Exploration and Practice of Undergraduates Majoring in Physics under U-G-S Mode
No full text提高师范类物理专业本科生的教育质量是培养适应现代化中学物理教学的优质师资的必由之路。在详细讨论目前物理教育教学中一些关键问题后,本文着重阐述了在U-G-S教学模式下联合地方性师范类本科院校、师范院校的实习基地(主要是中学)和当地政府三方共同促进物理类师范教育,并利用一个具体例子总结了相关的经验,为物理类师范生教育提供一些参考。Improving the quality of education for undergraduates majoring in physics is the only way to train qualified teachers for modern physics teaching in primary and secondary schools. This paper first discusses some key problems in physics teaching. Then it focuses on the U-G-S teaching mode, which combines local normal universities, practice bases(mainly primary and secondary schools) and local governments to improve physical normal education. No full text"一带一路"合作倡议的主题是"五通",民心相通是"五通"之基。实现民心相通,民族信任是桥梁。民族信任是民族交往交流中表现出相互尊重和彼此信赖的一种心理特点与行为关系状况。它是民族成员个体、族群、由族群组成的民族共同体及由民族组成的国家等不同层面之间关系状况的反映。民族信任之所以是通向"一带一路"合作倡议民心相通之桥,是因为民族信任在国家关系层面,具有在不同民族国家之间的跨越、联通、承载与互动等功能。搭建通向"一带一路"合作倡议民心相通的桥梁,应当构建一种以寻求利益共同体为目标、以加强政策沟通为保障、以促进各民族国家的文化交流为平台、以促进跨境民族民间交往为纽带的民族信任系统。The theme of the "One Belt, One Road" cooperation initiative is "Five Links", and the common heart is the basis of the "Five Links". To achieve the commonweal of the people, national trust is a bridge. National trust is a psychological characteristic and behavioral relationship that shows mutual respect and mutual trust in the exchange of nationalities. It is a reflection of the relationship between different levels of individual members, ethnic groups, ethnic communities composed of ethnic groups, and countries composed of ethnic groups. The reason why national trust is the bridge leading to the "One Belt, One Road" cooperation initiative is because national trust has the functions of leaping, connecting, carrying and interacting among different ethnic countries at the level of state relations. To build a bridge leading to the "One Belt, One Road" cooperation initiative, a national trust system should be constructed with the goal of seeking a community of interests, strengthening policy communication as a guarantee, promoting the cultural exchanges of all ethnic countries as a platform, and promoting cross-border ethnic and folk exchanges

越南语在越南传统音乐中的引导作用——以独弦琴演奏为例

No full text"网络强国"与"大数据战略"提升为国家战略的高度,大数据技术运用已经相当广泛,但是数据挖掘主体权利与用户个人的权利冲突依然存在,个人信息决定权、个人信息财产权、个人信息数据库权利在当前法制情况下仍受到较大侵害。通过分析数据挖掘权与相关权利冲突,进一步提出解决二者冲突的实现机制以及立法机制,最终达到推进大数据时代数据技术运用与个人权利保护之目的。The ＂Interact Powerhouse＂ and ＂Big Data Strategy＂ have been promoted to the height of national strategies. Big data technology has been widely used, but there is still a great confllict between rights of data mining subjects and the rights of individual users. Personal information decision rights, personal information property rights and the rights of personal information databases are still greatly violated under the current legal system.
