Mirror Neuron in the Perspective of Islamic Education
This article serves to determine the effect of social intelligence in various ways. In particular, mirror neurons in the perspective of Islamic education. Mirror neurons are mirror brains. The point of the mirror brain is the brain's ability to imitate in several ways, either imitating what is felt or imitating what is seen. The working principle of the mirror brain is that it will work to imitate something optimally if it is done with habituation or done continuously. In addition, mirror neurons play a role in the healing process of the sick, for example stroke sufferers can recover with mirror neuron system therapy, because the brain in stroke sufferers will be trained how to adapt to potential exercises, so that patients can restore the flexibility of joints that cannot be moved. . Total Quality Management (TQM) in Madrasah Aliah Mazro'atul Huda Karanganyar
The implementation of TQM culture at MA Mazro'atul Huda Karanganyar was carried out with the aim of improving the quality of madrasas, starting to frequently communicate actively with internal and external customers in the form of regular monthly meetings and light discussions, completing customer facilities, issuing policies according to data, giving trust full of internal customers in fulfilling duties, action on improvement. Obstacles in implementing TQM culture come from internal and external customers in the form of rejection of the policies issued, and student backgrounds that affect motivation in learning. Then the result of the application of the TQM culture is the issuance of an A accreditation certificate by BAN SM, there is recognition of pride from the guardians of students and the community of graduate users of children or madrasah graduates in society, the emergence of solidarity and discipline from internal customers. Online Learning Challenges in Central Pandemic Virus Corona in Stai Muhammadiyah Tulungagung
The impact of preventing the spread of the corona virus was also felt in Tulungagung district, especially the Muhammadiyah Islamic University (STAI) Muhammadiyah Tulungagung which was an appeal to learn from home. Precisely the appeal is March 2020 the second week. So online learning must be implemented. Of course, in practice, challenges will be found in the implementation of online learning. So on this occasion the writer will analyze the challenges of online learning in the midst of the corona virus pandemic at STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung. The research approach used is descriptive qualitative. In this study the authors conclude that the challenges of online learning in the midst of the corona virus pandemic at STAI Muhammadiyah Tulungagung include: some lecturers lack mastery in using online learning media, in addition some lecturers and students have difficulty with internet network signals in their respective locations of residence, and also the use of internet quota more than before this online learning

Mohammad Iqbal is a Muslim of modern philosopher which greatly affects the world of education up to now. His concept about ego is the basic stand for his all of concept building. In addition, the Muhammad Iqbal’s basic of Islamic education concept are creative, dynamic, innovative and full of vitality. Based on his basic view about human especially his philosophy concept about ego, a thought about Islamic education is dynamic, innovative, and full of vitality. a). The essence of Iqbal’s Islamic education is all power or process done continually. They help to improve one’s individuality based on Islamic teaching in order to be ready in entering the world’s civilization which is full of dynamics and changings. b). The aim of Islamic education is the realization of one’s individuality perfectness to be an insan kamil. c). According to Iqbal the phases of Islamic education are obey upon the laws, self authority and God leadership. d). The material of Iqbal’s Islamic education emphasizes on the fusion of religion studies, cultural history, science and physics, psychology, metaphysics, social studies and literature. e). The education methods offered by Iqbal are experiment, trial and error, project and social structure. The paradigm used within Iqbal’s philosophy concept is constructive paradigm. Peran Lembaga Amil Zakat dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Jumlah Muzakki Studi Kasus Di Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Tulungagung
Harus diakui bahwa Badan Amil Zakat yang dibentuk pemerintah masih jauh dari prinsip professional-productive. Artinya bahwa lembaga amil zakat itu kurang profesional dan kurang produktif dalam mengelola zakat dari masyarakat. Hal tersebutlah yang menjadi salah satu alasan masyarakat untuk menyaluran zakatnya langsung kepada muzakki. Fokus penelitian pada: 1. Bagaimana Analisis SWOT Pengelolaan Zakat pada BAZNAS Tulungagung?; 2. Bagaimana Peran BAZNAS Tulungagung dalam meningkatkan jumlah muzakki?. Dalam penelitian ini, menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri dari dokumentasi, interview (wawancara) dan observasi (pengamatan). Dalam menganalisis data menggunakan: data reduction, data display dan conclutiondrawing/verification. Hasil pembahasannya antara lain Baznas telah ditetapkan dengan Keputusan Presiden republik Indonesia Nomor 8 tahun 2001. Bahwa cara yang ditempuh oleh Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Tulungagung dalam mensosialisasikan kewajiban membayar zakat dan menyadarkan para muzakki untuk menyalurkan zakatnya melalui lembaga amil zakat khususnya di Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Tulungagung yaitu dengan melalui khutbah jum'at, majelis ta'lim, majalah, brosur-brosur yang sifatnya praktis yang berisikan tentang harta yang wajib di zakati dan cara penghitungannya serta melihat secara langsung kegiatan pendistribusian. Sosialisasi yang di lakukan Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Tulungagung dalam meningkatkan jumlah muzakki sudah cukup bagus, karena jumlah muzakki yang menyalurkan zakatnya melalui Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Tulungagung dari tahun ke tahun semakin meningkat. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat kepada Badan Amil Zakat Nasional Tulungagung semakin besar

Pendekatan yang digunakan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Mekanisme reseller dan dropshipper di toko online Ulfa Hijab Store Tulungagung yang dilakukan sama-sama berpatokan pada pricelist yang telah diatur oleh supplier. Perbedaan mekanisme dropshipper dan reseller di toko online Ulfa Hijab Store Tulungagung adalah dropshipper tanpa perlu stok barang dan pembayaran via transfer, tanpa menyediakan stok barang dirumahdan proses pengiriman dilakukan oleh pihak toko. Sedangkan reseller perlu membeli dahulu stok produkdan pengiriman dilakukan oleh pihak reseller sendiri. Proses pemesanan di toko online Ulfa Hijab Store Tulungagung menggunakan akad salam dalam hal pembayarannya, dimana pembayaran dilakukan di awal seluruhnya saat terjadinya akad pada kedua pihak. Praktek jual beli online dengan sistem dropship yang terjadi di toko Ulfa Hijab Store Tulungagagungtidak dilarang oleh hukum Islam dikarenakan barang yang dijual meskipun bukan milik penjual, barang tersebut sudah mendapatkan izin dari pemilik barangdalam hal supplier dan termasuk akad wakalah bil ujrah yang memperbolehkan wakil mengambil keuntungan/upah sebagai imbalan

Elaboration of the Political History of Islamic Education in Indonesia
Politics has greatly influenced the Islamic education development. In general, the development of Islamic education in Indonesia was divided into four periods that is the 'before independence' period, the ' Old Order ' period, the ' New Order ' period, and the reform period. Indonesian education instilled the practice of dualism in the 'before independence' period. Islamic education in the period is closely watched and does not develop. The second period is 'Old Order', this period took place after Indonesia's independence, in that time, the government has begun to organize all state systems as well as the education system. Many policies related to Islamic education Also are made in the period. The third period is 'New Order', Islamic education is growing significantly in this period, pesantren which has previously only studied religion began to incorporate the general science in its education system. Students in this period also have to take part in religious education ranging from basic education to the highest education. The fourth period is reform, in this period, the development of Islamic religious education was very much considered and equaled its position with general education
The Ability of Students in Aplicating Tajwid While Reading the Holy Quran
We as Muslims are inseparable from learning the Holy Qur'an, because the Qur'an is the source and basis of the first and foremost law. Therefore studying the Qur'an from various scientific aspects is very important. To get the knowledge in depth and in detail in terms of reading it requires mastery and application of recitation. Reading the Qur'an with its legal recitation is fard ain for every Muslim. This research was carried out to see how the students' ability to apply Tajweed in reading Al-Qur'an letter Al-Maidah verse 48. The author took basic competencies in reading Q.S Al-Maidah / 5: 48 according to the rules of recitation and makhrajul letters. This research was obtained by conducting tests on 30 students of class XI in Budi Luhur Cimahi High School. After the results are known, the authors conducted interviews with several students who were still lacking in applying the rules of recitation and pronunciation of makhrajul letters. The modern education system is based on the paradigm of modern science that is free of value and is positive. This paradigm in its development has contributed greatly to the world of education which has become more measurable, reasonable, directed, and oriented towards providing benefits in life. However, on the other hand simultaneously, the modern paradigm shows several problems. Positivism assumptions show their shortcomings; especially the effects of value-free principles that make the direction of civilization lose the value of togetherness, ecology, and spirituality. Efforts to transform an idea can only be done effectively if through a systematic system of education. Unfortunately, the results of the thoughts of the Muslim scholars have not yet been actualized into the practical area of education. For this reason, this study starts from the actual problem in Islamic thought, namely the idea of social piety, then from that idea it will be formulated into a particular educational model.
