Akurasi Diagnostik Kecacingan Metode Direct Slidedan Kato Katzpada Penderita Helminthiasis Di Kota Mataram
Worms are diseases caused by the entry of parasites (in the form of worms) into the human body. The types of worms that are often found to cause infection are roundworms (Ascarislumbricoides), whipworms (Trichuris trichiura) and hookworms (Necatoramericanus) which are transmitted through the soil (Soil Transmitted Helminthiasis. Examination of helminth infections can be done qualitativelyand quantitative. The qualitative examination that is often used is the Direct slide method. while the quantitative examination that is often used is the Kato Katz method. This study aims to compare the accuracy of the worm infection examination between the Direct slide method and the Kato Katz method by examining stool samples. This research was conducted on 47 Ampenan Elementary School Students located on the coast in Mataram City, where the coastal area is one of the good breeding grounds for worms. This study used a comparative analytical research design with a cross sectional approach. To establish the diagnosis of helminthiasis and the type of worm that infects, an examination of worm eggs in stool samples is carried out using the Direct slide and Kato Katz methods. The results showed that the number of samples infected with STH was more commonly found by the Kato-Katz method. The results of measurements using the Direct slide method and the Kato Katz method showed that the highest prevalence of STH infection was Ascaris lumbricoides infection. Direct slide method produces a sensitivity level of 95.16% and a specificity of 100%. Â
Penampilan Vegetatif Tiga Genotipe Kedelai Berbiji Besar Pada Kondisi Stres Genangan
ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine the vegetative appearance of three genotypes of large-seeded soybean under puddle stress. The Experimental method was used and the plastic buckets as the experimental units were arranged using a Split Plot Design. The main plot was the stress factor (S) consisting of normal conditions (S0) and puddle stress (S1), and the subplot was the genotype factor (G) consisting of G1 (KH1), G2 (Argomulyo), and G2 (Grobogan). Each genotype was repeated four times. The observed variables were plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, number of productive branches, specific leaf weight, root/shoot dry weight ratio. The results showed that there were significantly differences in the appearance of the vegetative characters of the three genotypes of large seeded soybean under puddle stress conditions, especially on plant height, leaf area, plant dry weight, and shoot dry weight. Under puddle stress conditions, KH1 showed the highest of the plant height, root dry weight, and shoot dry weight. Argomulyo showed the highest of the leaf area, while Grobogan did not show as a tolerant variety under puddle stress conditions.Â
Status Terkini Tutupan Terumbu Karang di Perairan Dangkal Pulau Bedil, Desa Labuan Bajo, Kabupaten Sumbawa, NTB
Bedil Island is included in the Keramat, Bedil, and Temudong Small Island Park (TPK), which was approved by the Regent of Sumbawa. Administratively, this island is included in the Labuan Bajo Village area, Sumbawa, NTB. There is the existence of coral reef ecosystems in these waters that form a reef flat and reef slope profile, that stretches to the southwest and northeast. By its designation as a small island park, the coral reefs in Bedil Island are used as an underwater tourism object. This study aims to determine the current condition of coral reef cover in the waters around Bedil Island, especially in the eastern and southern parts of the island. Coral reefs in the north and west area are limited and there is the existence of seagrass beds. The line intercept transect method is carried out by spreading the roll meter as far as 50 meters on the east and south sides of the island with a depth of 2-3 meters. The coral lifeform that is tangent with the roll meter is then recorded and then analyzed for the average percent cover, clustering status, and coral mortality index. Coral reefs in the eastern and southern parts of Bedil Island are classified as very good/excellent because they have a percent cover value above 75%. In addition, the coral mortality index value is also relatively small which indicates that the corals are living well. Clearwater conditions and locations far from human settlements are thought to be factors that support coral survival. However, the presence of dead coral algae and rubble still indicates a threat of damage even though the value is small. Algae life on the surface of dead coral also indicates that the coral has been dead for a long time.Â
Teknik Pengisian Ulang Baterai Alkaline Nonrecharable Bekas Untuk Memperpanjang Umur Pemakaian
Alkaline battery is one type of battery that is designed for single use. As a result, there is a lot of waste or alkaline battery waste. To reduce the impact of alkaline battery waste, it is deemed necessary to conserve batteries, namely by extending their service life, thereby delaying the battery to become waste. The easy way is to recharge the battery so that it can be used again. Although alkaline batteries are disposable batteries, from the characteristics of the electrochemical reactions it can be seen that the chemical reactions can be reversed so that there is a possibility that the batteries can be recharged. Some of the limitations in recharging include the condition of the battery, recharging strategy, the limit on the number of charging cycles and the capacity of the battery when it is recharged. This paper discusses the procedure for conserving used alkaline batteries to increase the use time and at the same time reduce the negative impact of battery waste on the environment. The stages of the battery charging experiment are: 1) detecting the quality of used alkaline batteries, 2) determining the proper way of recharging and 3) estimating the number of safe recharge cycles before being recycled. The experimental results show that: 1) the detection of rechargeable batteries can be carried out by the short initial charge method and checking whether there is an increase in battery capacity, 2) the combined method of constant voltage and constant current is the fastest and safest way to recharge alkaline batteries, 3) the average alkaline battery can be recharged up to 8 times.Â
Strategi Peningkatan Tata Kelola Sistem Resi Gudang di Kabupaten Lombok Barat
Warehouse receipt system (SRG) is a solution prepared by the government to overcome the financing constraints faced by farmers in obtaining financing or capital assistance. However, this program not widely used by farmer. The aimed of this research was to recommend strategies for improving SRG governance in West Lombok Regency. This research was conducted in West Lombok Regency with the consideration that there is a warehouse managed by PT Pertani (Persero) which is registered as an institution in the Warehouse Receipt System. This study uses secondary data and primary data. Secondary data were obtained from literature studies. Meanwhile, primary data obtained from direct observation, in-depth interviews and by using a questionnaire with experts. The data in this study were analyzed using descriptive analysis and pairwise comparison with the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results of this study indicate that to improve SRG governance in West Lombok Regency, the government must focus on recruiting warehouse managers who are professional and have strong entrepreneurial characteristics. Â
Kajian Sifat Kuantitatif Galur F2 Tanaman Jagung di Lahan Kering: Study of the Quantitative Characteristics of the F2 Line of Corn Plants on dry land
This study was aimed to determine the average of leaf angle, yield and harvest age of each F2 line compared to the two parents respectively. In addition, we also want to evaluate the coefficient of genetic diversity and heritability of the three traits. The experiment was designed in a randomized block design with a total treatment of 20 populations, namely 16 F2 lines and 4 parents. Each treatment was repeated 3 times, so that 60 experimental units were obtained. The experimental data were analyzed by analysis of variance at the 5 percent significance level and further tests using the Least Significant Difference at the same significance level. The results showed that the F2 P8IS x T1NK7328 (R16), F2 P8IS x T1NK7328 (R18) lines, and the F2 P8IS x NK212 (R4) lines, had leaf angles same as each parent of the first hybrid/hybrid offspring (T1NK7328 and NK212) and smaller than the Sinta Unram. The harvest time of the three F2 lines was classified as super early. Yield (weight of dry seeds per plot) of F2 P8IS x T1NK7328 (R16), F2 P8IS x T1NK7328 (R18) lines, were the same as both parents and F2 P8IS x NK212 (R4) lines, higher than Sinta Unram; but the same as the hybrid parent (NK212). Coefficient of genetic diversity of yield is high; medium for harvest time and low for leaf angle. Heritability in broad sense is classified as high, obtained at harvest time and yield; while the heritability of leaf angle is low. The three F2 lines can be used as basic population material for subsequent breeding activities.

Koreksi Bias Data Hujan Luaran GCM ECHAM5 Untuk Prediksi Curah Hujan Bulanan dan Musiman Pulau Lombok: Bias Correction for GCM ECHAM5 Model Rainfall Data Output in Estimating Monthly and Seasonally Rainfall for Lombok Island
This study aims to evaluate the ability of the ECHAM5 GCM model output data in estimating monthly rainfall on the island of Lombok. The data used in this study are ECHAM5 monthly rainfall data and automatic rainfall recorder (ARR) measurement rain data for 2000-2018 obtained from ARR Gunung Sari. Correction of bias is conducted by using the mean ratio method and the regression method. The method that produces the best approach is then used to obtain rain data projections and a simple regression method. Evaluation and validation used the Pearson correlation coefficient (r), Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) and Nash-Sutcliffe Efficiency (NSE) values. The results obtained are that the daily and monthly rainfall data from the ECHAM5 model cannot be directly used to replace the rain measurement data because of its very low accuracy. The downscaling technique performed on daily and monthly rainfall data using the average ratio method does not show satisfactory performance where the efficiency figures produced are still low even gave a slight increasing number. However, the ECHAM5 model data can be used to obtain rainfall projections on a monthly and seasonal scale with a good and satisfactory correlation.

Pengaruh Aktivitas Tambang Galian C Terhadap Perubahan Lingkungan Fisik Di Kecamatan Parangloe Kabupaten Gowa
In addition to contributing PAD, the excavation mining activities in Gowa have also resulted in various impacts of environmental damage in the form of land subsidence, erosion, deposition (sedimentation), noise, dust and disturbed groundwater levels. This condition not only causes a decrease in the quality of the environment but also has a very serious impact on human health and psyche. This study aims to determine how much influence the c excavation mining activity has on changes in physical environmental conditions and to determine the mining management strategy of the c quarry in Parangloe District, Gowa Regency. The method of data collection was carried out by using field observation techniques, interviews, agency surveys, documentation and literature review methods. The analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis and SWOT analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it is found that mining activities affect infrastructure, environmental quality and institutions. Meanwhile, mining activities do not affect the facilities. The quarry management strategy based on the results of the analysis is a strategy that uses strength and takes advantage of opportunities, namely the management of mining C by utilizing local technology and resources in improving the regional economy
SIFAT VOLUMETRIK CAMPURAN LASTON MENGGUNAKAN ASPAL MODIFIKASI GETAH PINUS DAN LIMBAH STYROFOAM
Sifat volumetrik campuran pada laston merupakan salah satu faktor yang menentukan durabilitas (keawetan) lapis perkerasan jalan. Untuk meningkatkan keawetan lapis perkerasan jalan dan mengurangi dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan dapat dilakukan antara lain melalui modifikasi aspal dengan getah pinus dan limbah styrofoam. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sifat volumetrik campuran laston menggunakan aspal modifikasi getah pinus dan limbah styrofoam tersebut. Sifat volumetrik campuran laston yang dikaji adalah rongga dalam campuran, rongga di antara mineral agregat, rongga terselimuti aspal, density dan bulk specific gravity. Pada penelitian ini digunakan agregat bergradasi rapat yang dicampur dengan aspal modifikasi pada suhu 155 oC dan dipadatkan 75 kali pada kedua sisinya. Pada seluruh benda uji, prosentase limbah styrofoam yang digunakan adalah 6% sedangkan getah pinus sebesar 0%, 1%, 2% dan 3% terhadap berat aspal modifikasi.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa campuran laston yang menggunakan aspal modifikasi getah pinus menghasilkan nilai VFB, density dan bulk specific gravity lebih besar serta nilai VIM dan VMA lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan campuran yang menggunakan aspal modifikasi limbah styrofoam. Dengan nilai VIM dan VMA lebih kecil, campuran yang menggunakan aspal modifikasi getah pinus menghasilkan daya ikat lebih kuat sehingga memiliki durabilitas lebih tinggi. Ditinjau dari persyaratan laston sebagai lapis aus pada perkerasan jalan, penggunaan getah pinus dan limbah styrofoam sebagai modifier aspal memenuhi persyaratan volumetrik campuran. Volumetric properties of asphalt concrete is important factor to determine the durability of road pavement. Improvement the durability of road pavement and reducing negative impact of the environment can be done by using modified asphalt. This article aims to know the volumetric properties of  hot mix asphalt using pine resin and waste styrofoam as asphalt modifier. The volumetric properties include voids in mix, voids in the mineral aggregate, voids filled with bitumen, density and bulk specific gravity.  In this study, a continuously graded aggregate was used and mixed with modified asphalt at 155 oC and compacted with 75 blows on both sides. The percentage of waste styrofoam was 6% whereas the percentages of pine resin where 0%, 1%, 2% and 3% by weight of modified asphalt. From the analysis, it can be concluded that asphalt concrete containing pine resin as  modifier strengthen the binding between asphalt and agregate, due to increasing value of voids filled with bitumen (VFB), density and bulk specific gravity. Durability of asphalt concrete using pine resin as modifier was higher than that of asphalt concrete using waste styrofoam because of decreasing value of voids in mix (VIM) and voids in the mineral aggregate (VMA). Based on the specification of asphalt concrete wearing course, the use of pine resin and waste styrofoam as asphalt modifier has fulfilled volumetric properties requirements
Serapan Hara N, P, K dan Pertumbuhan Tanaman Jagung Pada Berbagai Dosis Pupuk Anorganik dan Organik di Tanah Inceptisol
The use of inorganic fertilizers has an important role in increasing plant growth and production. But it also causes various problems such as decreasing soil organic matter, soil acidity, soil degradation, nutrient imbalance and increasing environmental pollution. Therefore, it needs to be balanced with the provision of organic fertilizers. A field experiment was conducted to study the effect of application of various doses of inorganic and organic fertilizers on N, P, K nutrient uptake and maize plant growth. The experimental design used was a randomized block design arranged in a factorial manner consisting of two factors. The first factor is the dose of inorganic fertilizer (A): 0, 150 and 300 kg ha-1 phonska and the second factor is organic fertilizer plus (P): 0, 10, 20 tons ha-1. The two factors were combined and each treatment combination was repeated three times. The data obtained were analyzed by analysis of variance at the 5% level of significance. The results showed that there was no interaction between the application of inorganic and organic fertilizers on the growth and nutrient uptake of N, P and K. However, the application of inorganic and organic fertilizers had a significant effect on all tested agronomic traits except for plant height. Nutrient uptake of N, P and K also increased significantly due to the application of inorganic and organic fertilizers. The balance of inorganic and organic fertilizer application increases the availability of nutrients as well as the uptake of N, P, and K nutrients by maize plants
