    Al-Qur'an Learning Strategy Through the Wafa Method in Elementary Schools

    Al-Qur'an learning strategies are steps that are arranged in a planned and systematic manner using certain techniques and methods in the learning process of the Qur'an to achieve the desired goals. One of the Al-Qur'an learning methods is the Wafa method. Wafa is learning Al-Qur'an using the right brain method as a system and method of learning Al-Qur'an which is comprehensive, easy and fun. The focus of this research is the teacher's strategy in learning Al-Qur'an through the Wafa method at SDIT Al-Aqsha Besole Besuki Tulungagung. This type of research used by the author is a type of qualitative research. The data collection by the writer uses interview, documentation and observation methods. As for the analysis, the researcher used a qualitative descriptive analysis technique, namely describing the data that had been obtained so that it was in accordance with what was happening in the field. The results of this study indicate that learning the Koran using the Wafa method uses the TANDUR pattern (Embed, Natural, Name, Demonstrate, Repeat and Celebrate) and the teacher's strategy in learning the Koran is carried out well because it is supported by media, props and books. guide Wafa

    The Implementation of Academic Supervision by Madrasa Supervisors in Cianjur

    This study aimed to analyze the planning and implementation of academic supervision conducted by madrasa supervisors. A qualitative approach with a descriptive method is applied to produce meaningful findings about the object under study. Data collection techniques used were interviews, documentation, and observation. Data analysis was performed with qualitative indicators. The results showed that the supervisors of madrasa in the Ministry of Religion in Cianjur had compiled an academic supervision program. Academic supervision is done by individual and group methods. The techniques applied include individual meetings, class observations, class visits, group discussions, training, and group meetings. The success of the academic supervision program is supported by the creation of a harmonious relationship between supervisors and teachers in understanding problems, obstacles, and agreeing on alternative solutions

    Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana pelaksanaan sistem bagi hasil peternakan sapi perah di Desa Nyawangan Kecamatan Sendang dan bagaimana tinjauan ekonomi Islam terhadap pelaksanaan sistem bagi hasil ternak sapi perah yang dilakukan di Desa Nyawangan Kecamatan Sendang. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan sistem bagi hasil peternakan sapi perah di Desa Nyawangan Kecamatan Sendang dan untuk mengetahui tinjauan ekonomi Islam terhadap pelaksanaan sistem bagi hasil ternak sapi perah yang dilakukan di Desa Nyawangan Kecamatan Sendang. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah penelitian lapangan dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dari observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, serta sumber data sekunder yang diperoleh dari buku, jurnal, dan internet. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan bagi hasil dari kerja sama peternakan sapi perah di Desa Nyawangan Kecamatan Sendang adalah menggunakan sistem bagi hasil yang disebut dengan maro bathi dan maro susu.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tentang transaksi jual beli GrabFood melalui aplikasi online di Paguyuban Solidaritas Grab Tulungagung, dan untuk mengetahui tinjauan Ekonomi Islam pada transaksi jual beli tersebut. Pendekatan yang digunakan yaitu pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder yang diperoleh oleh responden secara langsung di lapangan, dengan pengumpulan data yang dilakukan adalah dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan penulis dapat disampaikan bahwa model tranksaksi pada aplikasi GrabFood ini memiliki berbagai macam akad dalam transaksi dan ada beberapa pihak yang terlibat di dalamnya. Untuk model transaksi utama dalam layanan aplikasi GrabFood adalah transaksi sewa menyewa jasa yang melibatkan PT. Grab dan pihak merchant GrabFood dan driver Grab dengan konsumen GrabFood. Kemudian dalam Ekonomi Islam memandang bahwa jenis transaksi ini menyerupai bentuk akad dalam Islam yaitu akad Ijarah dan penerapannya tidak bertentangan dengan pandangan Ekonomi Islam

    This study aims to analyze the strategic management used by UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang in integrating science and religion, including formulation strategy, implementation process and evaluation conducted by the tertiary educational institutions. The method used is qualitative with descriptive analysis of case studies conducted in the field. The results of this study are divided into three. First, the formulation of strategies used by UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang includes the activities of making learning materials and applying integration in the daily behavior of the entire academic community. Second, strategy implementation is done by integrating Islamic values in the material, process and evaluation of learning.     The principal issues are analyzed in this study are to determine the Learning System of Arabic Language Proficiency on Constructive Perspective at MTs N 1 Bantul and MTs Al Falaah Bantul. This research is a descriptive qualitative research through participatory observation. The sample of this research data is 7th grade. The results showed the system and practice of learning Arabic skills in MTs N 1 Bantul and MTs Al Falaah Bantul with a constructive perspective already practiced in each Arabic language proficiency. However, in the Arabic language learning process there are several obstacles, including the lack of student ability to read and wrote Arabic. In addition, the use of existing learning media has not yet been maximized. This obstacle can be overcome by extracurricular reading of the Koran, which is held every Friday at afternoon. As for the optimization of the use of instructional media, the teacher will try even harder to procure learning media

    Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menentukan analisis kebutuhan mata kuliah bahasa Inggris pada mahasiswa jurusan ekonomi syariah. Berdasarkan tujuan pada mahasiswa kejuruan yang berfokus pada analisis target dan kebutuhan pembelajaran. Subyek dari penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Jurusan Ekonomi Syariah STAI Diponegoro Tulungagung. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data diperoleh dari kuesioner, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian berupa analisa target menunjukkan bahwa tujuan pembelajaran bahasa Inggris bagi para siswa jurusan ekonomi syariah adalah agar dapat berkomunikasi menggunakan bahasa Inggris secara aktif. hasil analisa kebutuhan pembelajaran yang diperoleh yaitu mahasiswa membutuhkan kemampuan berbicara secara lancar dan komunikatif dalam rangka persiapan diri memenuhi tuntutan profesi mereka kedepannya. Hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa keinginan mahasiswa yang mengarah pada kemampuan berbicara (speaking) ini sudah sangat sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar kerja yang mensyaratkan kemampuan berkomunikasi dalam bahasa Inggris dengan baik. Hasil dari referensi ini diharapakan akan menjadi referensi untuk menyiapkan silabus dan materi pembelajaran

    Many ways that can be used to learn English, including with recreational language learning. Thus, the process of learning a foreign language is not only in the classroom in a formal nuance, but also in done through fun things. One of them is by reading a novel. The purpose of this research was to describe and explore English expressions in novels written by Ika Natassa. These novels are interesting to study because they are written by Indonesian woman in Indonesian. However, there are quite a lot of English expressions inside it. With this phenomenon, readers will indirectly learn foreign languages in a fun way. Then, with the context written in the novel, the reader will understand the meaning without needing to open the dictionary or interpret it word for word. This research used descriptive qualitative method. From observations that have been made, found some vocabulary and expressions with the theme of traveling, the world of banking, formal expressions and slang in English

    Professionalism is an understanding that teaches that every job must be done by a professional person. A professional person is a person who has a profession. Furthermore, the professionalism referred to in this paper is only limited to the concept of teacher professionalism according to the viewpoint of Islamic education, which is extracted from the Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad who once stated that there are four working principles (the four principles according to the author are included in the professional element of teachers in the view of Islam) which causes someone will meet Allah with a state of joy, namely; first person who searches the world in a lawful way (man thalaba al-dunya halalan). This means that the person does work in the right way and does not violate the provisions established by the rules of Allah and his messenger. Second, people who work to keep themselves from begging (wa ta'affufan ‘an al-mas'alah). This means that the person works so as not to become a burden for other people, to get wages which are then used to meet their needs. Third, work to meet the needs of the family (wa sa'yan ‘ala 'iyalihi). A person works not only for his own interests but there are other obligations to provide for the family. Fourth, working out of compassion for one's neighbors (wa ta'athufan 'ala Jarihi), someone works to help ease the burden on others. In the thoughts of the experts of this study, they explore Al-Ghazali's thoughts, besides that, the work of Islamic education figures who explain and discuss thoughts about teachers
