    Strategi Bauran Pemasaran Real Estate Perspektif Ekonomi Islam (Studi pada Perumahan Graha Mitra 2 Tulungagung)

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi bauran pemasaran Perumahan Graha Mitra 2 Tulungagung. Dan untuk mengetahui tinjauan ekonomi Islam terhadap strategi yang dilakukan.Pendekatan yang digunakan yakni pendekatan fenomenologis dengan jenis penelitian lapangan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi bauran pemasaran yang dilakukan Perumahan Graha Mitra 2 Tulungagung dari segi produk, selalu mengutamakan kualitas. Dari segi harga, disesuaikan dengan kualitas produk. Dari segi lokasi/ saluran distribusi, memiliki lokasi yang sangat strategis. Dan ditinjau dari segi promosi, strategi promosi yang dilakukan meliputi periklanan (advertising), promosi penjualan (sales promotion), penjualan personal (personal selling), dan pemasaran langsung (direct marketing). Ditinjau dari perspektif ekonomi Islam, strategi bauran pemasaran yang dilakukan pada dasarnya sudah sesuai dengan prinsip ekonomi Islam. Yaitu dari segi produk perusahaan selalu mengutamakan kejujuran. Dari segi harga yang ditawarkan disesuaikan dengan kualitas produk. Dari segi saluran distribusi, lokasi yang ada memiliki kejelasan dari segi kepemilikan dan berketetapan hukum yang kuat. Dan dari segi promosi disesuaikan dengan fakta yang ada tanpa rekayasa. Namun ada hal yang belum sesuai dengan prinsip ekonomi Islam, dimana pihak developer masih memberikan penawaran pembayaran dengan sistem KPR (Kredit Pemilikan Rumah) Bank konvensional yang tidak sesuai dengan kaidah ekonomi Islam

Berdasarkan latar belakang tersebut, maka dapat diambil suatu rumusan masalah 1. Bagaimana strategi pemasaran dalam pengembangan usaha pada Konveksi Wijaya?, 2. Bagaimana strategi pemasaran dalam pengembangan usaha pada Konveksi Wijaya menurut perspektif ekonomi Islam?, tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1. Untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran dalam pengembangan usaha pada Konveksi Wijaya, 2. Untuk mengetahui strategi pemasaran dalam pengembangan usaha pada Konveksi Wijaya menurut perspektif ekonomi Islam.Penelitian yang peneliti lakukan ini adalah termasuk dalam penelitian deskriptif kualitatif.Strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan Konveksi Wiajaya Tulungagung adalah dengan mengirim semua produknya ke luar kota, karena mereka memang menargetkan pasaran luar kota. Karena Desa Botoran terkenal sebagai daerah industri konveksi, itu menyebabkan banyak pesaing-pesaing yang bergerak di bidang yang sama di daerah tersebut. Jadi strategi tersebut dilakukan untuk bertahan dari persaingan bisnis sehingga Konveksi Wijaya Tulungagung tetap eksis sampai saat ini. Ditinjau dari perspektif Islam Strategi Pemasaran yang dilakukan Konveksi Wijaya Desa Botoran Tulungagung sudah dilakukan dengan baik. Dengan tidak menipu tentang kuantitas dan kualitas barang, barang yang dihasilkan atau dikirimkan tidak ada yang cacat karena selalu dicek di setiap proses pembuatannya, Konveksi Wijaya Tulungagung juga toleran dalam berbisnis, teguh menjaga amanah dan juga mengutamakan kepuasan pada pelanggan. Dengan itu strategi pemasaran yang Konveksi Wijaya Tulungagung terapkan sudah sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Ekonomi Islam.&nbsp

    During the Covid-19 pandemic, the Government through the Menteri Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Minister of Education and Culture) instructed all educational institutions to carry out distance learning. The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts of the Islamic Pendidikan Agama Islam teacher in implementing distance learning. The method approach used is qualitative. The results of field research indicate that Islamic Religious Education teachers have difficulty implementing learning, because educational institutions are not ready to support the distance learning process. Learning is done through a social media software application, because it is easy to use and all parents of students must have it. The teacher conveys the learning content then students respond by sending the results of assignments based on Student Worksheets via social media

The research objectives were (1) Application of character education for students of MIN I Kapuas Hulu; (2) The use of character learning designs for students of MIN I Kapuas Hulu; (3) Factors that influence the character of students of MIN I Kapuas Hulu. This research was conducted at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri I Kapuas Hulu. This type of research is qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation and documentation. The results of the study (1) The implementation of character education for students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri I Kapuas Hulu, through habituation or school culture such as habituation of shaking hands, saying greetings, praying sunnah dhuha, are activities carried out in a school environment that instill character values ​​by basic concept of mission: carry out moral guidance according to Islamic principles. The stage of implementing the habituation or school culture by directing, inviting, modeling and giving examples; (2) The method of learning the character of students of Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri I Kapuas Hulu, through a variety of methods, by always trying to incorporate material into character values ​​(Reflective). This is often a problem due to ignorance and lack of learning about menstruation treatises for teenagers, especially women. This paper memcona provide legal information related to the learning of menstrual treatises in dealing with problems in students. This research focuses on qualitative research that uses data from observations, interviews and documentation to find the results of the research as outlined descriptively. The results of the application of menstrual treatise law learning conducted by teachers must perform a variety of strategies and methods that are good because it sees from the condition of students from different environments, so it is expected that a teacher in the implementation of menstrual treatise law learning can choose how to overcome these differences.     Optimizing Family Education, Brushing Radicalism Aside

    The phenomena of radicalism, including in religiosity, occur in any country and have become a global trend. Their fast widespread is supported by technological development especially in communication and information fields. One of effective ways to deal with radicalism is strengthening the family institution and optimizing its function in shaping the family members’ personality. Sadly, many families become less aware of their importance in exercising such noble function and task. Worse still, some recent radical actions in Indonesia even involved wives and children which reflect the failure of family institution in creating a peaceful and tranquil society where they live in. This paper tries to recall and re-understand the urgency of family institution to educate the family members in facing radicalism. This study is a library research employing the discourse analysis method. The results show that indeed the family institution plays a significant role in shaping their members’ personality and can contribute determinately in brushing radicalism aside and creating a peaceful society

    Rational and Intuitive Brains in Islamic Education: Analysis of Al Ma'un Theology in the Neurosains Perspective

    The main problem of this research is the "saturation point" of the brain of the KH Dahlan students in learning QS Al-Ma'un. This research is interesting and original, because there is an interdisciplinary science between Islamic education and neuroscience, and no one has examined the rational and intuitive brain with Alma'u theology by KH. Ahmad Dahlan. The purpose of this study is to analyze the saturation point of Al-Ma'un learning in a neuroscience perspective. This analysis is important because the educational competence of Kemuhamamdiyahan is not just rational cognitive, but also spiritual intuitive, namely taking humanitarian action or social transformation to mobilize society based on Islamic teachings according to the religious understanding of Muhamadiyah. This research approach is qualitative type of library research. Sources of data in this study are journals, e-books, as well as books on neuroscience and books on the history of KH Ahmad Dahlan 's struggle by Junus Salam (2009). The data analysis technique was performed using content analysis. The results showed that in QS-Al-Ma'un learning, the rational brain of KH Dahlan students experienced a saturation point because it was only memorized, understood and repeated cognitively. This saturation point scientifically triggers the activation of the intuitive brain to actualize what is learned, understood and memorized into real deeds in the form of humanitarianaction to defend the poor as the message of Al-Ma'un's theology itsel
