The SWOT analysis given in the Concept is summarized and possible priority areas are listed. To achieve the ambitious objectives of the Concept and meet the expectations for rapid development of digitization including AI adoption in Bulgaria, further consolidation of the national academic potential will be needed. 2020 Mathematics Subject Classification: 68T99
IoT on the Roofs of Municipally Governed Vehicles for Air Pollution Tracking
Get PDFOne of the biggest challenges for the municipal government is dealing with air
pollution. According to data furnished by the World Health Organization 9 out of 10 people worldwide breathe polluted air. Smart city infrastructures provide
many opportunities to find solutions to a number of tasks, including the task for
collecting information on pollution in different parts of the city. We propose an
idea to use municipally governed vehicles, such as police cars, busses, trains,
garbage collector machines, etc. as carriers of mobile sensors for collecting data
for air pollution. A conceptual model and plans for a series of experiments for

No full text[Georgiev Vladimir; Георгиев Владимир]We consider the fractional Schrödinger-Hartree type equations and focus our study
on one particular case: the half-wave equation with nonlocal Hartree type interaction terms. The results we present can be divided in the following main topics:
a) existence, asymptotic properties of ground states and their linear stability/instability;
b) existence or explosion phenomena of the evolution flow with large data below/above the ground state barrier for the corresponding Cauchy problem for the
half-wave equation;
c) uniqueness of the ground states for the Schrödinger–Hartree type equations;
d) blow-up for mass-critical nonlinear Schrödinger (NLS) equation with non-local
