    REPRESENTASI FEMINISME DAN PEMBERDAYAAN PEREMPUAN DI PULAU AMAZON LILY DALAM SERIAL ANIME ONE PIECE

    This research examines the representation of feminism and women\u27s empowerment in "One Piece," specifically on Amazon Lily Island, as depicted in episodes 408 to 421 of the anime series. This study employs a literature review and a qualitative research approach with a descriptive-analytical method to investigate how Amazon Lily Island, as a matriarchal society, embodies feminist values through the independence, strength, and solidarity of its women. Unlike previous studies focusing on feminist characters in films and television series, this research emphasizes the distinctiveness of Amazon Lily Island in the "One Piece" narrative, reflecting key themes such as gender, power, and matriarchy. The findings reveal that the island\u27s female characters, especially Queen Boa Hancock, epitomize strong and autonomous female archetypes yet grapple with the paradox of power and vulnerability. This study enriches the literature on feminism in media, particularly in anime, and discusses how the Amazon Lily Island narrative contributes to a broader understanding of women\u27s empowerment and the challenges they encounter in a patriarchal society

    Penelitian ini berfokus pada keabsahan perkawinan beda agama menurut perspektif tokoh agama di Kabupaten Jombang, wilayah yang dikenal dengan keragaman agamanya. Indonesia merupakan negara multikultural dengan enam agama yang diakui secara resmi: Islam, Kristen Protestan, Katolik, Hindu, Buddha, dan Konghucu. Kompleksitas keberagaman agama ini sering kali menyebabkan terjadinya perkawinan beda agama yang menghadapi tantangan sosial maupun hukum. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi perspektif para tokoh agama dari berbagai keyakinan mengenai keabsahan perkawinan tersebut. Menggunakan metode kualitatif, wawancara mendalam dilakukan terhadap sepuluh tokoh agama dari berbagai keyakinan. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pandangan tokoh agama sangat beragam, terutama terkait bagaimana perkawinan beda agama disesuaikan dengan hukum agama. Beberapa tokoh agama secara tegas melarang perkawinan beda agama berdasarkan larangan kitab suci, sementara tokoh lainnya memperbolehkannya dengan syarat-syarat tertentu, seperti upacara pernikahan atau peraturan hukum tertentu. Penelitian ini juga mengkaji bagaimana tokoh-tokoh agama tersebut menafsirkan hukum nasional dan teks-teks keagamaan untuk mendukung atau menolak keabsahan perkawinan beda agama. Studi ini memberikan wawasan baru dengan menekankan perspektif praktis yang diperoleh langsung dari wawancara, bukan sekadar analisis teoretis. Penelitian ini berkontribusi pada diskusi yang terus berlangsung tentang perkawinan beda agama di Indonesia dengan memberikan pandangan yang lebih luas dan inklusif dari para tokoh agama. Temuan ini dapat menjadi referensi bagi pembuat kebijakan dalam menciptakan kerangka hukum yang lebih inklusif untuk mengatasi tantangan yang dihadapi oleh pasangan beda agam

    This study aims to analyze the effect of product diversification, packaging innovation, halal labeling on the sales quantity of Babakan Sandubaya bread. This type of research is a quantitative approach with asosiative method. The sample in a study amounted to 45. Data collection techniques using questionnaires and processed using SPSS 26. The results of this study indicate that partially product diversification has no positive and significant effect on the quantity of bread sales with the result that the t-count value (X1) is 0.200 which is smaller than the t-table value of 2.019 with a significance probability value of 0.842 > 0.05. Packaging innovation has a positive and significant effect on sales quantity with a t-count value (X2) of 6,437 greater than the t-table value of 2.019 with a significance probability of 0.000 <0.05. Halal labeling has a positive and significant effect on sales quantity with a t-count value (X3) of 2,383. greater than the t-table value of 2.019 with a significance probability of 0.004 <0.05. Meanwhile, simultaneously obtained an f-count value of 11.013 from f-table 2.83 and a significant probability value of 0.000 <0.05. So it can be concluded that the variables (X1), (X2), (X3) simultaneously have a significant effect on (Y) Babakan Sandubaya bread. Judging from the coefficient, the R square value is 0.69, this shows that out of 100% there are 69% of the independent variables that can explain the dependent variable. The remaining 31% is influenced by other variables not included in this study

    This study aims to determine the effect of Return On Assets and Return On Equity on Profit Growth . This study uses a quantitative method that emphasizes the proof of the hypothesis which is based on the formulation of the problem presented. Data collection techniques are carried out by collecting data obtained from the official website of Bank NTB Syariah. Data analysis was carried out using an analytical tool, namely E-views. Based on the results of the t-test, the probability value of X1 Return On Assets (ROA) is 0.0000 which means that the probability value is less than 0.05, so it can be said that the Return On Assets (ROA) has a significant effect, and has a coefficient value of 4.710385, so it can be said that Return On Assets (ROA) has a positive effect. The results of this study indicate that Return on Assets (ROA) (XI) has a positive and significant effect on Profit Growth (Y). Based on the results of the t-test, the probability value of X2 Return On Equity (ROE) is 0.0051 which means that the probability value is less than 0.05, so it can be said that Return On Equity (ROE) has a significant effect, and has a coefficient value of -0.379687, so it can be said that (Return On Equity (ROE) has a negative effect. The results of this study indicate that Return On Equity (ROE) has a negative and significant effect on Profit Growth (Y)

      This research looks at how socio-religious transformation, social contact, and teacher interaction are affected by the use of international languages at Mak Hamzanwadi II Anjani East Lombok. Unstructured interviews and secondary data collection were used in a qualitative way. The findings show that the use of foreign languages has provided benefits for academic achievement, world knowledge, book reading, communication skills, and reference skills. However, it is important to consider the theological and social consequences. The research, therefore, needs to assess and modify the use of foreign languages in pesantren in the Indonesian context. The results showed that the use of foreign languages in pesantren has changed socio-religious, social, and teacher interactions. Better referencing techniques, easier book reading, improved academic skills, higher global awareness, and better communication skills are some of the benefits. Decreased test scores at the end, less communication with the older generation, and increased individuality are some of the challenges. The study includes suggestions for its successful implementation on the influence of foreign languages on the socio-religious transition in pesantren. The findings can help scholars and educators to understand the importance of considering the social and religious consequences of using foreign languages in the classroom.

    Social stratification is the classification of people who belong to a certain social system. Stratification places a person into a social class according to their qualities. The title of nobility in his time was a social stratification, which at that time the nobles served as justice enforcers and community leaders. Most people know that the nobility in Lombok are synonymous with the titles “Lalu” and “Baiq”, at the beginning of their names. This nickname or name sounds familiar when visiting the Central Lombok area.  “Lalu” and ‘Baiq’ are names given to someone born of noble descent. Noble titles are blood markers or hereditary markers. The names Lalu and Baiq can only be passed down from the father. So if a woman with the title baiq marries a non-noble then her offspring cannot get the title. The titles held by individuals can shape their social status in community life. For example, most people who have a noble title are expected to dress in a certain way, but in modern times today the title holders are starting to be influenced by the appreciation of the title in terms of cultural substance, ways of thinking, dressing and other social values that no longer uphold the existing cultural wisdom as before

    The Dialectic of Muslim Clothing: Between Shariah Compliance and The Hijab Trend with Implications For Sexual Harassment

    In today’s era, diverse clothing trends disseminate widely via social media, establishing new fashion norms. One prominent trend is jilboobs, which has sparked concern among researchers due to its divergence from Islamic dress codes for women. This raises questions about the relevance of Quranic verses and hadith on attire in the age of globalization. Researcher investigates whether the jilboobs trend, contrary to legal dress norms, correlates with heightened incidents of sexual harassment. Employing phenomenological research with qualitative methods including surveys and interviews, this study finds: (1) Islamic dress laws based on Quranic principles and hadith are timeless and universally applicable, serving to safeguard Muslim women from harassment. (2) The jilboobs trend significantly increases the risk of sexual harassment against Muslim women

    Character Education Based on Multiculturalism: A Case Study of Tuan Guru\u27s Leadership at Pesantren Raudlatul Husna Kepok

    Multicultural-based character education plays a crucial role in shaping a generation that can adapt to global diversity. This article aims to explore the implementation of multicultural character education at Pesantren Raudlatul Husna Kepok, focusing on the leadership of Tuan Guru in shaping the character of the santri. The study employs a qualitative approach with a case study design, where data was gathered through in-depth interviews with Tuan Guru, the foundation\u27s management, santri, and teaching staff, as well as direct observations. The findings reveal three key aspects: (1) Tuan Guru\u27s leadership through the teaching of texts that emphasise moral values, ethics, and courtesy, which shape the character of the santri to be virtuous. (2) Tuan Guru\u27s transformational leadership, applied through egalitarian principles, creates an inclusive environment where no social status distinctions exist among educators, and every individual is given the opportunity to contribute within the framework of Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah teachings. (3) The empowerment of alumni, who actively contribute to society, as evidenced by the placement of many alumni at the Quranic schools (Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran [TPQ]) in Central Lombok and their employment in various companies. This multicultural-based character education also strengthens solidarity among the santri and the wider community. Overall, the character education at Raudlatul Husna serves as a model for the development of value-based education relevant to the challenges of the times. Abstrak: Pendidikan karakter berbasis multikultural memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk generasi muda yang mampu beradaptasi dengan keberagaman global. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi implementasi pendidikan karakter multikultural di Pesantren Raudlatul Husna Kepok, dengan fokus pada kepemimpinan Tuan Guru dalam membentuk karakter santri. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus, di mana data diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dengan Tuan Guru, pengelola yayasan, santri, dan staf pengajar, serta observasi langsung. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tiga temuan utama: (1) Kepemimpinan Tuan Guru melalui pengajaran kitab-kitab yang menekankan nilai moral, etika, dan sopan santun, membentuk karakter santri yang berbudi pekerti. (2) Kepemimpinan transformasional Tuan Guru yang diterapkan melalui prinsip egaliter, menciptakan lingkungan inklusif di mana tidak ada perbedaan status sosial antar tenaga pendidik, dan setiap individu diberi kesempatan berkontribusi dalam kerangka ajaran Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah. (3) Pemberdayaan alumni yang aktif berkontribusi di masyarakat, terlihat dari banyaknya alumni yang ditempatkan di Taman Pendidikan Al-Quran (TPQ) di Lombok Tengah dan diterima bekerja di perusahaan-perusahaan. Pendidikan karakter berbasis multikultural ini juga memperkuat solidaritas di kalangan santri dan masyarakat.     Operant Behavior Principles in the Qur\u27an and Their Implementation in Pesantren Education: A Study at Pesantren Al-Husainy, Bima City

    This article examines the application of the principle of Operant Behavior in the Qur\u27an and its implementation at Pesantren al-Husainy in Kota Bima. This principle encompasses positive reinforcement, negative reinforcement, and punishment as methods for shaping behaviour. The research employs a qualitative approach, using library research and living Quran methods to analyse relevant Qur\u27anic verses and observe their application to the pesantren. The findings indicate that the principle of Operant Behavior aligns with the teachings of the Qur\u27an, where positive reinforcement is reflected in the promise of rewards, negative reinforcement is embodied in the concept of taklif, which adjusts duties according to individual capability, and punishment serves to reduce undesirable behaviours and uphold justice. At Pondok Pesantren al-Husainy, this principle is applied through the recognition of academic and non-academic achievements and the implementation of punishments based on the severity of the violation. This study asserts that the implementation of Operant Behavior at the pesantren is consistent with the teachings of the Qur\u27an and contributes to the development of positive behaviour among students within the context of Islamic education. Abstrak: Artikel ini mengkaji penerapan prinsip Operant Behavior dalam al-Qur\u27an dan implementasinya di Pondok Pesantren al-Husainy Kota Bima. Prinsip ini mencakup penguatan positif, penguatan negatif, dan hukuman untuk membentuk perilaku. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode Library Research dan Living Qur\u27an untuk menganalisis ayat-ayat al-Qur\u27an serta mengobservasi penerapannya di pesantren. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prinsip Operant Behavior sejalan dengan ajaran al-Qur\u27an, di mana penguatan positif tercermin dalam janji pahala, penguatan negatif melalui konsep taklif yang menyesuaikan kewajiban dengan kemampuan, dan hukuman bertujuan untuk mengurangi perilaku buruk serta menegakkan keadilan. Di Pondok Pesantren al-Husainy, prinsip ini diterapkan melalui apresiasi untuk prestasi akademik dan non-akademik, serta penerapan hukuman berdasarkan tingkat pelanggaran. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa implementasi prinsip Operant Behavior di pesantren sejalan dengan ajaran al-Qur\u27an dan mendukung pembentukan perilaku positif santri dalam konteks pendidikan Islam

    The Implementation of Project Based Learning in the English Course

    Teachers and lecturers exhibit a satisfactory comprehension of the project-based learning (PBL) method. However, there remains a deficiency in the requisite skills necessary for the proficient implementation of this pedagogical approach. Skill development is imperative to fully actualize the potential of PBL within the educational landscape. Consequently, this research serves as an example for the authentic implementation of PBL in the context of English language learning. Utilizing a methodology rooted in library research, the researcher amalgamates findings and theoretical frameworks related to project-based learning with the current educational landscape. Noteworthy is the contemporary shift in curriculum, emphasizing autonomous learning, fostering student activeness, and providing the flexibility to study at any time and place. The research meticulously delineates the method and its application in English language instruction. This detailed exposition aims to furnish educators with insights and inspiration for the judicious integration of the project-based learning method into their instructional practices.
