    Reversibility Validation of Learning Progression Using Transfer Rate in Transfer Reinforcement Learning

    本論文では,強化学習における転移学習で使用される,転移率というパラメータの効果を検証する.転移率は,転移学習時の過学習状態を回避するために用いられるが,再利用方策の学習進度を疑似的にロールバックできると考えられている.本論文では実際の強化学習・転移学習シミュレーションから,学習進度をロールバックできるか効果を検証したので報告する.In recent years, the robot systems with learning algorithms are deployed in the real world situation,for example, automatic driving car, warehouse robots and so on. A reinforcement learning (RL) can be contributed for increasing of intelligence of the robot system, and RL do not need the supervised data. Additionally, RL can explore the optimal solution by itself. However, the robot with reinforcement learning(called RL-agent) has probability to encounter with over fitting caused by reusing obtained policy. A transfer rate has been proposed to reduce the utilization of the policy. Moreover, the transfer rate is thought to have the effect of rolling back the learning progress of the policy to be reused. However, this effectiveness is not validated based on actual reinforcement learning and transfer learning. In this paper, the transfer rate is validated with transfer surface which is visual and quantitative evaluation method of transfer, and the transfer rate is verified the contribution for rolling back of learning progress of reusing policy for transfer learning.departmental bulletin pape

    近年,ロボット技術や情報技術,人工知能技術の急速な発展に伴い,人 にやさしいロボットがより身近になっている.それによりロボットには,より自然なコミュニケーションを提供する機能が必要です. 本研究では,会話のリズムが人間とロボットの相互作用に及ぼす影響を調査します. 言語的相互作用のリズムとテンポは,人間のようなコミュニケーションを実現 するための非常に重要な要素です. この論文は,コミュニケーションの出現のための人間とロボットの相互作用の概念を提示します.Recently, with the rapid development of robot technology, information technology and artificial intelligence technology, human friendly robot are becoming more familiar to us. The robots should have a capability to provide more natural communication. In this study, we investigate an effect of rhythm in conversation on human-robot interaction. Rhythm and tempo on verbal interaction are very important factor to realize human-like communication.     本論は、 「大学における教養教育を考える」と題して(その 1))から、(その10) まで示されたシリーズの続編である。本論は、各専門分野や立場から、現代社会における教育を論じることをめざすものである。そこで、現代社会における教育を考える上で、文部科学省から提示された「Society5.0 に向けた人材育成」を題材として、議論を進めていく。 第 1 章では。の提言の経緯と概要について論じる。第2章では、この提言の論点を提示する。第 3 章では、 この提言における学校教育の在り方についての論調と実践の現状について論じる。The purpose of this study is to consider the new education system suggested by Japanese Government.     Student guidance to ferment children’s self-affirmation:Through reflection on action teaching practice to student

    本研究の目的は、子どもの自己肯定感を醸成する生徒指導の在り方を検討することである。教師の教育実践における行為の省察から、自己肯定感を醸成する教師の役割が示された。その役割とは、(a)子どもを理解すること、(b)自己と他者を肯定し認め合う学級づくり、(c)保護者との信頼関係づくり、(d)学校全体での個々の子どもへの役割づくり、(e)子どもの主体性を育成することであった。加えて、これらの結果から子どもの発達を信じて待ち続けることが、教師の専門性として示唆された。The purpose of the present study was to explore student guidance to ferment children’s selfaffirmation. The result based on reflection on action teaching practice to student revealed teacher’s role to ferment children’s self-affirmation. The roles were (a) Understanding children, (b) Making selfand other- affirmation in the classroom, (c) Getting companionship with parent, (d) Giving each child the roles in the school, (e) Bringing up independent spirits of children. In addition, a series of analyses indicated an importance of teacher’s professionalization was to be waiting for the children’s development.departmental bulletin pape
