    Comparison of The Potential Development of Early Children According to Islam with Kohlberg's Theory

    This research compares the potential for early childhood development according to Islam with Kohlberg's theory. This type of research is literature with a qualitative approach; the primary data source is from four main references from articles by Lawrence Kohlberg, both primary and old work up to the latest, data collection methods with documentation from various bibliographic references from books, notes, transcripts, newspapers, magazines, journals, and so on, data analysis techniques use a series of logical thinking systems that can be used to construct several concepts into propositions, data collection techniques use Miles and Huberman's theory. The results of the research are (1) the level of development of general pre-conventional potential; at this level a person assesses the morality of an action based on its direct consequences, from his feelings (authoritarianism) and from what he is most interested in (loyalty or intrinsicness) this is at the age of children and according to Islam, the golden age of cultivating manners, responsibility and care; (2) conventional level, generally found in adolescence or adulthood, at this stage assessing the morality of an action with this (interpersonal) comparison in adolescence and according to Islam the cultivation of self-reliance or self-reliance; (3) Third, the post-conventional (principled) level, wanting to be respected and appreciated and according to Islam to be social, in collaboration with the principles of the Qur'an and hadith

    Islamic Education Methods Based on Islamic Boarding Schools in the New Normal Era

    This article describes the importance of Islamic boarding schools today to become an essential element for the continued growth of Islamic education in Indonesia and to become institutions that can create and produce excellent students who have been recognized. Moreover, it received recognition from the community and government. The results revealed that the recognition of Islamic boarding schools as Islamic education institutions is proven by including Islamic boarding schools as part of a National Education System (Sisdiknas). Currently, Islamic boarding schools are no longer considered only as educational institutions with traditional culture. They are even called not having legal entities but have now been recognized by the government and become part of educational institutions where their status has equal rights and obligations as other formal education. This study uses a qualitative approach, so the literature analysis was done in data processing to reveal field data. Thus, Islamic boarding schools must prepare themselves in response to government policies that seek to create a learning system that will be implemented in this COVID-19 pandemic era, especially in the face of the New Normal era

    Implementation of the Most Updated Employee Competence Measurement System

    This research will explore how this system is implemented, what factors influence its effectiveness, and its impact on employee performance. Thus, this research can significantly contribute to developing literature on employee competency assessment systems in Indonesia and providing practical recommendations for the Provincial BKSDA and other organisations that wish to implement a similar system. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method to explore the implementation of the updated employee competency measurement system in the BKSDA of North Sumatra Province (Provsu). Data collection techniques used include interviews and observation. This research found that implementing the updated employee competency measurement system at BKSDA Provincial Province has provided several significant benefits for the organisation. One of them is improving the quality of employee competency assessment data. By using modern and comprehensive assessment instruments, the Provincial BKSDA now has access to more accurate and in-depth data regarding the abilities and potential of each employee. Implementing this strategy enables more informed and strategic decision-making and promotes targeted career development.

    Analysis of Sustainability Reporting Disclosure Based on the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards

    This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the disclosure of PT Astra Internasional Tbk Jakarta's sustainability report for 2020-2021. This research uses quantitative qualitative research methods. Data obtained from the results of the sustainability report of PT Astra International Tbk Jakarta. Data analysis uses content analysis. The results of the analysis show that sustainability reports are company reports that convey information regarding the economic, environmental and social performance of a company's actions. Disclosure standards for business sustainability reports that use the Global Reporting Standards (GRI) standard should consist of general disclosure series (100 series) to specific disclosure series (200, 300, 400 series) to ensure that stakeholders receive consistent information during the decision-making process.

    Leaders in the Qur'an Surah Al-Maidah 51 Perspectives on Multicultural Islamic Education

    This research examines the deep meaning of leaders in QS. Al-Maidah 51 perspective of multicultural Islamic education, and its dimensions. The method used to discuss this study is a literature study. Data was obtained from library sources, including books, journals and other encyclopedias. Data analysis uses data condensation, data presentation, and conclusion. The results of the study show that the word auliya' QS. Al-Maidah 51 means leaders and others tied together by the red thread of closeness. Multi-interpretation of this verse is part of multicultural education, which is a blessing. It includes sunnatullah, not treated with interpretations that are part of identity politics, but calls for maintaining the integrity of diverse groups by not betraying or making enemies into auliya'. Implementation of the meaning of QS. Al-Maidah 51 on the five dimensions of multicultural education (content integration, knowledge construction, prejudice reduction, equality pedagogy and empowerment of school culture). Giving colour to the dimensions of multicultural education in the overall meaning of the word auliya' to increase group solidity in diversity and solidity in uniformity.

    Urgency and Essence of Multidisciplinary Islamic Education in Madrasas

    This research aims to discuss the urgency and essence of multidisciplinary Islamic education in madrasas. This article was studied using qualitative research with a literature study approach. Data was obtained from journal articles, seminar articles, research reports, and scientific books. The analysis technique uses content analysis. This research shows that the urgency of multidisciplinary Islamic education in madrasas is reflected in the need for learning that links religious values with contemporary life, enriches students' critical thinking skills, provides a broader and deeper understanding, and forms an inclusive view of religion. Plurality, and prepare students to face the challenges of the era. Meanwhile, the essence of this education lies in the integration of a curriculum that combines various scientific disciplines, the use of diverse learning methods, the development of skills that are relevant to today's needs, the application of a multicultural approach, increasing critical thinking skills, and active involvement with the community to enrich the learning experience. Therefore, it is important to link religious values with complex realities in an effort to provide comprehensive education. In general, this study contributes to strengthening the concept of Islamic education with a multidisciplinary approach in the madrasa environment

    Optimizing Family Assistance in Increasing Quran Reading and Writing Activities in Study Groups

    This mentoring service is motivated by a phenomenon of minimal family mentoring in the activities of reading and writing the al-qur'an that are carried out, because of the busy activities and the trend of both parents working in this technological era. This is indicated by some people who do not comply with the rules of reading the al-qur'an by the rules of tajwid during routine monthly khataman al-qur'an studies. This mentoring aims to determine the results of family mentoring in their commitment to learning to read and write the al-qur'an in the study group. The results of this mentoring, the mentoring team stated that efforts to mentor families in the activities of reading and writing the al-qur'an in the housing area Bukit Asri Ponorogo study group are based on the orientation of making learning effective, efficient and relevant to the community. It is done in two ways: First, examples are used in the form of recordings and directly from the mentoring team, including pronouncing makhorijul letters according to the rules of tajwid. Second, through direct application to the housing area community, the Bukit Asri study group routinely carries out monthly khataman (completion)

    Implementation of Loan Agreement (Qardh) in the Financing Agreement Manuscript

    This article examines the implementation of the loan agreement (Qardh) in the Financing Agreement Manuscript at BPRS Haji Miskin Pandai Sikek. The problem is to see whether the form of the pillars and conditions of the loan agreement (Qardh) contained in the Financing Agreement Manuscript at BPRS Haji Miskin Pandai Sikek are following sharia law in the loan agreement or not. The research team obtained the data from the Documentation of the Financing Agreement Manuscript at BPRS Haji Miskin Pandai Sikek. Data analysis uses Miles And Huberman analysis, which includes data collection, data reduction, data presentation and drawing data conclusions. The results found that the form of the pillars of the loan agreement (Qardh) contained in the financing agreement manuscript at BPRS Haji Miskin Pandai Sikek is the existence of territory (rights), ma'uqud 'alaih, ma'uqud al 'aqd, and sighat al 'aqd. A statement from ijab and qabul expresses the contract terms. Thus, it can be concluded, according to economic jurisprudence, the text of the financing agreement at BPRS Haji Miskin Pandai Sikek follows Sharia law in the loan agreement

    Exploring the Distribution and Utilisation of Zakat, Infaq and Shadaqah Funds at LAZ and BAZNAS Solo Raya

    Islamic social finance plays a pivotal role in solving social issues by closing the gap between rich and poor. The pandemic has created the opportunity to explore the untapped potential of Islamic social finance in Muslim countries. This study aims to analyse the strategy for distributing and utilising zakat, infaq, and shadaqah funds during the pandemic in Zakat institutions in Solo Raya. The paper adopted a qualitative research method with descriptive and analytical approaches. The data used in this study was obtained through interviews and documentation of seven zakat institutions in Solo Raya, namely BAZNAS Surakarta, BAZNAS Boyolali, BAZNAS Karanganyar, LAZIS Central Java Al Ihsan Surakarta, LAZISMU Surakarta, LAZ DT Peduli Surakarta, and LAZ Solo Peduli. The results of the study indicate that the strategies carried out by LAZ and BAZNAS in Solo Raya during the pandemic varied widely, such as priorities for certain recipients in the distribution of ZIS funds, reducing physical assessment, increasing ZIS fund collection by collaborating with partners, and focusing on their specific programs. This research will reference the literature on zakat, infaq, and shadaqah studies. It can be a consideration for stakeholders and zakat, infaq, and shadaqah institutions in Indonesia

    Educational Innovation Through Integrated Quality Management

    This scientific study aims to study more deeply related to the innovation of Islamic education by applying integrated quality management (TQM). This scientific research uses qualitative research methods with types of library research. The data used in this study are secondary in the form of accredited journals and books that correspond to the topic studied with 55 references. This paper has only 22 references directly related to the research the author studied. The analysis results indicate that integrated quality management (TQM) is the development and extension of quality assurance. In its urgency, Islamic educational institutions need to implement the TQM to survive and compete amid the rapid growth of education and technology. The steps that can be implemented can be PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act). In addition, innovation in Islamic education plays a vital role in integrated quality application (TQM), which requires efforts to optimally implement the basic concepts of quality management and sustain innovation.
