I will start this report with a general Introduction of the company. After that I continue writing my report by giving focus on the “Challenges of Young Talent Acquisition from Job Market” describing the different steps of recruitment and selection process of Junior IT Officer of LOCUS. Talent acquisition is the accompanying profession which refers to the job and process of sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and recruiting to an organization. But now a day this young talent acquisition process is getting too much challenging to the employers and on the other hand the young graduates don‟t get their desired job. So my target is to find out the reasons which make the young talent acquisition challenging from different perspectives. The first part covered about how the recruitment process starts. After getting the approval or confirmation from the CEO, advertisement is given on different media through career websites and I have visited some organizations and educational institutions for collecting information from the employers, career development officer of the Universities and from the students.
I got the chance to help my supervisor in following steps like making job description, collecting CVs and sorting it out, arranging oral and written interviews, and taking one or more interviews, decision making, call for final interview and selecting for the position.
In this report, some other important topics related to HR activities are also highlighted such as environment within the organization and accommodation of a pull of candidates, financial condition and marketing process of a serviced office.Sharmin Akter ChadniB. Business Administratio
Employee satisfaction of finance & human resource management departments of Sajeeb Group

Their strategy is promoting diversity but not compromising with the quality. It operates its businesses with numerous sister concerns. Tang, Nocilla, Shezan, Kolson, Oreo and BournVita are the world famous brands that Sajeeb Group is involved in producing and marketing. Apart from food and beverages, their business is expanded in agro-processing, agro-based items, readymade garments, real estate, telecommunication, insurance and electronic media business. They export their products in various countries of the world as well. Their operations are divided in five major departments. They are: i) Sales and Marketing, ii) Export, iii) Human Resource Management, iv) Finance and v) Supply Chain Management.
This report tends to measure and analyze “Employee Satisfaction of Finance & Human Resource Management Departments of Sajeeb Group” considering four factors which are: i) General Satisfaction, ii) Employee Relationship, iii) Remuneration, Benefits and Organizational Culture and iv) Personal Satisfaction. In this concern, a primary research was conducted through a survey among the employees of those two departments. 41 employees responded to 30 questions based on which the analysis was conducted.
The analysis demonstrated that employees’ satisfaction level is really high considering employee relationships and personal satisfaction. Employees are also satisfied with their work and are dedicated to the organization. Dissatisfaction lays in the areas such as pay, working time, working resources, learning facilities, rewards, communication with the supervisor, appropriate feedback etc. These issues can be resolved through revised pay policy, monitoring, opportunities for career development, availability of working resources, training program, better communication and introducing flextime.Israna FarooqueB. It was a report to identify customers need and demand. It varies from person to person. So it was taken a wide variety of consumers from different gender, age, occupation, income group based on some important asking. SWOT, Porter’s five forces, Pestle these were used to identify understands the internal market and external market opportunity. Then in analysis part, a research model is used. The model is consists of three independent and one dependent variable. Independent variables are Price, Quantity, Taste and the dependent variable is Intention to purchase biscuits. Here is tried to know the change in the independent variables, how much changes make for the dependent variable. On the next part SPSS analysis is done for proper research understanding and scientific numeric presentation. Where it was found, there were some impacts on the dependent variable depending on the independent variable.
