The article presents a virtual physical space for storage and presentation of digitized Bulgarian cultural, historical and similar sites. The space is realized with the help of integrated technology, including means of artificial intelligence, enhanced with modern technologies such as IoT (Internet of Things) and CPSS (Cyber-Physical-Social System). The advantages of space compared to the usual approaches for developing this type of systems are discussed. The objects digitized in accordance with the CCO standard (Cataloging Cultural Objects) are stored in a distributed knowledge base, implemented mainly as ontologies.
Balkan region is one of the representative territories of cultural heritage of Eastern Orthodox Christian Church. Balkans are also space of creation, inhabitation, visiting, representation, and safeguarding of emblematic sacred sites. Based on experience and our continuous detailed and analytical observation on accessibility in the context of pilgrimage tourism of Balkan countries, this paper assumes variety of data and perspectives on heritage management by interdisciplinary expert communication.
The significance of the topics of the Thracian culture and wine production have been conceived and presented over the years through various forms, such as the numerous events, some of which have established practices and traditions over the years. The centuries-old history of the Thracians and the concentration of the numerous monuments of Thracian culture in Bulgaria give grounds for many cultural institutions to include in their cultural calendars events presenting the rich Thracian cultural heritage and modern scientific achievements. No less important is the fact that the monuments of Thracian culture studied over the years and the discoveries made in them, testify to the elegance and unique material culture of the Thracians, whose models are unparalleled in the world cultural heritage. This in turn creates the need for their preservation, socialization and transmission to future generations. This topic covers the interpretation of the specifics and contribution to the presentation of cultural heritage in the context of the National Scientific Expedition Club UNESCO Scientific Seminar "Thracians and Wine", whose main goals, activities and tasks will be presented in detail in this paper
Time-Delayed Bioreactor Model of Phenol and Cresol Mixture Degradation with Interaction Kinetics
This paper is devoted to a mathematical model for phenol and p-cresol mixture degradation
in a continuously stirred bioreactor. The biomass specific growth rate is presented as sum kinetics with interaction parameters (SKIP). A discrete time delay is introduced and incorporated into the biomass growth response. These two aspects—the mutual influence of the two substrates and the natural biological time delay in the biomass growth rate—are new in the scientific literature concerning bioreactor (chemostat) models. The equilibrium points of the model are determined and their local asymptotic stability as well as the occurrence of local Hopf bifurcations are studied in dependence on the delay parameter. The existence and uniqueness of positive solutions are established, and the global stabilizability of the model dynamics is proved for certain values of the delay. Numerical simulations illustrate the global behavior of the model solutions as well as the transient oscillations as a result of the Hopf bifurcation. The performed theoretical analysis and computer simulations can be successfully used to better understand the biodegradation dynamics of the chemical compounds in the bioreactor and to predict and control the system behavior in real life

Construction of Radial and Non-radial Solutions for Local and Non-local Equations of Liouville Type
This paper deals with radial and non-radial solutions for local and nonlocal Liouville type equations. At first non-degenerate and degenerate mean field equations are studied and radially symmetric solutions to the Dirichlet problem for them are written into explicit form. Non-radial solution is constructed in the case of Blaschke type nonlinearity. The Cauchy boundary value problem for nonlinear Laplace equation with several exponential nonlinearities is considered and C^2 smooth monotonically decreasing radial solution u ( r ) is found. Moreover, u ( r ) has logarithmic growth at ∞. Our results are applied to the differential geometry, more precisely, minimal non-superconformal degenerate two dimensional surfaces are constructed in R^4 and their Gaussian, respectively normal curvatures are written into explicit form. At the end of the paper several examples of local Liouville type PDE with radial coefficients which do not have radial solutions are given
Automatic analysis of ECG signals makes it possible to assess the health status of patients, reducing the likelihood of human error and ensuring optimal and accurate results. The presentation of heart rate in the form of a dynamic series of RR intervals (intervals between successive heartbeats) and the application of graphical methods (Poincaré plot, Detrended Fluctuation Analysis and Multifractal Detrended Fuctuation Analysis) for analysis are an objective and non-invasive way to obtain information about the functional state of the organism. The present study presents the results of graphical analysis of RR interval series based on ECG signals of healthy and unhealthy subjects. The analysis is performed with the help of developed software for determining the nonlinear characteristics of the studied signals and the formation of graphical assessment of the health status of patients.

The process related to the preservation and popularization of the cultural heritage as well as the access to information resources are among the main priorities of the present information society. With regard to the museums, assumptions can be made that a process of affirmation of the role of e-government for promoting museum development in Bulgaria starts to delineate. Opportunities in legal and financial terms emerge for access to public information presented in the museums as cultural institutions in Bulgaria. This applies even in emergency situations, as with COVID-19, in which the present information and communication technologies as well as digitalization enter gradually in many public sectors, including museum activity. The hypothesis is that offering new access forms to various resources through digitalization promotes the activity of museum employees, thereby encouraging alternative forms for information access. The report examines legal and regulatory documents, in which are addressing issues connected to e-government, through content analysis. The text evaluates publications in museum websites in Bulgaria in order to settle whether there are good practices with respect to digitalization and museum facilitation
GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation on Sites Requiring Accessibility
The paper describes what GDPR - General Data Protection Regulation is and why it matters for business, institutions and other legal entities, who need to collect personal data in order to provide and deliver services or products. They have to apply and describe to consumers’ principles and general rules to protect their data. Rules include reasons why personal data collection is necessary, transparency how and by who it will be used and stored and for how long, as well as safety measures to not be used by other third parties or for other purposes unless the consumer clearly agreed.
The paper explores the necessity and awareness to provide personal data to sites, how people provide it, what rights and options there are to protect it and why. Online users and clients are now more aware and receiving information on how their personal data is used by sites and service providers online. Research results on how much people want and fear to share their personal data are also presented.
The paper presents in detail GDPR rules, requirements and rights and practiced, as well as what is personal data and sensitive personal data and the different ways to process and protect it. The research also focuses on special personal data provided by people with disabilities in order to have accessibility on sites and use certain services. In the end, recommendations for sites with accessibility are presented, following GDPR protection requirements. This research was funded by the National Science Fund of Bulgaria (scientific project “Digital Accessibility for People with Special Needs: Methodology, Conceptual Models and Innovative EcoSystems”), Grant Number KP-06-N42/4, 08.12.2020
A New Modifications of the SIR/SEIR Models with ”Intervention Polynomial Factor”. Methodological Aspects
We develop a novel modification of the classic Kermack–McKendrick SIR (Susceptible–Infectious–Recovered) model. The new SIR model with ”intervention polynomial factor” (SIR-IPF) can be used successfully to model and play different scenarios for the infectious disease spread. A generalized ”reproduction number” is introduced. A similar modifications are proposed for the classic SEIR and G-SEIR models. The specialists working in the field of ”reaction-kinetic mechanisms” have the
word.
Numerical examples, illustrating our results are given using CAS Mathematica.Grant No BG05M2OP001-1.001-0003, financed by the Science and Education for Smart Growth Operational Program (2014-2020) and co-financed by the European Union through the European structural and Investment funds
