Skills Shift and Organisational Sustainability: Perspectives for the Future of Work
Organisational sustainability becomes a nascent concept in the world of business and in academic community. The insurance industry sustainability is beleaguered with low performance of business process, absence of lean structure, poor organisational creativity and excessive talent poaching; suggestively exacerbated by low demand in skills shift (organisational knowledge, critical thinking skill, problem-solving skill and analytical skill). The article addresses this gap by investigating the effect of skills shift on organisational sustainability of selected insurance firms in Lagos State, Nigeria. Methodologically, cross-sectional survey research design was adopted. The findings showed that skills shift had positive significant effect on organisational sustainability (Adj R2 = 0.704, F(2, 337) = 404.206, p < 0.05). The research concludes that skills shift affects organisational sustainability of the selected Insurance companies in Lagos State, Nigeria. The research highlights the need for insurance business to move towards investing in capabilities, knowledge improvement, enhancing critical thinking skill, problem-solving skill, and analytical skill which are valuable enablers of organisational sustainability. These findings suggest unique implications for chief executives, managers, regulators and policy makers
Solvability of Forward-Backward Stochastic Partial Differential Equations with Non-Lipschitz Coefficients
In this paper we study the solvability of a class of fully-coupled forward-backward stochastic partial differential equations (FBSPDEs). Lipschitz conditions are usually required for the well-posedness of such FBSPDEs. We showed that the Lipschitz conditions can actually be removed by the Yosida Approximation Scheme
Study of the homology theory of Hecke Algebras
In the ready product, we study the simplicial and cyclic homology of a unital -graded Hecke algebras over and consider a couple of properties of it. Along these lines, we given a relation between simplicial and cyclic homology of graded Hecke algebras
Development of the entire representation using the roots
One of the most important features of the analytic function is the ability to build it by knowing its zeros. In this work we display a point by point think about of how to build the entire function using the roots with detailed mathematical proof. The Detailed study of entire representation is given. The roots of this entire theta function and there action are highlighted. The number of the roots of Study function is same the dimension of thenite space and characterize it
Publishing of Articles in Indexed Journals-A Perspective of Research Scholars
Research has been the buzzing word in all the fields i.e., Science, Technology, Industry, Hospital, Education etc. Without research there is no invention. In Educational sector too, various research activities are taking place to bring out the talent of the students in Schools, Colleges and Universities. Government has come forward with various funding agencies to outfield the talent of the student community. One of the Research activity done at College or University level is encouraging the research scholars to publish their articles in Indexed journals so as to make them more knowledgeable and strong in their particular field. Hence an attempt has been made in identifying the factors influencing the research scholars to publish their articles in Indexed journals as it is the need of the hour. A sample of 500 research scholars has been identified using Convenient sampling method who are undertaking their research in well reputed Colleges in Coimbatore city. The study would highlight the main factors which influence them to publish their articles in Indexed journals
Distributed Control for Non-Cooperative Systems Under Conjugation Conditions
In this paper, the distributed control for non-cooperative elliptic systems under conjugation conditions is established. First, the existence and uniqueness of the state for these systems with Dirichlet and conjugation conditions is proved, then the set of equations and inequalities that characterizes the distributed control of these systems is found. The non-cooperative Neumann systems with conjugation conditions is also discussed
On Some Properties of a Class of Analytic Functions Defined by Salagean Differential Operator
In this work, the upper bounds for Fekete-Szego functional and Second Hankel Determinant are obtained for a class of analytic functions definedby Salagean Differential Operator. The estimates obtained are sharp.

BCI/BCK- quantum algebra
The paper contains an investigation of the notion of BCI-algebras and BCK-algebras. The concept of quantale was created in 1984 to develop a framework for non-commutative spaces and quantum mechanics with a view toward non-commutative logic. Implicational algebras like pseudo-BCK algebras are quantum B-algebras, and every quantum B-algebra can be recovered from its spectrum which is a quantale. [25].A brief introduction to quantum mechanics is given. A new generalization of BCI/BCK-algebra and some there properties have been given. The BCI- quantum algebra and BCk- quantum algebra have been studied. The BCI- Lie algebra and BCK- Lie algebra are introduced. Various examples have been given
Holistic Analysis of Scheduled Tribe College Students
Education is one of the primary agents of transformation towards development. Education is in fact, an input not only for economic development of tribes but also for inner strength of the tribal communities which helps them in meeting the new challenges of life. (KabitaKumariSahu, 2014) Mixed methodology and Follow up Explanation model design is used in the research. Purposive sampling technique has been used for collecting data through Online questionnaire and in-depth interviews. Holistic analysis focuses on analyzing socio, economic and political order of students. The major findings include the influence of peer, adaptability of students, participation roles, challenges faced, and other components. The suggestions would be based on the need in the institution by working accordingly to the instructions of the UGC Guidelines to help build an inclusive discrimination free learning environment. (UGC, 2018
Extremal Fuzzy Space
The extremal topology on an arbitrary set X was defined as a maximal non-discrete topology [1] and [2]. In this paper we introduce an extremal topology on a fuzzy set X, which is also a maximal non-discrete topology, and it has to be in a specific form. This form depends on some ultrafilters = . We consider some properties for this kind of topologies when = is free. The subspaces and the base of this topology is also considered
