja tata kelola memiliki hubungan yang tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham. Kinerja tata kelola memiliki pengaruh yang positif signifikan terhadap harga saham. Kinerja sosial memiliki pengaruh yang positif signifikan terhadap harga saham. Kinerja sosial memediasi hubungan antara kinerja tata kelola terhadap harga saham.This study aims to determine the mediating role of corporate social performance in the influence of corporate governance performance towards company's stock prices. The measurement of corporate social performance and corporate governance performance were using corporate governance’s scores and social’s scores in refinitiv. Control variable using company size with Ln value of total assets and ROE ratio. This research was carried out using purposive sampling method. The research used companies listed in ESG-based index on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), which labeled as IDX SRI KEHATI and IDX ESG Leaders for the period 2020-2022 with a total of 86 companies based on the sample criteria. The testing technique were multiple linear regression using STATA software for analyzing data and mediation testing was done by Sobel Test Calculator. The results of this research show that social performance was able to mediate the effect of corporate governance performance towards company’s stock prices with company size and ROE as controls variable. Corporate governance performance has no significant effect on stock prices. Corporate governance performance has a positive and significant effect on stock prices. Social performance has a  positive and significant effect on stock prices. Social performance has a mediating role between corporate governance performance and stock price

    The Power Transformer Failure Prediction with Dissolved Gas Analysis Method Using TDCG based Random Forest

    The transformer is an important component, and early detection of potential failures plays an important role in the reliable operation of the electric power system. This article describes a new approach to power transformer failure prediction based on dissolved gas analysis (DGA) by applying the TDCG method with  the Random Forest algorithm. DGA data from operational transformers is used to train and test predictive models. The random forest  method based on TDCG allows comprehensive analysis of changes in dissolved gases in transformer oil, thus enabling early detection of failure conditions. The experimental results show that  the prediction model uses a model created by applying hyperparameter tuning for optimal  parameter tuning to have high accuracy, accuracy is obtained up to 96% in detecting potential failures, the standard used for accuracy presentation uses confusion matrix as the accuracy of the prediction model. In addition, it can optimize time efficiency in analyzing failures and prevent human error when calculating gas fault  identification or potential failures

    Pemodelan Premi Asuransi Bencana Banjir di Kabupaten Cilacap Jawa Tengah

    Indonesia merupakan negara yang rentan terhadap berbagai macam bencana alam, salah satunya adalah banjir. Kabupaten Cilacap di Jawa Tengah merupakan daerah yang sering mengalami banjir akibat curah hujan yang tinggi, kondisi geografis yang rendah, banyaknya sungai yang melintas, serta perubahan iklim yang menyebabkan cuaca tidak menentu. Bencana banjir di Kabupaten Cilacap berdampak signifikan terhadap perekonomian dan kehidupan masyarakat, sehingga pada penelitian ini dikembangkan model premi asuransi sebagai salah satu upaya mitigasi dalam pengelolaan risiko bencana. Risiko yang dialami masyarakat akibat bencana banjir diasumsikan variabel acak yang mempunyai distribusi tertentu, sehingga perhitungan risiko bencana, berhubungan dengan model probabilitas seperti model kerugian agregat. Kerugian agregat dapat memodelkan jumlah klaim dan besarnya klaim, dimana pada penelitian ini jumlah klaim dan besarnya klaim mengikuti distribusi Gamma dan distribusi Generalized Extreme Value (GEV). Selanjutnya diterapkan metode perhitungan premi asuransi yang mencangkup prinsip varians premium, dan prinsip standard deviation premium untuk memodelkan premi asuransi banjir. Besarnya premi yang dihasilkan dari masing-masing prinsip adalah sebesar 9,91964 × 1018 dan 39.521.895.722, dimana besarnya premi ini merupakan premi kolektif dalam jangka waktu satu tahun. Oleh karena itu, dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan risiko yang sama, prinsip premi standard deviation menghasilkan harga premi yang lebih ekonomis dibandingkan dengan prinsip variance premium. Hasil ini dapat memberikan pertimbangan dan manfaat bagi pemerintah Kabupaten Cilacap dalam menentukan premi asuransi banjir, sekaligus meningkatkan kesiapsiagaan dan perlindungan ekonomi terhadap dampak bencana banjir di Kabupaten Cilacap, Jawa Tengah

    The focus of this study is know and understand how the relationship between God and man in the song of Solomon. The Book of Psalms is a sign between God and man and at the same time as a sign of God's love for Man. The song of songs as a whole deals with a similar theme, namely about romance. The song of songs is rarely used by the church and is only used during Easter celebrations. The song of songs is one of the books that is open to elements that are stimulating or erotic.  It’s colored by a sense of love built by lovers between men and women. In the Book of Song of songs, these lovers are seen as the passions of the world that tell the stories of life built on the course of life. The song of songs itself is rarely recited in the liturgical celebrations in the church. it is probably considered that the language used in the song of songs is very excessive and also contains things that arouse one's lust.  But the Book of Song of Solomon itself actually wants to talk about the relationship between God and man revealed through the bride and groom. The two brides are the Bride of God (male) and the bride (Human). these two can not be separated because they are interconnected with each other

    Yayasan Kristen untuk Kesehatan Umum (YAKKUM) is an integral part of the service of the Synod of Gereja-gereja Kristen Jawa (GKJ) and Gereja Kristen Indonesia (GKI) Sinode Wilayah Jawa Tengah to the community. In the context of the growing health industry today, YAKKUM is required to change and improve. This implies a picture related to its mission and institutional existence which is lived as part of the ecclesiastical mission. This picture can be observed in the long journey of YAKKUM's institutional history, which is suspected since its establishment as a result of the appreciation of the mission call of its two founding churches, the GKJ Synod and GKI SW Jawa Tengah. This paper aims to show important nodes that can be observed to emphasize that the anchor of YAKKUM's ministry is none other than ecclesiastical mission. This will be done by describing the journey of YAKKUM's institutional development, through a basic definition of the ecclesiological description of the Missional Church as a fruit of theological reflection as well as an essential foothold for YAKKUM's institutional vocation as an ecclesial mission institution to this day

    Perancangan WebAR sebagai media hybrid-education mengenai tujuan ke-13 dari SDGS

    The compulsive impact of human-caused climate change is now considered more of an environmental issue than a national security threat. The latest 2030 Agenda, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), has a transformational vision to achieve universal literacy worldwide, including Indonesia. Addressing climate change is Goal 13 of 17 SDGs. This study uses a qualitative research method with a linear research strategy to develop hybrid-education media in the form of printed pamphlet media with Augmented Reality (AR) technology applications that run on the Web platform, namely WebAR. The procedure is triggered by the target image of the pamphlet, and the basic HTML structure uses the A-Frame 3D framework. This framework allows for 3D modeling and animation to be loaded into WebAR. This study shows that WebAR-based hybrid-education media can be used as an interactive means to study climate change issues and increase awareness and understanding of climate actions relevant to Goal 13 of the SDGs. The results also show that this media can increase public engagement in combating climate change issues

    ANALISIS HAMBATAN PENJAMINAN MUTU SEKOLAH MENENGAH ATAS DI KABUPATEN TANA TORAJA

    This study aims to describe the obstacles experienced in efforts to ensure school quality in Tana Toraja district. A qualitative approach with a multi-case study was used in this study to obtain information from facts in the field. Data were collected using in-depth interview techniques and documentation studies to support the data obtained. The collected data were analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldana interactive analysis model, which consists of three analysis processes, namely data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. The validity of the data was tested using source triangulation and technique triangulation. The results of the study revealed that the obstacles experienced by schools included 4 aspects, namely the learning process, human resources, facilities and infrastructure, and costs. The learning process cannot be carried out effectively because schools lack the number of subject teachers, the low commitment of human resources in carrying out their duties and responsibilities causes educational activities not to achieve good quality, school facilities and infrastructure are not yet adequate for the needs of school residents, and educational financing cannot be managed properly by educational units

    The effectiveness of job satisfaction in mediating work motivation and work discipline towards employee performance

    The research to explore whether work motivation and work discipline through mediation by work satisfaction towards the performance of employee at the Directorate of Operations in PT Bussan Auto Finance's Head Office. Quantitative descriptive has been chosen as the study design. The population and sample of this research were all permanent employees at Directorate of Operations of PT Bussan Auto Finance’s Head Office with total of 77 people who were determined by non-probability sampling technique, type of saturated sampling or census. Then these data brought to analyzed through the use of PLS-SEM method in order to measures the structural models. The research results shows that both of motivation and discipline did not affect the performance of employee. Work satisfaction significantly effects the performance. But work motivation and discipline would have significant positive effect if it was mediated by job satisfaction. This research will bring new impact in which it stated that work motivation and discipline have no influence towards the employee performance, so this novelty would need further research in similar industries.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis motivasi dan disiplin kerja dimediasi kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada Direktorat Operasional PT Bussan Auto Finance Kantor Pusat. Desain penelitian ini berjenis deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi dan sampel penelitian ini adalah semua pegawai tetap pada Direktorat Operasional PT Bussan Auto Finance Kantor Pusat berjumlah 77 orang yang ditentukan melalui teknik nonprobability sampling jenis sampling jenuh atau sensus. Metode analisis data yang digunakan PLS-SEM melalui evaluasi model pengukuran dan struktural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi dan disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Motivasi dan disipiln kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Motivasi dan disiplin kerja dimediasi kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi baru yang mana motivasi dan disiplin kerja tidak mempunyai pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, sehingga hal tersebut menjadi sebuah hal unik dan perlu penelitian lanjutan pada industri yang sejenis
