No full textIntroducción: La colonización cultural que impera actualmente en el mundo, se enfrenta a partir de la implementación de acciones que fortalezcan la identidad cultural local, la que constituye un reflejo de la historia, las tradiciones, los valores y las formas de vida de una comunidad y les proporciona a sus miembros un sentido de pertenencia, orgullo y cohesión. Por lo que resulta crucial que, desde el Trabajo Comunitario Integrado, se refuerce el sentimiento de identidad cultural como vía de valoración y apropiación de lo nacional y local frente a las tendencias globalizadoras.
Objetivo: Proponer un programa de capacitación dirigido al fortalecimiento de la identidad cultural local de los miembros del Grupo de Trabajo Comunitario Integrado de la circunscripción 66 “El Patio”, del municipio de Jatibonico.
Métodos: Durante el desarrollo de la investigación se emplearon métodos teóricos, empíricos y estadístico-matemáticos.
Resultados: Sobre la base de la interrelación de la teoría con la práctica se crea un programa de capacitación donde se interrelacionan diferentes formas organizativas, de manera secuencial y ascendente en cuanto al nivel de complejidad.
Conclusiones: El Programa de capacitación puede ser factible para el fortalecimiento de la identidad cultural local y la transformación social de las comunidades.

ABSTRACT
Introduction: The cultural colonization that currently prevails in the world is being tackled from the implementation of actions that strengthen local cultural identity, which is a reflection of the history, traditions, values and ways of life of a community and provides its members with a sense of belonging, pride and cohesion. Therefore, it is crucial that Integrated Community Work reinforces the feeling of cultural identity as a way of valuing and appropriating the national and local in the face of globalizing tendencies.
Objective: To propose a training program aimed at strengthening the local cultural identity of the members of the Integrated Community Work Group of constituency 66 “El Patio”, in the municipality of Jatibonico.
Methods: During the development of the research, theoretical, empirical and statistical-mathematical methods were used.
Results: Based on the interrelation of theory and practice, a training program is created where different organizational forms are interrelated, in a sequential and ascending way in terms of complexity level.
Conclusions: The training program can be feasible for strengthening local cultural identity and social transformation of communities.

Promoción de salud sexual y reproductiva en adolescentes: necesidad de la educación actual/Promoting sexual and reproductive health in adolescents: a need for current education
No full textLa educación sexual limitada o inexistente en algunos contextos genera problemas sociales que afectan el conocimiento y la expresión de la sexualidad, así como la salud sexual y reproductiva de los adolescentes. El alto índice de embarazos en la adolescencia, la existencia de infecciones de transmisión sexual, violencia, e irresponsabilidad en las relaciones de pareja, abandono escolar por estas causas, dan cuenta de la necesidad de atención a esta problemática. En el estudio realizado se emplearon métodos como el análisis-síntesis, el histórico-lógico, el inductivo-deductivo y análisis documental, predomina un enfoque cualitativo-descriptivo. La promoción de salud sexual y reproductiva es una responsabilidad, no solo del sector de Salud Pública, sino de todos los sectores de la sociedad, por tanto, el objetivo del presente artículo es: analizar la teoría existente sobre promoción de salud sexual y reproductiva de adolescentes como una necesidad en el contexto educativo actual.

ABSTRACT
Limited or non-existent sexual education in some contexts generates social problems that affect the knowledge and expression of sexuality, along with the sexual and reproductive health of adolescents. The high rate of teenage pregnancies, the existence of sexually transmitted infections, violence, and irresponsibility in relationships, as well as school dropout for these reasons, show the need for attention to this problem. Methods such as analysis-synthesis, historical-logical, inductive-deductive and document analysis were used in the study. A qualitative-descriptive approach predominates. The promotion of sexual and reproductive health is a responsibility, not only of the Public Health sector, but of all sectors of society. Therefore, the objective of this paper is: to analyze the existing theory on the promotion of sexual and reproductive health of adolescents as a necessity in the current educational context.

Atravesando el Caribe: Literaturas de Cuba y México. El Neoclasicismo/Crossing the Caribbean: Literatures of Cuba and Mexico. Neoclassicism
No full textDesde finales del siglo XVIII e inicios del XIX, tanto la literatura cubana como la mexicana experimentaron una evolución significativa que fue marcada por la corriente literaria europea del Neoclasicismo. Esta corriente, originada, en Francia, fue la vía de los escritores hispanoamericanos para comenzar a establecer un proceso diferenciador entre la literatura colonial y la española e influyó profundamente en la producción literaria de estos países. Establecer un estudio comparativo entre la literatura cubana y mexicana decimonónica, identificando la relación que existe entre los autores y las obras literarias del neoclasicismo de México y Cuba; permitirá comprender las complejas dinámicas culturales y sociales de la época en que se origina y en la que los escritores encuentran temas comunes a pesar de los diferentes contextos en que se desarrolla, ofreciendo una visión más completa de la riqueza y diversidad de la literatura en América Latina.

ABSTRACT
From the late 18th and early 19th centuries, both Cuban and Mexican literature underwent a significant evolution that was marked by the European literary current of Neoclassicism. This current, originated in France, was the way for Latin American writers to begin to establish a differentiating process between colonial and Spanish literature and had a profound influence on the literary production of these countries. To establish a comparative study between 19th-century Cuban and Mexican literature, where the relationship between the authors and literary works of neoclassicism in Mexico and Cuba are identified, will allow understanding the complex cultural and social dynamics of the era in which it originated. An era in which writers found common themes despite the different contexts in which it developed, offering a more complete vision of the richness and diversity of literature in Latin America.

Programa para propiciar el desarrollo del modo de actuación creativo en los docentes universitarios/Program to promote the development of the creative mode of action in university professors
No full textIntroducción: La actuación creativa constituye un reto en la preparación de los docentes universitarios, para lograr elevar su motivación, originalidad y autodeterminación en el cumplimiento de sus funciones profesionales.
Objetivo: Aplicar un programa de preparación con enfoque personalizado e integrador para el desarrollo del modo de actuación creativo en los docentes universitarios.
Métodos: Se usaron del nivel teórico y empírico, entre los que se distinguen el análisis y la síntesis, la modelación, las entrevistas en profundidad, la observación participante, el análisis de los productos de la actividad y la triangulación metodológica. Para recolectar la información se aplicó la escala contentiva de los indicadores (motivación por la profesión, originalidad y autodeterminación) y el PNI (Positivo, Negativo e Interesante). La muestra estuvo conformada por 37 docentes.
Resultados: Programa de preparación sustentado en un enfoque pedagógico personalizado e integrador, que se concreta en la dinámica entre las funciones profesionales, a partir de jerarquizar la investigativa.
Conclusiones: Las transformaciones logradas permitieron afirmar que el programa constituye un importante recurso didáctico para propiciar la actuación creativa de los docentes, las que se develan en los productos novedosos que logra.
ABSTRACT
Introduction: Creative acting constitutes a challenge in the preparation of university professors, in order to increase their motivation, originality and self-determination in the fulfilment of their professional functions.
Objective: To apply a training program, with a personalized and integrative approach, for the development of the creative mode of action in university professors.
Methods: Methods from the theoretical and empirical levels were used, among which analysis and synthesis, modelling, in-depth interviews, participant observation, analysis of activity products, and methodological triangulation highlight. To collect the information, the scale containing indicators (motivation for the profession, originality and self-determination) and the PNI (Positive, Negative and Interesting) were applied. The sample consisted of 37 professors.
Results: A training program supported by a personalized and integrative pedagogical approach, which takes shape in the dynamics among professional functions based on prioritizing the investigative one.
Conclusions: The transformations achieved enabled to assert that the program constitutes an important didactic resource to promote the creative mode of action of professors, which is revealed in the innovative products obtained.

No full textThe Cuban Higher Education conceives as priorities to ensure the quality of the integral formation of the professional with a social humanist approach through the university processes, within these the educational teaching process enables the work of educating from the instruction and the link of the university with life . To fulfill this purpose, it is necessary to work with the different curricular strategies designed for each career, these require coordinated work to be developed in the different subjects of the curriculum, including labor practice. The objective of this work is to propose methodological workshops to improve the implementation of curricular strategies of university professors. Several methods and techniques of the theoretical, empirical and statistical-mathematical level were applied, supported from a dialectical-materialist conception. The results achieved demonstrate a better preparation of teachers in the implementation of curricular strategies and their departure from the class; contributing to the comprehensive training of professionals as required at the present time, with the implementation of the workshops in order to integrate it into the educational teaching process, we can point out its marked practical nature and correspondence with current demands.Keywords: curricular strategies; integral training; methodological; workshops methodological work; professionals.Introducción: La Educación Superior Cubana concibe como prioridades, asegurar la calidad de la formación integral del profesional con un enfoque social humanista, mediante los procesos universitarios, dentro de estos, el proceso docente educativo posibilita la labor de educar desde la instrucción y el vínculo de la universidad con la vida.
Objetivo: Proponer talleres metodológicos para perfeccionar la implementación de las estrategias curriculares de los profesores universitarios.
Métodos: Se aplicaron varios métodos y técnicas del nivel teórico, empírico y estadístico-matemático, sustentados desde una concepción dialéctico-materialista.
Resultados: Los resultados alcanzados demuestran una mejor preparación de los docentes, se implementan las estrategias curriculares y su salida desde la clase; con la puesta en práctica de los talleres se contribuyó a la formación integral de los profesionales, en correspondencia con las demandas actuales.
Conclusiones: Las estrategias curriculares constituyen herramientas pedagógicas a tener en cuenta para el incremento de la pertinencia y la calidad en los procesos de formación de competencias profesionales y de valores, en los estudiantes de la Educación Superior, para ello, es importante el diseño de acciones que garanticen su formación integral. Los talleres contribuyeron al desempeño pedagógico de docentes y posibilitaron que se apropiaran de conocimientos necesarios para su implementación.

ABSTRACT
Introduction: Cuban Higher Education conceives as a priority to ensure the quality of the integral formation of professionals with a humanistic social approach through the university processes. Within these, the educational teaching process makes possible the work of educating from instruction and the link of the university with life.
Objective: To propose methodological workshops to improve the implementation of curricular strategies of university professors.
Methods: Several theoretical, empirical and statistical-mathematical methods and techniques were applied, based on a dialectical-materialistic conception.
Results: The results show a better preparation of the professors. The curricular strategies are implemented and their output from the classroom. With the implementation of the workshops, a contribution was made to the integral formation of professionals, in correspondence with the current demands.
Conclusions: Curricular strategies constitute pedagogical tools to be taken into account for enhancing the pertinence and quality in the processes of formation of professional competences and values in Higher Education students. For this, it is important to design actions that guarantee their integral formation. The workshops contributed to the pedagogical performance of professors and made it possible for them to appropriate the necessary knowledge for their implementation.

La orientación profesional: su perspectiva para el desarrollo local/Professional guidance: its perspective for local development
No full textLa investigación a la cual pertenece el presente artículo tiene como tema central el proceso de orientación profesional hacia las especialidades técnicas y su perspectiva para el desarrollo local. El primero, dirigido a garantizar la selección e incorporación de los estudiantes a una especialidad técnica dentro de sus opciones y el segundo garantizar su inserción en la vida laboral para contribuir al desarrollo local desde la perspectiva económica, centrada en el cumplimiento de la agenda 2030. El artículo se deriva del proyecto sectorial del Ministerio de Educación Superior “La formación de competencias laborales a directivos de sectores estratégicos para un eficiente desarrollo local”. El objetivo del presente estudio consiste en argumentar el impacto de una adecuada orientación profesional hacia las especialidades técnicas. Entre los principales resultados se encuentra la sistematización teórica en cuanto a los conceptos de orientación profesional técnica para el desarrollo local.
ABSTRACT
The research to which this article belongs has as its central theme the process of professional guidance towards technical specialties and its perspective for local development. The first one, aimed at guaranteeing the selection and incorporation of students into technical specialties within their options; the second one, to guarantee their insertion in working life to contribute to local development from an economic perspective focused on compliance with the 2030 agenda. This article derives from the sectoral project of the Ministry of Higher Education "The formation of labor competencies in managers of strategic sectors for efficient local development”. The objective of this study is to argue the impact of an adequate professional guidance towards technical careers. Among the main results is the theoretical systematization of concepts of technical professional guidance for local development.

No full textIntroducción: La creatividad del docente universitario está estrechamente vinculada a sus posibilidades para realizar innovaciones didácticas en su actuación. Los autores en el proyecto de investigación “Estrategias y técnicas creativas para el perfeccionamiento de la labor educativa”, constataron el uso de métodos que no favorecen aprendizajes innovadores, el predominio de actividades encaminadas a la reproducción de conocimientos y de rutinas para enseñar; los docentes consideran complejo cambiar pensamientos y prácticas debido al miedo al error, a la dificultad que encierra enseñar los contenidos de manera diferente a las declaradas en documentos normativos y a las prácticas sistematizadas.
Objetivo: Divulgar un conjunto de estrategias creativas para propiciar las innovaciones didácticas en la actuación del docente universitario.
Métodos: Sistematización de experiencias, análisis de documentos, entrevistas en profundidad, observación participante, análisis de los productos de la actividad y triangulación metodológica.
Resultados: Conjunto de estrategias creativas con un enfoque personalizado e integrador, sustentadas en la unidad entre conocimiento-creatividad, intuición-lógica, comunicación-acciones y la dinámica revelada entre la zona de desarrollo actual y la zona de desarrollo próximo de los sujetos.
Conclusiones: Las estrategias diseñadas constituyen un importante recurso didáctico para propiciar la educación de la creatividad en la actuación docente como signo de nuestro tiempo.

ABSTRACT
Introduction: The creativity of university professors is closely linked to their possibilities to carry out didactic innovations in their performance. In the research project “Creative strategies and techniques for the improvement of educational work”, the authors confirmed the use of methods that do not favor innovative learning, the predominance of activities aimed at the reproduction of knowledge and teaching routines. Professors consider it difficult to change thoughts and practices due to fear of error, the difficulty of teaching content in ways different from those declared in normative documents and systematized practices.
Objective: To disseminate a set of creative strategies to promote didactic innovations in the performance of university professors.
Methods: Systematization of experiences, document analysis, in-depth interviews, participant observation, analysis of the products of the activity and methodological triangulation.
Results: Set of creative strategies with a personalized and integrative approach, sustained in the unity between knowledge-creativity, intuition-logic, communication-actions and the dynamics revealed between the zone of actual development and the zone of proximal development of the subjects.
Conclusions: The designed strategies are important didactic resources to promote creativity education in teaching performance as a sign of our time.

No full textIntroducción: Para formar jóvenes profesionales comprometidos con su labor y con la sociedad, este artículo propone una metodología de trabajo con las estrategias curriculares. Dicha propuesta se desarrolla en el contexto de los contenidos de las asignaturas de matemáticas aplicadas, en particular, en la Investigación de Operaciones para la carrera de Ingeniería Informática. Este enfoque ha sido abordado metodológicamente por el colectivo interdisciplinario de Matemática Aplicada.
Objetivo: Diseñar una metodología para el trabajo con las estrategias curriculares en Investigación de Operaciones para la carrera Ingeniería Informática en la Universidad de Sancti Spíritus.
Métodos: En la investigación se utilizaron métodos teóricos y empíricos teniendo en cuenta los aspectos éticos correspondientes y la necesidad de profundizar en el tema tratado.
Resultados: El estudio de las estrategias curriculares, sus aplicaciones en las matemáticas para carreras de ingeniería y licenciatura, facilitó la elaboración de una metodología dada en cuatros etapas: análisis del modelo del profesional, estudio del programa de la disciplina, perfeccionamiento del programa analítico y diseño de actividades docentes, siendo aplicada en Investigación de Operaciones para ingeniería informática.
Conclusiones: La propuesta constituye una vía de trabajo metodológico con las estrategias curriculares para que los docentes puedan trabajarlas en sus actividades y contribuyan al desarrollo integral de sus estudiantes.

ABSTRACT
Introduction: To train young professionals committed to their work and to society, this article proposes a working methodology with curricular strategies. This proposal is developed within the context of the content of applied mathematics subjects, particularly in Operations Research for the Computer Engineering degree. This approach has been methodologically addressed by the interdisciplinary Applied Mathematics group.
Objective: To design a methodology for working with curricular strategies in Operations Research for the Computer Engineering degree at the Universidad de Sancti Spíritus.
Methods: The research used theoretical and empirical methods, taking into account the corresponding ethical aspects and the need to delve deeper into the subject matter.
Results: The study of curricular strategies and their applications in mathematics for engineering and bachelor\u27s degrees facilitated the development of a methodology consisting of four stages: analysis of the professional profile, study of the discipline\u27s syllabus, refinement of the analytical program, and design of teaching activities. This methodology was applied in Operations Research for Computer Engineering.
Conclusions: The proposal serves as a methodological pathway for working with curricular strategies, enabling teachers to incorporate them into their activities and contribute to the comprehensive development of their students.

Introduction: The growing development of the new forms of management implemented in Cuba with the objective of achieving the improvement of the economic and social model, has encouraged the application of science and innovation to the solution of problems and with it, the need to develop the innovative capacity of the main resource that organizations have: human resources.
Objective: To propose a procedure that contributes to the development of the innovative capacity of the human resources of the MSME “Jara”, in the municipality of Yaguajay, in the province of Sancti Spíritus.
Methods: A combined or “mixed” approach was assumed, which implies, from the problem statement, mixing inductive and deductive logic. Direct observation and the survey stand out among the methods, techniques and tools that made it possible to determine the main causes affecting the development of the innovative capacity of the human resources of the MSME “Jara”.
Results: With the application of the eleven training actions, a significant improvement in the operation of the MSME was observed, since both partners and workers have a more accurate diagnosis of the organization, which allows them to achieve greater articulation and alignment of the actions to be developed with the strategic objectives they pursue.
Conclusions: The implementation of the proposed procedure showed favorable results, providing a solution to several of the weaknesses identified in the diagnosis, and corroborated the hypothesis regarding its application to other contexts and forms of management with similar characteristics.Introducción: El desarrollo creciente de las nuevas formas de gestión implementadas en Cuba, con el objetivo de lograr el perfeccionamiento del modelo económico y social, ha incentivado la aplicación de la ciencia y la innovación a la solución de los problemas y con ello, la necesidad de desarrollar la capacidad innovadora del principal recurso que tienen las organizaciones: los recursos humanos.
Objetivo: Proponer un procedimiento que contribuya al desarrollo de la capacidad innovadora de los recursos humanos de la mipyme “Jara”, del municipio de Yaguajay, en la provincia de Sancti Spíritus.
Métodos: Se asumió un enfoque combinado o “mixto” que implica, desde el planteamiento del problema, mezclar la lógica inductiva y la deductiva. La observación directa y la encuesta, destacan entre los métodos, técnicas y herramientas que permitieron determinar las principales causas que inciden en el desarrollo de la capacidad innovadora de los recursos humanos de la mipyme “Jara”.
Resultados: Con la aplicación de las once acciones de capacitación, se observó una mejora significativa en el funcionamiento de la mipyme, pues tanto los socios como los trabajadores tienen un diagnóstico más certero de la organización, lo que les permite lograr una mayor articulación y alineación de las acciones a desarrollar con los objetivos estratégicos que persiguen.
Conclusiones: La puesta en práctica del procedimiento propuesto mostró resultados favorables, dando solución a varias de las debilidades identificadas en el diagnóstico y corroboró la hipótesis sobre su aplicación a otros contextos y formas de gestión con similares características.
