Adikara Qur'an-Based Educational Game in Shaping Moderate Religious Behaviour
Amid Indonesia's vast geographic and cultural diversity, effective methods for cultivating religious tolerance in education remain necessary. The 'Adikara' educational game is proposed as a learning medium designed to instill Islamic educational values, analyze its capacity to foster moderation, and encourage tolerant religious behavior through its implementation. This qualitative phenomenological study utilized data from literature reviews and interview records. The findings indicate that the Adikara Educational Game enhances student engagement and well-being while systematically strengthening character formation, assessed across cognitive, psychomotor, and affective domains. Its application integrates nine media components aligned with the 'Merdeka' Curriculum, streamlining instruction and evaluation to create a more holistic and effective learning experience. By aligning directly with the current curriculum, the Adikara Educational Game offers an immediately applicable tool that enriches learning while advancing character formation and religious tolerance, highlighting the study's practical value for schools
Telecounseling Media Based on Facial Expression Analysis as a Tool for Detecting Students' Suicidal Tendencies
This research aims to assess the implementation and effectiveness of telecounseling media based on facial expression analysis in detecting suicidal tendencies in students. The method used is a quantitative research design. This research will measure the level of effectiveness through assessments from experts and data analysis using statistical methods. The results of implementation using pilot tests three times showed that 2 out of 3 counsellors had moderate suicidal tendencies, and effectiveness tests by Informatics and Psychology experts using the Cohen's Kappa method showed that this telecounseling media was effective in capturing facial expressions during counselling sessions as well as trouble graphs. FEA is accurate in describing the client's emotional condition.
Strategic Management of Kyai in Improving Islamic Boarding School Institutions
This article aims to discover the strategic management implemented by Kyai. A result of qualitative descriptive research located at the Arrosyidiyah Islamic Boarding School. Primary data sources are kyai, ustadz and santri, while secondary data sources are documents that support the researcher's research. Data collection techniques are carried out using observation, interviews and documentation. Technical data analysis uses methods from Miles and Hubberman & Saldana, including data collection, condensation, data presentation and drawing conclusions. Results of this research show that the strategic management of the Arrosyidiyah Islamic boarding school kyai is running well, marked by the strategic formulation, implementation and evaluation carried out, making the Islamic boarding school develop rapidly over the past three years by implementing flagship Kitab Kuning and Tahfidzul Qur’an, shaping strong and solid teamwork, determine an appropriate strategy, and using the technology for raise branding of boarding school.
Internalization of Kemuhammadiyahan Values in Improving Student Spirituality
Education has a significant role in the development and progress of a nation. With quality education, a nation will advance and be able to carve out a civilization. This type of research uses a qualitative approach. Qualitative research is often called the naturalistic method because the research is conducted in natural conditions. The results showed the implementation process of Kemuhammadiyahan values in improving student spirituality, namely with the Kemuhammadiyahan subject taught once a week, dhuha prayer every day before learning begins, Tasmi' Al-qur'an, iqro and Tahfidz for children with special needs as a value of tolerance in Kemuhammadiyahan teachings. Factors that support the improvement of student spirituality are individual self, parental support and cooperation, implementation of teacher duties and responsibilities, and adequate accommodation and facilities for implementing Kemuhammadiyahan values. The inhibiting factors for increasing student spirituality are undisciplined students, undisciplined teachers in implementing this program.
Making a Footprint in the MSME International Market: Case Study of UD. Andi Welder West Nusa Tenggara, Indonesia
This research reveals the strategies metal and machinery MSMEs used in West Nusa Tenggara to compete and expand their products to the international market. The method used in this study is research with a case study method and an interview with Trading Business Andi Welder, who processes metal and produces machinery tools. Trading Business Andi Welder uses the Canva analysis strategy to innovate his product, which aims to see what product market response consumers most seek. Then, the product is refined to be accepted by the international market. This study cannot only limit product innovation strategies that consumers can accept, but also develop other strategies for future research, such as brand strategy and product quality. This research is a case study that raises the strategy of metal and machinery MSMEs to enter international markets
Implementation of Mudharabah Contract on Savings Products
This research aims to fill this knowledge gap and significantly contribute to the development of sharia banking in Indonesia, especially at BPRS Al Washliyah. This research uses a qualitative approach to understand and describe the phenomenon of implementing mudharabah contracts on deposit products at BPRS Al Washliyah. A qualitative approach allows researchers to collect rich and in-depth data through various data collection techniques, such as observation and interviews, which provide a more holistic insight into the phenomenon under study. This type of research is a case study chosen because it aims to understand and describe in depth the application of mudharabah contracts to deposit products at BPRS Al Washliyah as a unique case. This research identified several main obstacles faced by BPRS Al Washliyah in implementing mudharabah contracts for deposit products, including a lack of public understanding of these products, the complexity of application procedures, concerns about fund security, and competition with better-known conventional banks. Strategic recommendations have been proposed, such as improving public education, simplifying service procedures, increasing transparency of fund security, and adopting more innovative marketing strategies to overcome these challenges.
Madrasah Principal's Strategy in Developing a Religious Culture
This research aims to explain the instillation of values in students through religious culture in a landscape of educational institutions that continues to develop. Effective management strategies must be used to ensure the growth and progress of religious culture. As part of the descriptive research domain, this research uses a qualitative approach and applies a multi-site study design. Observation, interviews, and documentation are data collection techniques. Data analysis includes reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The research results show that a well-organized program is part of the school principal's plan for developing religious culture. Daily activities include memorizing prayers, reciting the Koran in the morning, and participating in congregational dhikr, dhuha prayers, and midday prayers. Weekly events include Friday charity and recitation of Asmaul Husna, sporadic or periodic activities are also included. Apart from that, the school principal carried out a number of initiatives to support the growth of religious culture. These include weekly, daily, and sporadic religious rituals. A review of the school principal's efforts to foster a religious culture comprises, among other things, looking at student attendance records, asking the madrasah to supervise them, and if necessary, imposing punishments
Accreditation Automation as a Temporary Legality of Madrasah Quality
This research aims to dissect the process, implementation and impact of accreditation automation on the quality of education, especially in madrasah. The research method uses a qualitative research type with a library research approach. Data analysis techniques include summarisation, presentation, conclusion drawing, or verification. The results showed that several things must be passed in accreditation in Madrasahs in the form of Determination of School/madrasah Targets, Socialisation and delivery of accreditation tools, Filling and Submitting Accreditation Instruments, Determination of School/Madrasah Eligibility and Assignment of Assessors, Visitation to Schools/Madrasahs, Validation of the Process and Results of Visitation. Assessors who have completed the visitation provide a report to BAP-S/M. The visitation report needs to be validated to ensure the process and results of accreditation are credible and accountable, Verification of Validation Results and Preparation of Recommendations, Determination of Accreditation Results and Recommendations, Issuance and Delivery of Accreditation Certificates, Socialisation of Accreditation Results. Implementation of accreditation automation in the madrasah can be done through Dasbord BAN-S/M by updating madrasah secondary data and continuing by applying for accreditation on the SISPENA web. Accreditation automation has a positive impact on the efficiency of the accreditation process, improving data quality, transparency and accountability. Some risks that need to be considered from accreditation automation are data dependency, lack of direct interaction, and potential system errors.
Communication Skill Analysis in Marketing of iB Hijrah Savings
The research aims to examine marketing communication skills for iB Hijrah Savings at PT. Bank Muamalat Indonesia KCU Medan Baru, focuses on persuasive communication techniques and their impact on the perceptions and decisions of prospective customers. Evaluations were also carried out on communication methods such as the strong effect model, synthetic experience, and attribution theory, as well as the role of PR and 6P marketing strategies in building a positive image of the bank and increasing public awareness. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method to collect data about marketing communication skills at PT. Bank Muamalat KCU Medan Baru. Primary data from direct observation during a one-month internship and secondary data from literature, including persuasive communication theory, strong effects model, synthetic experience, and attribution theory in marketing. Data collection methods include informal interviews, participant observation, and document analysis, with data analysis to identify patterns of communication practice and relevant theories. The research results show that persuasive communication is important in influencing consumer perceptions and behavior towards Islamic banking products, with effective strategies such as crisis management, agenda setting, and elaboration likelihood models. Strategic PR integration builds a positive image of the product and good relationships with stakeholders, while the 6P marketing mix considers important elements such as product, price, place, promotion, people and process. The implementation of appropriate communication skills allows Bank Muamalat to increase the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strengthen its position in the competitive sharia banking industry
Transformation of Islamic Education Through Integrated Islamic Schools
This research aims to discover how Islamic education is transformed through integrated Islamic schools. This research focuses on integrated Islamic schools' history, implementation, and curriculum. This research uses the literature study method. To collect data from various sources, such as journals, the internet, books and other libraries. Data analysis using content analysis. As an effort to combine traditional concepts with modern management, it is hoped that the Integrated Islamic School can be an alternative solution for Muslim communities who want a balanced education between general knowledge and religion. Integrated Islamic Schools are affiliated with the Integrated Islamic School Network (JSIT), founded in 2003. The aim is to coordinate and encourage the establishment of comprehensive Islamic schools. With JSIT, Indonesia is divided into seven regions which include northern Sumatra, southern Sumatra, Banten, Jakarta and West Java, Central Java and Yogyakarta, Kalimantan, East Java, Bali, East Nusa Tenggara and West Nusa Tenggara, as well as Sulawesi, Maluku and Papua.
