从《越甸幽灵集录》和《岭南摭怪列传》中的高骈形象看越南民族意识的觉醒
No full text中越两国学界对高骈收复并治理安南的历史关注不够,这段历史是越南的民族意识觉醒时期,是越南历史的转折点。本文运用普洛普的民间故事形态学和列维-斯特劳斯的结构主义神话分析理论,对《越甸幽灵集录》与《岭南摭怪列传》这两部越南现存最古老的民间神话传说故事集所保存的传说中的高骈形象进行分析,深入探究在高骈治理安南时期(公元9世纪后期)的社会矛盾与安南民众民族意识觉醒的状况,认为越南民族意识觉醒于公元9世纪后期(相当于中国唐代末期),对当代越南部分学者认为雄王时代就形成民族意识的观点提出商榷意见,为越南民族形成于公元10世纪以后的观点提供佐证,对于构建新型中越关系亦具有重要意义

No full text近30年来,广西饮食文化研究成果日益增多,研究领域广、视野宽、方法多样,且注意实用性,有相应的学术宣传阵地。广西饮食文化研究宜借鉴文化地理学的研究方法,加强对饮食文化内涵的研究;充分挖掘史志材料及民族志调查材料,建立广西饮食文化数据库;加强与饮食行业的联动,为广西饮食业的发展提供智力支持,推动行业发展。Over the recent 30 years,researches on Guangxi＇s food culture has achieved increasing results,with vast research fields,wide eye views and multiple approaches. Meanwhile,attention has been paid to practicability and there are corresponding propaganda fronts. 论家事调解的困境与出路——以符号互动理论为视角
No full text家事调解是近年来我国家事审判改革的重要议题之一。实践中家事调解仍存在不少问题,符号互动理论与家事调解存在关联,可借鉴符号互动理论运用于家事案件的调解。当前家事调解存在的困境是:家事案件互动的时机不合理;家事调解缺乏强制性符号致使调解流于形式;缺乏职权探知主义的适用导致调解符号搜集不全面;事实清楚、分清是非的原则不利于家事互动的实施。家事调解困境解决之道在于:构建家事调解处,推进诉前符号互动;设置家事调查官,搜集互动符号;确立强制调解规范,强化法官符号之角色定位;健全符号互动机制,充分了解案情;明确家事互动不公开原则,增强对当事人的隐私保护力度
论文件运动的核心概念——由文件运动理论研究引起的若干问题思考
No full text文件形成活动和现行价值不仅是档案学的重要概念,而且还是文件运动理论研究的核心概念。以往的研究之所以出现瑕疵,主要是由于对这些基础概念的内涵与外延界定不清,把握不准所致。文件形成活动是贯穿于文件运动全程的主线,是文件运动规律的本质反映,同时也是文件价值形态转化的重要观察窗口。现行价值的价值主体与文件形成者、受文者密切相关,其价值形态与文件双重价值存在必然联系,其价值作用范畴也有特定的时空范围。对核心概念界定不清或脱离核心概念可能会误认为文件运动可以出现回流或逆向、横向等现象。

高校各院系实验室有效管理道路探索

No full text我国边境地区具有明显的资源消费型产业集群特征。其中,地理优势、资源禀赋与开放机遇构成了边境地区资源消费型产业集群初生的基础;边境资源消费型产业集群的成长则主要受到地域文化、企业家匮乏及生产网络的影响;规模经济、行业协会和政府政策在边境资源消费型产业集群壮大过程中发挥了重要作用。整体上,边境地区资源消费型产业集群面临着市场竞争激烈,传统优势不再明显;企业规模小,抵御风险能力弱;粗放式发展,品牌匮乏等困境,迫切需要转型升级。其关键是要以提高资源消费型企业的规模为突破口,辅之以相关政策的引导。China ＇s border areas have obvious characteristics of resource-consuming industrial clusters. The geographical advantage,resource endowment and favorable opportunity provide the foundation for the resource-consuming industries clustering in the border area. While the economies of scale,association and government policies play an important role in the growth of resource-consuming industrial clusters,their growth is mainly restricted by the regional culture,lack of entrepreneurs and production network. On the whole,as the traditional advantage is no longer obvious,the resource-consuming industrial clusters face fierce market competition. With such difficulties as small scales and weak resistance to risk, an extensive development and lack of brand, the enterprises need transformation and upgrading urgently. Financial support capacity for urban and rural residents＇ endowment insurance
No full text目的 探讨影响城乡居民养老保险长期可持续发展的财政支持能力。方法 构建人口和精算模型,分别就保持现有的缴费基数和补贴标准不变、提高基础养老金标准至农村居民人均可支配收入的30%、提高基础养老金标准至全国居民人均可支配收入的30%三种方案进行预测。结果 发现按现有标准,财政负担较低,但城乡居民获得的养老金替代水平很低,需要提高现有标准。结论 提高基础养老金标准至农村年人均可支配收入30%的方案相对更优,不仅财政能够支撑,而且能够保证城乡居民退休后的基本生活。
Objective To explore financial support capacity for urban and rural residents＇ endowment insurance. Methods Population and actuarial model was developed to predict the financial support capacity under three schemes respectively, including contribution base and subsidies standards unchanged, increasing basic pension standard to 30% of rural residents＇ per capita disposable income, increas- ing basic pension standard to 30% of the national per capita disposable income. Results The financial burden of existing standards＇ scheme would be relatively low, but the pension replacement level would be very poor.
