Fractals in extended b-metric space.
Iterated function systems are method of constructing fractals, which are based on the mathematical foundations laid by Hutchinson[1] and Barnsley[2]. Formally an Iterated function systems is a finite set of ‘contraction mappings’, on a complete metric space X. In this paper we construct a fractal set of Iterated function systems, which in our case are a collection of mappings defined in an extended b-metric space, of compact subsets of the space. We will prove that the Hutchinson operator defined with the help of a finite family of ‘generalized F-contraction mappings’ on a complete extended b- metric space is itself a generalized F- contraction mapping on a family of compact subsets of X. Then by successive application of a generalized F-Hutchinson operator we obtain a final fractal in an extended b- metric spac

Burnout Levels among Senior Students in Applied Sciences Faculties: An Empirical Analysis in Turkey
Nowadays, the burnout which is one of the most influential concepts of work experience has become an important focus of attention in scientific studies by recognizing the negative effects that it has on organizations and individuals. In the business world, the phenomenon of burnout, which is often seen in employees who are in intensive and constant communication with people, is also felt in university students as well as employees. The aim of this study is to examine the burnout levels of students who graduated from the same faculties as those who pursue undergraduate education in the Applied Sciences Faculties in Turkey and to classify these burnout levels according to certain variables. In other words, the research aims to reveal the differences in the burnout levels of graduates and non-graduates. In the study, the “Maslach Burnout Scale” was used to measure burnout levels. Findings show that those who continue to undergraduate education have higher burnout levels than graduates. The results also indicate that there is generally no difference between graduated and non-graduated students' burnout levels according to gender and employment status, but there are differences in the sub-dimensions of burnout.
Electrochemical Hybrid Supercapacitors Based on Activated Carbon and Iron Oxides
Hybrid lithium battery-supercapacitor is developed using nanosized electrode materials – activated carbon and iron oxides (magnetite and hematite) and a non-aqueous electrolyte. The hybrid cell is assembled by an electrode of activated carbon, a composite electrode with activated carbon matrixand addition of 50 wt.% Fe3O4 or Fe2O3. Symmetric supercapacitor cell, composed by two identical electrodes of activated carbon is also assembled and tested for comparison. The supercapacitor cells are subjected to charge/discharge cycling test under galvanostatic conditions at different current loads and continuous cycling. The hybrids supercapacitors developed, especiallythe magnetite based cell, demonstrate high current efficiency (up to 95%) and specific capacity higher (with 20-50%) than the capacities of the basic symmetric capacitor (about 50 Fg-1) as well as stable capacity behaviors at prolong cycling. The results prove the possibility of application ofmagnetite and hematite as electrochemically active material for hybrid lithium battery–supercapacitor systems
Stimulatory Effects of Salicylic Acid and Benzothiadiazole on Phenolic Compounds Biosynthesis in Cotton Leaves [Gossypium Hirsutum L (Malvaceae)]
Impact of benzothiadiazole (BTH) and salicylic acid (SA), as natural defense stimulators, was tested on phenolic compounds biosynthesis in cotton (Gossypium hirsutum L., cv. Y764AG). Cotton leaves were spread with BTH and SA at six concentrations (1.0, 2.5, 5.0, 8.0 and 10 mM) and incubated during 24, 48, 72 and 96 h. Plant-treated with 1.0 mM BTH and 2.5 mM SA, respectively 96 and 24 h of incubation time induced the highest levels of phenolic compounds for each type of stimulator. These both concentrations were then combined for the co-treatment of the plants, with the previous incubation times retained. Results showed that co-treatment with BTH and SA was not beneficial for the induction of phenolic compounds compared to elicitors used alone.
Crystalline Field Effect on bonding Parameters of VO2+ Ion
The interpretation of g factor of the VO2+ ion doped in defferent single crystals is made using the Stevens model where the symmetry of the crystalline field is tetragonal. The bonding parameters K|| and K┴, choosing the different parametric angle β, are determined. The value of K┴ should be less than 0.048 in order to have a better fit to the experimental g values
VALUE OF THE COMPANY : A Review of Literature
Each company aims to maximize shareholder wealth through increased value of the company. The value of the company is the market value of debt and equity securities outstanding companies and the investors' perception of the level of success of the company that are often associated with stock prices (Keown, 2004). Investor confidence in the company's financial performance and prospects of the company in the future can be built through the creation of value for the company. Various theories Financial Management that discusses are Corporate Value, Market Value of the Firm Theory. Besides Value Company also has links with some of the concepts and theories of the Agency Theory, Theory of Trading Volume of stocks, Theory Diversified Portfolio, Theory Ownership structure of the company, Free cash flow, Investments, Stock liquidity, Risk and Return, Operating Performance, and Corporate Governance
Role of the Private in Economic Growth Sustainability in Saudi Arabia
This paper examines the role of the private sector in promoting sustainable economic growth in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia via investments in environmental goods and services, which can help promote the Saudi Vision 2030 transformation agenda of diversifying the economy. Using a quantitative analysis of the link between environmental investment and economic growth, the paper discusses the role of the private sector in a number of bankable environmental businesses, including renewable energy, environmental equipment and environmental services. The paper, however, emphasises the role of policy incentives in attracting the private into environmental businesses.
Impact of Federal Government’s Healthcare Expenditure on Economic Growth of Nigeria
The study examined the impact of Federal Governments Healthcare expenditure on economic growth of Nigeria using time series annual data for thirty three years (1981-2013) sourced from the Central Bank of Nigeria Annual Reports. The ordinary least square method (OLS) of data analysis was employed and the data properties were tested for unit root using Augmented Dickey Fuller. The result shows that there is a positive relationship between government total expenditure on health and economic growth. Also, there is a positive relationship between recurrent expenditure and capital expenditure on economic growth with both being significant at 1% levels of probability. Causality test shows a uni-directional relationship from GDP to recurrent expenditure and total expenditure; the Chow test shows a significant difference in budgetary allocation with particular reference to the year under review. It is therefore recommended that the government should keep investing in the health sector to avoid capital flight
Role Model of the Christian Evangelical Church in Minahasa (GMIM) in Community Empowerment through Chruch-Owned Enterprise
This study aimed to identify the factors supporting the economic development of the people of the church and build a proper model of how the church can contribute more in order to develop the economy of the people of the church through the establishment of a business organization, a church-owned enterprises that can empower businesses owned by members of the church. The high economic growth achieved by the local government of North Sulawesi in 2013 that is equal to 7.45%, with a nominal value of Rp. 53.4 trillion should have been able to deliver community of North Sulawesi Economy leads to a better level. However, the opposite happened. The poverty rate in North Sulawesi rose up from the September 2012 stood at 7.64% or 177.54 thousand souls be in by 8.50% or 200.16 thousand at September 2013. On the other hand, can not be denied is still pretty much found the church's role in the economic life of the congregation was limited to rhetoric alone. Church stuck on the activities that are ceremonial so practical activities undertaken as a concrete manifestation in the middle of church members and the community as a form of church services still felt very minimal. Participation and involvement of the Church in building the economy and living standards towards developing a prosperous life still need to be improved in concrete actions in daily congregational life. For this reason it is necessary to build a new paradigm regarding the direction and purpose of the church ministry as an affirmation of the Three Church Task were Marturia (Fellowship), Koinonia (Testimony), and Diakonia (Service). With the paradigm of the reformative and transformative deacon then to enlarge the welfare of the Christian Evangelical Church in Minahasa (GMIM) development will be supported by economic development factors based church people, especially small businesses and medium enterprises (SMEs), among others: 1) GMIM’s role; 2) the employer; 3) credit institutions; 4) SME entrepreneurs; 5) relevant agencies; and 6) Church-Owned Enterprises (BUMJ). From here can be produced Role models of the Christian Evangelical Church in Minahasa (GMIM) in Community Empowerment through Church-owned enterprises
