A Conceptual Requirements Model for the Domain of Electronic Service Delivery: Success Factors in E-Government Implementation
Get PDFGovernments and citizens benefit from successful implementations of electronic government (e-government) services. E-government utilizes Information Technologies (IT) to provide access to a wide range of public services and to stimulate economic development. Today governments at all levels respond to millions of citizens’ demands electronically and increasingly move more of their services towards an electronic delivery model. To address the need for successful e-government implementations, in this paper, we identify several key success factors that are appropriate for e-government design and implementation. We surveyed about one hundred e-government web sites on those key success factors, generated hypothesis, developed a conceptual model focusing on steps towards implementing more successful e-government projects, and evaluated the resulting conceptual model using a series of statistical tests

Thus, accounting standards establish the obligation of federal and state governments to prepare reliable financial and budget information in such a way as to present and disclose the items associated with government activities, particularly as regards debt acquired in connection to contractual relationships called public-private partnerships. Enforcement of this obligation is still fragile, however. No effort has yet been made to provide financial information on the matter of debt relating to such agreements, or information regarding the amounts that are allocated to public spending for such activities
Competitive Strategy of Tie-Dyed Cloth Smes in Facing the Existence of Batik Cloth in Yogyakarta City
Get PDFThe aims of this study were to determine the factors that are considered a buyer in the purchase of tie-dyed cloth in the Yogyakarta City and want to know the tie-dyed cloth competitive strategy faces batik cloth in the domestic and international markets. This research was conducted in tie-dyed cloth industry centers of the city of Yogyakarta. Type of this research is a descriptive study. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Comparative analysis of the attributes of tie-dyed cloth and batik cloth were analyzed by competitive profile matrix. The results recommend that the tie-dyed cloth competitive strategy faces batik cloth in the domestic and international markets is a tie-dyed cloth should be positioned as a product that is unique than batik cloth
THE EFFECT OF SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT ON COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGE AND FIRM PERFORMANCE (Case Study: The Fish Processing Industry in Bitung North Sulawesi Province in Indonesia)
Get PDFSupply Chain Management (SCM) has been recognized as a strategy that could lead firm to gain competitive advantage, other than to achieve greater firm performance. This study aimed to analyze the effect of supply chain management to competitive advantage and firm performance, the effect of competitive advantage and firm performance and influence on the performance of SCM in Firm through a competitive advantage in the fish processing industry in Bitung North Sulawesi Province. Research conceptualizes and develops three dimensions of SCM practice (customer relationship management, internal supply chain management, supplier relationship, management) and tests the relationships between SCM, competitive advantage, and firm performance. Data for the study were collected from 21 firm and the relationships proposed in the framework were tested using partial least square (PLS) The results indicate that SCM, which consists of three dimensions of customer relationship management, internal supply chain management and supplier relationship management, has a positive impact on competitive advantage and performance, competitive advantage has positive effect on the performance and the firm's performance depends on the competitive advantages of each of the fish processing industry. SCM in the industry of fish processing in the city of Bitung in North Sulawesi has positive effect on competitive advantage of firm. As for the performance of the enterprise, SCM also direct effect. The performance of fish processing firm directly been affected by the competitive excellence and SCM practice

Cauchy Problem for Fractional Ricatti Differential Equations Type with Alpha Order Caputo Fractional Derivatives
Get PDFIn this paper, we investigate solution of the fractional Ricatti differential equations (FRDEs) with alpha order Caputo fractional derivatives. In fact, FRDEs are analogous of the Ricatti ordinary differential equations. The multi power series method is used to obtain a useful formula that is implemented to find an explicit solution of Cauchy problem for FRDEs without solving any integral. This formula is explicit and easy to compute by using Maple software to get explicit solution. Also, it is shown that the proposed formula can be used to solve the Cauchy problem for Ricatti ordinary differential equations
