This thesis is submitted in partial fulfilment of the requirements for the degree of Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, 2019.Cataloged from PDF version of thesis.Includes bibliographical references( page 50).In this modern world of 21st century, the development of new technologies is rapid than in the past. People are more concerned about new industries and businesses. As a result, environment has become less important to human beings all over the world. Due to increasing number of factory and industries, the pollution of environment has increased from past days at a significant rate. There are various types of environment pollution caused by human beings, for example, air pollution, sound pollution, radioactive pollution, water pollution, soil pollution etc. Now if we analyses some of the survey data on environment pollution of Bangladesh, we can see that the rate of air and water pollution is too high. There are a lot of reasons behind this situation of pollution. One of the major reasons is there are no such way for the general people to know about the current data of any environmental units. General people cannot generate ideas about different environmental values of air, water or soil which may help them to understand the current situation of environment. Now if they have a modular device which can collect data from the environment and one that analyses those data, then people can easily understand the situation of any particular environment. To solve this issue, we approached to building a portable environmental monitoring system which can collect data from the environment automatically using distinct sensors and can store those data on a web server. The main features of this system are light weight and portable and it can also be accessed by any authorized person from anywhere in the world. There are several sensors integrated into a tiny PCB board to minimize the size and increased portability. The on field experimental data helps us to verify the system practically and measure the efficiency of each sensor and subsystem.M. Samiul EhsanShukla BiswasAnika NawarRumali SiddiquaB. If we look at the transportation industry one similar thing we can easily locate among all the giant vehicle manufacturing companies that is autonomy. As applying autonomy in the transportation system is the next revolution in vehicle market so almost every renowned companies from different corner of the world trying to integrate driverless vehicle control operation in their new designs. In this process the control part is the main focused area to achieve maximum percentage of accuracy. In this following research paper we are also focusing on development of control system of a driverless car. Applying CAN Bus networking system ensures a smooth data transfer. Integrating different sensors like Kinect, Camera, high resolution ultrasonic range finder, human movement detection sensor etc. into one single system makes the design unique. Image processing operation helps the system to take correct decision about mobility, obstacle avoidance and lane detection. Critical experimental analysis of the system helps us to measure the parameters of accuracy in real life scenario.Md. Fahim Shahriar SakibMd. Faysal Ahmed AnikS.K Shahriar AhmedSahadat KhandakarB. This thesis is submitted in partial fulfillment of the requirements for the degree of Bachelor of Science in Biotechnology, 2019.Cataloged from PDF version of thesis.Includes bibliographical references (page 69-75).This study aimed to determine bacterial and viral pathogen spectra and identify multidrug resistance genes in bacterial isolated from under-5 children with acute respiratory infections from two hospital settings of Dhaka city. Nasal swabs were collected from 150 under-five children hospitalized with clinical signs of ARIs. Screening of viral pathogens targeted ten respiratory viruses using RT-qPCR. Bacterial pathogens were identified by bacteriological culture methods and antimicrobial susceptibility of the isolates was determined following Clinical and Laboratory Standard Institute (CLSI) guidelines. About 78% (n=117) of specimens were positive for pathogens. Of 117 infected cases, 4.27% (n=5) had only single bacterial pathogens, whereas 44% (n=61) cases had only single viral pathogens. The remaining 58% (n=88) cases had coinfections. In viral suspected cases, human rhinovirus was detected as the predominant virus (32%), followed by RSV (17.33%), HMPV (16%), HBoV (13%), HPIV-3 (12%), and adenovirus (9%). Streptococcus pneumoniae was the most frequently isolated bacterial pathogen (8%), where Klebsiella pneumaniae, Streptococcus spp., Enterobacter agglomerans, and Haemophilus influenzae were 6%, 3.3%, 2%, and 2%, respectively. Of 15 multidrug-resistant bacteria, a Klebsiella pneumoniae (KPn) isolate exhibited resistance against more than 10 different antibiotics and extended spectrum beta-lactamase (ESBL) CTX- M1 gene was found in multidrug-resistant KPn using conventional PCR. Sanger sequencing had been used for confirmation of amplified CTX- M1. Both ARI incidence and pathogen detection rates were higher during post-monsoon and winter, peaking in September. Pathogen detection rates and coinfection incidence in less than 1-year group were significantly higher (P=0.04123) than in 1-5 years age group. Human Boca Virus (HBoV) had a significant involvement between single and confections with P value of 0.0152.Mohammad Amir HossainB. Biotechnolog

The group is currently producing 3 million yards of denim fabric in a month, so the total production capacity would be 6 million yards with the two new units. Ha-Meem has chosen to boost its denim production as demand for the fabric is rapidly rising worldwide. In its various units, the group has employed 50,000 workers and is looking for more workers for the expanded units. As of 20th December 2018, I joined the Ha-Meem group as an intern and joined the Procurement and Supply Chain Management Department. I worked in both the accessories and the chemical component.
