多民族文化的混合式英语学习
构建广西少数民族预科英语教育混合式学习是社会发展的需要,是人才成长的需要,是教学实际的需要。广西少数民族预科英语学习的主要特点是学生英语水平差异大,民族文化呈现多样性,师生数字素养偏低。课题组根据其特点,提出进行微视频教学,创建突出民族文化多样性的班群网页和碎片化学习等符合实际的、具有民族特色的混合式英语学习。广西少数民族预科教育基地科研项目(编号:YJJDC201801
Review on the Fair Value and the Implementation Modes of the Accountability System of American Compulsory Education beneath the Change of Western Political Thoughts
基于新自由主义、新保守主义等西方政治思潮变迁视角,可以将美国义务教育问责政策及其公平价值观念划分为三个重要时期:新自由主义时期中强调补偿性公平的教育平等问责、新保守主义时期中注重程序性公平的教育效益问责、两种思潮融合时期中追求实质性公平的教育成就问责。不同时期公平价值观念的转向促使教育问责制从资源投入向学业输出、从程序责任向教育责任、从基础性发展向差异性发展等方面转变。由此可以展望,教育问责制将成为美国政府推动社会群体间公平和促进个体充分发展的重要工具,向着"回归分权管理""注重能力建设"和"侧重改善激励"等方面发展。Under the perspectives of New liberalism and Neo-conservatism, the accountability policy of the American compulsory education could be grouped into three stages, which are, the accountability of the compensation equity in the New liberalism, the accountability of the procedural equity in the Neoconservatism, and the accountability of substantive equity in the two thoughts. The Cultural Connotation of Introducing Ethnic Culture into School and Its Path From the Perspective of “Cultural Self-Confidence”
基于习近平总书记在庆祝中国共产党成立95周年大会上的讲话中关于文化自信的新阐释以及十九大报告中关于中国特色社会主义文化的新论述,文化自信包含着传统文化积淀的自信、近代文化认同的自信以及现代文化交融的自信三层内涵。基于此,"文化自信"观照下的民族文化进校园应具有三种文化内涵及实施路径,即培养乡土情怀、增强民族认同的中国各民族优秀传统文化;培养爱国理性、增强国家认同的中华民族近现代革命文化;培养国际视野、增强中华民族认同的世界各民族先进文化。这三种民族文化进校园的教育目的与内容并非相互孤立的存在,而是围绕"中华民族共同体意识"培养的三个层面构建一个相互关联、层次分明、系统发展的教育实施体系Based on the new interpretation of President Xi Jinping's cultural self-confidence on the 95 th anniversary of the Chinese Communist Party and the new exposition of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics in the report of the 19 th National Congress of the CPC, this paper puts forward three cultural connotations and paths of introducing ethnic culture into schools in the new era, that is, cultivating excellent traditional culture of ethnic minorities with a sense of homeland and strengthened ethnic identity; developing modern revolutionary culture of the Chinese nation with national patriotism and a strong national identity; educating advanced culture of all nations of the world with international perspective and heightened global identity. The purpose and content of these three paths are not isolated from each other. Characteristic of Immigrant Professional Peasants in Rural Areas——A Case Study of Nacun Village in Long'an County, Guangxi
近年来,不少经营型职业农民纷纷携带资金和技术"上山下乡"寻找发展机遇,这些新型农业经营系统吸引了大批智力和劳力型职业农民迁入,构成了迁入村落现代农业产业中的重要智力和劳力支撑。同时,那些从生态环境较脆弱、土地资源少的村落迁出者,在现代农业系统中掌握了先进的种植和管理技术后,不少劳动力返乡创业,把新的种植、管理模式带回到乡村,不断扩大新型职业农民自我培育体系的建立,对促进当地乡村社会发展起到积极作用。

A Study on the Impact of Social Media on the Decision-Making of Tourism Consumer Behavior: Basedon the Perspective of Symbolic Interaction Theory

Ecological Harmony:the Collaborative Approach of National Education Policy and National Culture
促进生态和谐是新时代中国特色社会主义文化建设的基本理念。生态和谐状态深受民族文化的影响,民族教育政策对民族文化具有规约和调控作用,这一关系蕴含了民族教育政策与民族文化协同走向生态和谐的逻辑合理性。民族文化的发展内含时代性、地域性以及价值性三个维度,因此,可以从时间、空间、内容三个方面思考民族教育政策与民族文化走向生态和谐的协同路径。其中,加强时间维度的关联俱进,彰显生态和谐的时代意识,关注空间维度的互融互适,强调生态和谐的地域意识,重视文化内容的品质追问,可以深化生态和谐的价值取向。Ecological harmony is the basic idea of socialist cultural construction with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The state of ecological harmony is deeply influenced by national culture,and ethnic education policy has the function of stipulation,restriction and regulation on national culture.This relationship implies the logical rationality of the coordination of ethnic education policy and national culture towards ecological harmony.The connotation of the development of national culture has three dimensions:epochal,regional and value.Therefore,we can think about the collaborative approach of national education policy and national culture towards ecological harmony from three aspects:time,space and content.In which,strengthening the correlation of time dimension can highlight the age consciousness of ecological harmony;paying attention to the mutual accommodation of space dimension can emphasize the regional consciousness of ecological harmony;paying attention to questioning of cultural content can deepen the value orientation of ecological harmony.国家社会科学基金“十三五”规划2016年度教育学一般课题“基于关系思维的民族教育政策研究”(项目编号:BMA160024
