ANALISIS DETERMINAN INDEKS PEMBANGUNAN MANUSIA DI KABUPATEN TEMANGGUNG
This study aims to analyze the determinants of Human Development Index in TemanggungRegency, namely life expectancy, expected length of schooling, average length of schoolingand per capita expenditure. This research uses a quantitative approach with descriptive analysismethods. Data sourced from BPS Temanggung Regency in 2020. The findings of this researchare that the human development index value in Temanggung Regency has a positive trendevery year. However, after looking at the HDI indicators compared to the PURWOMANGGUNGcity/regency area for Temanggung Regency it is still quite low. The average length of schoolingin Temanggung Regency in 2021 is 7.25 years, while the expected length of schooling is 12.32years. There is a gap between the average length of school and the expected length of school,there is a need to increase the average number of years of school. The higher the average lengthof schooling, the higher the human development index which will be followed by a decrease inpoverty levels. Apart from that, in the per capita expenditure indicator, people's purchasingpower is still very low, namely IDR 9,408,000.00 when compared to other regions
DAMPAK EKONOMI KREATIF PARIWISATATERHADAP KEHIDUPAN SOSIAL EKONOMI MASYARAKAT PASCA PANDEMI COVID-19 (KAWASAN WISATA KALITAMAN SALATIGA)
This research aims to see the multiplier effect of the creative economy in the form of tourismactivities in the Kalitaman Salatiga tourist area. The data used in this research is primary datain the form of observations, interviews and also the results of questionnaires conducted directlywith tourists, business unit owners and workers. Also secondary data comes from literaturestudies and also official government published data. The population in this study was 40 informantsconsisting of 31 visitors or tourists, 5 business owners in tourist areas, and 4 workers in touristareas. The results obtained in this research are that there is a multiplier impact felt by thecommunity around the tourist area. This impact is in the form of an environmental impact that canbe seen in the cleanliness and safety of the tourist area and also an economic impact, namely theopening of job opportunities, encouragement of development and community income. The impactof the multiplier from an economic perspective can be seen from the analysis results which showthe Keynesian Income Multiplier result is 16.46, the Type I Income Multiplier Ratio is 2.23 andthe Type II Income Multiplier Ratio is 2.47 so it can be concluded that the location of the Kalitamantourism area is able to provide considerable economic impact on people’s lives
ANALISIS PERAN SEKTOR PARIWISATA DALAM PEMULIHAN PEREKONOMIAN NTT PASCA PANDEMI COVID-19
During the Covid-19 pandemic, Labuan Bajo in NTT province became one of the five superpriority destinations developed by the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy. This policywill of course be accompanied by efforts from the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy topromote Labuan Bajo and is expected to have a good impact on the NTT economy. This paperaims to analyze the impact of the recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic in the tourism sectoron the NTT economy. The analytical tools used in this research are descriptive statisticalanalysis and Spearman correlation coefficient. This research found evidence of a significantpositive correlation between changes in the number of tourists in 2021-2022 and changes inreal GDP and changes in economic growth in 2021-2022 in NTT, between changes in real GDPin the tourism sector in 2021-2022 and changes in real GDP in 2021- 2022 in NTT, as well asbetween changes in the proportion of GRDP in the tourism sector and changes in the rate ofeconomic growth in 2021-2022 in NTT. This research also found evidence of a significantnegative correlation between changes in GRDP in the tourism sector in 2021-2022 with changesin the open unemployment rate in 2021-2022 in NTT and with changes in the number of poorpeople in 2021-2022 in NTT. This indicates that the recovery of the tourism sector from theCovid-19 pandemic is able to improve NTT’s economic conditions
Simulasi traffic dan performa jaringan SDN menggunakan ONOS Controller dan standar TIPHON
The increasing number of devices connected to the network and the rapid growth of data traffic have posed challenges in managing conventional networks. Traditional networks often experience inefficiencies in handling high traffic loads due to static traffic management, leading to congestion in some network paths while others remain underutilized. Software-Defined Networking (SDN) has emerged as an innovative solution by separating the control plane and data plane, enabling more flexible, centralized, and programmable network management. This study evaluates the performance of OpenFlow-based SDN using the ONOS Controller and compares it with conventional home Wi-Fi networks based on the TIPHON standard. The simulation was conducted using Virtual Machines (VMWare) and Mininet, which were connected to the ONOS Controller via the OpenFlow protocol, while the conventional network testing was performed using the Command Prompt. The testing included three data transmission scenarios: 1 host to 1 host, 2 hosts to 1 host, and 2 hosts to 2 hosts simultaneously, with measured parameters including delay and packet loss. The results indicate that in the 1 host to 1 host scenario, both SDN and conventional networks had a delay of less than 150 ms and 0% packet loss. However, in the 2 hosts to 2 hosts scenario, the conventional network experienced an increase in delay and packet loss of up to 17%, whereas SDN remained stable with a delay below 150 ms and 0% packet loss. This confirms SDN's superior efficiency in handling high network traffic through more dynamic traffic distribution. Additionally, this study confirms that SDN's centralized control allows for more adaptive traffic management, reduces congestion, and improves overall network stability. These research demonstrate SDN's efficiency in handling high traffic loads, making it a superior solution for modern network demands
Analisis tingkat kepuasan pengguna Tiktok Shop berdasarkan UI/UX menggunakan metode Naïve Bayes
Technological advances that continue to develop have changed the way people carry out various activities, including online buying and selling transactions. Various e-commerce platforms are here to meet the Indonesian market, including Tiktok which in the form of a social tool that people like. The lesson wants to observe the satisfaction of Tiktok Shop users from UI/UX through the Naïve Bayes algorithm. This lesson uses the CRISP-DM method. There are stages of reviewing reports, efforts, models, readiness, appearance and reviews. 60 test data processed in Rapid Miner obtained results with a user interface accuracy level of 88.33% and a user experience accuracy level of 76.67%. This shows that the user interface and user experience are factors that influence the level of satisfaction of Tiktok Shop users
PENINGKATAN KEMATANGAN KARIER MELALUI PENERAPAN MODEL PROBLEM BASED LEARNING DAN PENGGUNAAN BOARD GAME CAREER RACING PADA PESERTA DIDIK KELAS XII: Penerapan Model Problem Based Learning dan Penggunaan Board Game Career Racing Dalam Peningkatan Kematangan Karier Peserta Didik
Many high school students lack certainty in determining their future careers after graduation. This quasi-experimental study examined the significant improvement in career maturity of grade 12 students through the application of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) and the use of a career guidance board game, "Career Racing," in group guidance. The subjects were 10 students from grade 12 IPS 1 selected using purposive random sampling based on low and moderate career maturity characteristics. Data were collected through observation and a career maturity scale developed based on Donald Super's theory of career maturity. Data analysis employed the Mann-Whitney U test to compare the career maturity levels of the experimental and control groups after treatment. The results showed a significant difference in post-test career maturity scores between the experimental and control groups (asymp. sig. = 0.046), with the experimental group exhibiting a higher mean rank (6.83) than the control group (3.50). Therefore, the career maturity of the grade 12 students improved significantly through the implementation of PBL and the use of the "Career Racing" board game.Masih banyak peserta didik yang belum memiliki kepastian dalam menentukan karier selanjutnya setelah lulus dari SMA. Penelitian ini berupa eksperimen semu untuk menguji signifikansi peningkatan kematangan karier peserta didik kelas XII melalui penerapan Problem Based Learning dan penggunaan media layanan bimbingan karier berbasis Board Game Career Racing dalam bimbingan kelompok. Subjek penelitian adalah peserta didik SMA XII IPS 1 yang dipilih secara purposive random sampling yakni berdasarkan ciri-ciri kematangan karier yang berkategori rendah dan cukup, sejumlah 10 anak. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini berupa observasi, dan skala penilaian untuk mengukur kematangan karier peserta didik yang dikembangkan berlandaskan teori kematangan karier dari Donald Super. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini berupa uji beda Mann Whitney untuk menguji perbedaan tingkat kematangan karier pada kelompok eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol setelah mendapat perlakuan. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa ada perbedaan yang signifikan hasil post-test kematangan karier antara kelompok eksperimen dengan kelompok kontrol, dengan asymp sig sebesar 0,046; mean rank kelompok eksperimen lebih tinggi daripada kelompok konrtrol yakni 6,83 dibanding 3.50. Dengan demikian, tingkat kematangan karier peserta didik kelas XII sudah meningkat melalui penerapan Problem Based Learning dan penggunaan Board Game Career Racing.  
Green Innovation, Environmental Management Accounting, dan Nilai Perusahaan: Mampukah Reputasi Perusahaan Berperan Sebagai Pemediasi?
Stakeholder demands for firms to operate by paying attention to environmental aspects make firms implement GI and EMA. This can attract investors and increase firm value. This research aim to re-examine the relationship between GI and EMA on firm value and examine the role of firm reputation as mediator. Samples of this study were firms registered on BEI and PROPER in 2019-2022 using purposive sampling. This research used Eviews 12. The results show that GI has positive effect on firm value while EMA has negative effect on firm value. Meanwhile, firm reputation has not proven to mediate the relationship between GI and EMA on firm value.Tuntutan dari stakeholders kepada perusahaan untuk beroperasi dengan memperhatikan aspek lingkungan membuat perusahaan menerapkan GI dan EMA. Hal tersebut dapat menarik investor dan dapat meningkatkan nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini hendak menguji kembali hubungan GI dan EMA terhadap nilai perusahaan dan peran reputasi perusahaan sebagai pemediasi. Sampel pada studi ini adalah perusahaan yang terdaftar pada BEI dan PROPER pada tahun 2019-2022 menggunakan purposive sampling. Pengolahan data menggunakan Eviews 12. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa GI berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan sedangkan EMA berpengaruh negative terhadap nilai perusahaan. Perancangan sistem informasi sekolah berbasis web pada TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 1 Bengkulu
TK Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal 1 Bengkulu is an early childhood education institution that still manages administrative and academic processes manually, such as recording student data, admitting new learners, and assessing learning outcomes. This has the potential to cause recording errors, data loss, and delays in information processing. This research aims to design a web-based school information system that can help manage school data and information in a computerized manner. The system includes student management, payment, assessment, and school profile modules. The methods used in designing this system include observation, interview, and literature study. System requirements analysis was conducted to identify the needs of users, both school managers and the community. The system was developed using Codeigniter 3 framework and MySQL database. It is expected that this system can improve the efficiency and accuracy of data management and accelerate the delivery of real-time information
Analisis perbandingan machine learning untuk prediksi kelayakan kredit perbankan pada Bank BRI Tegal
Predicting credit worthiness is an important step for banks to reduce the risk of bad credit. This research compares the performance of four classification algorithms, namely SVM, Naïve Bayes, Random Forest and Decision Tree using simulated datasets. The results obtained on the metrics of accuracy, precision, recall, F1 score, and AUC-ROC, show that Decision Tree has the best performance with 42.5% accuracy, 48.3% precision, 47.5% recall, 47.5% F1 score, and AUC 0.60, indicating its ability to is in differentiating credit worthiness. Random Forest achieved an accuracy of 37.5% and an AUC of 0.493, while Naïve Bayes had the lowest accuracy with an accuracy of 27.5% and an AUC of 0.425. SVM gives better results than Naïve Bayes but is still inferior to Decision Tree. This research recommends implementing a Decision Tree as the main model with optimization through hyperparameter tuning, adding relevant features, and handling data accounting. These results are expected to support banking decision making more effectively and efficiently
EFEKTIVITAS PEMBELAJARAN DIFERENSIASI PADA PENERAPAN NILAI-NILAI PANCASILA DI KELAS VI SEKOLAH DASAR
This study aims to describe the implementation of differentiated learning in the practice of Pancasila values in elementary school students. A descriptive qualitative research method was used, with data collection techniques including classroom observations, teacher interviews, and documentation of students' learning outcomes at three different elementary schools. The results showed that teachers consistently applied differentiated learning by adjusting the content, process, product, and learning environment according to the students' needs. This approach successfully enhanced students' active involvement, learning motivation, and character development in alignment with the values of Pancasila. Differentiated learning has characteristics that align with supporting learning theories, such as Piaget's cognitive development theory, Vygotsky's Zone of Proximal Development (ZPD) theory, Kohlberg's theory of moral development, and Bruner's constructivist theory, which indicate that differentiated learning can be applied in the development of cognitive, affective, psychomotor, and character aspects that reflect Pancasila values through Civics Education (PPKn). However, there are some challenges, such as the implementation of initial assessments, limited time, and learning resources that need attention. This study provides implications for the development of effective and enjoyable Civics Education strategies at the elementary school level
