Concerning language teaching and learning, the meticulous use of such online platforms has been overtly observed. They become didactic concerning the issue that typical classrooms often exert gaps in terms of students' learning. 10 Minute School, a platform to infuse language teaching and learning through Facebook live classes, undertakes the responsibility to bridge the gaps yielded from traditional English language classroom in an EFL context. The aim of the current study was to carry out a subtle analysis concerning the design of this online learning program in relation to Cognitive Load Theory (CLT) and its implication to e-learning. The study adopted the deductive method of content analysis. The themes have been shaped based on the teaching contents of 10 Minute School. The findings suggested that the approach undertaken by 10 Minute School for its online teaching and learning was instrumental to students' quick learning.Publishe

To develop a suitable ERP for an individual company there are factors like firm size, industry category, ownership criteria and time span that could highly contribute in shaping the ERP model. Consumer behavior delineates the study of how, when and where people do or do not buy the product. Considering the consumer behavior really creates an impact of being a successful marketer. In this report, I have tried to discuss about the consumer behavior, their buying decision, their way of knowing about the products and their attitude mechanisms and scrutinizing the consumer tactics of 100-110cc motorcycle segment in Dhaka city. For assessing the consumer buying decision a questionnaire was prepared focusing on needs, preferences and factors of the consumer in choosing the motorcycle. The report includes quantitative research of consumer behavior. For decades, Bangladesh has a large domestic market for milk products which was largely met through importation of subsidized milk, powder milk and milk products form developed countries. During 1989-90, Bangladesh imported milk and milk products worth 400 million taka to meet a short fall of 40 percent of domestic demand. Bangladesh milk sector is failed to provide sufficient supply for liquid milk. To minimize this shortage government has taken some steps such as urgent meet up through imported powder milk and try to develop dairy farms to the private entrepreneurs’ levels. Only local dairy farm could not provide sufficient supply of liquid milk according to consumers demand. To fill up this gap there are a lot of companies launch in Bangladesh to sell milk powder product. One of them is DANO which is a familiar word for each household in rural and urban area in Bangladesh. Mutual Group is primarily a 'Toll Manufacturing & Distribution company' with the legacy of establishing two global brands, 'Horlicks' and 'Dano', as the household name in Bangladesh. It separated from Mutual Group and created a joint venture with Arla Foods amba in Denmark in 2011. In Bangladesh, Arla foods has varieties of product for powder milk like regular and instant milk powder, filled milk powder, baby foods- Deelac, Dano mom for pregnant women in Bangladesh. Arla Foods is home to some of Bangladesh’s best-loved dairy brands.
