    Implementasi Pelayanan Prima Berbasis Etika Bisnis Islam di Toko

    Excellent service is a crucial factor in building customer loyalty and ensuring business sustainability, especially in the highly competitive retail sector. For Muslim entrepreneurs, service should not be limited to technical aspects but must also reflect Islamic ethical values such as shiddiq (honesty), amanah (trustworthiness), ‘adl (justice), and social responsibility. These values are firmly grounded in the principles of Islamic law, as reflected in the Qur’anic injunction in Surah Al-Mutaffifin (verses 1–3), which strongly denounces deceitful practices in trade—particularly in measurement and weighing—as acts of injustice (zulm). This underscores that Islamic business ethics are not merely moral ideals but are integral components of religious obligations that must be observed by every Muslim. This study aims to describe the implementation of excellent service principles within the framework of Islamic business ethics and to analyze their influence on customer satisfaction. The method used is library research by reviewing various primary and secondary literature sources, including books, scientific journals, and classical Islamic references. The findings indicate that Islamic ethical values such as shiddiq, amanah, ‘adl, mas’uliyyah (responsibility), and ihsan (benevolence), when applied in service practices, can enhance customer trust and satisfaction both materially and spiritually. These findings emphasize that service in Islam is not only a professional obligation but also a form of worship and moral accountability. This study recommends that Muslim retail business actors develop service standards based on sharia values to strengthen competitiveness and attain blessings in business

    Implementasi 5M dalam Manajemen Produksi Perspektif Islam: Analisis pada Tahap Input, Proses, dan Output

    This study aims to analyze the implementation of the 5M concept (Man, Money, Material, Method, Machine) in production management from an Islamic perspective across three key stages: input, process, and output. A qualitative approach was employed through a literature review integrating primary and secondary sources on Islamic production principles, maqashid sharia, and halal standards. Thematic analysis was used to identify the relationship between the 5M elements and Islamic values. The findings reveal that the application of 5M within the Islamic framework emphasizes the halal status of raw materials (material), fair wages and work ethics (man), capital free from usury (money), transparent and safe production methods (method), and environmentally friendly technology (machine). The discussion highlights that the orientation towards blessing (barakah) and social responsibility serves as a key differentiator from conventional approaches. This study contributes to the development of an Islamic production management framework that balances efficiency, quality, and moral sustainability

    Strategi Marketing Mix dalam Meningkatkan Daya Saing Usaha Kuliner: Tinjauan Ekonomi Islam pada Alam Kitchen Tulungagung

    The increasingly intense competition in the culinary industry demands that business actors develop strategies that are not only effective from a business perspective but also aligned with Islamic values. This study aims to analyze the implementation of a marketing mix strategy to enhance the competitiveness of culinary businesses from an Islamic economic perspective, using Alam Kitchen Tulungagung as a case study. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method, collecting data through in-depth interviews and direct observation of the business owner and regular customers. The findings reveal that Alam Kitchen applies a Sharia-compliant marketing mix strategy that includes product, price, place, and promotion. The products offered are guaranteed halal and high-quality, prices are set fairly and transparently, the location is strategic and facilitates worship activities, and promotions are carried out honestly without elements of deception or gharar. Although there are some technical limitations in digital promotion and parking availability, the overall strategy has successfully built customer loyalty and strengthened business competitiveness. These findings suggest that implementing a Sharia-based marketing mix is a strategic solution for sustaining competitive advantage in today’s dynamic culinary market

    Kemampuan literasi Al-Qur’an merupakan bagian penting dalam pendidikan agama Islam, khususnya di sekolah dasar Islam terpadu. Namun, kenyataannya masih banyak siswa yang mengalami kesulitan dalam membaca Al-Qur’an dengan baik dan benar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran guru Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dalam meningkatkan kemampuan literasi Al-Qur’an siswa di SD IT Nurul Fikri Tulungagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis studi kasus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan literasi Al-Qur’an dilakukan melalui pembelajaran terstruktur dalam kelas TPQ dan PAI, dengan pengelompokan siswa berdasarkan level kemampuan baca. Guru menggunakan metode baca-tiru, strategi pengulangan, dan komunikasi aktif dengan orang tua. Kendala utama berupa jumlah siswa yang besar dan rendahnya keterlibatan orang tua dapat diatasi dengan strategi fleksibel dan pendekatan personal.     Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in Islam: Perspectives on Community Welfare, Zakat, Infaq, and Shadaqah

    This study aims to analyse the integration of Islamic values in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) through the zakat, infaq, and shadaqah approach, focusing on its contribution to community welfare. The method used is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) with PRISMA approach, which includes identification, screening, eligibility evaluation, and inclusion of literature. From the initial 350 articles, 20 relevant articles were analysed in depth. The results show that implementing Islamic-based CSR, especially through zakat, infaq, and shadaqah, can significantly improve social welfare. Zakat positively impacts economic empowerment and poverty alleviation, while infaq and shadaqah support social programs such as education, health, and disaster relief. The implication of this study shows that companies that adopt CSR based on Islamic values improve their reputation and act as agents of sustainable social change. The novelty of this research lies in the comprehensive approach that links modern CSR theories with Islamic principles, providing a new strategic model to enhance social impact through the potential of zakat, infaq, and shadaqah. The findings contribute to the faith-based CSR literature, providing practical guidance for companies to integrate spiritual values into their business.

    Is Fintech Financing Failing the Faithful? Online Lending, Debt Culture, and Islamic Economic Principles

    Background: The rapid growth of online lending platforms across Muslim-majority countries has raised critical questions about the ethical and economic implications of fintech financing, particularly for low-income communities. Purpose: This study investigates whether digital financial services—promoted as tools of financial inclusion—are in fact fostering a culture of economic dependency and debt in contradiction to the foundational principles of Islamic economics, which emphasize self-reliance (ikhtiar), justice ('adl), and the prohibition of riba. The research focuses on three comparative contexts: Indonesia, Malaysia, and Egypt—countries with significant Muslim populations and active fintech ecosystems. Study design/methodology/approach: By employing a literature review methodology supported by empirical data from credible news outlets and publicly available reports, this paper explores how online lending practices differ in regulatory structure, religious framing, and socioeconomic impact. Despite differences in national policies and religious fatwas, a common pattern emerges: the proliferation of short-term, high-interest loans among economically vulnerable populations. Findings: The study highlights the urgency of developing fintech models that align with Islamic moral economy, and calls for stronger institutional frameworks and public awareness to counteract the normalization of debt as a coping mechanism. Research limitations/implications – This paper contributes to a growing discourse on the ethical challenges of digital finance in the Muslim world. Originality/value: This paper offers a novel ethical analysis of online lending practices in three Muslim-majority countries by applying Islamic economic principles—justice, balance, and social responsibility—to the growing fintech landscape

    Determinan Kepuasan Konsumen pada showroom Motor Bekas: Implementasi Prinsip Ekonomi Syariah di Wilayah Pedesaan Madura

    Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh harga, promosi, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada showroom Fadly Motor, dengan memperhatikan pentingnya kepuasan konsumen dalam mempertahankan loyalitas dan daya saing bisnis di sektor penjualan sepeda motor. Desain/metodologi/pendekatan penelitian: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan 96 responden yang diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada konsumen showroom Fadly Motor. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas dan reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis regresi linier berganda, uji t, uji F, dan koefisien determinasi (R²) dengan bantuan software SPSS. Temuan: Harga dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen, sedangkan promosi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen meskipun menunjukkan hubungan positif. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa harga terjangkau dan pelayanan berkualitas lebih berpengaruh dibandingkan upaya promosi melalui media sosial atau kerja sama kredit pihak ketiga, khususnya pada populasi pedesaan. Keterbatasan/implikasi penelitian: Penelitian ini terbatas pada satu showroom di pedesaan Madura sehingga membatasi generalisasi. Manajer showroom sepeda motor sebaiknya memprioritaskan strategi harga kompetitif dan kualitas pelayanan dibandingkan strategi promosi digital, sementara penelitian masa depan perlu diperluas ke pasar perkotaan dengan variabel tambahan. Orisinalitas/nilai: Penelitian ini secara unik memberikan analisis terpadu pertama tentang pengaruh harga, promosi, dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap kepuasan konsumen pada showroom sepeda motor pedesaan melalui perspektif ekonomi syariah, menggabungkan teori pemasaran konvensional dengan prinsip etika bisnis keadilan, kejujuran, dan keunggulan pelayanan

    This research is motivated by the character that is the pillar of Muslims that must be maintained and observed. Muslims must reflect Islamic morals. Islamic morals are attitudes and behaviors that obey Islamic law. Character must refer to the teachings of Allah and His Messenger. The decline in the character of the nation's children is no longer a strange thing to hear. The decline in character caused by the increasingly developing era and technology is increasingly disturbing society. The number of children who fight, children who commit adultery, and bullying are some of the consequences of our residence as Muslims. In the research submitted to fulfill one of the requirements for obtaining a bachelor’s degree, the author took the initiative to create a method that could overcome existing problems. The method that the author created is an acronym for Prophetic Value of Al-Qur'an Stories. This method is part of the implementation of Al-Qur'an education in the form of prophetic or prophetic values in the stories of the Qur'an. The Qur'an is a guideline for every Muslim. The author uses the Qur'an as the main source in creating the method. The author created the method as a form of improving character quality. The author made SDN 1 Kepatihan as the object of the research location. In this study, the author used the (RnD) Research and Development approach. The author hopes that this method can be used to overcome the decline in student character and can also be used to improve the quality of children's memorization

    Analisis Dampak Makro Ekonomi Terhadap Profitabilitas Perbankan Syariah di Indonesia Periode 2016-2024

    Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif deskriptif dan menggunakan data sekunder dilakukan pada bulan Maret hingga April 2025. Populasi yang digunakan yaitu laporan keuangan dalam bentuk triwulan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan jumlah uang beredar yang terdaftar di Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan pada Bank Umum Syariah (BUS) dan Unit Usaha Syariah (UUS) yang terdaftar di Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) periode 2016-2024. Sampel yang digunakan dari 36 laporan keuangan yang dibutuhkan terkait variabel penelitian. digunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dengan teknis analisis data menggunakan IBM SPSS version 23. Hasil penelitian secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan ekonomi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perbankan syariah dan jumlah uang beredar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perbankan syariah. Kemudian secara simultan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan jumlah uang beredar terhadap profitabilitas perbankan syariah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas perbankan syariah. Implikasi pada penelitian ini bahwa variabel pertumbuhan ekonomi dan jumlah uang beredar terhadap profitabilitas perbankan syariah memberikan dampak yang sangat penting untuk memahami kestabilan ekonomi serta mengelola jumlah uang beredar secara optimal untuk menciptakan iklim usaha yang kondusif bagi pertumbuhan profitabilitas bank syariah
