Social Resilience of Farmers After the Construction of the Padang-Pekanbaru Toll Road (Study of Sungai Buluah Barat Village, Padang Pariaman District)
Get PDFThis study stems from shared concerns regarding the issues arising from the construction of the Padang-Pekanbaru toll road in Nagari Sungai Buluah Barat. The construction of the Padang-Pekanbaru toll road has left problems for tenant farmers in the study area. The loss of livelihoods and the conversion of agricultural land have forced tenant farmers to develop social resilience in order to overcome the shocks they faced following the toll road development. The aim of this study is to examine the social resilience efforts of tenant farmers after the construction of the Padang-Pekanbaru toll road, as well as the challenges they face in developing social resilience. This is a qualitative study using a phenomenological approach, conducted in Nagari Sungai Buluah Barat, Padang Pariaman Regency. The informants in this study include the village head (wali nagari), the village secretary, the head of community welfare affairs, the hamlet head (wali korong), community leaders, and tenant farmers. Data collection techniques used in this study include observation, interviews, and document studies. Data processing was carried out using source triangulation techniques, which enabled the researcher to obtain more accurate information
Rural Green Financing for Energy Transition : Confronting Challenges In Village-Based Implementation
No full textIndonesia’s target of achieving net-zero emissions by 2060 requires a massive energy transition, which must be implemented starting at the village level. Green energy independence at the village level will significantly contribute to the national energy mix target. Given that the energy transition entails a substantial financial burden, private sector participation is imperative. Green bonds have emerged as a viable financing instrument, with Village-Owned Enterprises serving as strategic entities for implementation. This study examines the challenges of accessing green financing to strengthen village capacity in undertaking energy transition initiatives. Employing a normative juridical approach—encompassing statutory, conceptual, and comparative analyses—the research highlights the critical role of green bonds, as one of the key financial mechanisms, in advancing village-based energy transition. No full textLegal philosophy plays a strategic role in shaping the direction and orientation of state legal policy, particularly in realizing the ideals of justice. As a branch of philosophy that studies the nature of law, its underlying values, and the purpose of its formation, legal philosophy serves as a normative foundation that guides policymakers so that legal products are not merely legal-formal, but also full of moral and humanitarian values. State legal politics is essentially the state\u27s policy and strategy in forming, implementing, and enforcing laws to achieve certain goals idealized by the constitution. In this context, legal philosophy provides a conceptual framework for determining the principles of justice to be realized, both based on classical theories of justice such as distributive , commutative , and legal justice according to Aristotle, as well as modern theories such as social justice ala John Rawls . The relationship between the two is complementary: legal philosophy provides ethical justification and value direction, while legal politics translates them into applicable positive norms. This research uses a juridical-normative approach with a literature review of legal philosophy theories, legal politics concepts, and the practice of law formation in Indonesia. The study\u27s findings indicate that the absence of a strong philosophical foundation in legal politics has the potential to produce legislation that is unequal, inconsistent, or even contrary to society\u27s sense of justice. Conversely, integrating legal philosophy into the legal policy formulation process can produce a more responsive, humanistic, and just legal system, in accordance with the mandate of the Preamble to the 1945 Constitution and Pancasila as the source of all sources of state law. Thus, legal philosophy is not merely theoretical, but also a crucial instrument in social engineering through law, to ensure the creation of a just, prosperous, and dignified society.Filsafat hukum memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk arah dan orientasi politik hukum negara, khususnya dalam mewujudkan cita-cita keadilan. Sebagai cabang filsafat yang mempelajari hakikat hukum, nilai-nilai yang mendasarinya, dan tujuan pembentukannya, filsafat hukum menjadi landasan normatif yang menuntun pembentuk kebijakan agar produk hukum tidak sekadar legal-formal, tetapi juga sarat nilai moral dan kemanusiaan. Politik hukum negara pada dasarnya merupakan kebijakan dan strategi negara dalam membentuk, menerapkan, dan menegakkan hukum untuk mencapai tujuan tertentu yang diidealkan konstitusi. Dalam konteks ini, filsafat hukum memberikan kerangka konseptual untuk menentukan prinsip keadilan yang hendak diwujudkan, baik berlandaskan teori keadilan klasik seperti keadilan distributif, komutatif, dan legal menurut Aristoteles, maupun teori modern seperti keadilan sosial ala John Rawls. Hubungan keduanya bersifat saling melengkapi: filsafat hukum memberikan justifikasi etis dan arah nilai, sementara politik hukum menerjemahkannya ke dalam norma positif yang berlaku. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan yuridis-normatif dengan telaah literatur terhadap teori-teori filsafat hukum, konsep politik hukum, serta praktik pembentukan hukum di Indonesia. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa absennya landasan filsafat hukum yang kuat dalam politik hukum berpotensi melahirkan peraturan perundang-undangan yang timpang, tidak konsisten, atau bahkan bertentangan dengan rasa keadilan masyarakat. Sebaliknya, integrasi filsafat hukum ke dalam proses perumusan politik hukum mampu menghasilkan sistem hukum yang lebih responsif, humanis, dan berkeadilan, sesuai amanat Pembukaan UUD 1945 dan Pancasila sebagai sumber segala sumber hukum negara. Dengan demikian, filsafat hukum bukan hanya bersifat teoretis, melainkan menjadi instrumen penting dalam rekayasa sosial melalui hukum, guna menjamin terciptanya tatanan masyarakat yang adil, sejahtera, dan bermartabat
Criminal Law Regulations on Health in Indonesia and Thailand: A Review of the Protection of the Rights of Patients and Medical Personnel
Get PDFThe regulation of criminal health law in Indonesia and Thailand differs in legal systems and approaches, where Indonesia follows a civil law system, while Thailand adopts a mixed legal system, impacting legal protection for patients and medical personnel as well as the effectiveness of law enforcement in healthcare services. This study aims to analyze the regulation of criminal health law and the dispute resolution mechanisms in Indonesia and Thailand in ensuring legal protection for patients and medical personnel while balancing the interests of both parties. This research employs a normative legal method with a statutory, comparative, and conceptual approach to analyze criminal health law regulations in Indonesia and Thailand, utilizing literature studies and qualitative analysis to assess the effectiveness of legal protection for patients and medical personnel in both countries. The findings reveal that the regulation of criminal health law in Indonesia and Thailand aims to protect patients and medical personnel but differs in legal systems and medical dispute resolution mechanisms. Indonesia, which adheres to the civil law system, regulates the criminal liability of medical personnel through the Criminal Code (KUHP), the Health Law, and the Medical Practice Law, yet still faces challenges in distinguishing professional negligence from criminal offenses, often leading to the criminalization of medical personnel.. Get PDFUMKM Mama Bolu berdiri pada tahun 2013 di Kecamatan Karawaci sebagai tempat oleh-oleh khas Kota Tangerang dan menyisipkan ciri khas Kota Tangerang yaitu “Kota Benteng” didalam nama produk bolu tape nya. Seiring berjalannya waktu, produksi bolu tape di UMKM Mama Bolu mengalami fluktuasi pada jumlah konsumen dan volume penjualan dalam sepuluh tahun terakhir. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang efektif berdasarkan faktor internal dan eksternal serta menentukan prioritas strategi pemasaran menggunakan metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Metode penelitian yang dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kombinasi metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer dan data sekunder. Pengumpulan data primer menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi. Informan di penelitian terdiri dari pemilik, produksi, dan pemasaran di UMKM Mama Bolu serta pelanggan yang berjumlah 12 orang, sementara data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumen internal UMKM dan literatur yang relevan. Teknik analisis yang digunakan meliputi Matriks IFE dan EFE, analisis SWOT, serta perhitungan prioritas strategi dengan AHP. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa beberapa strategi yang dapat diterapkan yaitu strategi pengembangan pangsa pasar, strategi inovasi produk, dan strategi penguatan hubungan dengan pemasok. Dari strategi yang diidentifikasi, strategi prioritas utama adalah strategi pengembangan pangsa pasar dengan bobot tertinggi sebesar 0,391

Get PDFPengembangan bibit unggul pada tanaman kopi robusta dapat dilakukan dengan pengamatan pada karakter batang. Hal ini penting mengingat kopui robusta menjadi salah satu penyumbang devisi dan sumber komoditas uatam di Indonesia, khususnya Lampung. Penelitian dilaksanakan untuk mengamati keragaman genetik tanaman kopi robusta pada Perkebunan Kopi Rakyat di Desa Bogorejo, Kecamatan Gedong Tataan, Kabupaten Pesawaran, Provinsi Lampung berdasarkan karakteristik fenotipe batang. Penelitian dilakukan dengan purposive sampling pada 30 individu. Pengamatan kualitatif dilakukan pada lima karakter batang, sedangkan pengukuran karakter kuantitatif dilakukan pada 11 karakter batang. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 11 individu yang mempunyai sambungan batang bawah-batang atas, dengan seluruh individu tanaman kopi robusta mempunyai warna dan permukaan batang yang seragam, baik batang bawah dan batang atas. Di sisi lain, pengamatan terhadap karakter kuantitatif menunjukkan ragam yang lebih tinggi sehingga nampak adanya pengaruh genetik dan lingkungan terhadap karakter fenotipe batang tanaman kopi. Adapun rerata karakter kuantitatif individu pada populasi tersebut adalah tinggi tanaman total 124,29 cm, tinggi batang bawah 98,30 cm, lingkar batang bawah 15,05 cm, diameter batang bawah 47,25 cm, tinggi batang atas 70,88 cm, lingkar batang atas 14,78 cm, diameter batang atas 46,41 cm, jumlah cabang ortrotop pada batang utama 1,60 buah, jumlah jabang plagiotrop pada tabang utama 8 buah, tinggi cabang ortotrop pertama pada batang utama 39,43 cm, dan tinggi cabang plagiotrop pertama pada batang utama 114,30 cm
Spiritual Therapy On Anxiety Levels In Preoperative Patients: A Literature Review

Background: Surgery is part of an invasive medical procedure that involves opening or injuring a part of the body, which then ends with the process of closing or suturing the wound. This procedure often causes anxiety for patients who are about to undergo surgery. According to Malaha et.al 2021) Reactions that arise in patients are in the form of psychological and physiological stress, but the most commonly experienced are psychological reactions such as anxiety. Pre-operative anxiety is often experienced by patients because they feel they are threatened. There are several nursing care provided to patients who will undergo surgery, including Spiritual therapy in the form of spiritual guidance.
Research Method: Writing literature reviews uses a narrative review approach by analyzing and interpreting the results of the research. The secondary data used was collected from Google Scholar and PubMed. The search for journals in this study was carried out from December 7, 2024 to 2025 in February
Research Results: The results of the literature review explained from six journals, all of which concluded that there was a significant influence related to the spiritual therapy given to patients. From the results of the review, researchers can conclude that there is a meaningful difference between "spirituality and anxiety in patients who will undergo surgery (Pre-Op).
Conclusion: From the results of several journals that have been reviewed by researchers, it can be seen that all of them (six journals) show a very meaningful influence on spiritual therapy and anxiety. This is very important to be applied in various health services, especially in hospitals, patients who will undergo surgery mostly experience anxiety, excessive anxiety can increase the response in the body and can be in the form of tachycardia, hypertension, and others. If this is left unchecked, it will affect the length of hospitalization and cause unnecessary swelling of funds. For this reason, SOPs for spiritual guidance are one of the things that cannot be avoided.

PENGARUH SLACK RESOURCES DAN ARUS KAS BEBAS TERHADAP BIAYA TANGGUNG JAWAB SOSIAL PERUSAHAAN DENGAN TINGKAT UTANG SEBAGAI VARIABEL MODERASI
Get PDFThis research aims to analyze the influence of slack resources and free cash flow on corporate social responsibility (CSR) expenditure, as well as to examine the moderating effect of leverage on these relationships. The study is motivated by companies\u27 desire to maintain social legitimacy through the optimization of CSR activities supported by the allocation of financial resources. It also considers the potential constraints on this allocation due to high levels of debt. The research object comprises energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2021 to 2023. A purposive sampling technique was used to select a sample of 96 observations. Hypothesis testing was conducted using panel data regression and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results indicate that slack resources have a positive effect on CSR expenditure, while free cash flow does not. Furthermore, leverage does not moderate the influence of slack resources and free cash flow on CSR expenditure. The research suggests that management exercises more caution in allocating financial resources closely associated with shareholders (free cash flow and leverage) to minimize agency conflicts. The implications of this study highlight the importance of careful financial resource allocation planning for management to optimize the role of social responsibility. Additionally, it offers a new perspective for stakeholders, particularly shareholders, suggesting that CSR expenditure is an investment rather than a waste, thereby necessitating shareholder support for management to optimally implement their social responsibilities.Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh slack resources dan arus kas bebas terhadap biaya tanggung jawab sosial, serta menguji moderasi tingkat utang pada hubungan tersebut. Dilatarbelakangi oleh motivasi perusahaan menjaga legitimasi sosial melalui optimalisasi aktivitas tanggung jawab sosial yang didukung alokasi sumber daya keuangan, penelitian ini juga mempertimbangkan potensi hambatan alokasi tersebut akibat tingkat utang yang tinggi. Objek penelitian adalah perusahaan sektor energi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2021-2023. Sebanyak 96 sampel dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Pengujian hipotesis menggunakan regresi data panel dan Moderated Regression Analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan slack resources berpengaruh positif dan arus kas bebas tidak berpengaruh terhadap biaya tanggung jawab sosial. Tingkat utang tidak memoderasi pengaruh slack resources dan arus kas bebas terhadap biaya tanggung jawab sosial. Penelitian mengindikasikan manajemen lebih berhati-hati dalam mengalokasikan sumber daya keuangan yang terkait dengan pemegang saham (arus kas bebas dan tingkat utang) untuk meminimalisir konflik keagenan. Implikasi penelitian ini adalah pentingnya perencanaan alokasi sumber daya keuangan yang matang bagi manajemen untuk mengoptimalkan tanggung jawab sosial. Selain itu, penelitian ini memberikan perspektif baru bagi pemegang saham bahwa biaya tanggung jawab sosial adalah investasi, bukan pemborosan, sehingga dukungan pemegang saham diperlukan
The Impact of Budget Efficiency Policies on Competition in Government Construction Tenders: Evidence from East Kalimantan Province
Get PDFThis study aims to examine the impact of government budget efficiency measures on competition in public procurement, specifically construction tenders for small enterprises in East Kalimantan Province. It seeks to understand whether efficiency-driven budget cuts influence the number of participants. A quantitative approach was employed using secondary data from the national procurement platform. A total of 335 tenders before efficiency and 124 tenders after efficiency were analyzed using descriptive statistics and the nonparametric Mann–Whitney U Test. The analysis shows a significant increase in the median number of participants per tender after the efficiency policy. This study provides empirical evidence on how fiscal efficiency policies reshape procurement competition at the regional level. The research highlights how budget efficiency policies shape SME competition in government tenders and examines the potential effects of this intensified competition for both the government and SMEs. Government efficiency policies may enhance price competitiveness but risk marginalizing small enterprises. Regulatory adjustments and tender restructuring are recommended to ensure inclusive participation
Persepsi Distance Learning Ditinjau Dari Motivasi Belajar Mahasiswa
Get PDFThis research is motivated by the emergence of the transition to an increasingly massive distance learning process in Indonesia since the emergence of COVID-19 in Indonesia. The study aims to look at student perceptions of the distance learning process on student learning motivation. The design used in the research uses a type of quantitative research with a descriptive approach, the data collection process uses a questionnaire taken through Google Forms on active students of the ITBMP actuarial and digital business study program using descriptive data analysis. The data obtained is processed using the Likert method. The results of the study found from 11 statements that contained learning motivation indicators show that learning motivation is related to the process and methods in the learning process, the results of the questionnaire from six indicators obtained 16% got a positive response while 84% got a negative response. From the results of the research conducted by researchers, the results reveal that students have a low level of motivation towards distance learning
