    This research aims to determine the effect of price and promotions on customer interest in using pawn products at PT. Pegadaian UPC Kabar in East Lombok District. There is a fact that the number of customers using pawn products is decreasing. This research uses quantitative research methods with data collection techniques using observation and questionnaires. The number of samples used in this research was 96 respondents from customers PT. Pegadaian UPC Kabar. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The data obtained was processed using SPSS 26 with data analysis techniques used, namely validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis test, t test (partial), f test (simultaneous) and coefficient of determination test.  The results of the research conducted show that price have no partial effect on customers\u27 interest in using pawn products and promotions have a partial effect on customers\u27 interest in using pawn products. Simultaneously, price and promotions influence customer interest in using pawn products at PT. Pegadaian UPC Kabar in East Lombok Regency with an influence level of 15.5% and 84.5% is influenced by factors other than price and promotions as seen from the R-Square test results. &nbsp

    SPIRITUAL LEARNING AS A WAY TO ACHIEVE RELIGIOUS MODERATION

    Amid the dynamics of modern life, the challenge of maintaining a balance between spiritual and material life is increasingly urgent because many people are not aware of and understand themselves, so they violate the norms and values that exist in society. This article outlines the concept and benefits of spiritual learning to realize religious moderation by using a qualitative method, the type of literature study. This research reveals that: Religious moderation is an approach that offers a wise middle ground for incorporating spiritual values into daily life in harmony. In this case, spiritual learning that can be applied to realizing religious moderation is through inner exercises, such as meditation and praying before doing activities; physical exercises, both verbal and non-verbal; education and learning in schools, such as the creation of meaning through the integration of value theory, religious theory, and scientific theory based on metaphysical questions in spiritual-based learning and experience. This is beneficial for building higher self-awareness about oneself, society, and God. and can develop a good attitude in Tawazzun, I\u27tidal, Tasamuh, Tawassuth, Shura, Ishlah, Tahadhdhur, Musawah, Aulawiyah, Tathawwur and Ibtikar. This research shows that to build one\u27s self-awareness, there is a need for a learning process that integrates spiritual values and religious moderation in daily life

    The issue of intolerance on campus is a compelling subject for study today, particularly within the Islamic Religious Education (Pendidikan Agama Islam: PAI) programmes under the Ministry of Religion, which should exemplify a positive attitude towards religious moderation. This research aims to examine the level of religious moderation among Islamic students of the Religious Education programme. In particular, the study describes the level of religious moderation of 2021 batch students of the Islamic Religious Education programme at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training, Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) Mataram. To assess the level of religious moderation among the students, the researchers used a descriptive qualitative research method. Data were collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The research findings indicate that religious moderation is an attitude and effort to establish religion as a principle for avoiding extreme positions and consistently seeking middle ground in uniting society. The level of religious moderation among the students of the 2021 batch (sixth semester) of the Islamic Religious Education programme can be classified as high, as evidenced by their effective implementation of the religious moderation indicators. These indicators consist of four elements: national commitment, tolerance, anti-violence stance, and accommodation of local culture

    THE SPIRIT OF WASATIYYAH: SUFISM AND LOCAL WISDOM IN INDONESIA

    This article explores the spirit of Wasatiyyah within the context of Sufism and local wisdom in Indonesia. Wasatiyyah, which translates to “the middle path” or “moderation,” is a significant concept in Islam that emphasises balance and harmony. Through in-depth study, this article highlights how the principles of Sufism intersect with Indonesia’s local wisdom, creating a unique and inclusive form of religious practice.The study employs a qualitative approach, using ethnographic methods to collect data from various Sufi communities in Indonesia. The findings reveal that the values of moderation within Sufism not only enrich individual spirituality but also strengthen social cohesion and foster tolerance among religious communities. Practices such as dhikr (remembrance of God), tahlil (recitation of the phrase ‘La ilaha illallah’), and religious gatherings commonly conducted by Sufi communities incorporate elements of local wisdom, enriching Indonesia’s spiritual culture. In conclusion, the integration of Sufism and local wisdom in Indonesia gives rise to an adaptive and harmonious religious model. The embodiment of the wasatiyyah spirit in these practices contributes significantly to peace and social harmony in a multicultural society

    Sembalun Village, as one of the villages that already has infrastructure in the tourism sector, hopes to take advantage of developments in information technology for use in tourism services in the village. Sembalun Village, Sembalun District, East Lombok Regency has many tourist attractions, one of which is the 7 Summit Sembalun. According to ticket sales data for 2022, it is known that public interest is increasing over time, so an application is needed to manage ticket sales. E-ticket applications can help in this business sector by reducing transaction times faster, summarizing documents easily, providing detailed information, and minimizing errors when inputting data. The current ticket sales system for the 7 Summit Sembalun still uses the old or manual method as with conventional ticket sales. The method used in this research is the waterfall method. The waterfall method is a methodology for designing and building software systems; namely, the design process gradually flows downwards (similar to a waterfall). Based on the discussion explained in the previous chapters, through unit testing, it can be concluded that the "E-Ticket 7 Summit Sembalun Application Based on Android" can be concluded. This application makes it easy for users to book tickets without fear of running out of tickets. With this application, 7 Summit Sembalun climbers can now buy tickets without having to queue at the counter. With this application, the management of 7 Summit Sembalun can cut transaction times faster, summarize documents easily, provide detailed information, and minimize errors when inputting data

    LANGUAGE LEARNING MEDIA THROUGH READING SPEECH FOR THE DEAF BASED ON ANDROID

    The communication system for the deaf is non-verbal (non-verbal) communication using gestures, either with hand gestures or body gestures and facial expressions. Deafness can be interpreted as a state of hearing loss. Deaf children are children who experience hearing deficiencies so that they require special services. Deaf children have difficulty in observing sounds through their hearing, therefore they must capture sounds or voices or expressions of someone through their sight. In this study, the author examines and analyzes the problem of language learning media through reading speech for the deaf based on Android. The purpose of writing is as an aid or alternative media to be able to learn how to read the opponent\u27s lip movements in the communication process. This application uses the research and development (R&D) method and in designing this learning media application, it uses the ADDIE Model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). The results of this study are that the application of language learning media through reading speech for the deaf based on Android that has been created can help the learning process, especially between teachers and deaf students in learning at SLB Muhammadiyah Kelay

    The hijrah of the Prophet Muhammad PBUH to Medina marked the birth of the initial concept of the Islamic political order by forming a plural Medina society, based on the values of justice, sovereignty, and shura. This research discusses the relationship between religion and the state in Islam, which is theoretically formulated in three main paradigms: integralistic, symbiotic, and secularistic. In addition, this article examines the basic principles of Islamic rule, such as Allah\u27s absolute sovereignty, justice, and community participation through deliberation. The research also explores the concept of power division in Islam which includes the legislative, executive, and judiciary, as well as the typology of power between the organic approach that unites religion and the state, and the secular approach that separates them. The conclusion highlights the relevance of the Medina Charter as a reference for Islamic political principles, although it does not explicitly describe the ideals of the Islamic political order. This study identifies contemporary challenges in applying Islamic political principles amid increasingly complex global social dynamics

    Islamic studies covers a variety of different meanings, divisions and aspects. However, the main focus of this study is on Islamic teachings which originate from the Koran and Hadith authentically. Therefore, it is necessary to use the right approach in understanding Islam. In this research, the author used two approach methods. Namely Normative and Anthropological. In the Big Indonesian Dictionary, tradition is a tradition or custom passed down from generation to generation that was passed down by ancestors and is still preserved by the community. One of the community traditions that is still highly preserved is the ceremony to welcome the birth of a child or often called akikah. One of the Islamic traditions carried out to welcome the birth of a child is Barzanji. This tradition originates from Arab countries and is generally spread through trade and marriage. The aim of the Barzanji tradition is to bring closer relations with Allah, increase faith and love for the Messenger of Allah, as a symbol of the Islamic religion and remind the history of the life of the Prophet SAW so that he becomes a role model, strengthen Islamic brotherhood among the community and maintain Islamic culture in the face of non-Islamic culture. who enter society
