跨境非接触性诈骗犯罪的国际警务合作实证研究——以S省警方侦办的某跨境电信诈骗案为例
No full text随着全球化和信息化的发展,跨境非接触性诈骗犯罪正成为威胁人们财产安全的重要犯罪形式。此类犯罪以国边境物理隔离为屏障,侵害对象广,查处难度大,社会影响深。在打击跨境非接触性诈骗犯罪过程中,犯罪窝点的确定、侦查取证、抓捕及移交犯罪嫌疑人、赃款的冻结查封等各项国际合作事项都存在着诸多难题。构建紧密的国际警务合作互信机制,理顺国际警务合作的衔接机制,建立梯次侦查合作机制,进一步完善警务合作联络机制,可提高对跨境非接触性诈骗犯罪的打击能力和效率

No full text民族院校大学生法治观念养成教育存在课程设置单一、教学成效有限、法律实践活动较少等问题。在新传播生态下,新媒体给民族院校大学生法治观念养成教育带来了诸多机遇,同时也带来了一些负面冲击。民族院校要想更好地推进大学生法治观念养成与提升,应树立协同创新理念,构建系统化的法治观念养成教育机制;完善课程设置,发挥课堂教育的主渠道作用;开展形式多样的法律实践活动,强化行为习惯养成;搭建法治观念养成教育新平台,发挥新媒体积极作用;结合自身实际,营造具有民族特色的校园法治文化;加强民族院校大学生媒介素养教育,削弱负面信息消极影响;加强师资队伍建设,为法治观念养成教育提供人才保障。The legal sense of ethnic university students is not strong due to the simple curriculum,limited teaching effectiveness and insufficient legal practice in their legal sense formation education. Under the new communication ecology,new media has provided many opportunities for this education,and at the same time,brought about some negative impact. 基于档案学专业教育的数据素养教育内容体系建设
No full text数据素养是信息素养在大数据时代的拓展和延伸,当前我国对数据素养教育的研究和实践仍处于探索阶段。尤其是结合专业领域的数据素养教育,既没有系统而深入的理论成果,也缺乏相关的实践经验。针对这一现状,从人们认识事物的一般过程以及数据生命周期出发,结合档案学专业实际解决数据素养教育"教什么"的问题进行内容体系建设。基于档案学专业教育的数据素养教育内容体系建设包含认知层、行动层和升华层且融入了数据态度、数据意识、数据知识、数据技能、数据伦理、数据文化等知识。At present, the research and practice of data literacy education in China is still under ex- ploration. In particular, there is less research on data literacy education combined with specialized fields. In view of this situation, starting from the general process of people＇s understanding of things and the data life cycle, the content system is constructed based on the actual solution of data literacy education ＂what should be taught＂ by archivists. No full text民族叙事诗模式的"民族书写"在广西现代诗歌当中有深厚的传统与时代价值,20世纪50至70年代韦其麟《百鸟衣》模式的"民族书写"建构与完成了广西诗歌的现代创作与转型。80年代及新世纪以来,广西诗坛围绕"民族书写"展开多维度的探索与实践,韦其麟80年代以来走向否定情感的现代诗写作,既深化了广西诗歌"民族书写"的传统,又丰富了广西诗歌时代书写的审美维度与精神内蕴,表现出鲜明的传承性与开拓性。综合地看,韦其麟60余年的诗歌创作与探索,作为广西的诗歌符号、民族符号、文化符号及中国民族诗歌符号,在时代之中具有重要的价值与意义。The national feature of national narrative poem has profound tradition and time value in modern poetry of Guangxi. From the 1950 s to 1970 s,the national feature of Wei Qilin ＇s Bird＇s Clothing constructed and completed the modern creation and transformation of Guangxi poetry. Since the 1980 s and the new century,poets in Guangxi have made multi-dimensional exploration and practice in national feature. Since the 1980 s,Wei Qilin started his negative emotional modern poetry writing which both deepened the tradition of national feature and enriched the spiritual connotation of time feature of Guangxi poetry,displaying distinct inheriting and pioneering attributes.
