Identifikasi Waste pada detail Aktivitas Pekerjaan Pembesian
Waste frequently occurs in construction projects, encompassing both material and non-material waste. This study aims to analyze the waste generated during rebar work, specifically focusing on the detailed activities of measuring and cutting rebar, using the Value Stream Mapping (VSM) approach. The research was conducted at a rebar fabrication facility for a 14-story high-rise building project in Surabaya. VSM was employed to visualize work processes by identifying specific activities in rebar operations, allowing for precise identification of waste. Primary data were collected through direct field observations, while secondary data were obtained from project documents. The findings revealed 11 detailed activities in the measuring process and another 11 in the cutting process. Among these activities, the largest types of waste identified were waiting (10 points), unnecessary motion (6 points), and defects (3 points), totaling 22 waste-related activities. Identifying waste-generating activities and their types in construction work facilitates improved work process efficiency, reduced operational costs, and optimized resource utilization. Furthermore, this also supports enhanced productivity, better work quality, and environmental sustainability by minimizing construction waste

Eksploitasi Gaya Hidup dalam Penipuan Thrift Online Shop di Instagram
This study highlights the increasing prevalence of fraud cases occurring through social media, which have been escalating each year. This phenomenon aligns with the rapid advancement of technology, leading society to become increasingly reliant on social media in their daily lives. One rapidly growing aspect is online buying and selling activities, where many sellers now utilize social media as their primary platform for marketing their products. While this trend offers convenience, the rise in online transactions also presents opportunities for criminal activities, particularly online fraud. This study specifically focuses on fraud cases in thrift online transactions on Instagram, given the growing popularity of thrifting among the public, especially young consumers. The appeal of thrifting as an alternative means of purchasing clothing has attracted a large number of buyers, making it an attractive target for cybercriminals. This research employs a qualitative method with a descriptive approach to analyze the consumption patterns of second-hand goods and their correlation with individuals' vulnerability to fraud in online transactions. The findings indicate that lifestyle patterns favoring the consumption of second-hand goods can contribute to an increased risk of falling victim to online fraud, both directly and indirectly
Komparasi Praktik Sewa Rahim di Indonesia dan Iran dalam Perspektif Hukum Perdata dan Hukum Islam
This study aims to analyze the practice of surrogacy within the legal perspective of Indonesia through civil law and its comparison with Iran, the only Muslim country that legalizes such a practice. The research adopts a normative legal method, employing a problem-oriented approach through legal comparison by analyzing relevant laws and documents, such as Law Number 36 of 2009 on Health and the Civil Code (BW), which explicitly prohibits third-party involvement in assisted reproductive technologies, with criminal sanctions imposed on violators. Furthermore, the Indonesian Ulama Council (MUI) has issued a fatwa affirming that surrogacy contradicts Islamic principles, particularly in matters related to lineage (nasab) and the commodification of the human body. The findings reveal that surrogacy practices are not explicitly regulated in Indonesia and are deemed contrary to the prevailing legal, moral, and religious provisions. In contrast, Iran, as a Muslim country, regulates and legalizes surrogacy, providing legal protection to all parties involved. This study also underscores the urgency of establishing regulations in Indonesia to address the current legal vacuum while taking into account moral and normative aspects. In conclusion, this comparative analysis highlights significant disparities in the legal approaches toward surrogacy practices between Indonesia and Iran, along with the legal implications faced by couples seeking to have children through such methods in each respective jurisdiction

Akibat Hukum dalam Sebuah Perkawinan Suami Istri jika Salah Satunya Mengalami Gangguan Jiwa menurut Perspektif Hukum Islam
This study discusses the legal consequences in a marriage between husband and wife if one of them suffers from mental disorders according to the perspective of Islamic law. This study uses a normative legal research type with a statutory approach and theories related to the legal consequences of a marriage between husband and wife where one of them suffers from mental disorders, then analyzed using secondary and primary data. The results of this study found that according to the perspective of Islamic law, if the disability experienced by one of the husband and wife in this case is called a mental disability (mental disorder), there are two types, namely viewing the right of khiyar for the injured party, namely by choosing between continuing their marriage with the willingness of their partner's condition who suffers from mental disorders and the consent of their guardian or canceling it (fasakh). Meanwhile, according to the Marriage Law and the Compilation of Islamic Law, there are no articles that specifically regulate the legal consequences of marriage because one of the partners suffers from mental disorders. However, this can be done by submitting a marriage annulment (fasakh) by the parties concerned to the Religious Court on the grounds that the mentally ill person can cause harm and suffering to their normal partner and the purpose of marriage is not achieved, and if after the marriage there is fraud regarding the partner who suffers from a mental disorder, the marriage can be annulled as stated in the Marriage Law Article 27 paragraph (2) and KHI Article 72 paragraph (2). While in the Marriage Law Article 39 paragraph (2) that mental disorders can be used as a reason for divorce to the court because one of the parties or partners cannot carry out their obligations as husband/wife. So the difference between marriage annulment and divorce lies in when the mental disorder experienced by one of the partners appears. If it occurs before the marriage is carried out, it results in the annulment of the marriage because there has been a misunderstanding. However, if it occurs after the marriage is carried out, it results in divorce because it is not the result of misunderstanding. In addition, another difference between the two is the time the application is submitted to the court. If the marriage lasts less than 6 months, an application for annulment of the marriage is used. However, if the marriage has lasted more than 6 months then a divorce petition is used. This research also examines Islamic legal considerations in determining child custody if one of the parents experiences mental disorders. This study will analyze the concept of hadhanah in Islam, as well as the factors that are taken into consideration in determining who has the right to care for children. Apart from that, it will discuss the implications of mental disorders experienced by parents on children's welfare and legal protection efforts for children's rights
