Get PDFThe paper summarizes contemporary methods and techniques for privacy preservation as some challenging issues are analyzed and presented. A bibliometric approach is utilized in order for the "big picture" to be outlined, showing current research status and trending topics. The bibliographic data are taken from scientific database Scopus and processed through specialized software. In addition, a detailed review is also performed to classify problems and solutions in the area of privacy preservation. Special attention is given to possibilities for data privacy protection in intelligent eLearning environments. The role of machine learning for creating more secure data models is pointed out. A conceptual model, summarizing the findings, is proposed.This research is supported by the Bulgarian FNI fund through the project “Modeling and Research of Intelligent Educational Systems and Sensor Networks (ISOSeM)”, contract КП-06-Н47/4 from 26.11.2020

Get PDFThe paper presents the current development of the proposed by the authors approach to defining digital and e-learning accessibility for effective pedagogical rehabilitation of learners with special learning needs. A novel aspect – intrinsic accessibility – is proposed as complementary to the previously identified extrinsic aspects of accessibility – institutional, informational and cultural. The intrinsic aspects of accessibility – lack of skills, knowledge, or motivation – influence the process of pedagogical rehabilitation of children with special learning needs. В исторически план са добре извести метаморфозите на писмените знаци, които са довели до това буките днес да изглеждат по начина по който ги познаваме. От натурализъм към абстракция, от сложни системи за комуникация, известни на шепа просветени хора, към все по-логични системи на изписване и глобално разпространение. Най-общо казано, в исторически план, типографията се разглежда, като изкуството и умението да конструираш букви. Букви, които в последствие се отпечатват върху физически насител. Към днешна дата, контекстът в който се използва типографията е по-широко обхватен. Всички аранжирани букви, без значение от носителя (в някои случаи, дори носенето на конвенционно значение не е задължително), които достигат до реципиент притежават типографски аспект. Цялата тази многопластовост на типографията води до затруднението да се дефинират ясни граници на нейното определение.We can consider typography as a method by which information reaches a group of recipients.
