    KUNCI TEKNOLOGI 5G

    [Id] Proses kelengkapan standarisasi teknologi 5G diharapkan akan selesai sebelum Oktober 2020. Resminya standarisasi ini akan menjadi hal penting untuk komersialisasi jaringan 5G. Teknologi 5G diprediksi akan membutuhkan transformasi akan kebutuhan frekuensi carrier yang sangat tinggi dengan bandwidth yang sangat lebar, densitas ekstrim untuk berbagai divais dan base station, serta sejumlah besar antena. 5G tidak akan menjadi antarmuka udara tunggal sebagaimana pada model generasi sebelumnya. 5G diprediksi akan sangat integratif: jalinan koneksi antarmuka udara dan spektrum 5G bersama-sama dengan teknologi nirkabel yang sudah ada (misalnya: LTE dan WiFi) akan memberikan layanan dengan pesat data tinggi dan cakupan luas, serta menjamin terwujudnya pengalaman pengguna tanpa hambatan. Untuk mendukung hal tersebut, di bagian core network harus berevolusi untuk mencapai tingkat belum pernah terjadi sebelumnya dalam hal fleksibilitas dan kecerdasan, regulasi spektrum perlu dikaji kembali dan direvisi, masalah energi dan efisiensi biaya juga akan menjadi pertimbangan yang penting. Berdasarkan studi literatur yang telah dilakukan, artikel ini akan mengidentifikasi dan merumuskan empat kunci penting implementasi teknologi 5G. Kata kunci : implementasi 5G, massive MIMO, jaringan hybrid, mmWave, unified air interface [En] 5G standardization process is expected to be finished before October 2020. This standardization is essential for making 5G network commercial deployment. The 5G technology is forecasted to demand a transformation in the need for very high carrier frequencies with very extensive bandwidth, extreme density for devices and base stations, as well as large numbers of antennas. 5G will not be a distinct air interface based on Radio Access Technology as in former generation models. 5G is predicted to be immensely collaborative: the linkage of air interface and 5G spectrum together with existing wireless technologies (for example: LTE and WiFi) will provide services with universal high-rates coverage and ensure seamless user experience. To support this, the core network must also evolve to achieve an extraordinary level of adjustability and intelligence, spectral standardization needs to be reviewed and revised, energy issues and cost efficiency will also be an important attention.     [Id]Provinsi DKI Jakarta merupakan daerah dengan padat pengguna mobil dan motor. Pertumbuhan mobil di jakarta adalah mencapai 1.600 unit per hari nya; Untuk sepeda motor, pertumbuhan nya adalah mencapai 4.000 - 4.500 per hari nya. Hal ini tentu menimbulkan efek dibutuhkannya lebih banyak lahan parkir di berbagai tempat, mulai dari gedung kantor, pusat perbelanjaan, pusat kebugaran, dan lain sebagainya. Salah satu solusi yang cukup efektif adalah adanya basement pada setiap bangunan . karena posisi basement pada setiap gedung berada di bawah permukaan tanah serta curah hujan yang tinggi dan kurangnya drainase air di sekitar gedung, maka tidak menutup kemungkinan bahwa basement dapat tergenang air sehingga menyebabkan banjir di seluruh lahan basement. Pompa air otomatis dengan sensor level cairan dapat menjadi solusi bagi pengelola gedung atau wisma, dalam mencegah masalah banjir yang terjadi pada basement mereka. Aplikasi pada pompa air otomatis mengimplementasikan metode logika fuzzy logic Sugeno dalam microcontroller yang terhubung dengan pompa air, sensor level cairan, serta sensor waterflow. Metode logika fuzzy logic sugeno berperan sebagai pengontrol kecepatan pompa air berdasarkan kecepatan debit air yang masuk kedalam penampungan, kemudian total air dan kecepatan arus air yang masuk ke dalam penampungan akan di tampilkan di LCD display . kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa metode fuzzy logic sugeno dapat di terapkan pada pompa air otomatis yang di tunjukan pada pengujian 20 sampel dimana 18 sampel terindikasi valid[En]DKI Jakarta Province is an area with heavy users of cars and motorcycles. One solution that is quite effective is the basement on every building. because the basement position in every building is below ground level and high rainfall and lack of drainage of water around the building, it is possible that the basement can be flooded causing flooding in all basement area. Automatic water pumps with liquid level sensors can be a solution for building managers or guesthouses, in preventing flood problems occurring in their basements. The application on the automatic water pump implements the Sugeno fuzzy logic logic method in a microcontroller connected to a water pump, liquid level sensor, and waterflow sensor.     This research was motivated by the launching of an activity program by the Directorate General of Taxation on medium-term tax administration reform (3-5 years). Administrative reform needs to be done to achieve a high level of compliance given the low increase in individual taxpayer compliance from year to year in Sumedang Regency. The study aims to determine how the influence of tax administration reforms on individual taxpayer compliance. The method used in this study is a survey method with a descriptive analysis approach, with sampling using the Slovin formula. The technique of collecting data uses interviews, observation and literature studies. Data analysis is carried out quantitatively using product moment correlation test and f test. The results of the study obtained a correlation coefficient value of -0.261 and the degree of determination of the effect of tax administration reform on taxpayer compliance was 6.8% while 93.2% was influenced by other factors. Hypothesis testing results obtained f count value greater than f table (f count 4.964> f table 3.998) so that the hypothesis is accepted or there is the influence of tax administration reform on individual taxpayer compliance at Sumedang Primary Tax Office

    [Id]Kendala untuk melakukan akses terhadap data cuaca yang berbentuk spasial yang terkompresi dalam format netCDF ada pada ukuran data yang besar untuk ditransimisikan ke pengguna via media online serta format atau kompresi data yang tidak dimengerti oleh aplikasi penjelajah web secara umum. Kendala diatasi dengan melakukan konversi data matriks model cuaca ke citra digital dalam format PNG untuk mendapatkan ukuran yang lebih kecil dan kompresi yang dimengerti penjelajah web.     Model pembelajaran berbasis proyek (Project Based Learning) adalah model pembelajaran yang menekankan kegiatan pembelajaran berpusat pada siswa, yang secara kolaboratif dan di bawah pengarahan seorang guru dapat merancang kegiatan, memecahkan masalah, membuat keputusan, melakukan kegiatan serta evaluasi tindak lanjut dan pada akhirnya akan menghasilkan suatu produk nyata. Keterlaksanaan model pembelajaran ini selaras dengan tahapan-tahapan dalam strategi metakognitif. Sehingga melalui pelaksanaan strategi metakognitif yang menyatu pada model pembelajaran berbasis proyek, siswa diharapkan mampu untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar, kemampuan kerjasama, dan kemampuan metakognitif. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif yaitu menggambarkan atau mendeskripsikan fenomena-fenomena yang sesungguhnya terjadi di lokasi penelitian. Jenis penelitian yang diterapkan termasuk penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) atau yang disebut Classroom Action Research. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas X TKJ 2 SMK Negeri 5 Malang yang berjumlah 36 orang. Metakognitif siswa diukur dari inventori metakognitif, hasil belajar siswa diukur dari nilai proyek dan posttest. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning memiliki rata-rata metakognitif 68,10 pada siklus I dan rata-rata metakognitif 71,10 pada siklus II. Serta memiliki rata-rata hasil belajar 79,59 dengan persentase ketuntasan siswa sebesar 72,22% pada siklus I dan rata-rata hasil belajar 84,45 dengan persentase ketuntasan siswa sebesar 94,44% pada siklus II. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian yaitu terdapat peningkatan metakognitif dan hasil belajar siswa kelas X TKJ 2 SMK Negeri 5 Malang dengan penerapan model pembelajaran Project Based Learning

    Conservatism is the prudence principle in the preparation of financial reporting in which the company is not rush to recognizing revenue and profit, as well as immediately, recognize cost and loss that have the possibility of occurring. The prudence principle is referred to accounting conservatism. This study aimed to obtain empirical evidence of the influence of the audit committee, managerial ownership, foreign ownership, and independent director to accounting conservatism. The population in this study is a sub-company retail industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2016. Mechanical sample selection using purposive sampling and acquired 5 companies by 5 years in order to get 25 samples was observed. Model analysis of the data in this research is panel data regression using Software Eviews 9.0. This study shows that independent variables such as the audit committee, managerial ownership, foreign ownership, and independent director simultaneously affect the dependent variable accounting conservatism. In partial of variable audit committee significant positive effect on accounting conservatism, variable independent director significant negative effect on accounting conservatism. Meanwhile, the variable managerial ownership and foreign ownership no significant effect on accounting conservatism. Conclusions of this research is the audit committee and independent director significant effect on accounting conservatism, while managerial ownership and foreign ownership has no effect and can reduce the accounting conservatism at the company. Suggestions for the company is to increase the amount of managerial share ownership and for the investor to see the company that has a high proportion of foreign share ownership. As for further research, can use other measurement methods to measure conservatism as using Zhang or Basu method. From the test results obtained partial results showing variable levels of financial difficulty with negative direction have a significant effect on accounting conservatism. Variable litigation risk and growth opportunities no significant effect on accounting conservatism

Hal ini bisa terjadi di karenakan beberapa faktor selain kelalaian manusia yaitu masih belum adanya sistem keamanan sepeda motor yang memadai. Sistem keamanan sepeda motor keluaran pabrik hanya berupa keamanan system lock. Namun keamanan ini masih kurang efektif karena system lock tersebut dapat dilumpuhkan Banyak cara yang bisa di lakukan oleh pencuri motor untuk membongkar sistem keamanan motor yaitu dengan cara membobol kunci. Ada yang secara paksa dan yang lebih pintarnya lagi para pelaku sudah menggunakan sebuah cairan khusus untuk membobol kunci. Selain itu tindak pencurian sepeda motor kebanyakan terjadi karena kondisi lingkungan yang tidak cepat merespon atas kejadian pencurian tersebut, akibatnya sepeda motor tersebut dapat dengan leluasa dioperasikan oleh pencuri.Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka perlunya suatu sistem keamanan sepeda motor yang handal dan responsive. Sistem keamanan ini memanfaatkan teknologi mikrokontroller arduino dan sensor HC-SR501 dan HC-SR04 serta rangkaian hardware lainnya yang dipasang pada sepeda motor. Sistem keamanan sepeda motor ini bisa dikendalikan dengan smartphone android oleh pemiliknya. Selain itu membantu pemilik sepeda motor untuk memonitoring sistem keamanan sepeda motornya yaitu dengan adanya pesan pemberitahuan pada aplikasi smartphone dan pemebritahuan SMS kepada pemilik sepeda motor ketika sepeda motornya dalam kondisi tidak aman. Diman nantinya pemilik sepeda motor bisa memilih untuk menelpon pihak berwajib atau tidak jika terjadi pencurian sepeda motor. Dengan seperti itu diharapkan bisa mengurangi angka pencurian sepeda motor.Kata kunci:sistem keamanan, mikrokontroller, android[En]Now, crime of motorcycle theft more rife. This motorcycle security system can controlled with smartphone android by its owner motorcycle. Other than that can help owner motorcycle for monitor this motorcycle with notification short message and notification in application at smartphone android from owner motorcycle when motorcycle in condition not safe. Where later owner motorcycle can choose for calling authorities or no, if it happens motorcycle theft. With that, expected can reduce crime of motorcycle theft

    [Id] Sistem informasi publik mengacu pada sistem informasi yang digunakan untuk kepentingan umum yang biasanya menyediakan berbagai tingkat solusi seperti sebagai layanan publik, informasi atau solusi teknologi. Sistem ini biasanya dikembangkan oleh pemerintah untuk memenuhi kebutuhan informasi masyarakat. Secara umum sistem ini memiliki karakteristik yaitu digunakan oleh pihak masyarakat, pemerintah dan pelaku bisnis, menyediakan data-data dengan karakteristik tertentu dan dapat diakses secara cuma-cuma oleh seluruh masyarakat. Salah satu sistem informasi publik yang pernah dibuat dan digunakan di Indonesia yaitu sistem Data Pokok Pendidikan (Dapodik) yang menyimpan berbagai informasi terkait sekolah, siswa dan guru-guru di seluruh Indonesia. Sistem ini cukup populer dan sering diakses oleh masyarakat umum, terutama untuk pencarian NISN (Nomor Induk Siswa Nasional). Namun dalam perkembangannya terjadi perubahan kebijakan di lingkungan Kementrian Pendidikan Nasional sehingga akhirnya sistem ini ditutup dan diganti oleh sistem lain yang sejenis. Untuk menjembatani adanya kebutuhan sistem informasi sejenis di ruang lingkup yang lebih kecil, dikembangkan sistem Data Pokok Pendidikan untuk tingkatan kabupaten/kota dengan mengambil contoh kasus Dinas Pendidikan Kota Padang. Analisis dan pengembangan sistem ini mengacu pada karakteristik sistem informasi publik dan diharapkan sistem ini dapat menyediakan informasi bagi masyarakat luas mengenai profil sekolah dan informasi lainnya. Pengembangan dan implementasi sistem ini memerlukan dukungan kebijakan, peraturan dan kerjasama antara berbagai pihak terkait. [En] Public information systems refer to information systems that are used for public purposes which usually provide various levels of solutions such as public services, information or technological solutions. This system is usually developed by the government to meet people's information needs. In general this system has characteristics that are used by the public, the government and business people, provide data with certain characteristics and can be accessed free of charge by the entire community. One of the public information systems that has been created and used in Indonesia is the Basic Education Data System (Dapodik) which stores various information related to schools, students and teachers throughout Indonesia. This system is quite popular and often accessed by the general public, especially for searches. NISN (National Student Identification Number). But in it development there has been a change in policy within the Ministry of National Education, so that finally the system was closed and replaced by other similar systems which have not yet completed the data content. To bridge the need for similar information systems in a smaller scope, a Basic Education Data system was developed for the district / city level by taking the case of the Padang City Education Office. Analysis and development of this system refers to the characteristics of a public information system and it is hoped that this system can provide information for the general public regarding school profiles and other information.     Motor Vehicle Tax (PKB) is the implementation of regional taxes on motorized vehicles. The object of motor vehicle tax is proof of ownership or power of motorized vehicles, while the subject of motorized taxation is an individual or entity that owns or controls a motorized vehicle. The purpose of this study is to find out the system of implementation of Roda 2 motor vehicle tax (PKB) at the Office of the Gunungsitoli Single Roof Single Administration System (SAMSAT). The type of research in this study uses a type of qualitative descriptive research with data collection techniques of observation and interviews. From the results of the study it is known that the calculation of Wheel 2 PKB in Gunungsitoli City Samsat office has been carried out in accordance with taxation in Indonesia by referring to Law No. 28 of 2009 concerning Regional Taxes and Regional Retribution (PDRD) and also North Sumatra Provincial Regulation No. 1 of 2015 concerning Regional Tax of North Sumatra Province. In the Wheel 2 PKB Collection system at the Gunungsitoli SAMSAT office carried out with an Official Assessment System which means that tax collection is based on the decree of the Head of Region by using SKPD (Regional Tax Assessment Letter) and / or other similar documents in the form of tickets and calculation notes, stipulation by SAMSAT office officers, and the payment is made by the Taxpayer and deposited by the officer to the Bank, namely the Gunungsitoli Branch of North Sumatra Bank

    Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange are companies that need funds from investors so that stakeholders have an important role in the sustainability of the company. companies must make returns on investments made by investors so that companies do various ways to increase profits. Profitability ratios can be used to measure profits that can be obtained by the company. The purpose of this study to analyze the factors that are considered to affect the company's profitability include intellectual capital calculated using the VAICTM formula and disclosure of sustainability reports calculated using the IndexSR formula based on the GRI-G4 Sustainability Report Guidelines. The sample in this study were 19 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2014-2016 period. The method used in this study is descriptive statistics and panel data regression. The sample selection technique used is purposive sampling. Data analysis method uses panel data regression analysis with a significance level of 5%. Based on the results of the study, simultaneous intellectual capital and disclosure of sustainability reports have a significant effect on company profitability of 31.4701%. Partially, intellectual capital has a significant positive effect on profitability while disclosure of sustainability reports does not affect profitability
