    Dalam era digital saat ini, penggunaan media sosial seperti LinkedIn telah menjadi bagian integral dari strategi e-marketing, terutama dalam industri studio desain grafis. Jurnal ini mendalami peran dan dampak penggunaan LinkedIn dalam memperluas jaringan profesional, meningkatkan kesadaran merek, dan mendalamkan keterlibatan dengan audiens potensial bagi studio desain grafis. Dengan fokus pada strategi e-marketing yang efektif, jurnal ini menganalisis langkah-langkah kunci, seperti pembuatan profil profesional, pembagian konten berkualitas, partisipasi aktif dalam komunitas, dan pemanfaatan fitur iklan dan pesan terotomatisasi. Melalui strategi ini, penggunaan LinkedIn mampu membentuk citra merek yang kuat, meningkatkan koneksi profesional, dan menghasilkan peningkatan konversi serta penjualan. Temuan ini memberikan pandangan mendalam tentang potensi LinkedIn dalam merangsang pertumbuhan bisnis bagi studio desain grafis dalam konteks e-marketing.In today's digital era, the use of social media like LinkedIn has become an integral part of e-marketing strategies, especially in the graphic design studio industry. This journal delves into the role and impact of LinkedIn usage in expanding professional networks, increasing brand awareness, and deepening engagement with potential audiences for graphic design studios. Focusing on effective e-marketing strategies, this journal analyzes key steps such as creating professional profiles, sharing quality content, actively participating in communities, and utilizing advertising and automated messaging features.     Usability Testing with Cognitive Walktrough KORONA Point of Sales

    This study tests the KORONA POS software in sales transaction scenarios and integration with printers using functional testing methods. The sales transaction testing involves several steps including selecting product categories, deleting items, changing item prices, canceling receipts, logging out, and displaying total payments. All steps were successful as expected, except for invalid inputs which caused the system to fail in providing notifications for unregistered items. Hardware integration testing examines printer connectivity and receipt printing capability. With the initial condition of the printer being on, the device successfully read the connected printer and printed receipts as expected, demonstrating success in integration and printing functions. The testing also includes a scenario where the printer driver is not connected, in which the KORONA POS software successfully provided a notification that the driver could not be connected, ensuring the system responds correctly. The results of these tests indicate that KORONA POS performs well under standard operational conditions but needs improvements in handling invalid inputs to enhance overall system reliability.Penelitian ini menguji perangkat lunak KORONA POS dalam skenario transaksi penjualan dan integrasi dengan printer menggunakan metode functional testing. Pengujian pada transaksi penjualan melibatkan beberapa langkah termasuk pemilihan kategori barang, penghapusan item, perubahan harga item, pembatalan nota, logout, dan penampilan total pembayaran. Semua langkah berhasil sesuai dengan harapan, kecuali pada input tidak valid yang menyebabkan kegagalan sistem dalam memberikan notifikasi barang tidak terdaftar. Pengujian integrasi hardware menguji konektivitas printer dan kemampuan mencetak receipt. Dengan kondisi awal printer menyala, perangkat dapat membaca printer yang terhubung dan mencetak receipt sesuai dengan ekspektasi, menunjukkan keberhasilan dalam integrasi dan fungsi pencetakan. Pengujian juga mencakup skenario driver printer tidak terhubung, di mana perangkat lunak KORONA POS berhasil memberikan notifikasi bahwa driver tidak dapat terhubung, memastikan bahwa sistem merespons dengan tepat. Hasil pengujian ini menunjukkan bahwa KORONA POS berfungsi dengan baik dalam kondisi operasional standar, namun perlu perbaikan dalam menangani input tidak valid untuk meningkatkan keandalan sistem secara keseluruhan

    Dynamics of Tax Aggressiveness: Audit Committee Moderation on Corporate Characteristics

    Tax aggressiveness is a major concern for policymakers and corporate governance stakeholders because of its impact on state revenues and corporate financial strategies. This study aims to evaluate the influence of company size, capital intensity, and CSR on tax aggressiveness, with the audit committee as the moderation variable. This study adopts a quantitative method using secondary data from industrial sector companies listed on the IDX during the period 2021 to 2023. To analyze the relationship between variables, multiple regression techniques and MRA were used. The results show that capital intensity has a negative impact on tax aggressiveness, which shows that companies with large investments in fixed assets tend to have lower levels of tax aggressiveness due to depreciation benefits. However, company size and CSR did not show a significant influence on tax aggressiveness, contrary to some previous research findings. In addition, the audit committee was proven to significantly moderate the relationship between capital intensity and tax aggressiveness, emphasizing the importance of corporate governance roles in overseeing tax policies. However, the audit committee's moderation of the relationship between company size and CSR with tax aggressiveness did not show significant results, indicating that additional governance mechanisms may be necessary. The results of this study enrich the literature related to tax strategies and corporate governance and offer implications for regulators, company executives, and investors in developing more effective policies to increase transparency and tax compliance

    This research aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and motivation on employee performance at PT Indowira Putra. The factors tested in this study were organizational culture and motivation as independent variables. While employee performance as the dependent variable. The method used is descriptive research method and verification analyzed quantitatively. Data collection techniques used is questionnaires. This study used a sample of 77 respondents. Sampling using purposive sampling technique with the criteria for consideration of sample selection are employees of PT Indowira Putra. The data processing method used is the IBM SPSS 20 software program. The results show that the organizational culture and motivation have a significant and positive influence on the employee performance at PT Indowira Putra. Organizational culture has a greater influence on the employee performance than motivation

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang identitas visual Desa Wisata Bawomataluo di Pulau Nias, Sumatera Utara, guna mencerminkan kekayaan budaya dan tradisi desa serta meningkatkan daya tarik wisatawan. Identitas visual desa yang kuat diharapkan dapat memperkuat citra desa dan mendukung upaya promosi pariwisata secara efektif. Pendekatan kualitatif digunakan melalui studi literatur, wawancara, dan analisis SWOT untuk menilai kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang, dan ancaman yang dihadapi desa. Elemen-elemen tradisional, seperti motif tumbuhan Nio Woli-Woli yang melambangkan hubungan masyarakat dengan alam, serta motif hewan mitologi Nifolasara yang mewakili kekuatan dan perlindungan, diintegrasikan ke dalam desain visual dengan sentuhan modern. Hasil penelitian ini meliputi serangkaian elemen visual branding, termasuk logo dan media promosi, yang diharapkan dapat memperkuat identitas budaya desa dan mendukung pengembangan pariwisata

    Perancangan Feed Instagram Berbasis Model AIDA untuk Branding Produk Cheesecake in Jar “Baketoskool”

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang feed Instagram yang efektif dalam meningkatkan brand awareness dan engagement pelanggan terhadap cheesecake in jar BaketosKool melalui strategi komunikasi visual yang sesuai dengan identitas merek dan kebutuhan audiens. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan pendekatan analisis visual dan eksplorasi desain berbasis media sosial. Data dikumpulkan melalui studi literatur dan observasi tren desain konten digital dalam industri kuliner. Hasil perancangan menghasilkan feed Instagram yang disusun berdasarkan model AIDA (Awareness, Interest, Desire, Action) dan dikategorikan ke dalam tiga tema utama: 1) Promosi – Berfokus pada daya tarik visual untuk meningkatkan minat pembelian, dengan pemilihan warna bernuansa coklat dan turunannya yang memberikan kesan hangat dan menggugah selera, serta pemilihan tipografi yang memperkuat identitas merek. Tahap Awareness diwujudkan melalui headline yang menarik, seperti "Tukarkan 3 Jar dan dapatkan 1 cheesecake gratis!"; 2) Motivasi – Menggunakan kutipan inspiratif dan desain minimalis untuk memperkuat citra merek serta membangun kedekatan emosional dengan audiens. Tahap Interest diterapkan melalui konten interaktif seperti "Which one that you want?", sementara tahap Desire dicapai dengan headline emosional, seperti "One Cheesecake Isn't Enough"; 3) Informasi – Menyajikan detail produk, bahan baku, cara penyimpanan, dan lokasi pembelian dalam format yang sistematis. Desain menonjolkan ikon, ilustrasi, dan tata letak yang informatif, sementara tahap Action diperkuat dengan teknik fotografi yang menampilkan tekstur dan isi cheesecake untuk meningkatkan daya tarik pembelian. Penerapan model AIDA dalam perancangan feed Instagram ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kesadaran merek (Awareness), membangun ketertarikan audiens (Interest), menciptakan keinginan untuk membeli (Desire), serta mendorong tindakan pembelian (Action) bagi pelanggan BaketosKool

Therefore, specific data collection is needed to record attendance and absences so that work activities can be recorded in real-time and accurately. This paper discusses the management of employee attendance at MS Glow Majalengka. The aim of this research is to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of employee attendance management at the company. The methodology used in this research includes literature review, interviews with company representatives, and data collection through surveys and observations.     Human resources are a very influential factor for companies to increase productivity by always creating the best performance and also to maintain competitiveness with other companies, human resources as a means of driving a company's business activities. This research is located in PT ARINDO PRATAMA Bandung for experiencing ups and downs in performance in 2017-2021. This study aims to determine the description and influence of work motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT ARINDO PRATAMA Bandung. The research method used by the author is descriptive and quantitative research with 64 employees as respondents of PT ARINDO PRATAMA Bandung. Based on the results of descriptive research explains that work motivation and job satisfaction on the performance of employees of PT ARINDO PRATAMA Bandung is considered good. Then, the results of the verification analysis using hypothesis testing explained that work motivation and job satisfaction had a significant effect on performance partially and simultaneously. Suggestions for PT ARINDO PRATAMA Bandung, which must be able to provide opportunities for outstanding employees to become more advanced and also provide promotions so that these employees become more enthusiastic and also responsible for the tasks and positions that have been given

    Limbah slurry polimer yang dihasilkan dari pengembangan proyek X menimbulkan bahaya terhadap lingkungan sekitar, yaitu berupa pencemaran air, kebakaran atau ledakan, dan keracunan atau dampak negatif terhadap kesehatan manusia. Yang terpenting, dapat merusak ekosistem lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengelolaan limbah slurry polimer yang efektif, efisien, dan ramah lingkungan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan menganalisis data primer yang diperoleh langsung dari observasi lapangan dan data sekunder yaitu hasil penelitian terdahulu dari jurnal dan data yang dikumpulkan oleh perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penambahan bahan kimia pada proses pengolahan limbah slurry ternyata lebih efektif karena mempercepat pemisahan partikel polimer dan air yang tercampur dalam limbah slurry polimer.The slurry polymer waste generated from the development of project X poses a danger to the surrounding environment, namely in the form of water pollution, fires or explosions, and poisoning or negative effects on human health. Most importantly, it can damage the environmental ecosystem. The aim of this research is to identify effective, efficient, and environmentally friendly polymer slurry waste treatment. The method used in this study is to analyze primary data obtained directly from field observations and secondary data, namely the results of previous research from journals and data collected by the company. The results showed that the addition of chemicals to the slurry waste treatment process turned out to be more effective because it facilitated the quicker separation of the polymer particles and water mixed in the polymer slurry waste

    The use of Terminal Electronic Parking (TPE) is one of the innovative solutions to overcome parking management challenges on the National Institute of Technology (Itenas) campus. This study aims to identify the key factors that influence the acceptance of this technology using the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) approach. This study involves variables of Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Attitude Toward Using (AT), Behavioral Intention to Use (BI), and Actual Use (AU). Data was obtained through an online survey involving 95 active respondents. Analysis using SEM-PLS showed that perceived ease of use plays an important role in shaping perceived usefulness and user attitude towards TPE. User attitudes and behavioral intentions were shown to have a significant impact on the actual adoption of this system.Penggunaan Terminal Parkir Elektronik (TPE) menjadi salah satu solusi inovatif untuk mengatasi tantangan pengelolaan parkir di kampus Institut Teknologi Nasional (Itenas). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor utama yang memengaruhi penerimaan teknologi ini dengan menggunakan pendekatan Model Penerimaan Teknologi (TAM). Penelitian ini melibatkan variabel Perceived Usefulness (PU), Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Attitude Toward Using (AT), Behavioral Intention to Use (BI), dan Actual Use (AU). Data diperoleh melalui survei online yang melibatkan 95 responden aktif. Analisis menggunakan SEM-PLS menunjukkan bahwa persepsi kemudahan penggunaan berperan penting dalam membentuk persepsi kegunaan dan sikap pengguna terhadap TPE. Sikap pengguna dan niat perilaku terbukti memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap adopsi aktual sistem ini
