    Antena Mikrostrip Biosensor untuk Deteksi Virus pada Darah

    ABSTRAKKemajuan teknologi gelombang mikro memainkan peran penting dalam berbagai aplikasi diagnosa dan deteksi penyakit. Penelitian ini mengusulkan dua model antena untuk mendeteksi virus menggunakan Antena Mikrostrip Biosensor yang beroperasi pada ISM band (2,4-2,5 GHz). Antena yang diusulkan disimulasikan pada Software CST dengan material substrat Roger 3010. Hasil simulasi yang diperoleh antena pertama beroperasi pada 2,46 GHz, return loss -19,76 dB, bandwidth 401,2 MHz. Antena kedua pada 2,45 GHz, return loss -22,51 dB, bandwidth 227,4 MHz. Hasil simulasi pengujian menggunakan phantom darah menunjukkan pergeseran frekuensi semakin rendah dengan antena pertama 2,38 GHz dan antena kedua 2,43 GHz. Pengukuran antena pertama beroperasi pada 2,5 GHz dengan return loss -21,55 dB dan antena kedua beroperasi pada 2,47 GHz dengan return loss -28 dB. Pengukuran antena menggunakan VNA menunjukkan pergeseran frekuensi semakin meningkat diikuti return loss semakin rendah dibandingkan dengan hasil simulasi.Kata kunci: antena deteksi virus, ISM, proximity coupled, mikrostrip, phantom.ABSTRACTAdvances in microwave technology play an important role in a wide variety of disease diagnostic and detection applications. This study proposes two antenna models for virus detection using a Microstrip Biosensor antenna that operates on the ISM band (2.4-2.5 GHz). The proposed antenna is simulated in CST software with Roger 3010 substrate material. The simulation results obtained by the first antenna operate at 2.46 GHz, return loss of -19.76 dB, a bandwidth of 401.2 MHz. The second antenna at 2.45 GHz, return loss of -22.51 dB, a bandwidth of 227.4 MHz. The test simulation results using blood phantom show that the frequency shift is getting lower with the first antenna at 2.38 GHz and the second antenna at 2.43 GHz. The first antenna measurement operates at 2.5 GHz with a return loss of -21.55 dB and the second antenna operates at 2.47 GHz with a return loss of -28 dB. Antenna measurement using VNA shows that the frequency shift is increasing followed by lower return loss compared to the simulation results.Keywords: antena for virus detection, ISM, proximity coupled, microstrip, phantom

    Strategi Implementasi Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) pada Kendali Motor Induksi 3 Fase Metode Vektor-Tidak Langsung

    ABSTRAKKendali vektor merupakan solusi terbaik dalam kendali motor induksi untuk meningkatkan karakter dinamis dan efisiensinya. Pada penelitian ini, sebuah kendali kecepatan PID dipadukan dengan Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) untuk meningkatkan keandalan pada berbagai kecepatan acuan. Metode cerdas Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) digunakan untuk optimasi dataset ANFIS. Pengujian keandalan dilakukan dengan membandingkan PID konvensional dengan PID-ANFIS pada motor induksi 3 fase berdaya 2HP. Validasi penelitian dilakukan melalui simulasi di platform LabView. PID-ANFIS membuktikan hasil yang jauh lebih baik dari kendali PID konvensional pada berbagai kecepatan acuan. Pemilihan rise time tercepat sebagai fungsi fitness menghasilkan kendali yang memiliki dead time dan rise time 1.5x lebih cepat. PID-ANFIS berhasil menghilangkan undershoot dan osilasi steady state ketika uji kecepatan tinggi.Kata kunci: Kendali Vektor, Adaptive Neuro Fuzzy Inference System, Particle Swarm Optimization, LabView ABSTRACTVector control is the best solution in induction motor control to enhance its dynamic character and efficiency. In this research, a PID speed controller is combined with the Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) to enhance reliability at various reference speeds. The intelligent method Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) is used to optimize the ANFIS dataset. Reliability testing is done by comparing conventional PID with PID-ANFIS on a 2HP 3-phase induction motor. The research validation was carried out through a simulation on the LabView platform. The PID-ANFIS proved significantly better results than conventional PID control at a wide range of reference speeds. Selection of the fastest rise time as a fitness function results in a control that has a dead time and a rise time of 1.5x faster.     Perencanaan LTE-A untuk Heterogeneous Network dengan Metode CADS4 di Grand Asia Afrika

    ABSTRAKBerdasarkan hasil pengukuran di Grand Asia Afrika (GAA) diketahui terdapat peningkatan kualitas jaringan setelah pemasangan unit COMBAT selama 7 hari. RSRP ≥ -95 dBm sebelumnya sebesar 75,70% menjadi 100%, SINR ≥ 0 dB dari 53,58% menjadi 97,54%, dan throughput ≥ 8 Mbps sebelumnya sebesar 48,12% menjadi 89,55%. Untuk mempertahankan kualitas tersebut maka dibangunlah small cell. Perencanaan menerapkan metode inter-band carrier aggregation pada heterogen network LTE dengan skema CADS4 sebagai pengganti unit COMBAT. Tujuan perencanaan ini adalah extended throughput dan agar kualitas layanan pada beban trafik tinggi tetap baik. Macro cell sebagai Primary Cell (PCell) pada band-1 2100 MHz dan micro cell sebagai Secondary Cell (SCell) pada band-3 1800 MHz. Hasil perencanaan menunjukkan telah memenuhi standar RF Parameter LTE yaitu RSRP sebesar -92,65 dBm, SINR sebesar 16,55 dB, throughput sebesar 1,062 Mbps, dan user connected 97%.Kata kunci: LTE-A, heterogen network, CADS4, Great Asia Afrika Bandung ABSTRACTBased on the report on the development of temporary sites in the tourist area of Great Asia Africa (GAA), it shows that the DRR rate is> 90% in the sectors leading to GAA. From the measurement, it is known that there is an increase in network quality after installing the COMBAT unit for 7 days. For RSRP ≥ -95 dBm, the previous amount was 75.70% to 100.00%, for SINR ≥ 0 dB previously it was 53.58% to 97.54%, and for throughput ≥ 8 Mbps the previous was 48.12% to 89,55%. To maintain the quality of the network, small cells were built to cover the GAA area. Planning to apply the inter-band carrier aggregation method to the heterogeneous LTE network with the CADS4 scheme to replace the COMBAT unit. The purpose of planning is to provide extended throughput and so that the service quality at high traffic loads remains good. The configuration used is a macro cell as a Primary Cell (PCell) in the band-1 2100 MHz and a micro cell as a Secondry Cell (SCell) in the 1800 MHz band-3. The results of the planning meet the LTE parameter RF standards, RSRP of -92.65 dBm, SINR of 16.55 dB, throughput of 1.062 Mbps, and users connected to 97%.Keywords: LTE-A, heterogen network, CADS4, Great Asia Afrika Bandun

    Shadowing and Mobility Effect on Proactive and Reactive Routing Protocol in MANET

    ABSTRAKPada makalah ini, kami membandingkan protokol routing proaktif Optimized Link State Routing (OLSR) dan protokol routing reaktif Ad-hoc on-demand distance vector (AODV) dan Dynamic Source Routing (DSR) pada model propagasi Shadowing dan pergerakan pada mobile adhoc network (MANET). Terdapat dua skenario pengujian, yaitu dampak dari kecepatan pergerakan pengguna dan variasi waktu jeda pengguna dengan mobilitas Random Way Point (RWP). Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa semakin besar kecepatan maka kinerja throughput akan menurun, sedangkan delay dan Normalized Routing Load (NRL) akan meningkat. Semakin lama waktu jeda, semakin lama topologi berubah, akibatnya parameter throughput meningkat sedangkan delay end-to-end dan NRL menurun. OLSR proaktif menunjukkan kinerja terbaik dibandingkan dengan protokol lain berdasarkan parameter throughput, sedangkan AODV reaktif mengungguli penundaan end-to-end dan parameter NRL.Kata kunci: Protokol perutean, shadowing, Mobility, MANET ABSTRACTIn this paper, we compared the proactive routing protocols Optimized Link State Routing (OLSR) and the reactive routing protocols Ad-hoc on-demand distance vector (AODV) and Dynamic Source Routing (DSR) in shadowing propagation and mobility model on mobile adhoc network (MANET). There are two test scenarios, such as the impact of user movement velocity and variations in user pause time with Random Way Point (RWP) mobility. In user velocity testing, the greater the speed, the throughput performance will decrease, while the delay and Normalized Routing Load (NRL) will increase. The pause time test describes the dynamics of changing network topology. The longer the pause time, the longer the topology changes, as a result, the throughput parameter increases while the end-to-end delay and NRL decrease. The proactive OLSR shows the best performance compared to other protocols based on throughput parameters, while the reactive AODV outperforms for end-to-end delay and NRL parameters.Keywords: routing protocol, shadowing, Mobility, MANE

    Analisis Jumlah Pengguna pada Traffic IP-based dengan Multi Criteria Decision Making

    AbstrakTrafik telekomunikasi sudah bermigrasi ke IP-based Traffic. Salah satunya adalah Laboratorium TIK (Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi) ITENAS yang meng-generate invarian trafik. Pada penelitian ini, penulis melakukan monitoring pasif dan aktif untuk mendapatkan berbagai invarian trafik. Monitoring pasif didapatkan dari software ISP Moratel dan SOPHOS Firewall. Monitoring aktif dilakukan dengan capture data secara live pada waktu jam sibuk. Invarian trafik yang berhasil di-captured adalah incoming traffic, outgoing traffic, speed, volume, date dan downtime. Jam sibuk diambil berdasarkan dugaan sementara  mulai pukul  10.00-16.00.  Invarian ini menjadi input dari sistem untuk dijadikan kriteria dan jam sibuk  dijadikan atribut. Kriteria dan atribut  diolah dengan metoda Multi Criteria Decision Making yaitu SAW (Simple Additive Weighting) dan AHP(Analytical Hierarchy Process). Output dari sistem adalah prediksi jumlah pengguna di jam sibuk dengan skala fuzzy rules. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan pukul 11.00 AM-12.00 PM adalah jam tersibuk dengan jumlah user terbanyak.Kata kunci: monitoring aktif, monitoring pasif, kriteria, atribut,bobotAbstractTelecommunication traffic has migrated to IP-based traffic .One of the industry is Laboratorium TIK ITENAS  (Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi)  which generates traffic  invariant. In this study, the authors conducted passive and active monitoring to obtain various traffic invariance. Passive monitoring were obtained from ISP Moratel software and SOPHOS Firewall. Active monitoring were done by capturing live data during peak hours. Traffic invariance that have been captured consist  incoming traffic, outgoing traffic, speed, volume, date and downtime. Busy hours were taken based on personal estimation start from 10.00-16.00. This invariance became the system’s input  which has been used as criteria and peak hours are used as attributes. Criteria and attributes were processed using the Multi Criteria Decision Making method, namely SAW (Simple Additive Weighting and AHP (Analytical Hierarchy Process). The output of the system is user’s number prediction  with fuzzy scale.     Konsep Bentuk Dasar Arsitektural Pada Gereja St. Yusuf Cirebon

    ABSTRAKGereja merupakan salah satu bangunan peribadatan yang dapat dijumpai di Indonesia. Bangunan ini merupakan wadah kegiatan spiritual umat kristiani yang mulai didirikan pada era pemerintah kolonial Belanda. Gereja mudah dikenali dari keberadaan menara dan bentuk geometri bangunannya. Sejalan dengan perkembangan zaman, berbagai bentuk gereja bermunculan sehingga bentuk gereja menjadi makin variatif. Gereja St. Yusuf Cirebon merupakan salah satu Gereja Katolik tertua di Jawa Barat yang didirikan pada era kolonial Belanda. Bangunan ini telah mengalami perubahan; ada tambahan massa bangunan untuk menampung lebih banyak jemaat meskipun demikian bentuk asli bangunan tidak berubahan. Oleh karenanya menarik untuk diteliti lebih dalam mengenai konsep bentuk dasar arsitektural dan elemen-elemen dasar yang diterapkan pada Gereja St. Yusuf Cirebon. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami konsep dasar bangunan secara arsitektural dan bagaimana Gereja St. Yusuf Cirebon menambah kapasitas ruang ibadah tanpa merubah tampilan fisik bangunannnya. Analisis dilakukan dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan cara mengumpulkan data hasil survey lapangan yang meliputi kondisi gereja sebelum dan setelah pengembangan sampai kondisi saat ini. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa Gereja St. Yusuf Cirebon sebagai bangunan cagar budaya, mengalami berbagai perubahan baik pada ruang-luar maupun ruang-dalam, proporsi fasad bangunan tetapi tetap mempertahankan bentuk dan elemen-elemen dasar sebuah gereja eks kolonial. This building is a spiritual activity place for Christians that began to established in the era of Dutch colonial goverment. The church is easily recognized by the existence of minaret and the geometric shape of the building. In line with the times, various design of church have emerged so that the shape of church has become more and more varied. The St Yusuf Cirebon church is the oldest Catholic church in West Java that was established in Dutch colonial era. This building had been changed, there is an additional building mass to accommodate more congregations, although the original building shape has not changed. Therefore it is interesting to study more deeply about the architectural basic concept and basic elements that are applied to the St Yusuf Cirebon church. This study aims to understand the architectural building concept and how the St Yusuf Cirebon church increases the capacity of prayer room without changing the physical appearance of the building. The analysis was conducted using qualitative and quantitative descriptive approach by collecting field survey’s data covering the condition of the church before and after the development to its current condition. The analysist shows that the St Yusuf Cirebon church as a cultural heritage building, has esperienced various changes both in the outer and inner room, the proportions of building facades but still maintains the shape and basic elements of an ex-colonial church.Keyword: Basic Architecture Concepts, Religious Building, Outer and Inner room

    Gated Recurrent Units dalam Mendeteksi Obstructive Sleep Apnea

    AbstrakDalam melakukan penelitian obstructive sleep apnea (OSA), polysomnography (PSG) digunakan untuk diagnosis. Namun subjek diharuskan menginap dilaboratorium selama beberapa malam untuk melakukan tes dengan PSG dan karena banyaknya alat yang harus dikenakan pada tubuh dapat membuat tidak nyaman saat pengambilan data. Belakangan ini, beberapa peneliti mengunakan single-lead ECG untuk melakukan deteksi OSA. Untuk menghasilkan model terbaik, akan dilakukan eksperimen training, dengan batch normalization dan dropout yang berbeda. Pada penelitian ini apnea-ecg dataset digunakan, RR-Interval dan amplitudo QRS complex dari released set berjumlah 35 data akan disegmentasi permenit untuk digunakan sebagai input dari arsitektur yang diajukan adalah gated recurrent unit (GRU). Lalu withheld set berjumlah 35 data akan digunakan untuk pengujian per-segment dan per-recording. Kinerja sistem diukur berdasarkan accuracy, sensitifity, dan specificity dengan pengujian per-segment mendapat hasil accuracy 83.92%, sensitifity 81.28%, dan specificity 85.55%, dan pengujian per-recording mendapat hasil accuracy 97.14%, sensitifity 95.65% dan specificity 100%.Kata kunci: Obstructive sleep apnea, GRU, ECG, RR-Interval, QRS complex.AbstractIn conducting obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) studies, polysomnography (PSG) was used for the diagnosis. However, the subject was required to stay in the laboratory for several nights to carry out tests with the PSG and because of the many devices that had to be worn on the body, it could be uncomfortable to collect data. Recently, several researchers have used single-lead ECG to detect OSA. To produce the best model, training experiments will be conducted, with different batch normalization and dropout. In this study, the apnea-ecg dataset is used, the RR-Interval and the QRS complex amplitude from the released set totaling 35 data will be segmented per minute to be used as input for the proposed architecture is the gated recurrent unit (GRU). Then the withheld set of 35 data will be used for per-segment and per-recording testing. System performance was measured based on accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity with per-segment testing getting 83.92% accuracy, 81.28% sensitivity, and 85.55% specificity, and per-recording testing got 97.14% accuracy, 95.65% sensitivity and 100% specificity.Keywords: Obstructive sleep apnea, GRU, ECG, RR-Interval, QRS complex

    PT. Pertamina merupakan Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bergerak di bidang Minyak dan Gas. Sebagai perusahaan yang besar, berbagai tantangan seperti mengimplementasikan strategi pengembangan infrastruktur gas yang terintegrasi membutuhkan Sumber Daya Manusia yang kompeten. Dalam hal ini, perusahaan telah berupaya meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia melalui konsistensi dan pembaharuan nilai-nilai pedoman dalam berbudaya kerja. Board of Director Pertamina menetapkan 5 (Lima) poin kritis budaya kerja dengan Nama Critical 5 Behavior (C5B). Salah satu strateginya melalui kerjasama dengan program Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka yang melibatkan mahasiswa jurusan Desain dan Komunikasi Visual. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk merancang desain dan media visual sebagai sarana proses penerapan nilai budaya kerja C5B di perusahaan agar tercapai produktivitas kerja. Metode yang digunakan pada perancangan desain dan media visual ini adalah Design Thinking. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu sebuah rancangan desain dan media visual tentang implementasi penerapan nilai budaya kerja C5B di PT.     Keterkaitan antara Desain dan Media seolah-olah menjadi tak terelakkan. Digital Desain menawarkan masa depan kognitif yang banyak mengambil peran dalam kehidupan manusia sehari-hari. Tidak hanya imaji, bahkan melampaui itu, hiper- realitas. Penelitian kualitatif ini menggunakan studi literatur, mengidentifikasi bagaimana teknologi sebagai instrumen dapat mempengaruhi desain di masa depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghasilkan serangkaian prediksi interaksi sosial antar- manusia sebagai relasi kebertubuhan yang tak dapat dipisahkan dengan teknologi. Kasus studi yang dianalisis adalah film Her (Spike Jonze, 2013); yang menarasikan dengan tepat bagaimana komputer, mempengaruhi artifisial desain, sampai pada akhirnya berdampak pada perilaku manusia. Kebergantungan manusia dengan  teknologi internet, memunculkan realitas virtual; dan mengantarkan manusia pada era kebertubuhan teknologi; yang terbangun sebagai bagian dari perkembangan seni dan desain.Kata kunci: kebertubuhan teknologi, digital desain, augmented reality-----Design and media are linked in various fields. Digital design is becoming a cognitive future that is taking a role to penetrate a variety of human activities. Not only  imaging, but it has led to prestige and hyper-reality in interacting. This qualitative research uses a literature review to examine how technology as the result of instrumentation can affect design in the future. This research aimed to predict social and human interaction as embodiment relations. The study analyzing Film 'Her' (directed and written by Spike Jonze, 2013)—and identified that 'Her' shows future technological developments with a scientific approach predicted that the principles of physics will automatically change the design in practice, with the invention of computers—that began to radically change the system and the way mass communication took place, which meant forming an order of cultural significance in almost every kind of world society. Humans are so connected to each other by technology and the internet.     Evaluasi dan Optimalisasi Instalasi Pengolahan Lindi di TPK Sarimukti

    AbstrakInstalasi Pengolahan Lindi TPK Sarimutki terdiri dari Kolam Stabilisasi - Bak Pengumpul - Kolam Anaerobic Buffle Reactor (ABR) - Kolam Aerobik, Kolam Sedimentasi dan Land Treatment. Skema bangunan pengolah tersebut belum menunjukkan hasil yang optimal, dilihat dari kualitas lindi dan kuantitas yang sangat fluktuatif. Penelitian dilakukan dengan cara mengevaluasi kondisi eksisting kemudian membandingkan dengan peraturan dan standar baku mutu yang ada. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan seluruh unit pengolahan memiliki permasalahannya masing-masing baik dari segi kualitas maupun kuantitas sehingga mempengaruhi kinerja IPL secara keseluruhan, oleh karena itu IPL TPK Sarimukti perlu melakukan optimalisasi/redesain pada setiap unit pengolahannya. Rencana optimalisasi IPL TPK Sarimukti secara berurutan terdiri atas Kolam Stabilisasi – Bak Kontrol 1 – Reaktor AOP – Bak Kontrol 2 – Kolam ABR – Kolam Aerobik 1 – Kolam Aerobik 2 – Kolam Sedimentasi – Reaktor Filtrasi – Bak Effluen – Badan air yang berupa sungai.Kata kunci: Lindi, IPL, Evaluasi, OptimalisasiAbstractThe Sarimutki Leachate Treatment Plant consists of a Stabilization Pond - Collecting Tub - Anaerobic Buffle Reactor (ABR) Pond - Aerobic Pond, Sedimentation Pond and Land Treatment. The processing building scheme has not shown optimal results, seen from the quality and quantity of leachate and which  very fluktuatif. The research was conducted by evaluating the existing conditions and then comparing them with the existing regulations and quality standards. The results of the evaluation show that all processing units have their respective problems in terms of both quality and quantity which affect the overall performance of the IPL, therefore the IPL TPK Sarimukti needs to optimize / redesign each processing unit. The IPL optimization plan of the Sarimukti TPK sequentially consists of a stabilization pond - control basin 1 - AOP reactor - control basin 2 - ABR pool - Aerobic pool 1 - Aerobic pond 2 - Sedimentation pond - Filtration reactor - Effluent basin - Water bodies in the form of rivers.Keywords: Leachate, Lachate Treatmet Plant, Evaluation, Optimizatio
