Necessariamente, será abordado o envolvimento ético do analista e analisando. Some basic considerations are offered in this article regarding Jung’s perspective on health and illness in order to reach a better understanding of the process of analysis. They focus on the question of Ethics in the Individuation Process, where there are ethical consequences that may or may not be in accordance with the morality of the given culture. A Prova pela Morte: Um Estudo Sobre o Fédon de Platão
Socrates’s death, as narrated in the Phaedo, must be interpreted as a testimony of a thinker who has decided to offer his own life as a proof of a personal certainty, namely that philosophy is a preparation for death. Such a certainty does not agree with common sense, since it is based on a system of values which does not give priority to physical life and does not define the human being by his body alone, thereby transforming him into a being-for-death. The present article seeks to interpret this dramatic event, trying to sustain its arguments beyond the recognized limits.
In the sixth Book of his Histories Polybius gives an account of Roman government in which he tried to explain the stability of Rome. The argument of Cicero’s De Republica is also the question about the best form of a state; he emphasizes the presence of the stateman able to lead the state on a proper course. These ideas reflect the political world in which it was written
This paper comments on the genesis of the tyrannical man, according to Plato’s arguments in the Republic (VIII and IX). The dialectic of the negative forms of justice permits the creation of hypotheses about the metaphysical evil in the origins of political activity and puts forward the necessity of a philosophical education for the ruler. Plato’s text, building a socio-psychological profile of the tyrant, shows the relevance of the education process for the lower parts of the soul. Only the cultivation of rationality can perfect man and make him happy, and prevent the degeneration of the polis

Sobre a sátira 2 do livro I de Horácio (introdução, tradução e análise)
The comic is a society phenomenon; as a result, it is completely connected to the period of time which produced it, what makes it difficult to be noticed in the ancient texts.Horace gave form to the Latin satire. This paper shows what could provoke laughter, dealing with criticisms of Roman society specific situations which are criticisms and jokes that go on without aging in the course of time.O cômico é um fenômeno de sociedade e é, por conseqüência, muito ligado à época que o produziu, daí a dificuldade de percebê-lo em textos antigos.
