Multimedia “El Señor de la Vanguardia” para resaltar la figura de Camilo Cienfuegos/“El Señor de la Vanguardia”: a multimedia product to highlight the figure of Camilo Cienfuegos
No full textIntroducción: El artículo es resultado de una investigación realizada para resaltar la figura de Camilo Cienfuegos.
Objetivo: Presentar las características de la Multimedia “El Señor de la Vanguardia” como apoyo a la necesidad de contribuir a enraizar la historia, resaltando la figura de Camilo Cienfuegos, para fortalecer la preparación política e ideológica en el sistema educacional de la enseñanza primaria.
Métodos: Para la elaboración de la referida herramienta, se utilizaron métodos científicos como el histórico-lógico, analítico-sintético, la observación, inductivo-deductivo y los métodos de modelación y enfoque de sistema.
Resultados: Se utilizó el programa Mediator 8 para su desarrollo y el Photoshop CS3 para el procesamiento de imágenes. Los indicadores de diseño informático evaluados obtuvieron elevadas calificaciones, lo que evidencia la pertinencia de la multimedia.
Conclusiones: Se concretan las características de la Multimedia “El Señor de la Vanguardia”, que sirve como apoyo a la necesidad de enraizar la historia. Donde se hace un acercamiento a la vida y obra de Camilo Cienfuegos. Brinda una galería de imágenes, videos que complementan su lucha revolucionaria, y disímiles poemas de autores que se han inspirado en su ideal. Resaltando la figura de su protagonista, para fortalecer la preparación política e ideológica en el sistema educacional de la enseñanza primaria.
ABSTRACT
Introduction: This paper is the result of an investigation carried out to highlight the figure of Camilo Cienfuegos.
Objective: To present the characteristics of the multimedia product "El Señor de la Vanguardia", as a support to the need to contribute to root history, highlighting the figure of Camilo Cienfuegos, in order to strengthen the political and ideological preparation in the educational system of primary education.
Methods: For the elaboration of the product, scientific methods such as Historical-Logical, Analytical-Synthetic, Observation and Inductive-Deductive were used, as well as Modeling and System Approach methods.
Results: Mediator 8 was used for its development and Photoshop CS3 for image processing. The computer design indicators evaluated obtained high scores, which shows the relevance of the product.
Conclusions: The characteristics of the multimedia product "El Señor de la Vanguardia" are specified, which serves as support for the need to root history. It provides an approach to the life and work of Camilo Cienfuegos. It offers a gallery of images and videos that complement his revolutionary struggle, and dissimilar poems by authors who have been inspired by his ideal. The figure of its protagonist is highlighted to strengthen the political and ideological preparation in the educational system of primary education.

Objective: To assess the application of a didactic-methodological manual for the learning of these professionals in the context of the Cuban Economic Model.
Methods: The study was carried out from a descriptive-interpretative approach, aided by document review, analysis resulting from the activity, interviews and scientific observation, during the formative teaching-learning process of the subject Computer Science in the 2020-2021 academic year. The sample selected by means of simple random sampling was made up of students of Accounting.
Results: It was possible to pertinently assess the potentialities and insufficiencies in learning e-commerce presented in students of this specialty, placing 4 students in the high level, for 19%, with a growth of 2 more students, for a relative deviation of 10%; 15 in the medium level, for 71%, which evidences a positive deviation of 10 more students, for 47%; and only 2 students in the low level, for 10%, which demonstrates the effectiveness of the application of the manual.
Conclusions: The didactic-methodological Manual for learning e-commerce for students of the Intermediate Technical Education in Accounting starts from the Graduate Attributes of the specialty and the aims, objectives and principles of the Cuban Educational Policy, of its changes and transformations to achieve the integral general culture.Introducción: La investigación ofrece los resultados de la aplicación de un manual didáctico-metodológico para el aprendizaje del comercio electrónico en la formación del Técnico Medio en Contabilidad.
Objetivo: Evaluar la aplicación de un manual didáctico metodológico para el aprendizaje de estos profesionales en el contexto del Modelo Económico Cubano.
Métodos: El estudio se efectuó desde un enfoque descriptivo-interpretativo, auxiliado de revisión de documentos, análisis productos de la actividad, entrevista y observación científica, durante el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje formativa de la asignatura Informática en el curso 2020-2021. La muestra seleccionada mediante el muestreo aleatorio simple estuvo conformada por estudiantes de la carrera Contabilidad.
Resultados: Permitieron evaluar de forma pertinente las potencialidades e insuficiencias en el aprendizaje del comercio electrónico que presentan los estudiantes de esta especialidad y se ubicaron en el nivel alto 4 estudiantes, para un 19 % con un crecimiento de 2 estudiantes más para una desviación relativa del 10 %; 15 en el nivel medio para un 71 %, lo que evidencia una desviación positiva de 10 estudiantes más para un 47 % y en el nivel bajo sólo 2 estudiantes para un 10 %, lo que demuestra la efectividad de la aplicación del manual.
Conclusiones: El Manual didáctico-metodológico para el aprendizaje del comercio electrónico de los estudiantes de la especialidad Técnico Medio en Contabilidad parte del Modelo del profesional de la especialidad y los fines, objetivos y principios de la Política Educacional Cubana, de sus cambios y transformaciones para lograr la cultura general integral.

Orientación educativa a familias de practicantes de atletismo con discapacidades en la iniciación deportiva escolar / Educational guidance for families of track and field athletes with disabilities in school sports initiation
No full textIntroducción: Este artículo se deriva de un resultado científico del proyecto investigativo: Perfeccionamiento de los procesos de iniciación, selección y preparación deportiva, de la Facultad de Cultura Física, Universidad de Sancti Spíritus "José Martí Pérez"; específicamente, aborda la problemática de la preparación a familias de practicantes con discapacidad en la iniciación deportiva escolar.
Objetivo: Aplicar acciones de orientación educativa que contribuyen a la preparación de las familias de practicantes de atletismo, con diferentes discapacidades, en la iniciación deportiva escolar.
Métodos: Se utilizaron la entrevista en profundidad, observación, encuesta, análisis de documentos, grupo de análisis, pre-experimento; combinados con otros del nivel teórico y matemático-estadísticos. La muestra está representada por las familias de diez practicantes de atletismo del municipio de Sancti Spíritus.
Resultados: Desarrollaron acciones intersectoriales, desde la Dirección Municipal de Deporte, con los combinados deportivos, las asociaciones a las que pertenecen las personas con discapacidades física-motoras, auditivas y visuales; instituciones educativas y el Departamento de Medicina Deportiva, en virtud de lograr un enfoque más sincronizado y colaborativo en el proceso de orientación educativa a las familias de estos practicantes. Los temas tratados se seleccionaron entre todos los involucrados, en particular por las familias referentes a los beneficios instructivos, formativos y desarrolladores que propicia la iniciación deportiva del atletismo, según las particularidades de cada discapacidad.
Conclusiones: La evaluación final revela efectos positivos en la preparación de las familias en: mayor dominio de conocimientos, participación más activa y actitudes favorables hacia la práctica del atletismo por sus hijos en la iniciación deportiva.

ABSTRACT
Introduction: This article is derived from a scientific result of the research project: Improvement of the processes of initiation, selection and sports preparation, of the Faculty of Physical Culture, University of Sancti Spíritus "José Martí Pérez". Specifically, it addresses the problem of preparing families of athletes with disabilities in school sports initiation.
Objective: To apply educational guidance actions to contribute to the preparation of families of track and field athletes, with different disabilities, in school sports initiation.
Methods: In-depth interview, observation, survey, document analysis, group analysis, pre-experiment were used; combined with other methods of the theoretical and mathematical-statistical level. The sample is represented by the families of ten track and field athletes from the municipality of Sancti Spíritus.
Results: Intersectorial actions were developed, from the Municipal Sports Direction, with sports centers, the associations to which people with physical-motor, hearing and visual disabilities belong, educational institutions, and the Department of Sports Medicine, in order to achieve a more synchronized and collaborative approach in the process of educational guidance to the families of these athletes. The topics discussed were selected among all those involved, in particular by the families regarding the instructive, formative and developmental benefits of track and field initiation, according to the particularities of each disability.
Conclusions: The final evaluation reveals positive effects in the preparation of families in: greater mastery of knowledge, more active participation and favorable attitudes towards the practice of track and field by their children in sports initiation.

Introducción: La presente es una investigación que pretende mediante la utilización de prácticas deportivas grupales, lograr el desarrollo de las cualidades volitivas en las clases de béisbol en edades de iniciación.
Objetivo: Diseñar una estrategia mediante prácticas deportivas grupales que permita el desarrollo de las cualidades volitivas en el béisbol de iniciación.
Métodos: La investigación fue realizada con los niños y profesores del equipo de la categoría 9-10 años del municipio Sancti- Spíritus centralizados en el estadio Victoria de Girón. Se emplea la observación de las clases deportivas, la entrevista semiestructurada a los profesores deportivos y el cuestionario de cualidades volitivas.
Resultados: Se logran diseñar prácticas deportivas grupales que incluyen deportes colectivos juegos y actividades físico recreativas que se realizan entre varios sujetos, basadas en normas grupales compartidas que favorecen diversos procesos de socialización.
Conclusiones: A partir de las insuficiencias detectadas sobre el conocimiento de las cualidades volitivas que se forman durante la iniciación deportiva escolar en el béisbol se evidenció la necesidad de aplicación de las prácticas deportivas grupales. Estas se fundamentan a partir de la sistematización de los fundamentos teóricos establecidos por diversos autores de proyectos comunitarios, tesis de grado, así como libros y artículos científicos.

ABSTRACT
Introduction: This research aims to achieve the development of volitional qualities in baseball classes at initiation ages through the use of group sports practices.
Objective: To design a strategy through group sports practices that allows the development of volitional qualities in initiation baseball.
Methods: The research was carried out with the children and teachers of the team of the category 9-10 years old of Sancti-Spíritus municipality, centralized in Victoria de Girón stadium. The methods used are observation of the sports classes, a semi-structured interview to the sports teachers and the questionnaire of volitional qualities.
Results: It is possible to design group sports practices that include collective sports, games and physical recreational activities that are carried out among several subjects, based on shared group norms that favor diverse socialization processes.
Conclusions: From the insufficiencies detected on the knowledge of the volitional qualities that are formed during school sports initiation in baseball, the need for the application of group sports practices was evidenced. These are based on the systematization of the theoretical foundations established by various authors of community projects, degree theses, as well as books and scientific articles.

No full textIntroduction: The Institute of Pharmacy and Food, is made up of highly qualified professionals of Pharmaceutical and Food Sciences with preparation to work as scientists and teachers, in this context it is particularized in the performance and extension as a substantive process of the university that contributes to the comprehensive training of students and teachers.
Objective: Improve the performance of teachers from an educational program to promote local development in the process of university extension.
Methods: For which a network of theoretical and empirical investigations and statistical processing were used that made it possible to penetrate the object of study as a phenomenon in constant transformation and development.
Results: From the technology for the determination of problems, the variable was parameterized, for the characterization of the current state of the process of improving the performance of the teachers, the results obtained from the triangulation allowed an inventory of problems and potentialities, starting point. for the elaboration of the educational program, structured in five stages with the qualities of humanist, contextualized, systemic, personalized, flexible, participatory and collaborative. The verification of the results obtained made it possible to measure the validity.
Conclusions: The educational program for the promotion of local development from the university extension, constituted a way to improve the performance of the IFAL teachers, where the high degree of responsibility towards the assigned tasks was evidenced, in addition to the awareness of the need to promote care for the environment and the health of the inhabitants of the community.
Introducción: El Instituto de Farmacia y Alimentos lo integran profesionales altamente calificados de las Ciencias Farmacéuticas y Alimentarias con preparación para trabajar como científicos y docentes, en este contexto se particulariza en el desempeño y la extensión como proceso sustantivo de la universidad que contribuye a la formación integral de los estudiantes y docentes.
Objetivo: Diseñar un programa educativo para el mejor desempeño de los docentes en el proceso de extensión universitaria del Instituto de Farmacia y Alimentos desde la promoción del desarrollo local.
Métodos: Para realizar la investigación se empleó una red de indagaciones teóricas, empíricas y procesamiento estadístico que posibilitaron penetrar en el objeto de estudio como un fenómeno en constante transformación y desarrollo.
Resultados: A partir de la tecnología para la determinación de problemas se parametrizó la variable, para la caracterización del estado actual del proceso de mejoramiento del desempeño los docentes; los resultados obtenidos de la triangulación permitieron realizar un inventario de problemas y potencialidades, punto de partida para la elaboración del programa educativo, estructurado en cinco etapas con las cualidades de humanista, contextualizado, sistémico, personalizado, flexible, participativo y colaborativo.
Conclusiones: El programa educativo de promoción del desarrollo local desde la extensión universitaria, constituyó una vía para el mejoramiento del desempeño del desempeño de los docentes del Instituto de Farmacia y Alimentos (IFAL), donde se evidenció el alto grado de responsabilidad hacia las tareas asignadas, además de la concientización de la necesidad de la promoción del cuidado del medioambiente y de la salud sus pobladores.

El deporte para todos escolar, su contribución desde la educación física a la iniciación deportiva / School sports for all, its contribution from physical education to sports initiation
No full textIntroducción: La Educación Física y el Deporte para Todos Escolar constituyen los primeros momentos de iniciación deportiva, donde el niño tiene su primera aproximación a la práctica de un deporte sin las exigencias extremas de un resultado, por ello, resulta de mucha importancia su gestión.
Objetivo: Se proponen un conjunto de acciones educativas encaminadas al perfeccionamiento de la gestión del Deporte para Todos Escolar, en la enseñanza primaria en el municipio Trinidad de la provincia de Sancti Spíritus.
Métodos: Se integran métodos cualitativos y cuantitativos en un estudio descriptivo. En el nivel teórico se utiliza el analítico-sintético, inductivo-deductivo, histórico-lógico, y en el empírico, el análisis de contenido de documentos, encuesta, entrevista, la triangulación metodológica y el criterio de especialistas.
Resultados: El Deporte para Todos Escolar en el contexto estudiado está más en función del deporte recreativo que de la enseñanza deportiva, por tanto, esto afecta de forma directa el proceso de transición, promoción e ingreso a las áreas deportivas de los niños seleccionados.
Conclusiones: La propuesta del conjunto de acciones educativas encaminadas al perfeccionamiento de la gestión del Deporte para Todos Escolar, en la enseñanza primaria del municipio de Trinidad en la provincia de Sancti Spíritus, resulta ser una importante herramienta evaluada desde de la teoría para su implementación de inmediato en la práctica pedagógica.

ABSTRACT
Introduction: Physical Education and Sports for All at school are the first moments of sports initiation, where children have their first approach to the practice of a sport without the extreme demands of a result; therefore, its management is very important.
Objective: To propose a set of educational actions aimed at improving the management of Sports for All in primary education in the municipality of Trinidad, Sancti Spíritus.
Methods: Qualitative and quantitative methods are integrated in a descriptive study. From the theoretical level: the analytical-synthetic, inductive-deductive and historical-logical; and from the empirical level: content analysis of documents, survey, interview, methodological triangulation and expert opinion.
Results: School Sport for All in the context studied is more a function of recreational sport than sport teaching, therefore, this directly affects the process of transition, promotion and entry into the sports areas of the selected children.
Conclusions: The proposal of the set of educational actions aimed at improving the management of Sports for All in primary education in the municipality of Trinidad, Sancti Spíritus, turns out to be an important tool validated from theory for its immediate implementation in pedagogical practice.

No full textIntroducción: Las tendencias que se operan en el mundo de la información plantean, que en una universidad multifuncional, la información y el conocimiento determinan la base de todos los procesos. El desarrollo alcanzado por las tecnologías de información y las comunicaciones (Tic) y sus aplicaciones en la educación a nivel mundial evidencian la necesidad de investigar sobre la informatización de los procesos universitarios. Objetivo: configurar un Project Management Information System (Pmis) para la gestión de la actividad de proyectos de la Universidad de Sancti Spíritus “José Martí Pérez” (Uniss). Métodos: a partir de la concepción marxista-leninista, con un enfoque materialista dialéctico, se asumen como métodos la observación científica, el análisis de documentos, la encuesta y la entrevista, dando lugar a una propuesta susceptible a comprobación científica. Resultados: la implementación de un sistema Redmine que permite modelar, diseñar, implementar y monitorear la actividad de proyectos. Conclusiones: la puesta en funcionamiento del sistema para la gestión de proyectos de la Universidad de Sancti Spíritus “José Martí Pérez” (Uniss), se valora de positiva como apoyo para la gestión, el registro y control del avance de cada proyecto en un solo repositorio. The work concludes that for information management it is important to have all the documentary, institutional and personal sources that may be needed; it is unavoidable to create the conditions and informational infrastructure to be able to make good use of these sources and develop information processes through the information systems implemented. In addition, the information flows that are designed will be safe and stable to the extent that the organization, and the processes that are developed in it, are conceived as a communication network in the context of a self-assessment process for accreditation purposes, characterized this network by establishing strong two-way relationships between the partiesEn el artículo se reflexiona sobre la importancia y trascendencia del diseño de diagramas de flujos de información en la gestión y control de procesos, particularmente el vinculado al aseguramiento de la calidad en instituciones de Educación Superior, a partir de la necesidad de lograr la mejora continua de sus productos y servicios, en consonancia con su política y objetivos de calidad y los retos que representa la evaluación y acreditación de sus programas de pregrado y posgrado. En el trabajo se concluye que: para la gestión de información es importante disponer de todas las fuentes documentales, institucionales y personales que pueden necesitarse; es ineludible crear las condiciones y la infraestructura informacional para poder hacer un buen uso de estas fuentes y desarrollar los procesos de información a través de los propios sistemas de información implementados. Además, los flujos de información que se diseñen serán seguros y estables en la medida que la organización, y los procesos que en ella se desarrollan, sean concebidos como una red de comunicación en el contexto de un proceso de autoevaluación con fines de acreditación, caracterizada esta red por el establecimiento de fuertes relaciones de doble sentido entre las partes.

ABSTRACT
This paper reflects on the importance and transcendence of the design of information flow diagrams in the management and control of processes, particularly, the one linked to quality assurance in higher education institutions, based on the need to achieve continuous improvement of their products and services, in accordance with their quality policy and objectives, and the challenges represented by the evaluation and accreditation of their undergraduate and postgraduate programs.
