    Nowadays, every individual must be prepared to face a cultural shift where every fulfillment of needs must go hand in hand with technological developments. This is an opportunity for most E-commerce to present the market in the form of buying and selling products online. E- commerce includes all processes of developing, marketing, selling, shipping, servicing, and paying customers, with the support of a wider network of business partners. Currently the world is in the midst of a COVID-19 pandemic. This research was conducted to find out whether affiliate programs on social media can influence trust and the purchasing decision process on customers in this era of the covid pandemic. This study uses a case study research method with a qualitative approach, because the problem requires qualitative observation, while the analytical tool used is SPSS with shopee users as respondents in Bandung.     The creative industry itself is a collection of economics derived from the use of skills, from one's talents to create prosperity and employment for many people. The creative industry in Indonesia is actually growing, this is proven by contributing 7.55 percent in 2020 to the total national economy with a total GDP of around IDR 1.211 trillion. This is marked by the outbreak of the types of automotive creative industries that have emerged and can lead to increasing fierce competition in the creative industries. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there was an effect of Leadership Style and Employee Performance Creative Self-efficacy at PT. AHRS, AHRS is a company engaged in the automotive sector. Respondents involved in this study were 68 people, the method used was descriptive and verification method with Non Probability Sampling technique. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires, the data analysis method was carried out by multiple linear regression using SPSS software. Based on the research, it can be said that periodically the Leadership Style and Employee Performance significantly affect Creative Self- Efficacy.     Analysis of The Impact of The BPJS Kesehatan Rates Increase Based on a Social Accounting Perspective: (Case Study on BPJS Kesehatan Bima City)

    This research aims to analyze the increase in BPJS Health tariffs based on a social accounting perspective at BPJS Health in Bima City. Using an interpretive paradigm, this research analyzes social accounting utilizing a case study research design. Data was obtained by conducting in-depth interviews with the Head of PKP Bima and BPJS Health employees, who were key informants. The method used is a snowballing system for adding informants. The interview results were grouped, data reduction was carried out before being analyzed, and conclusions were drawn or verified. Triangulation was also carried out using different question techniques to ensure the validity of the data to the BPJS Non-PBI community as additional informants. Using triangulation techniques, researchers are sure that the data obtained is valid. This research found that social accounting is interpreted as policy, an accounting approach that considers social, environmental, and economic impacts and interactions or activities. Empirically, studying the relationship between social accounting and various factors that influence it, such as social responsibility, service attitudes, and societal impact or pressure, is essential

    Implementasi Lean Six Sigma pada Industri Manufaktur Obat untuk Minimasi Pemborosan di PT X

    PT X merupakan sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri manufaktur obat yang memproduksi beberapa produk sediaan obat seperti tablet, liquid, serbuk, kapsul, dan produk herbal. Observasi awal yang dilakukan, ditemukan keterlambatan pengiriman produk FDC2 terutama pada Bulan Januari hingga Maret 2024. Keterlambatan yang terjadi sebanyak 1-2 hari yang mengakibatkan pengiriman FDC 2 diganti dengan produk lain, sehingga membuat para karyawan harus lembur sementara Perusahaan harus mengeluarkan uang lembur untuk menyelesaikan produk tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melakukan analisis permasalahan keterlambatan yang terjadi dengan pendekatan Lean six sigma untuk meminimasi pemborosan. Metode Six sigma memiliki lima tahapan utama yaitu Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, dan Control. Hasil identifikasi pada tahap Define dan Measure menunjukan bahwa waktu untuk menyelesaikan satu batch selama 65 jam, dengan nilai RTY sebesar 94,67%. Dengan menggunakan metode FMEA, diketahui nilai RPN untuk proses produksi FDC2 sebesar 50 yang artinya tingkat keparahan yang sedang. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan aktivitas dengan menghilangkan kegiatan seperti menyiapkan Batch Record dan memindahkan barang kebagian lain, maka terdapat perbaikan total persentase PCE yang sebelumnya 82,00% menjadi 82,08%, waktu siklus yang sebelumnya 7,23 strip/menit menjadi 7,80 strip/menit, lost time dari 466,53 menit menjadi 206,52 menit, dan produk hilang dari 4919 strip/menit menjadi 1689 strip/menit.PT X sebuah perusahaan industri manufaktur obat yang memproduksi beberapa produk sediaan obat seperti tablet, liquid, serbuk, kapsul, dan produk herbal. Observasi awal menemukan terjadinya keterlambatan pengiriman produk FDC 2 terutama pada bulan Januari hingga Maret 2024. Keterlambatan yang terjadi selama 1-2 hari mengakibatkan pengiriman FDC 2 diganti dengan produk lain, sehingga membuat karyawan harus lembur dan perusahaan harus mengeluarkan biaya lembur untuk menyelesaikan produk tersebut. Penelitian dilakukan untuk melakukan analisis permasalahan keterlambatan yang terjadi dengan pendekatan lean six sigma untuk minimasi pemborosan yang menyebabkan keterlambatan. Metode lean six sigma memiliki lima tahapan utama yaitu define, measure, analyze, improve, dan control. Hasil identifikasi pada tahap define dan measure menunjukan waktu untuk menyelesaikan satu batch FDC 2 adalah selama 65 jam, dengan nilai Rolled Throughput Yield (RTY) 94,67%. Selanjutnya dengan metode Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), diketahui nilai Risk Priority Number (RPN) untuk proses produksi FDC 2 sebesar 50 yang artinya tingkat keparahan yang sedang. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan aktivitas dengan menghilangkan kegiatan yang tidak memberikan nilai tambah, terdapat perbaikan total persentase Process Cycle Efficiency (PCE) yang sebelumnya 82,00% menjadi 82,08%, waktu siklus yang sebelumnya 7,23 strip/menit menjadi 7,80 strip/menit, lost time dari 466,53 menit menjadi 206,52 menit, dan produk hilang dari 4919 strip/menit menjadi 1689 strip/menit

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan iklan Toyota Fortuner terhadap minat beli calon konsumen di kota Bandung. Faktor yang diuji dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitas produk dan iklan sebagai variabel independen. Sedangkan minat beli sebagai variabel dependen. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang berminat membeli Toyota Fortuner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah non-probability sampling dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Sedangkan metode analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi linier berganda dan koefisien determinasi pada taraf signifikan 5%. Program yang digunakan dalam menganalisis data menggunakan Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) Ver. 24.00 Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas Toyota Fortuner berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen di kota bandung, semakin baik kualitas maka akan meningkatkan minat beli. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklan Toyota Fortuner berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat beli konsumen di kota bandung, semakin baik iklan maka semakin tinggi minat beli. Kualitas produk dan periklanan mampu menjelaskan variabel minat beli sebesar 53,3%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 46,7% merupakan faktor lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan belajar akuntansi dagang dan motivasi belajar siswa terhadap prestasi belajar komputer akuntansi accurate siswa XI Akuntansi SMK Negeri 2 Tulungagung Tahun Ajaran 2023/2024. Metode pengumpulan data dengan angket untuk memperoleh data Motivasi Belajar siswa dan dokumentasi berupa nilai ulangan harian siswa untuk memperoleh data kemampuan Belajar siswa serta prestasi belajar komputer akuntansi accurate. Sampel dalam penelitian ini diambil semua sehingga penelitiannya merupakan penelitian populasi. Dari hasi analisis data terbukti f hitung 47,642 > f tabel yaitu 3,13. Dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima sehingga dinyatakan ada pengaruh positif yang signifikan Kemampuan belajar akuntansi dagang dan Motivasi belajar terhadap prestasi belajar komputer akuntansi accurate kelas XI Akuntansi SMK Negeri 2 Tulungagung

    Persaingan yang semakin ketat, pengelolaan operasional terutama dalam manajemen bahan baku menjadi tantangan utama bagi banyak bisnis. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan atau bisnis yang ingin mencapai keuntungan yang maksimal membutuhkan strategi prediksi penjualan yang baik dan akurat untuk periode mendatang. Prediksi yang baik tidak hanya membantu dalam mengantisipasi kebutuhan pasar, tetapi juga mengoptimalkan pengelolaan persediaan guna meminimalkan risiko kerugian akibat kelebihan atau kekurangan stok. penggunaan algoritma peramalan yang baik menjadi kunci utama agar perusahaan dapat menganalisis data historis secara mendalam untuk mengidentifikasi pola dan tren yang relevan sehingga dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan dua metode algoritma peramalan, yaitu Exponential Smoothing dan Moving Average, dalam menentukan metode yang lebih unggul dalam hal keakuratan prediksi penjualan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari penjualan historis Coffee Shop Kopi Cucu Eyang. Evaluasi kinerja kedua algoritma dilakukan menggunakan tiga metrik utama, Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD), Mean Squared Error (MSE), dan Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode Moving Average lebih unggul dalam akurasi MAPE dengan rata-rata sebesar 23%. Di sisi lain, Single Exponential Smoothing menunjukkan keunggulan dalam menyeimbangkan MAD dan MSE pada beberapa produk tertentu. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi yang bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan persediaan serta mendukung pengambilan keputusan bisnis yang lebih baik.Increasingly fierce competition, operational management, especially raw material management, has become a major challenge for many businesses. Therefore, companies or businesses that want to achieve maximum profits need a good and accurate sales prediction strategy for the coming period. Good predictions not only help in anticipating market needs, but also optimize inventory management to minimize the risk of losses due to excess or shortage of stock. The use of good forecasting algorithms is the main key so that companies can analyze historical data in depth to identify relevant patterns and trends so that they can improve operational efficiency. This research aims to compare two forecasting algorithm methods, namely Exponential Smoothing and Moving Average, in determining which method is superior in terms of sales prediction accuracy. The data used in this research comes from historical sales of Kopi Cucu Eyang Coffee Shop. Performance evaluation of the two algorithms was carried out using three main metrics, Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD), Mean Squared Error (MSE), and Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). The research results show that the Moving Average method is superior in MAPE accuracy with an average of 23%. On the other hand, Single Exponential Smoothing shows superiority in balancing MAD and MSE in certain products. It is hoped that this research can provide useful recommendations to improve inventory management efficiency and support better business decision making

Data were collected using observational techniques and distribution of questionnaires. The data analysis technique is the PLS-SEM technique (Partial Least Square - Structural Equation Model).     There are several leadership styles and organizational cultures applied in a company. This study aims to determine the impact of Leadership Style and Organizational Culture on Platt Mars Company. The research method used in this research is descriptive and verification research method with a sample of 40 employees of Platt Mars Company. The data collection method was carried out by distributing questionnaires and data analysis methods using SPSS version 25. The results showed that Leadership Style and Organizational Culture had a significant effect on the employee performance. Partially viewed, leadership style had a very significant effect on employee performance and also organizational culture has a very significant effect on the employee performance
