culture. Many historical and archeological places didn’t get focused and
conserved. Nilsagar is from 10 to 11 century and built for the general people.
The archeological evidence of the ghat and other findings of that area is the
evidence of their culture, tradition and their way of life.
In order to stay close to the fundamentals of the site, the local
context played the key role in paving the design development. For instance,
following the diction in which temples and traces of embankment have been
found since its inception in 2016, the possibility of excavating yet another temple
in the vicinity is undeniable. Predicted to be built during the Gupta and Pala
reigns, and hence of substantial archaeological significance, this factor has been
catered to with utmost importance. In fact, in light of this, the preexisting
religious center consisting of a temple which serves as the heart of the Mela and
hence acts as a socio cultural hub, has been shifted to the opposite side of the
embankment. The dighi serves as a core deciding factor of the process – while it
divides the archaeological hub and the socio-cultural hub visually, it also connects
them and thus enhances the experience and promotes people’s participation. The
design essentially explores the possibilities of a culture rooted deep in history
while emphasizing on the archaeological prospects by exposing it to a wider

In return, this activity produces a feeling of self-worth and respect; however, there is no financial gain. Volunteering is also renowned for skill development, socialization, and fun.
Volunteering is defined as any activity that involves spending time, unpaid, doing something that aims to benefit the environment or someone (individuals or groups) other than, or in addition to, and close relatives. Central to this definition is the fact that volunteering must be a choice freely made by everyone. This can include formal activity undertaken through public, private and voluntary organizations as well as informal community participation.
Volunteerism engages people in tackling disaster preparedness and response challenges. It transforms the pace and nature of development. It benefits communities and country at large. It strengthens trust, solidarity and reciprocity of an individual among people. It creates opportunities for participation.
In Bangladesh, the idea or the initial starting phase of an organization or movement is done in a wholesome volunteered way, but it is very weak in documentation/institutionalization, due to this reason it is challenging to keep the voluntary initiative sustainable.
For centuries volunteerism has evolved in a natural manner, shifting and changing shape in response to other shifts in culture, society, and notions of social responsibility. Over time, volunteerism had become deeply entrenched in life. Now it is the time to study the volunteerism methodically.
The nature of volunteering has always been shifting. At one point it was almost exclusively unorganized. People were just helping their neighbours and family members as needed. The poor availability of documentation regarding volunteerism is why it is only now that people in Bangladesh are starting to identify the scope of work and the uniqueness of volunteerism in the field of Disaster Risk Management especially more so in the communities. Working Capital can be demarcated as the amount when current asset is surpassing current liabilities. The focus of this paper is to analyze how the company manages its working capital based on cash, inventory period, receivable period and payable period management and how it influences the profitability of a multinational company.
This internship report starts with the objective of the study and the methodology. The project paper contains the analysis of 15 years data of BATB commencing from the year 2002 to 2016. Most of the researchers found that degree of proficiency of administration of working capital largely establishes the success or failures of overall operations of an organization. The objective of this report is to analyze the earlier studies and relate them with this paper.
Afterwards description of the company including its history, products, mission, vision, organization structure etc. is discussed in chapter three. Corporate social responsibility is an extraordinary part of BATB. In the fiscal year 2013-14 BATB contributed more than 8436 crore taka as taxes to the national Exchequer. WCM policy for BATB is discussed sumptuously in this chapter as well. They follow aggressive WCM policy because of their higher utilization of short term financing. Inventory management performance is evaluated using inventory conversion period. In the year 2014 it was approximately 171 days which is quite high in comparison to other years. BATB’s time gap between collecting money from the creditors is very pleasing with an average period of 4 days. The organization tries to defer the accounts payable as much as possible. The time taken by BATB to make payments to creditors is around 107 days. The impact of equity and leverage is also analyzed and discussed to see the relationship of these two with the company’s profitability.
Analysis of the collected data is presented in chapter five. It contains descriptive, correlation and multiple regression analysis of the variables with proper interpretation and it was found that there is relationship between profitability and working capital components. Correlation analysis shows that receivable period is negatively related with profitability and other variables are positively related. Conventional antennas (such as parabolic reflectors) are difficult to move either in azimuth or in elevation, and require more time as they are controlled by servo motors and actuators. On the contrary, the phased array antenna utilizes electronic means to rotate the beam in desired direction. To move or rotate the beam in desired direction, phase of transmitting elements in the array are varied by a device known as phase shifter. Our research mainly focuses on obtaining results in showing that creating an array of antenna and steering the beam in a particular direction is much more efficient in comparison to the conventional method. Moreover, creating an array of antennas can help us to increase the gain compared to a single antenna and we can also move the beam in our desired direction without any mechanical movement of the antenna. Antibiotics losses their effectiveness with time and the necessity of getting new antibiotic becomes a dire need. In present day this antibiotic resistance has reached a certain level that many scientists are thinking that the “Pre-Antibiotic” era might return. The only way to solve this problem is to get new and novel antibiotics. Marine environment and less-explored or unexplored terrestrial environment holds the answer. The reason or the main objective of this study is to get effective antibiotic producing microbe from marine sources and unexplored soil sources. In this study soil samples were collected from the Sundarbans and water samples from the Bay of Bengal. After this the samples were grown in yeast malt broth as sub-culture process to get pure colonies after that we got 15 different colonies and they were named as sample no. 1, sample no. 2 and so on to sample no. 15. After that their growth was observed in nutrient agar, potato dextrose agar and in yeast malt broth too. Perpendicular streaking method was used for antifungal and antibiotic test. Only sample number 3 which is a soil sample showed both antifungal and antibacterial activity of normal to weak level. Other soil samples and all of the water samples did not show any activity.Md. In the Education policy technologically advanced learners are considered as a workforce who can work locally and globally and developing this kind of learners is at the forefront of current education system of Bangladesh.
However the real classroom picture is different than what the policy and curriculum aims at. To understand the current this study attempts to explore selected school teachers’ classroom practices and their beliefs, opportunities, willingness and barriers of using technology in their classrooms.
