Ordering Goods Application Design Using Macros Visual Basic Applications
PT M Indonesia is one of the big companies in the world, as one of the companies engaged in the manufacture of toys PT M Indonesia does not close itself to the technology of industrial development 4.0. PT M really prioritizes technology that might be able to sophisticate, speed up, or make it easier for employees to work. For example, the author has conducted research, namely making an application for ordering goods using Microsoft Excel macro visual basic applications. The purpose of this research is to order goods online without using paper. The application of ordering goods using macro visual basics application is made using the research method used by the author in conducting this research is the waterfall method. The research that the author has done, is expected to speed up the approval process and the spread of the virus which is carried out by ordering goods manually using paper to be online via email. Using visual basic macros from Microsoft Excel because employees are more familiar with using Microsoft Excel macros so that employees can easily manage data also Microsoft Excel macros make it easier to enter order data into the system or database from PT M Indonesia
PENGELOLAAN PERGURUAN TINGGI MENGACU SATU DATA INDONESIA DALAM MEMPERKUAT PENDIDIKAN BANGSA : (TINJAUAN BERDASARKAN PERATURAN PRESIDEN (PERPRES) NO.39 TAHUN 2019)
Abstract: Indonesian through Presidential Regulation (PERPRES) No. 39 of 2019, strives to implement a quality government based on data that is credible, accountable and up-to-date and becomes a reference in making policies that will be taken for government management. Implementing Presidential Decree No.39 of 2019 is not easy and tends to face quite big challenges. Satu Data Indonesia aims to unite data resources owned by various government agencies, create information transparency, and increase data interoperability. In the context of quality government administration, the implementation of PERPRES no. 39 of 2019 is the main key in ensuring that the data used by the government is accurate, consistent and can be accessed easily. The Governance of One Higher Education Data which refers to Presidential Decree number 39 of 2019 which is implemented in the tertiary environment is expected to facilitate the data synchronization process and be a solution to several problems such as university data not being the same as data in study programs, unclear university data that can accessed by both study programs and the public, in this case the community, there is no data transparency, lack of quality statistical data and preparation of higher education accreditation instruments (IAPT). POLA KOMUNIKASI POLITIK SALMIAH RAMBE DALAM MEMPERTAHANKAN ELEKTABILITAS MENUJU PEMILU 2024
Salmiah Rambe, as a member of the Bandung City Regional Representative Council (DPRD Kota Bandung), has held a position in Commission D for two terms beginning in 2014. She has a personal responsibility in maintaining her high level of electability in the previous 2019 elections. Salmiah's vote count in the 2019 elections increased almost threefold compared to the 2014 elections. In 2014, she received 4,219 votes, while in 2019 she received 11,074 votes. This is quite surprising considering her last name suggests a different cultural background than the area she is assigned to represent. The high level of electability needs to be maintained because it represents a trust given by the community and also indicates Salmiah's ambition to participate in the next 2024 elections. This research aims to determine the political communication pattern used by Salmiah Rambe in maintaining her electability towards the 2024 elections, and how this political communication pattern can help her.This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The results of the data from the field show that Salmiah uses a circular political communication pattern, as proposed by Scharm and Osgood, which aligns with the political communication model developed by Dan Nimmo. Salmiah uses this communication pattern in every activity that allows her to meet with the community. It helps her understand the concerns and complaints of the community/constituents, so she can respond to these complaints with appropriate policies and assistance needed by the community/constituents. These policies and assistance bring benefits that are perceived by the community/constituents, which ultimately influence the trust of the community/constituents and affect Salmiah Rambe's level of electability.Keywords: Political Communication, Salmiah Rambe, Electability
PENILAIAN KINERJA BANGUNAN GEDUNG HIJAU PADA GEDUNG FAKULTAS KIP UNIVERSITAS SAMUDRA
Abstract: Climate change occurs due to increasing concentrations of carbon dioxide gas causing the greenhouse gas effect. The building construction sector has increased and is known to contribute more than 34 percent of carbon emissions by 2022. So that one of the steps in reducing carbon emissions in the construction sector is by implementing green buildings. Green buildings are buildings that meet the criteria for saving energy, water, and other resources. In assessing the performance of green buildings, there are three criteria rating levels ie: pratama, madya, and utama. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with identifying observation elements, simulation as well as investigations that will be applied in the BGH assessment. This study aims to analyze the building of the Faculty of KIP Universitas Samudra following the reference of the Ministerial Circular Letter No.01/SE/M/2022 concerning Technical Guidelines for Performance Assessment of Green Buildings. Based on the results of the performance assessment of the Samudra University Faculty of KIP building were included in the "pratama" category with the acquisition of 78 points or 47.273%. After being analyzed and taken into account, the building can still be given technical recommendations to increase energy efficiency. These technical recommendations led to a significant increase from the initial score of 78 points or 47.273% to 91 points or 55.152%, still at the "primary" level.Keywords : Green Buildings, Climate Change, Building Performance.Abstrak: Perubahan iklim terjadi karena meningkatnya konsentrasi gas karbon dioksida sehingga menyebabkan efek gas rumah kaca. Sektor kontruksi gedung mengalami peningkatan dan diketahui menyumbang emisi karbon lebih dari 34 persen pada tahun 2022. Sehingga Salah satu langkah dalam penurunan emisi karbon sektor kontruksi dengan penerapan bangunan gedung hijau. Bangunan Gedung Hijau merupakan bangunan yang memenuhi kriteria hemat energi, air, dan sumber daya lainya. Dalam penilaian kinerja bangunan gedung hijau terdapat tiga kriteria level penilaian yaitu: pratama, madya, dan utama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan mengidentifikasi unsur observasi, simulasi serta investigasi yang akan diterapkan dalam penilaian BGH. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bangunan gedung Fakultas KIP Universitas Samudra sesuai dengan rujukan Surat Edaran Menteri No.01/SE/M/2022 tentang Petunjuk Teknis Penilaian Kinerja Bangunan Gedung Hijau. Berdasarkan hasil penilaian kinerja tersebut bangunan gedung Fakultas KIP Universitas Samudra termasuk kedalam kategori “pratama†dengan perolehan 78 poin atau 47,273%. Setelah di analisis dan diperhitungkan bangunan gedung tersebut masih dapat diberikan rekomendasi teknis peningkatan efisiensi energinya. Rekomendasi teknis tersebut mendorong peningkatan yang signifikan dari perolehan nilai awal 78 poin atau 47,273%  menjadi 91 poin atau 55,152% tetap level “pratamaâ€.Kata Kunci: Bangunan Gedung Hijau, Perubahan Iklim, Kinerja Bangunan
IDENTIFIKASI PERLETAKAN TEMPAT PARKIR DAN PENGARUHNYA PADA POLA PERUNTUKAN RUANG RUMAH TINGGAL BERBASIS PREFERENSI MASYARAKAT
Abstract: The need for parking in residential or residential areas in Indonesia causes problems due to the unavailability of sufficient land. Rapid population growth has resulted in the increasing number of private vehicles making the need for parking areas increasing, especially in residential environments. This problem arises not only in the upper economic class, but also in the middle and lower economic class, who have more than one vehicle, especially two-wheeled vehicles. This study aims to identify the pattern of placement of parking spaces in residential homes based on people's preferences. The research data was obtained through an online questionnaire which was processed qualitatively in collaboration with grounded theory which is exploratory. The results showed 3 patterns of placement of vehicle parking spaces in the occupied dwellings. This research is expected to provide an overview for residential designers and the development of residential areas according to community needs.Keyword: housing, parking needs, private vehicles, preferencesAbstrak: Kebutuhan parkir di lingkungan hunian atau rumah tinggal di Indonesia menimbulkan masalah akibat tidak tersedianya lahan yang cukup. Pertumbuhan penduduk yang pesat berakibat pada meningkatnya jumlah kendaraan pribadi membuat kebutuhan lahan parkir semakin meningkat khususnya pada lingkungan rumah tinggal. Permasalahan ini muncul tidak hanya masyarakat golongan ekonomi atas, namun juga muncul pada masyarakat golongan ekonomi menengah dan bawah, yang memiliki kendaraan lebih dari satu unit, terutama kendaraan roda dua. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi pola perletakan tempat parkir di rumah tinggal berdasarkan preferensi masyarakat. Data penelitian diperoleh melalui kuisioner daring yang diolah secara kualitatif dikolaborasikan dengan grounded theory yang bersifat explorasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan 3 pola perletakan tempat parkir kendaraan pada hunian yang ditinggali. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran bagi para perancang hunian dan pengembangan kawasan hunian sesuai kebutuhan masyarakat.Kata Kunci: kebutuhan parkir, kendaraan pribadi, preferensi, rumah tingga
KINERJA PENCAHAYAAN APARTEMEN SEDERHANA DALAM PERSPEKTIF NEW NORMAL Studi Kasus: Graha Aparna Siwalankerto Surabaya
Abstract: The spread of the Coronavirus gave rise to lockdown regulations, and people were asked to work from home. Home instantly becomes a place to work, school and socialize. Having a healthy and comfortable residential unit is the desire of every occupant, especially with more various functions of the house. The achievement of a healthy home is influenced by adequate lighting in the unit. However, in reality, in more affordable vertical units there are still many problems, including, the unit room is too dark due to lack of daylighting in the unit and other factors. The purpose of this paper is to explore whether unit lighting in an affordable apartment can meet the dynamics of the function needs of the house in the new normal perspective. Applying a qualitative-descriptive method with a case study approach at Graha Aparna Siwalankerto, this research shows that sample 4, even though the illumination number is still below the minimum standard, but the spread of illumination is the most evenly distributed compared to other floors. This is due to the open and flexible layout of the room and its position at the toppest level of the building which makes the area get a larger portion of sunlight.Keywords : Affordable Apartment , Lighting , New NormalAbstrak: Penyebaran Coronavirus 2019 memunculkan regulasi lockdown, dimana para masyarakat diminta melakukan berbagai pekerjaan dari rumah. Rumah seketika menjadi tempat bekerja, sekolah dan bersosialisasi. Memiliki unit hunian yang sehat dan nyaman menjadi keinginan tiap penghuninya apalagi dengan fungsi rumah yang semakin meluas. Pencapaian rumah sehat salah satunya dipengaruhi pencahayaan di dalam unit yang memadai. Namun pada kenyataanya, dalam unit vertikal sederhana masih banyak permasalahan yang dijumpai diantaranya, ruang unit yang terlalu gelap karena kurangnya daylighting yang masuk ke unit dan faktor lainnya. Tujuan dari paper ini untuk menggali apakah pencahayaan unit di apartemen sederhana dapat memenuhi dinamika kebutuhan fungsi rumah dalam perspektif new normal. Penelitian dengan metode kualitatif-deskriptif pendekatan studi kasus di Graha Aparna Siwalankerto ini menunjukkan hasil bahwa sampel 4 yaitu lantai 5 , meskipun angka iluminasi masih dibawah standar minimumnya , namun penyebaran iluminasinya paling merata dibanding lantai lainnya merata. Hal ini disebabkan karena denah ruang yang tidak banyak sekat atau fleksibel serta karena posisi di paling atas, mendapat porsi cahaya matahari yang lebih besar.Kata Kunci: Apartemen Sederhana , Pencahayaan , New Norma
GREEN RENOVATION & RETROFITTING AS A PHENOMENON TOWARDS SUSTAINABLE CONSTRUCTION: a Review
Abstract: The discourses on climate change have become an issue in the construction industry in Indonesia for decades. Then, it becomes a consideration in the building design process. This paper focuses on renovation and retrofitting, which has differing meanings. The term renovation refers to the process of returning something to a good state of repair. In the construction industry, improvement relates to improving or modernizing an old, damaged, or defective building. The opposed to the term retrofitting, which is providing something with a component or feature not fitted initially. Retrofitting means providing something with a part not fitted during manufacture or adding something it did not have when first constructed. In this research, a case study is adopted as the data collection approach because this method can help the researcher demonstrate the relationship between the buildings and the tools that cause the green building assessment. The professionals from Java Island, Indonesia, as respondents. Architects, structural engineers, mechanical & electrical engineers, and construction managers work. It is aimed to see the phenomenon that occurs within sixteen years (2008-2020) for Professionals who do renovation & retrofitting work. Furthermore, it will identify sustainability initiatives that will mention the phenomena within ten years backward on renovating & retrofitting the current building to achieve the green assessment. The new scheme of phenomena is a finding that involves much thinking and practical consideration of the local institutional and building sector issues to the future as the target of the Green Renovation & Retrofitting on pre-construction to the current building. Moreover, this phenomenon will be related to developing renovation & retrofitting work in Indonesia that is expected to affect the professional profile in anticipation of global warming in the future.Keywords: green practice, renovation, retrofitting, phenomenon, pre-constructionAbstrak: Wacana tentang perubahan iklim telah menjadi isu dalam industri konstruksi di Indonesia selama beberapa dekade. Kemudian menjadi pertimbangan dalam proses perancangan bangunan. Tulisan ini berfokus pada renovasi dan perkuatan, yang memiliki arti berbeda. Istilah renovasi mengacu pada proses mengembalikan sesuatu ke kondisi perbaikan yang baik. Dalam industri konstruksi, perbaikan berkaitan dengan peningkatan atau modernisasi bangunan tua, rusak, atau cacat. Kebalikan dari istilah retrofitting, yaitu menyediakan sesuatu dengan komponen atau fitur yang awalnya tidak dipasang. Perkuatan berarti menyediakan sesuatu dengan bagian yang tidak dipasang selama pembuatan atau menambahkan sesuatu yang tidak dimiliki saat pertama kali dibangun. Dalam penelitian ini, studi kasus diadopsi sebagai pendekatan pengumpulan data karena metode ini dapat membantu peneliti menunjukkan hubungan antara bangunan dan alat yang menyebabkan penilaian bangunan hijau. Para profesional dari Pulau Jawa, Indonesia, sebagai responden. Arsitek, insinyur struktural, insinyur mekanik & listrik, dan manajer konstruksi bekerja. Hal ini bertujuan untuk melihat fenomena yang terjadi dalam kurun waktu enam belas tahun (2008-2020) bagi para Profesional yang melakukan pekerjaan renovasi & perkuatan. Selanjutnya, akan mengidentifikasi inisiatif keberlanjutan yang akan menyebutkan fenomena dalam sepuluh tahun ke belakang pada renovasi & perkuatan bangunan saat ini untuk mencapai penilaian hijau. Skema fenomena baru merupakan temuan yang melibatkan banyak pemikiran dan pertimbangan praktis dari isu kelembagaan lokal dan sektor bangunan ke depan sebagai target Green Renovation & Retrofitting pada pra konstruksi bangunan saat ini. Evaluasi Kinerja Hijau Material Resources and Cycle (MRC) pada Bangunan Kayu Modular Prafabrikasi; Studi Kasus Bangunan Sekolah Alam Bandung
Abstract: Forest destruction in Indonesia reaches 3,800,000 ha per year, most of which are illegal logging. Construction contributes to the use of wood as a construction material, inefficiency in the use of wood as construction waste, especially in high-quality wood species with a long harvest life. Indonesia's total sawn timber production reaches 1.4 million m3 per year of strong wood types. Utilization of this wood can result in environmental damage. Therefore, efforts to use construction materials that are more environmentally friendly have been encouraged to develop. Including short-lived wood (five-year harvest period) or used wood materials (reuse/recycle). In order to increase the efficiency of material utilization and reduce waste, namely by using a modular prefabrication method. This paper will identify green performance on the “Material Resources and Cycle (MRC)†criteria. The object of study used in this evaluation is the modular wooden building of the Bandung Nature School classroom. The method used is field observation and performance assessment based on MRC criteria from the green-rating tool at the Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI). The results showed that natural school buildings had a fairly good green performance in the MRC criteria. The results of this study are expected to become best practice in the use of sustainable low emission construction materials.Keywords: Wooden construction, Modular, Material, Prefabricated, Resource, RecycleAbstrak: Kerusakan hutan di Indonesia mencapai 3.800.000 ha per tahun yang sebagian besar adalah penebangan liar atau illegal logging. Konstruksi berkontribusi dalam penggunaan kayu sebagai salah satau material konstruksi, inefisiensi penggunaan material kayu sebagai limbah konstruksi khususnya pada jenis kayu kuliatas tinggi dengan umur panen yang lama. Produksi total kayu gergajian Indonesia mencapai 1.4 juta m3 per tahun pada tipe kayu kuat. Pemanfaatan kayu ini dapat berakibat pada kerusakan lingkungan. Oleh karena itu upaya pemanfaatan material kontruksi yang lebih ramah lingkungan mulai didorong pengembangannya. Termasuk kayu umur pendek (masa panen lima tahunan) atau material kayu bekas (reuse/ recycle). Dalam rangka peningkatan efisiensi pemanfaatan material dan pengurangan limbah yaitu dengan menggunakan metode prafabrikasi modular. Makalah ini akan mengidentifikasi kinerja hijau pada kriteria “Sumber dan Siklus Material†(Material Resources and Cycle- MRC). Obyek studi yang digunakan dalam evaluasi ini ini adalah bangunan kayu modular runag kelas Sekolah Alam Bandung. Metode yang digunakan adalah pengamatan lapangan dan penilaian kinerja berdasarkan kriteria MRC dari green-rating tool pada Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bangunan sekolah alam memiliki kinerja hijau dalam kriteria MRC yang cukup baik. PENGARUH PENGHAWAAN DAN PENCAHAYAAN ALAMI PADA BANGUNAN SEMI TERBUKA TERHADAP KENYAMANAN DAN PRODUKTIVITAS Studi Kasus: Kafe Tanatap Ampera, Jakarta Selatan
Abstract: The Tanatap Ampera Cafe is a semi-public building that has a function as a functional place for activities such as gathering and working individually or in groups with a presentation of 40% closed space and 60% semi-open space. This building utilizes natural ventilation and natural lighting into a semi-open area. So based on this design, the research aims to analyze the potential of points or areas in buildings that can increase user productivity which is affected by natural ventilation and lighting with the standards and indexes made by ASHRAE with the PMV method, namely Slightly Warm (+1), Neutral 0, Slightly Cool (-1), strong light intensity based on the Indonesian National Standard 03-6575-2011 Light intensity in a cafeteria and work space is 350 Lux, Greenship Rating Tools from the Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI), which is the minimum standard for small areas natural lighting is 30% of the total area and the color of sunlight is 4000-5000K to affect human productivity. The purpose of this study was to find out the design of the semi-open space at Tanatap Ampera according to standards based on the results of field data collection and respondent data. Writing with a quantitative method using anemometer and spectrometer at 30 location points during the day every one hour, from 09.00 to 16.00. Field data collection results include orientation, temperature, humidity, ASHRAE index classification, light intensity, sunlight color, color rendering level, and the productivity value of the respondents. Based on the results of data analysis, semi-open areas that have natural ventilation and lighting that meet comfort standards and have the potential to increase productivity are located at point no. 9 and 17 from 09.00 to 11.00. While points 1, 2, 3 and 4 can be optimal points if there is a transparent envelope wall of the building that has ventilation openings for cross ventilation, because these areas do not have good ventilation. So that the optimal point will be at points 1, 2, 3, 4, 9, and 17 at 09.00 to 16.00.Keyword: Semi Open Space, Air Conditioning and Natural Lighting Comfort, Human Productivity.Abstrak: Kafe Tanatap Ampera merupakan bangunan semi publik memiliki fungsi sebagai tempat fungsional untuk berkegiatan seperti berkumpul dan bekerja secara individual atau berkelompok dengan presentasi 40% ruang tertutup dan 60% ruang semi terbuka. Bangunan ini memanfaatkan penghawaan alami dan pencahayaan alami kedalam area semi terbuka. Maka berdasarkan desain tersebut, Penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisa potens titik atau area dalam bangunan yang dapat meningkatkan produktivitas pengguna yang dipengaruhi penghawaan dan pencahayaan alami dengan standar  dan indeks yang buat oleh ASHRAE dengan metode PMV yaitu Slightly Warm (Cukup Hangat +1 ), Netral 0, Slightly Cool (Cukup Sejuk -1),, kuat intensitas cahaya berdasarkan Standar Nasional Indonesia 03-6575-2011 Kuat Cahaya dalam kuang kafetaria atau ruang kerja yaitu 350 Lux, Greenship Rating Tools dari Green Building Council Indonesia (GBCI) yaitu standar minimal untuk area pencahayaan alami adalah 30% dari total area dan warna cahaya matahri 4000-5000K untuk mempengaruhi produktivitas manusia. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui desain ruang semi terbuka pada Tanatap Ampera sesuai standar berdasarkan hasil pengambilan data lapangan serta data responden. Penulisan dengan metode kuantitatif menggunakan alat anemometer dan spectrometer pada 30 titik lokasi selama siang hari setiap satu jam yaitu pada pukul 09.00 hingga 16.00. Data hasil pengambilan data lapangan berupa orientasi, suhu, kelembaban, klasifikasi indeks ASHRAE, kuat cahaya, warna cahaya matahari, tingkat renderasi warna, dan nilai produktivitas responden. Berdasarkan hasil Analisa data, area semi terbuka yang memiliki penghawaan dan pencahayaan alami yang sesuai standar kenyamanan dan berpotensi untuk meningkatkan produktivitas terletak pada titik nomot 9 dan 17 di jam 09.00 hingga 11.00. Sementara pada titik nomor 1, 2, 3, dan 4 dapat menjadi titik yang optimal apabila ada dinding selubungan transparan bangunan memiliki bukaan penghawaan untuk ventilasi silang, karena area tersebut tidak memiliki sirkulasi penghawaan yang baik. Sehingga titik yang optimal nantinya menjadi pada titik 1, 2, 3, 4, 9, dan 17 pada pukul 09.00 hingga 16.00.Kata Kunci: Ruang Semi Terbuka, Kenyamanan Penghawaan dan Pencahayaan Alami, Produktivitas Manusia.          Â
ANALISIS TINGKAT KENYAMANAN DAN KEAMANAN PADA ENGKU PUTRI SQUARE SEBAGAI PUBLIC SPACE KOTA BATAM
Abstract: This study aims to analyze the level of comfort and safety at Engku Putri Square as a public space in Batam City. The research method used involves collecting primary data and secondary data through direct observation, surveys and literature studies. The factors evaluated include physical design, public facilities, cleanliness, lighting, vegetation, noise levels, and people's perceptions of security levels. Data analysis was carried out using quantitative methods and a cross-sectional study design with the aim of providing a better understanding of the comfort and safety conditions in Engku Putri Square, as well as providing recommendations that can improve the quality of this public space. The results of this research are expected to be a reference for the government and related parties in planning and developing better public spaces in the future.Keyword: Engku Putri Square, Public Space, Batam City, Comfort, SecureAbstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kenyamanan dan keamanan pada Engku Putri Square sebagai public space di Kota Batam. Metode penelitian yang digunakan melibatkan pengumpulan data primer dan data sekunder melalui observasi langsung, survei, dan studi literatur. Faktor-faktor yang dievaluasi meliputi desain fisik, fasilitas publik, kebersihan, pencahayaan, vegetasi, tingkat kebisingan, dan persepsi masyarakat terhadap tingkat keamanan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dan desain penelitian cross-sectional dengan tujuan untuk memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang kondisi kenyamanan dan keamanan di Engku Putri Square, serta memberikan rekomendasi yang dapat meningkatkan kualitas ruang publik ini.
