Analisis Modal Kerja terhadap Profitabilitas dan Aktivitas pada PT. Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. 2017-2021
Get PDFPT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. is a company engaged in the plantation industry in Indonesia and the company has also been included in the list of companies listed on the IDX (Indonesian Stock Exchange). The purpose of this study is to understand how the working capital conditions and profitability of PT. Astra Agro Lestari Tbk and how the influence between the two. This study uses the time series method for regression model analysis by determining the dependent and independent variables. The subjects obtained in this study came from the official website of the IDX (Indonesian Stock Exchange) for the period 2017-2021. In using the time series method and Classical Assumption Test to process the financial data of PT. Astra Agro Lestari Tbk. through the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate the amount of working capital at PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk and how the profitability ratios use ROE and ROA at the company. Based on the results, it is found that the coefficient of determination is 0.486 which indicates that there is an influence of working capital on the profitability of PT Astra Agro Lestari.

The Existence of Islamic Boarding Schools in Improving Public Education
Get PDFThe role of Islamic boarding schools in improving public education and how the existence of Islamic boarding schools changes the way people think and attitudes about the importance of education. This study aims to determine the presence of Pondok Pesantren Al Anwar 2 in improving the level of public education and the pattern of its implementation. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis, data reduction, data presentation, concluding and checking the validity of the findings with the degree of trustworthiness, transferability, dependability and confirmability. The study results are as follows: Pondok Pesantren Al Anwar 2 in improving the level of community education is by developing the existing curriculum, instilling an attitude of tawadu', and establishing good relations with the community. The pattern of implementing Islamic boarding schools' existence in improving community education is equipping students with theoretical and practical knowledge and inviting the community to learn and implement religious guidance. Some of the activities initiated by Al Anwar 2 Islamic Boarding School to improve community education are programming various activities, including khataman Akhiru Sanah, hadrah art training, recitation, clean Friday and bathsu al masail during yasinan and other activities
Simplicity Character Value Development in Gedongkuning State Elementary School
Get PDFCharacter building guides students to become human beings with character, and simplistic values are a person's habit of behaving according to their needs and abilities. This study aims to determine how students' character development is based on the value of simplicity in SDN Gedongkuning. The research was conducted in field research with exploratory qualitative research. The data collection technique in this study interviewed several informants: the school principal, our students and teachers. Data analysis techniques in this study used the theory of Miles and Huberman's data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study can be concluded that SDN Gedongkuning applies the character value of simplicity, including 1) Getting used to students helping friends who are in trouble; 2) Assign students to dress modestly and avoid using items such as shoes, bags or jewellery that are too expensive; 3) Encouraging students to bring pocket money reasonably. By applying the value of simplicity so that there are no gaps between students and others

The development of SME itself often times faces various dilemmas such as budgeting problem that lacks of capital either by numbers or sources. Meanwhile, SME is a great potential market for financial service industry especially bank to distribute financing. Sharia banking has budgeting core product in the form of profit sharing developed in the funding product called musyarakah. One of fundamental factor to attract the interest of SME agent to use the musyarakah funding is to impart the knowledge concerning sharia banking. This research is conducted to observe the effect of SME agents’ sharia Banking Knowledge toward their interest of choosing musyarakah as financing product. The independent variable of this research is knowledge that consists of Islamic work ethic in sharia banking knowledge, operational principle in sharia banking knowledge, knowledge of products in sharia banking, knowledge of profit sharing in sharia banking, risk of funding in sharia banking knowledge while the dependent variable is the interest to use musyarakah as financing product. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The data collection uses questionnaire with 254 respondens of total sample who are SME who are enlisted in subdistricts in Yogyakarta. The data analysis applies descriptive and multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this research indicates: knowledge of products in sharia banking significantly affects the interest to use musyarakah as financing product, knowledge of Islamic work ethic in sharia banking, knowledge of profit sharing in sharia banking , knowledge of financing risk in sharia banking affect insignificantly toward the interest to choose musyarakah as financing product

The case of the Covid 19 pandemic that has never been felt in this country has made zakat amil move quickly to distribute zakat for the community's welfare and its economical application. The potential of zakat has not been achieved. At least zakat can show positive things for people who find it. That is the result of this study. As a result of the COVID-19 pandemic, the principles of professional zakat management institutions and the positive role of other parties are needed optimally to achieve higher zakat realization so that they can help the people's economy. For the potential of zakat to be maximized and increased, several things need to be improved, namely regarding zakat digitization, socialization, and innovation
Development of Metal and Machinery Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in West Lombok Regency with the Blue Ocean Strategy Approach
Get PDFBlue Ocean Strategy aims to open new market share to minimize competition with similar competitors. After receiving a touch from the West Lombok Regency Industry and Trade Service (Prindag Lobar), the Metal and Machinery Community Activity Unit in West Lombok initially produced gates, trellises and other similar works, creating quite a lot of competition. So that with the guidance of the Service which offers solutions with the Blue Ocean Strategy, the metal and machine industry (SMEs) in West Lombok Regency can compete. This study used a qualitative method, data obtained from in-depth interviews with section heads of the metal, machine, electronics and transportation equipment (ILMEA) industry, descriptive analysis and source triangulation. This article reveals that Blue Ocean Strategy manufactures metal products and machinery in different segments. The Blue Ocean Strategy segment is offered in the form of changing the mindset and technical skills of metal and machining (SME) players. Metal and machinery SMEs are trained to manufacture machine products needed by the food and beverage industry. One of the concrete steps is the manufacture of machines for making palm sugar machines, coffee roasting machines and other processing machines. This has an impact on the shift of the metal and machine SME segment from household products to processed machine products.
Parenting of Children Through an Islamic Education Approach

Islamic education for children is essential in forming a good personality or character, starting with teaching monotheism, morals, and worship in the family and society. This research aims to analyze parenting patterns through an Islamic education approach. The research method used is qualitative, with a psychological system to collect data with literature studies while analyzing various data through descriptive analysis associated with problems to answer research problems. Data collection by collecting research according to the theme, then analyzed using content analysis. This study explains that parenting style can determine the character and attitude of a personality in everyday life, both in the family and in society. Thus, the Islamic education approach is one of the solutions to strengthen and shape children's character in navigating their lives.
Upaya Pengelolaan Percetakan Biru dengan Analisis SWOT
Get PDFPrinting is an industry that is experiencing rapid development. The purpose of this study was to determine the efforts to manage the blueprint with POAC management and SWOT analysis. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive field research with data collection techniques, interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the IFAS, EFAS, IE, SPACE and SWOT matrix. The results showed that the Planning, Organizing, Actuating and Controlling processes were carried out with the main target being students so that the POAC activities were adjusted to the course schedule, the results of the IFAS 3.88 and EFAS 3.88 analysis, with the highest assessment on the SO strategy, namely maximizing the power to seize existing opportunities, namely more innovating with products, expanding market share, and making affordable or discounted prices. Zakat Development Towards Sustainable Economic Growth
Get PDFThe problem of Zakat management lies in its operational and managerial collection and distribution of its funds. This study aims to examine the performance of Zakat institutions in Indonesia in relation to economic sustainability. To achieve the aim of the study, the paper employs a quantitative descriptive methodology with the data taken from the annual report of the National Board of Zakat for the Republic of Indonesia (BAZNAS). The data consists of financial ratios of Zakat management performance from 2019 to 2022. The data was then gauged and analyzed through financial and management ratios developed by BAZNAS. The study results indicate a positive trend in the management of Zakat in Indonesia throughout the years. The growth ratio increased from 26% in 2019 to 42.16% and 50.02% in 2021 and 2022 respectively. The paper infers that there is a big potential for Zakat in Indonesia to support the economic sustainability of the nation. However, there must be an initiative from Zakat institutions and policymakers to increase awareness of Zakat. The study humbly suggests productive activities in the distribution of zakat funds, creating a circular economy for the nation's Muslims. The paper carries some limitations and future recommendations for the study of Zakat.
