    Product Sales Boycott Issues: Impact on Retail Store Product Sales Volume

    This research aims to determine the impact of the pro-Israel product boycott on the sales volume of Dewi retail store products in the Kediri district. The research method used is qualitative, with field studies. This research design uses a qualitative approach. Data collection was carried out using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. The data analysis used coding, descriptive and inferential statistics and qualitative analysis to conclude. The research results show that the issue of boycotting pro-Israel products did not affect sales activities in retail stores, sales only experienced a slight decline at the start of the issue, but the decline was not significant so sales volume remained stable and normal

    Netnographic Study of Instagram Advertising as a Promotional Media in Building the Image of Culinary Tourism

    This research is to find out and explain the use of Instagram as a promotional medium for Culinary Tourism in Kediri. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. This type of research uses netnographic studies. The research object is culinary tourism advertisements promoted on the Instagram account @kulinerkediri.id during December 2023. The research results show that the Instagram account @kulinerkediri.id is a medium that is able to provide information and references for culinary tourism destinations in Kediri with advertising posts that attract the attention of the public. The research results also show that the existence of @kulinerkediri.id as a promotional media also contributes to building the image of Culinary Tourism in Kediri Raya.

    Optimisation of Multipurpose Financing Services at Islamic Banks

    This study aims to analyse the performance of multipurpose financing services at PT. Bank Sumut Syariah KCP Lubuk Pakam, formulate a strategy for optimising multipurpose financing services and recommend implementing a strategy for optimising multipurpose financing services. This study uses a qualitative approach with a field research type. This study identified that the main factors influencing PMG service performance include service digitalisation, improving customer service, loyalty programs, and effective marketing strategies. Service digitalisation, such as developing user-friendly mobile applications and informative websites, is essential to facilitate customer access and transaction management. In addition, improving customer service through a 24/7 call centre and using AI chatbots can increase customer satisfaction with fast and informative responses.

    To build a Pancasila religious community and a Pancasila religious community, a clear starting point needs to be established. The starting point is that Indonesia is not a secular country. Observing Aswaja's characteristics, he has a tolerant, moderate, balanced attitude and a love of the country, in line with the heterogeneity of Denpasar City in micro and macro perspectives as the main gateway to international relations. The accumulation of Aswaja values with Pancasila values goes hand in hand. These include upholding equality, a spirit of togetherness, and emphasizing human unity against intolerance. Facing the era of information and technology (IT), whether society is ready to face the era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 will soon be looked at by Industrial Revolution 5.0 along with Artificial intelligence (AI) technology. Research through qualitative descriptive. Data was collected using indirect interview techniques to avoid biased data and was deepened by observation. This research uses analytical techniques for data collection, condensation, display, and verification. The results of the study are changes that are being sought. IT developments welcoming the AI era can be completed with solutions through programs, processes and Aswaja lectures by strengthening Pancasila. Subsequently, religious moderation developed. In the form of a spiritual perspective, attitudes and practices that are virtuous, self-centred, cooperative, tolerant and peaceful in the conception of worship. So that religious moderation is understood, which could trigger public unrest

    Zakat Empowerment Through the Bunda Mandiri Sejahtera Program

    Economic empowerment through productive zakat is an effort to break free from poverty. Zakat funds are given to be developed and used to support businesses sustainably. This research aims to identify how the zakat economic empowerment model is productive and the impact felt by poor orphan mothers before and after receiving BISA program assistance at LAZNAS Yatim Mandiri Surabaya. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods to describe the problem. This research uses qualitative research, which is field research with a descriptive approach. The primary data sources used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Meanwhile, secondary data is through the LAZNAS Yatim Mandiri Surabaya annual report profile document and data on recipients of BISA program assistance with data analysis using interactive Miles and Huberman, namely the stages of data collection, data reduction, Data Display and conclusions. The results of the research show that the economic empowerment model through the distribution of productive zakat in the BISA program will reduce family economic problems through empowerment activities, namely forming BISA groups, religious formation, distribution of business capital and coaching training. The impact felt by poor orphan mothers is experiencing increased business, being able to pay zakat fitrah, infaq and alms and buying basic commodities.

    Cash Waqf Model as an Effort for MSME Capital in Indonesia

    The benefits of cash waqf have created significant public interest in using it as a capital base for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). However, the obstacles and challenges currently difficult for MSME players to face are related to capital, company financial management, marketing access, and focus on multi-businesses. Therefore, this research aims to model a cash waqf management scheme as an effort to finance MSMEs in Indonesia. The method used in this paper is qualitative, using content analysis. Nadzir uses the direct method of collection in this waqf model. The results of this research state that the cash waqf model collaborates with other institutions, such as Baznas or LAZ, as a source of funds as collateral for Gharim and Riqab roqobah funds. Apart from that, this paper's cash waqf scheme model also involves LKS or BMT as a guarantee institution whose function is to maintain the integrity of asset value

    The Readiness of Young Generation in Implementing Personal Financial Planning

    This study aims to analyze the readiness of the younger generation to implement personal financial planning. The research was done in 2023 and obtained 240 respondents of the Z Generation in Indonesia. The data were analyzed in descriptive quantitative analysis. The results show a high readiness to implement Financial Planning at a rate of 73.59 out of 100. The young generation in Indonesia has a very positive attitude toward implementing financial planning, which is it is essential to carry out personal financial planning, at a rate of 95.4 out of 100. They also have practiced it in daily activities, proven by the rate of the first level of financial planning behavior, reflected in a score of 73.23 out of 100. However, they still lack knowledge regarding the issue, presented by a score which is only 62.87 out of 100 (low). The implication that can be conveyed is the strategy based on the right approach for the young generation and in accordance with their needs. The originality of this research is that the author tries to analyze more deeply based on every word of the respondent's answer

    Practical Tactics to Reduce Employee Turnover: Study of Broiler Chicken Traders MSMEs (UMKM) on Wage Policies

    Team member (employee) turnover is a problem often faced by micro, small and medium enterprises (MSMEs/UMKM), including broiler chicken traders. High team member turnover rates not only hurt the continuity of business operations but also incur additional costs in recruiting and training new employees. Therefore, MSME/UMKM Broiler Chicken Traders needs to design an effective wage policy strategy to reduce team member turnover rates through SWOT analysis. The research objectives are to identify wage policy's internal strengths and weaknesses, identify external opportunities in the industrial environment, identify external threats from factors such as industrial competition, and formulate a sustainable wage policy strategy. The research method used is descriptive-qualitative to understand employees' context, processes and experiences as factors influencing team member wage and turnover policies. The research results show the importance of understanding the labour market and team member needs and evaluating previously implemented wage policies to design competitive wage policies and meet team member expectations. This article will provide comprehensive guidance for MSME/UMKM broiler chicken traders in developing an effective and sustainable wage policy

    The Importance of Halal Brand Awareness in Purchasing Intentions in Indonesia: the Mediating Role of Attitude

    This research examines the relationship between people's intention to buy halal products and their knowledge of halal brand awareness. This research also investigates the possibility that attitudes influence purchase intentions through mediation effects. Research data was obtained from a reliable online survey with 152 respondents. Four hypotheses regarding the relationship between the characteristics of halal brand awareness, attitudes and purchase intentions were tested using the PLS-SEM approach. The findings of this study support each of the supported hypotheses, including the idea that attitudes have a mediating function. Therefore, to shift from a lifestyle that follows people's habits to a halal lifestyle, halal industry players must adapt to appropriate changes in consumer attitudes. Additionally, regulators should offer incentives to encourage a greater halal ecosystem. This research is different because it validates previous results regarding the impact of positive consumer sentiment on their tendency to purchase halal goods and services. Based on this research, customers consume more types of halal goods and services, such as food, sharia banking, and fashion, as well as goods related to lifestyle and well-being, such as shopping, sports, and swimming pools

    Analysis of the Role of Management Control Systems in Improving Effectiveness and Efficiency

    This study aims to determine the role of the management control system in improving effectiveness and efficiency in the Lavalette Hospital cost cycle. The Lavalette Hospital Cost Cycle includes Initial Investment, Operating, Maintenance and repair, and Disposal costs. This research uses qualitative data with a case study approach. The data source used is primary data. The collection of data directly through interviews, observation, and documentation. The informants in this study were the Accounting Manager of Lavalette Hospital, Mrs. Kembang Ayu Firdausi. Based on the results of this study, the initial investment costs in strategic planning can run well. Budget preparation has savings and differences. Operational costs include implementing marketing strategies, licensing, water savings and utilization, and the OH-IH program. Maintenance and repair costs are the implementation of the use of generators. Disposal costs, namely the implementation of waste from medical activities and non-medical activities, budgeting, RKAP operating costs, maintenance and repair costs, and disposal costs, are designed together by combining the three costs.
