Our system aims to work on that particular problem to reduce the number of vehicles on the road by encouraging more people to get on public transport to make public transport more efficient for the people who are less keen on taking them due to time delays. Our system uses regression analysis on a data set collected on a specific route to estimate the arrival time of a public transport at a desired travel time. This gives the user a clear idea of the time required to travel between points and thus can utilize their time in an efficient way by not having to wait for a transport. The system uses a compiled data set to analyze historical data and then use regression analysis to predict the arrival time for particular location of the user.Md. procedures, including most surgical interventions require blood transfusion, but despite all medical
and technological advancements, the only viable method available for acquiring blood is through
blood donations. Blood donation is a complex time consuming process to find donors who have
blood compatibility with patients. As procuring blood posthaste is crucial in life and death
situations, our goal is to present an android mobile application that will allow recipients to bridge
instant communication with the most apropriate donors forthwith. Our application will work to
provide information regarding a requested blood type, and number of available donors around the
location. Our aim is to provide an application that will benefit patients in critical situations where
there is urgent requirement of a specific blood type. Our platform will connect blood donors and
recipients in an effective manner. We intend to provide suggestions regarding the most suitable
donors based on blood type, and location, through the implementation of Haversine algorithm. The

BRAC believes that the ability of the employees to perform well depends on proper guidance, qualities, skills and competencies. Performance Management Team institutes a performance evaluation system for employee performance appraisal, which motivates the employees along with his supervisors for improving their skills, competencies and performance. Since I have worked in such esteem organization, I actually felt honored to share my expertise with the Performance Management Unit of BRAC. The first part of this internship report mainly consists of the background of BRAC. On the second half, it is all about the details of Performance Management System of BRAC. On this report, I have mainly focused on the Performance Management System of BRAC, how it is managed and measure the employee performance. project through which goods, works and services are procuring with ‘public fund’ in
Bangladesh with reference to gas transmission pipeline project under Gas
Transmission Company Ltd. (GTCL). Empirical in nature, the study focused on the
CSR practice at various project taken using‘public fund’ at energy sector of
Bangladesh, especially under GTCL. The survey took place among Project Director,
Manager (Engineering), Manager (Estate & Administration), Deputy Manager,
Assistant Engineer of GTCL, material supplier, pipeline construction contractor, EPC
contractor& HDD river crossing contractor and suppliers’ employees& contractors’
employees. GTCL has its project all over the Bangladesh. Data were captured from
eighty-six (86) stakeholders of project under GTCL. The study divided into three
phases, at first phase identified the practices of corporate social responsibility (CSR)
at project under GTCL. The second phase attempted to find out the scope of
practicing of CSR at project under GTCL and measured the gap between the two
constructs. Finally, the third phase made an effort to suggest some measures to the
authority of GTCL to help the project management to improve its practices of
corporate social responsibility (CSR).
To conduct the research questionnaire survey method is used. Forty (40) personsfrom
GTCL employees as buyer representatives and Forty-six (46)persons from suppliers,
contractors and consultant representatives are interviewed on approximately identical

I have thoroughly explained about Autonomous maintenance with its steps and importance. Autonomous maintenance (AM) is performed by the operators and not by dedicated maintenance technicians. It is a crucial component of the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM). The core idea of autonomous maintenance is to provide the operators with more responsibility and allow them to carry out preventive maintenance tasks. Autonomous Maintenance is the daily act of keeping the equipment operationally healthy. The tasks and practices required to maintain equipment health requires highly skilled individuals utilizing standard work processes.
