History Resources and History Education under the Public Perspective——A Preliminary Diagnosis of “History Hunger” in Modern Times
No full text私有制兴起后,迫于权力、身份、财富、地域空间上的种种优势,中国历史资源与历史教育的公共取向,渐趋于隐没。迄至近代,终致＂历史饥饿＂之患;时人希图打破诸多优势及建构其上的资源占有形式,故掀起＂史界革命＂拯救之。不过,现代网络技术的强势渗透及其不均等性发展,今日再度让公共取向陷入困局。总之,还归历史资源的原本属性和＂还史于民＂,既是实现＂历史饥饿＂源头治理的有效策略,又是实施供给侧改革,确保公共产品正常供给,根治百年＂历史饥饿＂的关键。
After the rise of private ownership,forced by power,identity,wealth and space,the public orientation of Chinese history resources and history education have been fading out. Up to modern times,it has finally caused the suffering of＂history hunger＂. People nowadays try to break a lot of advantages and resource possession forms based on it. That is why they launched the ＂history revolution＂. However,the strong penetration of modern web technology and its unequal development have once again left public orientation in a dilemma. In short,returning the original attributes of history resources and＂returning history to people＂are effective strategies for the source of＂history hunger＂. No full text本文研究了四元数体上Sylvester方程具有Toeplitz矩阵约束解及其最佳逼近问题.利用四元数矩阵的实分解和矩阵Kronecker积,获得四元数Sylvester方程AX-XB=C具有Toeplitz矩阵解的充要条件及其通解表达式.同时在Toeplitz解集合中,得到与预先给定的四元数Toeplitz矩阵有极小Frobenius范数的最佳逼近解.In this paper, we study the Toeplitz matrix solution of Sylvester equation and
its optimal approximation over quaternion ¯eld. By using the real representation of a quaternion
matrix and Kronecker product of matrices, the necessary and su±cient condition for the existence
of a Toeplitz matrix solution and the general solution of the quaternion Sylvester equation
AX ¡XB = C are obtained. Meanwhile, in the Toeplitz solution set, the expression of the optimal

No full text民族教育政策与民族传统文化是相互影响、相互作用的关系系统,两者的协同发展,既关涉少数民族本身的发展和进步,也关乎国家统一和整个民族的和谐。协同视域下的生成理念强调各系统要素之间的合作与沟通,注重发展过程中各种关系的和谐与共生。在逻辑上,民族传统文化是人类进化的"自组织"文化存在,民族教育政策是人类发展的"他组织"文化存在,增进两者协同是人类生命存在的自我优化,并在协同共生中实现生态和谐;在现实中,通过两者的协同,实现提升民族教育政策的效应以增加各民族文化的自我生发能力,弘扬民族教育政策正能量以规避低俗民族文化滋生和扩散的价值追求。Ethnic education policies and ethnic traditional culture form a relation system of interaction,and their cooperative development is important not only for the development and progress of ethnic minorities but also for the unity of the state and the harmony of the whole nation. The concept of synergetic generation puts emphasis on cooperation and communication among elements of the system and the harmony and symbiosis of various relations in development process. In logic,ethnic traditional culture is the ＂selforganized＂ cultural existence in human evolution,while ethnic education policies are ＂other-organized ＂cultural existence in human development. So,enhancing synergy between the two is the self optimization of the existence of human life,and ecological harmony can be realized in their coordinate symbiosis. In reality,through their synergy, negative effect of ethnic education policies can be reduced to increase the self generating ability of cultures of all ethnic groups on one hand,and on the other hand,positive energy of the policies can be promoted to evade the value pursuit and the breeding and spreading of vulgar ethnic culture.国家社会科学基金“十三五”规划2016年度教育学一般课题“基于关系思维的民族教育政策研究”(项目编号:BMA160024
