This study describes the process of digital preservation at the Tarumanagara University Library Services in the Field of Psychology. The aim is to provide an overview of how digital preservation is part of the resilience strategy of the Tarumanagara University Library Services in the Field of Psychology during the Covid-19 Pandemic. Serving collections of scientific works online with digital collection sources is a way that the Tarumanagara University Library Services in the Field of Psychology does during the Covid-19 Pandemic. The availability of digital collections is the key to making online services possible. Interestingly, this digital preservation which has been carried out since 2018 has helped the Tarumanagara University Library Services in the field of Psychology survive and adapt and can still serve users during the Covid-19 Pandemic. This study uses a case study approach with a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection was carried out based on observation and documentation. Data analysis uses the theory of Miles and Huberman\u27s Model which consists of three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions which are used to explain the results of research systematically. The results found in this study are the motive for digital preservation due to obsolescence and damage to collections of scientific works in the form of Compact Disks (CDs). Another reason is to adapt to technological developments. The form of digital preservation that is carried out is in the form of refreshing and is included in the category of long-term preservation. &nbsp

Purpose: Tourism has become a major growth engine in Indonesia and has helped the local economy and government. One of Indonesia\u27s emerging economic sectors is tourism. Pekalongan is one of the most central cities in Java and has many natural and man-made tourist spots.  To increase the attractiveness and sustain tourism, Pasir Kencana tourism in Pekalongan city should be properly managed. The objective of this investigation is to determine the extent to which community-based tourism (CBT) is being used, how it is implemented, and what obstacles are encountered in implementing CBT in tourism. Method: Data were collected through observations, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis was conducted through the use of the descriptive narrative method.  Result: These results show that although the community has participated in tourism management, it has not reached the desired level. Pasir Kencana Beach is a good example of community-based tourism, evidenced by the activities of a good tourism outreach group (Pokdarwis). Constraints of community-based tourism management development strategies include promoting tourism, adding qualified human resources based on the field of education, using information technology to introduce and promote tourism to a wider audience; it is also possible to attract investors to help improve tourism-related infrastructure and develop tourism destinations by making the best use of available space and leveraging local uniqueness and culture to generate more revenue from visitors. Contribution: This research contributes to developing scientific concepts about community participation in developing tourist destinations

    Get PDF
Purpose: Lombok Island is known as an attractive tourist destination with natural beauty and unique culture. The growth of the tourism sector is very important for regional economic development. Lombok Island often faces challenges in its transportation system, including complex routes, varying road conditions, and traffic problems. Method: In this research, the data used were 30 tourist attractions on the island of Lombok sourced from the Tourism Office. Tourist attractions in Lombok are represented by vertices in the graph. Then the edges represent roads connecting tourist attractions and the weights represent the cost of getting to each tourist attraction from a starting vertex. Then, to determine the minimum transportation cost for each tourist attraction based on this graph, we use Dijkstra algorithm based on the shortest path for each tourist attraction. Result: The minimum transportation costs for each tourist attraction are obtained based on the shortest route for each tourist attraction on Lombok Island. Contribution: The application of Dijkstra algorithm can be a solution to overcome some of these challenges by determining the shortest path and optimizing transportation costs
