Analysis and discussion of musical pieces in Christmas Oratorio BWV 248 composed by Johann Sebastian Bach
この小文では、ヨーハン・ゼバスティアン・バッハ(以下、バッハ)が作曲したクリスマス・オラトリオBWV 248(英語では”Christmas Oratorio”、ドイツ語では”Weihnachts-Oratorium”)に焦点を当てる。聖譚曲と訳されるオラトリオという言葉について繙(ひもと)くと「ヘンデル、ハイドンやメンデルスゾーンの典型的なオラトリオを考えるなら『おおむね宗教的な題材による大規模な叙事的楽曲で、独唱・合唱・管弦楽を用い、音楽は劇的に作られるが動作や背景衣装はしない』と説明することができる。しかし歴史的にはオラトリオはその限界がもっとも不明瞭な曲種のひとつであり、とくに教会カンタータや受難曲や宗教的オペラとの区別が困難である」とある。本稿ではこれらを踏まえて、バッハとその作品について触れた後、クリスマス・オラトリオを構成するアリア(旋律的独唱)、レチタティーヴォ(朗唱的独唱)、合唱やコラール(讃美歌)など、各々の楽曲について分析し考察する。This article is focused on Christmas Oratorio BWV 248 (“Weihnachtsoratorium BWV 248” in German) composed by Johann Sebastian Bach. The Oratorio consists of six cantatas that describe the story from the birth of Jesus to his epiphany. After reviewing Bach’s cantatas, all of the musical pieces in the Oratorio, such as recitativo, aria, chorus, and choral, are investigated to appreciate the music of Christmas Oratorio more deeply. Case Study on the Explosive Action Game 'Kasumibi Issen': How Generative AI is Transforming Creation and the Role of Creators
This paper analyzes the multifaceted impact of integrating Generative AI and 3DCG (three-dimensional
computer graphics) technologies on creative production processes, highlighting their potential and challenges.
Traditionally, 3DCG production required specialized expertise and substantial time investment. However,
advancements in Generative AI have streamlined workflows and significantly enhanced creativity. Through
the case study of a game project, Kasumibi Issen , this research examines the efficiency improvements in
production workflows enabled by Generative AI and the evolution of collaborative creative processes between
AI and human creators. Furthermore, ethical challenges and the importance of data literacy are discussed.
This paper underscores the potential of technological innovations driven by Generative AI in fields such as
video production, game development, advertising, and art, while exploring the future direction of creative

団地のオープンスペースを道でつなぎ、新たな生活風景を生み出す「オープンストリート」構想の実践について報告する。使われなくなった団地の集会所を構想に組み込み、土間にして道に開く。
集会室にはディスプレイウォールやシェアキッチンを設けてコミュニケーションの基点をデザインする。
論点はこうしたデザインのプロセスがどのように場を開くかである。We report on the implementation of the "Open Street" concept, which creates a new living landscape in the open space of an apartment complex. A disused meeting place in apartment complex will be connected to a promenade to create a communication hub for the community. Question-Answer Sequences in an ELF Environment: Implications for Language Teaching with L2 English Speakers
英語のL2話者同士のAnswer component of question-answer sequencesでは、Ll英語話者と話すときには見られない状況があると考えられる。本研究では、ELF環境(英語をLl言語としない人たちの会話環境)のL2話者同士の英語のインタラクションを質的に談話分析を行 い、特徴的に見られた応答に着目した。また、その結果から、 英語のインタラクション指導に必要な項目を提案した。特に、Encourage Active Participation, Promote Follow-Up Questions, Cultural Awareness, Feedback Mechanisms, Addressing Misunderstandingsがインタラクション指導で優先的に必要であると言えよう。This study examines the answer component of question-answer sequences in cross-cultural conversations involving L2 English speakers. L2 English speakers do not necessarily adhere to the conversational styles of L1 speakers, as their styles are shaped by each speaker’s socio-cultural background. Drawing from video and audio recordings in the corpus of the English and Japanese Interaction Research Group, the analysis focuses on conversational segments where responses were provided to questions. Four excerpts were analyzed using a qualitative approach, highlighting moments when participants encountered unexpected conversational dynamics. Key findings indicate that original questions in L2 conversations in the data were often left unanswered, conversational control frequently shifted, and feedback to responses was lacking. These disruptions resulted in incomplete and disjointed interactions, particularly in instances where cultural norms, such as specific measurement systems, led to misunderstandings. The study concludes that cultural and linguistic barriers, along with limited engagement with responses, impede the effectiveness of question-answer sequences in ELF environments. The paper emphasizes the need for educators to equip learners with strategies for overcoming such communication barriers, stressing the importance of preparing them for the ELF context.departmental bulletin pape
Survey of RTK-GNSS technology for outdoor robots
近年,交通事故や病気の後遺症などにより身体に障害を抱える患者が多く存在する.その中でも肢体麻痺の症状を患っている患者数は特に増えている.身体障害者の内,肢体麻痺患者の割合が最も多く約半数を占めているような状況であり,四肢麻痺患者は自力での生活が不可能なことから生活の質の低下が懸念されている.本研究では視線情報を取得できるVR機器を用いた視線インターフェースの開発を行う. そして,これを用いてLIDARとRTK-GNSSを搭載した屋外用ロボットの開発と制御を目的とする.今回は予備実験と してRTK-GNSS を搭載した屋外用ロボットの精密な位置情報の精度検証行った.その結果測位時の値も誤差が小さく屋外用ロボット走行時でも正確な測位が可能であり,屋外用ロボ ットでの利用が有用である.Abstract: In recent years, there are many patients with physical disabilities due to traffic accidents and the aftereffects of illnesses. Among them, the number of patients suffering from paraplegia is increasing. The percentage of patients with paraplegia is the highest among the disabled, accounting for about half, and is expected to increase further in the future. The most severe type of paraplegia is tetraplegia, in which it is almost impossible to move the limbs themselves. In this study, we develop a gaze interface using a VR device that can acquire gaze information. We also aim· to develop and control an outdoor robot equipped with LiDAR and RTK-GNSS using this interface. As a preliminary experiment, we verified the accuracy of precise positioning information of an outdoor robot equipped with RTK-GNSS. As a result, the positioning error was small and accurate positioning was possible even when the outdoor robot was running, making it useful for outdoor robots.departmental bulletin pape
