Analysis of Physical Fitness Examination and Time-Budget Survey : Needs to Change on the Training Curriculum for the Professional Childcare Workers
Get PDF本研究は保育者養成校在学生に対して実施した生活リズムについてのアンケート結果および文部科学省新体力テストのデータを検討し,保育者に必要な生活リズムとその獲得の重要性および子どもたちに必要な援助をするための体力・技術・知識を習得できるカリキュラム改良の可能性を提案するものである.平成17年度に本学幼児教育科2回生を対象に行ったアンケート結果と新体力テストの結果より,保育者を目指す学生の体力不足,生活習慣・生活リズムの乱れが明らかとなった.運動をする機会を増やしたり体育関係授業における運動プログラムの種類を多彩なものにすることが,保育者として必要な体力や運動能力の保障,素早い動作の獲得に有効であると考えられ,質の高い保育者を養成を目指すカリキュラムを作成する上での足がかりになると考えられる.研究報告departmental bulletin pape
Discourse Analysis of 'Suggestion and Complaint Book' of a Residential Hall in Britain
Get PDF英国の学寮に置かれた「提案と苦情ノート」をスピーチ・アクト理論とpoliteness理論から談話分析した.このノートは寮生が寮監に様々な苦情や提案を書き入れるためのもので,力の差が明確な寮監(高)と寮生(低)が交わした文を分析し,低から高へ「提案」や「不平」を表現するのにどのような丁寧表現が用いられているかを観た.結論として,学生の丁寧表現には否定的表現(決まり文句,ヘッジ)が多かった.幾つかのアクトの内expressiveはお世辞や感謝を表現するときに用いられ,学生はそうした表現を用いることで丁寧表現としている.彼らの表現には過度に丁寧さを装うことでかえって寮監に対する敵意を表している文があった.過度な丁寧さは時として敵意と威嚇を表すが,どの段階で丁寧さが敵意を含み始めるかはこの少ないデータでは判断できない.しかし,今後の興味深い課題であろう.最後にpolitenessはあいまいで抽象的であり分析は難しいが,この論文で用いたスピーチ・アクト理論,politeness理論は書き言葉にせよ話し言葉にせよ分析方法として十分に有効である.論文departmental bulletin pape
The View of the Alumni on the Current Education Systems for the Care Workers ; Toward the Improvement of Care Workers
Get PDF現在,介護福祉士の職務において量から質へ,すなわち専門性が問われてきている.本研究の目的は介護福祉士の資質向上に向けての教育内容を検討することである.このため本学卒業生へのアンケートによって,介護福祉士として働く現状と本学における開講科目についての意見を求めることとした.結果は次のとおりである.介護福祉士として施設での仕事に満足しているが,専門職としての評価は確立しているとは言いがたい.専門職としての研鑽の機会は,施設内外ともに多いが研修への参加状況は多いとはいえない.研修への参加は,本人の意欲が大切である.学校教育の中での必要な知識や技術は現在のカリキュラムでほぼ満たされているといえる.しかし,知識の確認や更なる資格取得に向けての卒業後の研修会の開催が求められている.また,学校教育の中に専門職として学び続ける意識や方法の教育も重要な課題であることが明らかとなった.論文departmental bulletin pape

In-service Training for English Teachers in Gangwon Province
Get PDFKorea started its English education from 3rd graders in primary schools in 1997 ,whereas Japanese government has decided to start their elementary English program in 2007. It means that Korea has been going ten years forward. Therefore, the research on Korea English education can be beneficial to Japan. This paper especially focuses on the in-service training executed by Gangwon Provincial government about 150 kilometers from Seoul. The programs have given various occasions to retrain Korean teachers at foreign universities, national universities and English language institutions like `English villages' in the province. This paper specifies the in-service training program given to the Korean teachers at Alberta University in Canada, the program executed at Chunchon National university of Education and the program by Gangwon English language center.論文departmental bulletin pape
The Tree Landscape and Pinus thunbergii Population at World Heritage, Kofukuji Temple in Nara Park,Japan
Get PDFPine trees,Pinus thunbergii,greater than 50 cm DBH(diameter at breast height )were investigated in the precints of Kofukuji Temple, a World Heritage site in Nara Park, Japan, to compare the structure of Pinus thubergii population in 1979 and 2005 and to re-evalute the tree landscape in the precincts of the temple.The DBH frequency distribution was a reverse J-shaped distribution; there were approximately the same number of pine trees as there were 26 years ago(83 individuals in 2005 versus 77 in 1979). However, the vitality of some pine trees tended to be poor;ca.30% apperred vigorous,while the remainder showed problems with growth. The tree landscape at Kofukuji Temple is discussed from the viewpoints of regional vegetation and culture.論文departmental bulletin pape
A Viewpoint on the Work Continuation of Male Childcare Workers : Report of a Workshop for College Students, Graduates and Male Childcare Workers
Get PDF本報告は,2005年1月に学生の授業成果報告と地域交流を目的として開催された「第3回奈良佐保短期大学学生展」で,著者が企画したワークショップ「男性保育者の妄想と現実」の全容を記録したものである.本学は奈良県で男子学生を受け入れる数少ない保育士養成校であり,男子学生は全体の4割を占める.しかし,奈良県の男性保育士の比率は保育士全体の2%にすぎず,男性を社会に送り出す保育士養成校としては課題も多い.また本学は男女共学になって4年目であり,卒業生や在学生は就職や職業継続について悩みを多く抱えている.保育者養成校としてよりよい子育て環境を整えるために,まずは人材を育成し,職業継続を促すことが重要である.本ワークショップは,保育士養成校は在学生や卒業生に対して,保育士として長く働く先輩の姿を見,話を聞く機会を与える必要があるという視点から企画された.ワークショップでは現役の学外男性保育士(大阪男性保育者連絡会),在学生および卒業生との間で活発な議論が展開された.departmental bulletin pape
The Consideration about Development of Regional Child-Rearing Service in Nursery Centers I
Get PDF1989年の1.57ショックを契機に,少子化対策は国の重要課題であると認識されるようになった.地域子育支援事業は,1994年のエンゼルプラン策定以降から本格的にスタートしたものである.保育所は今日,地域の子育てに貢献する役割を期待されている.保育所における地域子育て支援には,代表的なものとして地域子育て支援センター事業があげられるが,多くの保育所ではこの事業指定を受けないで,地域子育て支援を実施している.そういった保育所で実際に行われている活動の特徴は,通常保育をベースに無理なく実施できるもの,すなわち,従来の保育活動の中に,保育に欠ける子以外の存在を受け入れる活動を中心に取り組まれている傾向にあることが明らかになった.今後は通常保育をベースに,利用者を主体とした活動の展開や,一時保育,体験保育等の拡充が求められる.論文departmental bulletin pape
Changes in Discourses Regarding Childcare Workers in Annual Reports on Health and Welfare
Get PDFIn the previous research on childcare workers and changing trends, the social position of childcare workers has been discussed based on legal and childcare policy as "childcare workers' history." However, for a thorough analysis of the social position of childcare workers, it is inadequate to simply obtain data from law and childcare policy. These public sectors base their image of childcare on the governmental perspective. It is more suitable to call this "history of childcare worker image" than "childcare workers' history." Consequently, this paper analyzes the "childcare worker image," namely the discourses regarding childcare workers that are behind the law or childcare policy from the Annual Reports on Health and Welfare. As a result of analysis, the Annual Reports compare domestic childcare with that provided by childcare workers. It turns out that discourse on childcare workers reached a point of transition around 1989. In the first period (1951-1965), mothers were considered to supersede the role of childcare workers. In the second period (1966-1988), the status of the mother seemed to be roughly equivalent to that of childcare laborers. However, since 1989 the position of childcare workers has been considered to surpass that of mothers. This transition arose from the changed view of gender roles held by the government that was brought about by the "1.57 Shock" from birthrate statistics.論文departmental bulletin pape
Issues and Perspectives of the Professional Training College for Childcare Workers toward Contributing to Regional Child-Rearing Environment : From the Viewpoint of Childcare Centers in Nara Prefecture
Get PDFThe purpose of this study is to identify issues and perspectives associated with the education program provided by a college for childcare workers in relation to creating and developing child-raising environments. Questionnaires were sent out to all 215 childcare centers in Nara Prefecture in 2004, with the aim of investigating the present state of childcare centers, that have important function in providing suitable environmental structures for child-raising in each local community. The collection rate of the data was 42.8%. We report on the following issues based on the results of this survey: the role of community childcare support centers, child support systems, cooperation between childcare centers and other organizations, field activities for nature understanding, mental care systems, and gender issues arising in childcare centers. We also would like to discuss the possibility of the improvement of the college education reflecting the opinions and suggestions of childcare centers on child-raising environments.研究報告departmental bulletin pape
