A study of the agency which set up the risk management post in a home help service: the survey of risk management in home help service
Get PDF本研究は,訪問介護事業所における介護事故防止対策について,その取り組み状況を把握し,介護事故防止対策による介護の質向上を検討することを目的としている.調査内容は,1.近畿圏内の訪問介護事業所を対象とした質問紙によるアンケート調査,2.アンケート調査をもとに抽出した一定の成果のある介護事故防止対策を実施する事業所を対象としたヒアリング調査である.調査の結果,以下の点からリスクマネジメント部署の有効性が明らかになった.(1)各種マニュアル,書式および報告書が整備されている.(2)リスクマネジメント部署を設置する事業所では,再発防止対策検討について積極的に対応している.(3)リスクマネジメント部署を設置する事業所では,責任所在が明確である.(4)リスクマネジメント部署を設置する事業所では,事故につながる素材を再発防止策として役立てている点である.(5)リスクマネジメント部署を設置する事業所では,連絡体制を工夫している. しかし,本調査結果では,リスクマネジメント部署を設置している事業所は3割にも満たない状況である.以上のリスクマネジメント部署を設置する意義を考慮し,今後はリスクマネジメント部署を設置し,効果的な介護事故防止対策を策定することがのぞまれる.The purpose of study is to attempt to understand the risk management of a home help project,and to examine the improvement in the quality of care through risk management.The contents of the survey are;1. The questionnaire for a home help service agencies in the Kinki area.2. The hearing of the results of the survey.3. The issues arising from the survey are as follows;(1) The risk management post has various prepared manuals,formats and reports.(2) The agencies who set up the risk management post and definitely accept the examination of " relapse prevention."(3) The offices which set up the risk management have provided for the responsibility clearly.(4) The entrepreneurs which set up the risk management make use of a chance to relate to "accident" as " relapse prevention."(5) The entrepreneurs which set up the " risk management device contact system."But according to this survey, the entrepreneurs which set up the risk management post are less than 30 % of the total.We have to consider a reason for the risk management post. Get PDF介護福祉士の資格を養成校で取得する方法は、高等学校卒業後2年以上の課程と、社会福祉養成施設等、保育士養成施設等、福祉系大学等、卒業後1年以上の課程がある。 本稿では、保育士養成施設等卒業後1年で介護福祉士の資格が取得できる課程のカリキュラムに焦点をあて、必要とされる内容について考察した。 その結果、今後社会が求める介護を担うには、年齢や障害の有無にかかわらず、その個人の尊厳を尊重したかかわりができ、また、個人を取り巻く社会とのつながりを考えることの出来る人材を育成する必要性が改めて明らかとなり、そのためには、保育や養護の視点に介護を重ね合わせることの有用性が考察された。論文departmental bulletin pape

The Forest Vegetation of Chinju-no-Mori (Sacred Shrine Forest) of Sixty-Four Years after Planting
Get PDF地域の環境保全林として,また地域のコミュニティの場として多様な機能をもつ「鎮守の森(社寺林,社叢林)」において植生調査を行い,森林群落を植物社会学的視点から評価した.植栽後64年が経過する奈良市内の鎮守の森を対象に,2006年4月から11月の期間に調査した結果,当境内地(約5ha)で確認された樹木(植栽樹木および自然散布による生育樹木を含む)は裸子植物10種,被子植物81種5属であった.本殿後方と側方にはスダジイ群落とクスノキ群落(いずれも植栽起源)が成立していた.「植栽種」と「種子散布などにより自然加入した種」の比率を算出ずると,低木層および草本層には,植栽後に加入した種が多く生育していた.とくに草本層の出現種は平均45種,自然散布による加入種の比率は97.8%と高く,このうち「ヤブツバキクラス要素」の種の比率も高い値を示した.植生樽造から,植栽起源の森は64年という時間経過のなかで,地域の森として発達していると評価された.論文departmental bulletin pape
Nature Activities in Childcare Centers and the Education for Natural Environment in a Professional Training College
Get PDF将来,保育士をめざす学生自らの自然への理解を深め,感性を高めること,さらに「自然」というものを保育活動にどのように生かし,子どもの健全な育成につなげていくかは重要な教育的課題である.しかし大学生の自然観形成は十分とはいえず,保育や幼児教育の場において,ときにまちがった自然教育さえ行われている場合がある.本研究は地域の子育て環境づくりに向けての保育者養成における可能性と将来展望に関する学際的基礎研究」の一環として実施されたものである.2歳児から6歳児の「子どもが自然とかかわる」保育活動内容の現状および保育士養成校にたいする保育所からの具体的提言「保育士養成校に望むこと」について報告する.さらに,「子育て環境づくりに貢献する人材育成」に向けて本学がとりくんでいる自然環境教育の一端を提示しながら,保育所からの示唆とともに,保育所および保育士養成校において自然環境教育を推進するにあたっての課題を考察する.質問紙調査による保育所の保育士養成校への要望は,まず,保育士をめざす学生が野外活動などを体験することにより,自然への興味および実践力をつけること,そして自然への感性を磨き,野外でも柔軟に対応できる保育士を養成することであった.保育士養成校においてはカリキュラムの充実,地域との相互交流およびボランティア活動などを通して,フィールドワークを核としながら,地域特性を生かした「子育て環境づくり」に貢献できる人材育成をめざす必要がある.This study was carried out as a part of "Fundamental researches in a professional training college for childcare workers with the aim of contributing to regional child-rearing environment". The author reports the childcare activities concerned with nature for children from 2 years old to 6 years old in nursery schools and proposals from nursery centers to the professional training college on the basis of the questionnaire answered by childcare centers in Nara Prefecture(the collection rate of data was 42.8% in 215 childcare centers in 2004). Furthermore, I report the education for naturalenvironmrnt in the professional training college with the aim of contributing to regional child-rearing environment The investigation indicated that a walk and a flower play were routinely taken for nature activities of younger ages, and nature activities such as breeding, cultivation, production, observation and recording were taken for older ages according to seasonal changes in childcare centers. The investigation in childcare centers also indicated that nursery school teachers should flexibly act in the outdoor and keep positive interests to nature. This study suggests that "direct experience learning and fieldwork activities" were extremely important in the education for natural environment in professional training colleges.論文departmental bulletin pape

Effects of Ultraviolet Irradiation on the Histological Changes in Immune and Endocrine Organs of Hairless Mice
Get PDF紫外線が皮膚に及ぼす影響については、多くの研究がある。しかしながら、皮膚以外に及ぼす影響についての研究は少ない。そこで、本研究においては、ヘアレスマウスを用いて免疫器官および内分泌器官に及ぼす影響について組織学的に検討した。雌のヘアレスマウス(Hr-/Kud;8週令)を材料として用いた。紫外線を含む太陽光を模した人工太陽光ランプ(VITA-LITE)を光源として用いた。また、紫外線を除去するために紫外線カットフィルム(アクリプレン;三菱レイヨン)を用いた。明暗周期(12時間明:12時間暗)、恒温(25℃)の条件下で動物を飼育した。紫外線を含む人工太陽光に照射されたマウスは、アクリプレンフィルターで紫外線をカットしたマウスに比べてシクロブタン型ピリミジンダイマーが顕著に多かった。器官重量(胸腺、脾臓、卵巣、肝臓)は紫外線を含む人工太陽光と紫外線をカットした人工太陽光の間で違いは見られなかった。また、血液像、組織学的観察においても両者の間に顕著な違いは見られなかった。Effects of ultraviolet light (UV) irradiation on the skin physiology have been studied well. However, other effects than the skin physiology have not been investigated so much. Therefore, in this study, we examined the effects of UV irradiation on the immune and endocrine organs in hairless mice. Female hairless mice(Hr-/Kud; 8 weeks old)were used as a material. An artificial solar lamp (VITA-LITE; Light Sources Co. Ltd.) that simulates solar spectra including UV was used as a light source and a sheet of film (Acryplen: Mitsubishi Rayon) was used to remove UV. The animals were kept in a light and temperature controlled room (12 hour light and 12 hour darkness at 25 ℃). Significantly greater cyclobutane pyrimidine dimmers (CPDs) were detected in the skin of hairless mice when exposed to the solar simulated light with radiation (VITA-LITE) than that of animals exposed to the solar simulated light without UV. Organ weights (thymus, spleen, ovary, adrenal gland and liver) did not show statistical differences between the animals exposed to the solar simulated light with and without UV. Histological observation of these organs has not shown differences between the animals exposed to the solar simulated radiation with and without UV. Thus, the intensity of UV radiation used in the present study was strong enough to induce DNA damage in the skin, but it did not induce histological changes in immune and endocrine organs.論文departmental bulletin pape
Colour Environment in facilities for the aged : Relationship between the colour and the feeling of season
Get PDF自然や季節感を大切にしてきた高齢者は,生活空間の中で季節感を感じることでイメージが広がり,より心地よさを感じると思われる.その季節感は,季節の物だけでなく,色によっても演出することができるのではないかと考え,季節感と色の関係を系統的な色票を用いて検討した.カラーサンプルとして,日本色彩研究所の新配色カード 199cを使用し,ランダムに並べ替えた色票を光源ボックスの中に入れ,20歳前後の学生20名に,"春","夏","秋","冬","感じない"のいずれかに評価してもらった.その結果,春はピンク系が,夏は青系が,秋は茶系が,冬は,彩度の低い色が上位を占めた.季節のイメージを調べると,春は桜,夏は海,秋は紅葉,冬は雪が,突出して選ばれ,季節に代表される自然が,季節の色に最も大きな影響力を及ぼしていた.逆に言えば,季節の色からそれらの事がイメージできると考えられるその結果,季節に代表される自然が,季節の色に最も大きな影響力を及ぼしていた.季節の色を,色相,トーン別に分析すると,以下のように季節ごとに明らかな傾向が見られた.春・・・色相:ピンク系,黄緑系,緑系,トーン:light,bright,pale夏・・・色相:青,青紫系,トーン:vivid, bright秋・・・色相:暖色系,トーンは,dark,deep, dul, soft冬・・・色相:青紫系,紫系,トーン:dark grayish,grayish, light grayish施設内で,季節ごとに季節感のある色彩を用いることにより,色から自然へのイメージが広がり,心地よい空間が演出でき,利用者への心理的効果は大きいものと考える.We have a long history to express seasons with using colour sensitively and enjoy it in our daily life. We think that the aged people would feel comfortable in an environment where colours are used appropriately according to the season. In this study, we researched about the relationship between the colour and the feeling of season by using the systematic colour chips. In the experiment, each subject was asked what season they were reminded of seeing a colour of PCCS 199c colour chips ordered at random. The season categorized were `spring', `summer', `autumn', `winter' and `not specifically'. A viewing cabinet and D65 light were used. Participants are 20 of them and all are Japanese at about the age of 20.From the result of this experiment, we cleared that almost all subjects selected the colour that was imaged from the nature. The image of spring is pink, summer is blue, autumn is brown, and winter is low chroma.When we analyzed the result with the hue-tone system, it found the following.Spring・・・Hue: pink, yellowish green, green Tone: light, bright, pale Summer・・・Hue: blue, greenish blue Tone: vivid, brightAutumn・・・Hue: warm colour Tone: dark, deep, dull, softWinter・・・Hue: violet, purple Tone: dark grayish, grayish, light grayishWe think that the aged will image the nature from various colours and become more comfortable by using the season colour in the facilities.論文departmental bulletin pape
The View on Dietitian Training induced from Case Study of Graduates
Get PDF本学生活科学科食物栄養専攻の卒業生に対し,アンケート調査を実施した結果,現在管理栄養士や栄養士で在職する卒業生を中心に139名から回答が得られた.1)回答者の属性は現在専門職で勤務している人が52名で,栄養士経験は1年から30年以上と広範囲に渡り,管理栄養士免許取得者が36.5%であった.2)在学中に学んだ知識や技術は,職場に限らず日常生活でも役立ったという回答が72.7%あり,内容は「献立・調理の知識・技術」が最も多かった.3)栄養士の職務内容は,管理栄養士と栄養士の差が明確になりつつあることがうかがえ,栄養士では「食材発注・管理」や「献立作成」に従事することが多かった.4)研修会への参加状況は,管理栄養士では積極的に参加している傾向がみられたが,まだ十分とはいえなかった.5)在学生には,献立・調理に役立つ技術の習得に重点を置き,卒業後も研修するための支援の体制を整える必要があると考えられる.論文departmental bulletin pape
Relationship between Colors and Color Emotion Words
Get PDFColors induce us various emotions and impressions. The emotion is described by the color emotion words such as light and warm. It is very important to know the relationship between colors and emotion words. I systematically selected 212 colors specimens from SCOTOD2450 (kensaikan) and selected 151 color emotion words. I carried out an experiment using color specimens.43 females students were asked to choose only one emotion word which describes best the color in question.34female students were asked to choose one color specimen which describes best the emotion word in question.I tried to find out the relationship between colors and emotion words. However 19-37(Av.27)emotion words were selected against one color specimen and 7-31(Av.21)color chips selected against an emotion word.The highest frequency word was `jimina'. The frequency was 263.9 words were chosen more than 100 times. Only two words, `awai' and `azayaka-na' are included in JIS Z 8102.It was difficult to connect colors with emotion words. In future, it will be important to collect a further variety of data to understand the magnitude of these differences.
